Abstract

Quality of Work Life (QWL) is an organization's effort to control behavior and maintain the work performance of its employees so that it continues to improve continuously. This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, leadership serve and personality on turnover with mediated by the quality of work life. Example 134 respondents. PT Nipindo Primatama Group North Jakarta City. Research Data were analyzed using SEM PLS analysis techniques with the help of SmartPLS program. The results of this study showed that organizational culture, leadership work positive and significant to the quality of work life, the better the organizational culture, leadership serve and personality then the better the quality of employee work life. The results also showed that the leadership serve, personality and quality of working life affect negatively on turnover, while organizational culture directly does not affect on turnover. Quality of employee work life, while a good organizational culture cannot always improve the quality of employee work life, organizational culture can degrade the high quality of employee work life.

Abstract

The performance report data gathered from Key Performance Indicators, Bureau of Budget Planning and International Cooperation, Ministry of Public Works, and Public Housing of the Republic of Indonesia 2015-2020 shows they did not reach their target because of factors such as organizational culture, leadership, the quality of human resources, and working motivation. Therefore, this study aims to analyze both partial and simultaneous impacts of organizational culture, leadership, the quality of human resources, and workingmotivation on employee performance in the Bureau of Budget Planning and International Cooperation, the Ministry of Public Works, and Public Housing of the Republic of Indonesia. Abstract

This research aims to investigate employee performance improvement strategies in large-scale manufacturing industries in Palembang by integrating organizational climate strengthening, training, career success, and work motivation. Specifically, this investigation will focus on the manufacturing industry in Palembang. The mixed method is used, which provides a comprehensive understanding of the factors that contribute to improving employee performance by combining quantitative and qualitative approaches. The findings from this study indicate that Organizational Climate has a significant positive impact on employee motivation (t-statistic value = 2.639, P-Value = 0.004). Improving Organizational Climate has the potential to increase Work Motivation. In addition, Organizational Climate also has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance (t-statistic value = 1.966, P-Value = 0.025). Improving Employee Performance can also be achieved through this factor. Training positively and significantly impacts employee motivation (t-statistic value = 3.257, P-value = 0.001). Improvements in training also have a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance (t-statistic value = 2.264, P-Value = 0.012). Employee success also significantly affects employee motivation (t-statistic value = 3.341, P-value = 0.000). Career development can increase Work Motivation, and an increase in Career Success also contributes positively and significantly to Employee Performance (t-statistic value = 2.243, P-Value = 0.013). Work Motivation wholly and substantially influences Employee Performance (t-statistic value = 2.314, P-value = 0.011). These findings confirm that higher work motivation can help improve employee performance. The P-value = 0.013). The role of work motivation mediators is investigated, and this research reveals several significant findings related to that role. There is no significant influence between organizational climate and employee performance through work motivation as a mediator (the significance level of the P-value for the Sobel test is 0.065). Despite this, training has been shown to significantly impact employee performance, with work motivation serving as a mediator (significance P-value from the Sobel test = 0.036). Career success has a significant indirect effect on employee performance, mediated by work motivation (the considerable p-value for the Sobel test is 0.035).

Abstract

One way to improve the quality of learning is by increasing the relevance of the teaching model. The teaching model is said to be relevant if in the process it can deliver students achieve educational goals with relevant models according to their needs. A training and course institution (LPK) is a form of non-formal education unit organized for people who need knowledge, skills, and attitudes to develop themselves. The main study was carried out on LPK Mandiri Snur located in Bogor, West Java, regarding the effect of the information communication technology (ICT) learning model on improving the quality of the training and skills aspects carried out by LPK so that they can compete in the industrial world. In particular, the problems studied and analyzed and the purpose of this research is to analyze the use of ICT in influencing the learning model and analyze the influence of the ICT learning model on the quality of learning at LPK Mandiri Snur Bogor. The research design uses a mixed method approach combining quantitative research approaches and qualitative research approaches. The approach begins with implementation, planning, data collection, hypotheses, data analyzers, and interpreters. Based on the analysis test, it is known that the ICT learning model has a significant effect on quality. The results of the learning model of the use of ICT for quality present similar conditions for online, offline, and blended learning. The influence of the ICT learning model gets several results in quality, namely increasing student skills, changing attitudes, awareness, and abilities of students' human resources in using ICT, human resource development has a significant effect on the quality of learning at LPK Mandiri Snur Bogor.

Abstract

Management of higher education (HE) cannot run if not yet have technological resources that can meet the needs of the campus community and stakeholders. The focus of this research was to look beyond the use of information systems (IS) of universities in Kopertis III Jakarta on the maturity level of data interoperability, software, communication, and physical IS. Using the Information System Interoperability Maturity Model (ISIMM), this study resulted in an average level of university located at level 3 (Collaborative) indicating the relationship between data was wider to facilitate IS, logical data model was shared and used in the data exchange process and no separation or the data sharing impacts on the easy exchange of information. The optimization of IS interoperability attributes (ease of access), develops ISIMM-based roadmap IS (planning), determines the main problem solving target (improvement), and improves the quality of IS based on importance level were some suggestions that university managers can make in order to advance IS.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan kesejahteraan masyarakat dapat dilakukan oleh salah satu sektor prioritas seperti pariwisata. Dilihat dari 17 poin Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), sektor pariwisata mampu berkontribusi pada beberapa poin yaitu pengurangan kemiskinan, pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pekerjaan yang layak. Pengembangan potensi desa wisata merupakan bagian penting dalam pengembangan industri pariwisata di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan komunikasi pemasaran pelaku desa wisata di Kabupaten Bogor; dan (2) menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi komunikasi pemasaran pelaku desa wisata di Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini dirancang sebagai penelitian kuantitatif yang didukung dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mempertajam analisis data kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei kepada 166 responden dengan pendekatan multi analitik, yaitu analisis deskriptif, uji regresi linier sederhana, dan kuadrat terkecil parsial (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi pemasaran yang sering dilakukan adalah periklanan, dilanjutkan dengan promosi, pemasaran interaktif, pemasaran langsung dan publisitas. Pemasaran dilakukan melalui media digital yaitu Facebook, Instagram dan YouTube. Faktor yang mempengaruhi komunikasi pemasaran adalah faktor lingkungan dan media digital. Perlu peningkatan konten untuk memasarkan desa wisata melalui media digital dengan meningkatkan kapasitas pengelola desa wisata dan dukungan kelembagaan.

Abstract

Manpower or HR expert or professional desired by the company, then to improve the competence of human resources, the government has formulated the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) in various fields one of them in the field of MSDM. SKKNI is nationally applicable as a reference for the provision of professional education and training (training), competency test and professional certification in the field of MSDM. This standard has been endorsed by the minister of labor and transmigration on September 9, 2014. SKKNI contains competencies related to HR management that are relevant to different types of business. Data collection in this research using survey method involving 51 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this research is done by using SEM method. The results of this study show that SKKNI has no significant effect on human resource competence and HR professional development, human resource competence has significant effect on Company Policy but human resource competence has no significant effect to HR professional development, company policy has significant effect to the development of HR profession

Abstract

Boiled fish is a processing of fishery products that have great potential because of high public demanding. UMKM Cindy Group is a small and medium enterprise in Bogor regency who wished that their product could be competitive, so that the application of quality management is required. The objectives of this research were: (1) to identify the level of quality management implementation at traditional and hygienic boiled fish SMEs as well as; (2) to analyze the relation of the level of quality application to the performance of traditional and hygienic boiled fish SMEs. The method used was descriptive analysis; trend analysis (financial performance: Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Investment (ROI), Return on Equity (ROE) and non-financial performance (number of training, production volume, number of customers); and discriminant analysis. Sampling technique for filling questionnaire was purposive sampling. The results of the study found that the level of application of quality management system at traditional boiled fish was at the level between Quality Control Operator (OQC) and Foreman Quality Control (FQC), while hygienic cleansing was at the level between Statistic Quality Control (SQC) and Total Quality Management (TQM). The result of discriminant analysis show that the level of SMM implementation has an effect on the company performance of UD Cindy Group that was seen from sig value <0.05. On hygienic displacement had an increasing trend of non-financial performance and higher on the average of the last three years compared with traditional boiled fish

Abstract

SMEs (Micro-Small and Medium Enterprises) are one of business sector that has an important role for improving economy condition in Indonesia. One of the SMEs that has the potential to competition is food SMEs. To create food MSMEs that able to compete with the other food products, they must be able to maintain the quality of various aspects. The many problems faced by food SMEs require a strategy to develop and continue. This research aims to create competitiveness and strategy in food MSMEs. This research was conducted by identifying food MSMEs, analyse the influence of internal factors and external factors with the IE matrix, looking for the formulation of food SMEs strategies using SWOT and QSPM methods. The location of the research was conducted in the city of Bandung, West Java. The results of this research based on the IE matrix show that the Bandung City food UMKM requires a grow and build strategy. Based on the SWOT and QSPM methods, various alternative strategies were obtained. Strategy III is the most suitable strategy for Bandung's food UMKM with a value 6.433. Strategy III is "improving human resource capabilities, utilizing associations and government support to expand product markets". The level of diversity of food MSMEs in Bandung is high, that makes the characteristics of the commodities produced. The majority of business people rely heavily on the government in all aspects of business. Procurement of raw materials is carried out independently with a contract system and own business capital

Abstract

One of areas which producing sweet potato is Cilembu Village, located in Pamulihan Subdistrict, Sumedang Regency.  The sweet Potato is famous as ubi Cilembu. The objectives of this research were to identify internal and external factors affecting raw material availability and continuity of marketing system of sweet potato Cilembu and to recommend alternative of effective and efficient marketing strategy of sweet potato Cilembu. This research used purposive sampling and also primary and secondary data. Respondents consisted of 30 people from 107 population of sweet potatoes Cilembu in Cilembu village. Analysis was conducted using IFE and EFE matrix, internal-external (IE) matrix, SWOT and QSPM method. From several strategies by using QSPM method, it had chosen one strategy to boost Cilembu sweet potato marketing by KUCP. The strategy was to encourage efforts in creating processing business medium scale of Cilembu sweet potatoes in order to get competitive processed products.
