Abstract

Small-medium scale enterprises enterprises (SME) found in developing and developed countries is still facing classical handicap such as technology, finance, managerial and market accessibility, in spite of its high flexibiliry, responsiveness, dynamic and resistance. Therefore, designing and management of SME in context of technology dissemination needs to understand business dimension as enterprise description, product/service, market, enterprise location, competition, management, personnel, budget, research and development. Beside general technology, both SME in general and specific are closely related to: (1) Technology choice covering technology complexities, capital intensity, and human resource (HR) quality; (2) Technology learning strategy based on learned technology position combination, both process and products with faced competition, through existing learned technology, technology integration, technology development and basic research; (3) Enterprise unit covering enterprise scale, HR, organization,location, product type, enterprise unit, experiences, competition level and business network; (4) Performance indication of business unit and business man, and technology diffusion institutions; (5) Linkages of business with characteristics of authority, functional, normative and diffusion. Dissemination pattern of integrated and sustainable technology is expected to establish network among development subjects intensively and dynamically, to compile agenda of transfer technology, implement technology that is appropriate and develop learning organization for technology dissemination activities.

Abstract

Changes in digitalization and automation show that a country has entered the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0. In its history, the Industrial Revolution has always brought many transformations, including a shift in the function of Human Resources (HR) to machines. Basically the main goal of HR management is to ensure that the organization has the appropriate HR knowledge and skills in the present and future, including changing jobs with the necessary competencies in the right positions. This study helps provide an understanding of cross-generational HR management in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era. Talent Management is the key to the challenges in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0. This study uses literature studies obtained from reference reading sources related to the similarity of human resource conditions in Western countries and Indonesia across generations. It was found that there were similarities in the occurrence of historical phenomena in American, European countries including Indonesia that affected the Baby Boomers Generation, X and Y. The similarity of ways of working, mindset and values in each generation are the advantages of Talent Management in preparing the right competencies in facing the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze human resources' role in improving lecturers' performance at Bina Bangsa University, Banten. This study describes and analyzes the improvement of lecturer performance at Bina Bangsa University Banten using qualitative methods, data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation, data analysis techniques through deductive analysis, comparative analysis, and data verification, checking the validity of the findings, namely persistent observation, triangulation test, conducting checks to prove the truth of the data that researchers have found. The results of the study (1) The role of Human Resources in Improving Lecturer Performance at the University of Bina Bangsa Banten must go through a planned HR planning process, HR recruitment according to needs, HR development and development in the form of training, promotion and transfer of HR if needed, termination of HR according to performance, HR Assessment according to the evaluation results of lecturers and proper salary compensation for existing HR; (2) The performance of lecturers at the University of Bina Bangsa Banten can be seen from their ability to make lesson plans, how to manage classes according to the conditions of students so that they are comfortable in learning and carry out learning evaluations related to the mastery of a lecturer's material and the continued development of the lecturer's profession

Abstract

The implementation of policies, leadership styles, organizational culture, and community participation has not been maximal in providing encouragement or can influence the employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service (Disdukcapil) and the community to implement various policies directly related to population and civil registration. This study aims to analyze the effect of policy implementation, leadership style, organizational culture and community participation on the service quality of the Disdukcapil in South Tangerang, Banten. This study uses a quantitative method with explanatory research type, with a population of 2,164 and a research sample of 216 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling where the sample is taken randomly. While the data analysis method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. There is a positive and significant effect of policy implementation on service quality by 83.8%, leadership style to service quality by 78.7%  organizational culture to service quality by 75.6%, and community participation on service quality by 90.7%. While the joint implementation of policies, leadership, organizational culture, and community participation have a positive and significant impact on the service quality of Disdukcapil in South Tangerang by 96.6%. So that in the future, the service of Disdukcapil should pay attention to the importance of policy implementation factors, leadership styles, organizational culture, and community participation in the implementation of service quality so that it can run better to the community, especially in the field of population and civilians registration that are still not optimal.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh partial maupun simultan dari budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, kualitas sumber daya manusia dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Biro Perencanaan Anggaran dan Kerja Sama Luar Negeri Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah staf pelaksana Biro Perencanaan Anggaran dan Kerja Sama Luar Negeri Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat yang berjumlah 100 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, data yang diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, kualitas sumber daya manusia, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh  terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini berimplikasi pada upaya perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja dengan memperhatikan aspek budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, kualitas sumber daya manusia, dan motivasi kerja.ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze both the partial and simultaneous impact of organizational culture, leadership, the quality of human resources, and working motivation on employee performance in the Bureau of Budget Planning and International Cooperation, the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing of Republic of Indonesia. Our study sample is composed of 100 staff. We collected data by using a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that organizational culture, leadership style, quality of human resources, and work motivation affect employee performance. The results of this study have implications for the company's efforts to improve performance by paying attention to aspects of organizational culture, leadership style, quality of human resources, and work motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsumsi masyarakat dan pengeluaran pemerintah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Baik konsumsi publik maupun belanja pemerintah memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Konsumsi masyarakat cukup dinamis, terutama di pengaruhi oleh efek pamer internasional, gaya hidup mewah dan kemampuan daya beli masyarakat. Sebagian besar pendapatan orang digunakan untuk membeli barang-barang yang mereka butuhkan, daripada berinvestasi dalam hal-hal yang mungkin membuat mereka lebih sejahtera di masa depan. Pengeluaran pemerintah dalam bentuk investasi pembangunan fisik sebaiknya dilakukan secara menyeluruh dan serentak agar manfaatnya dapat dirasakan oleh masyarakat dengan tujuan pemerataan pembangunan ekonomi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini adalah data sekunder yang diambil dari badan pusat statistik yang sudah ada sebelum penelitian ini dilakukan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi data panel. Data panel adalah pendekatan umum untuk analisis data karena memungkinkan kombinasi data deret waktu dan data penampang, yang dapat memberikan pemahaman data yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar sebagian pendapatan sebaiknya digunakan untuk investasi yang produktif untuk memproduksi barang dan jasa yang layak diperdagangkan secara komersial. Alokasikan sebagian pendapatan untuk ditabung agar terjadi akumulasi modal pada sektor rumah tangga yang kemudian diinvestasikan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan

Abstract

Quality of Work Life (QWL) is an organizational effort to control employee behavior and maintain work performance so that it improves continuously. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of organizational culture, servant leadership, and personality on turnover as mediated by work-life quality. This study used a quantitative approach with a sample size of 134 respondents. Employees of PT Nipindo Primatama Group in North Jakarta City completed questionnaires, which provided the research data. The SmartPLS program was used to analyze the research data using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM PLS) analysis technique. The findings revealed that organizational culture, servant leadership, and personality all had a significant and positive impact on employees' quality of work life, with the better the organizational culture, servant leadership, and employee personality, the higher the employees' quality of work life. The findings revealed that servant leadership, personality, and work-life quality all had a negative impact on turnover, whereas organizational culture had no direct impact on turnover. Employee turnover can be reduced by servant leadership, personality, and a high quality of work life, whereas a good organizational culture cannot always reduce employee turnover.

Abstract

Factors that influence the performance of employees in Furniture stores is the organizational culture. If the organizational culture in the store does not encourage employees to maintain work discipline, then this can have an impact on the lack of employee compliance with the rules and policies in the store. In addition, work motivation and job satisfaction of employees can also affect their performance. If employees are satisfied with their jobs and get enough motivation, then this can increase their performance and productivity. In this furniture store, workers lack discipline and do not comply with regulations, but the income of furniture stores in Palembang is quite high and stable every month. Field research with a qualitative approach is a type of research that focuses on an in-depth and detailed understanding of the phenomenon being studied. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and observation. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that Furniture stores in Palembang have implemented strategies to improve employee performance well by using various aspects such as ability and work expertise, work motivation, leadership, organizational culture, and job satisfaction. However, there are still obstacles to the work discipline aspect where there are still many employees who arrive late, permits for various reasons and have not complied with the regulations are made. Meanwhile, on the career aspect, Furniture stores have not implemented career management for their employees, only increasing salaries gradually as a form of loyalty to the store. Even so, the Furniture store has implemented the compensation aspect well.

Abstract

Human resource management plays an important role in improving lecturer performance and developing the organization. By taking the right steps in recruitment and selection, development and training, compensation, performance appraisal, and building an organizational culture that supports lecturer performance, organizations can create a conducive environment for lecturer development and growth as well as organizational progress. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method using a literature review to find out effective human resource management strategies in improving lecturer performance to develop organizations. This method allows the author to obtain detailed and detailed data on effective strategies for improving lecturer performance. Thus, the results of this study can assist organizations in developing effective human resource management strategies in improving lecturer performance and developing the organization as a whole. The results of the research show that human resource management plays an important role in managing human resources which is one of the important assets in an organization. Human resources have different abilities, knowledge and skills, and if managed properly, human resources can be a major force in achieving organizational goals. Human resource management is an important factor in organizations. Human resource management can play an important role in improving lecturer performance in developing the organization by developing effective strategies to increase lecturer motivation, enthusiasm, will, and thoroughness

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji praktik manajerial serta kebijakan-kebijakan yang dilakukan oleh manajemen puncak TNI AU dalam proses dan praktiknya untuk mensejahterakan anggotanya melalui dimensi kepemimpinan karakteristik, kesiapan organisasional, komitmen organisasional, strukturasi adaptif, akuntabilitas dinamis, dan kesejahteraan sosial. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif etnografi. Ruang lingkup penelitian meliputi organisasi TNI AU Koopsud 1 Jakarta secara keseluruhan. Penelitian menggunakan tiga tingkatan informan (3 pembuat kebijakan, 12 pelaksana kebijakan, dan 17 penerima kebijakan), memperhatikan reliabilitas, validitas dan kredibilitas data informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) kepemimpinan karakteristik mampu mengoptimalkan kesejahteraan para anggota TNI AU; (2) kepemimpinan karakteristik di TNI AU telah menguatkan kesiapan dan komitmen organisasional dalam penyejahteraan personel TNI AU; (3) kepemimpinan karakteristik mampu mengoptimalkan kinerja organisasi melalui aspek strukturasi adaptif; (4) kepemimpinan karakteristik mampu mengoptimalkan kinerja secara akuntabilitas dinamis; (5) aspek formulasi dan sasaran strategik untuk manajemen sumber daya manusia didasari atas kapasitas kepemimpinan karakteristik; (6) kepemimpinan karakteristik penting untuk menjalankan prosedur, sistem dan untuk menjadi dasar pembuatan kebijakan.
