Abstract

Emotion is a response shown by an individual to an event or stimulus that can affect his mental state. These emotions require control within the individual to be able to produce positive behavior, feelings and mental states in the process of emotional regulation. Measuring emotional regulation is needed to be able to describe a person's emotional control state. The aim of this research is to produce a valid and reliable emotional regulation scale. This research method is a research and development method with the ADDIE model. The population in this study was 2996 Class XI high school students in Ilir Barat 1 District, Palembang City. The total sample for this research was 102 respondents taken randomly. This research data processing uses SPSS with the product moment formula and factor analysis with a confirmatory factor analysis approach. The results of the research show that the content validity of experts states that 95% of the scale is suitable for use, and the emotional regulation scale prepared is constructively valid with 45 items with a Cronbach's alpha reliability value of 0.948. It was concluded that the emotional regulation scale was suitable for use with a larger and more diverse group of respondents.

Abstract

Buying and selling activities in everyday life is a phenomenon that has become a habit of the community. Especially the Indonesian people, especially the Indonesian people who work as traders. Buying and selling is regulated in Islamic sharia, but the knowledge of the people who buy and sell is still lacking. One of the contracts that often occurs in the community is the murabahah contract. Murabahah is a sale and purchase agreement between the bank and the customer. Islamic banks buy goods needed by customers and then sell them to the customer concerned at the acquisition price plus a profit margin agreed between the Islamic bank and the customer.

Abstract

This research is about studying the concept of "advantages of syirkah al-inan from the perspective of the Islamic Economic System". To achieve the above objectives, the author applied the following methodology in his research: Collecting data/information from a number of libraries and institutions; Field studies by studying Bank Rakyat data to add the information needed. The interview method is used to conduct interviews with respondents who are directly involved with the research topic, for example Managers and Sharia Administrators at the bank; and Relying on the Al-Quran, Hadith, opinions of Ulama whose opinions have been embedded in famous books and studies carried out by contemporary Islamic thinkers. Based on this research, the author is able to understand the concept of profit in syirkah al-Inan from an Islamic economic perspective. The author found that musyarakah or syirkah is a form of cooperation between two or more people to carry out a business or activity motivated by profit. Musyarakah is an instrument offered by Bank Rakyat. Therefore, this research will describe the problem of syirkah al-inan from the perspective of Islamic law and its application, especially at Bank Rakyat and conclude whether the concept used is in accordance with Islamic sharia or not. If we observe the opinions of the schools of thought we find that there are two main concepts in profit sharing. Based on the Syafie school of thought, profit sharing is based on the ratio of capital injected by partners. The second profit sharing concept is based on what has been previously agreed without reference to the ratio of capital injected. The second concept is based on the Imam Hanafi school of thought. Based on observations made, it was found that Bank Rakyat has implemented the Islamic Sharia Banking concept, especially in the problem of profit distribution in its musyarakah products. Therefore, the issue of profit sharing is very important not only as an index to determine the success or failure of a partnership, but also as a benchmark that the targeted profits for the company have been achieved. Therefore, the model used in sharing profits based on sharia requires a clear response and never fails. The author hopes that this research can become a useful guide for society

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh intensitas modal, komisaris independen, manajemen laba dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap agresivitas pajak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Penelitian ini menganalisis laporan keuangan Perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2019 - 2023 pada sektor energi. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 14 perusahaan dan didapatkan 70 observasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan dibantu perangkat lunak EViews 12 Student Version Lite. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan intensitas modal, komisaris independen, manajemen laba dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh secara simultan. Intensitas modal, komisaris independen dan manajemen laba berpengaruh terhadap agresivitas pajak. Ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap agresivitas pajak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh E-Government terhadap kualitas pelayanan melalui aplikasi SIBERAS di Desa Bulo Kecamatan Panca Rijang Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 791 KK dengan penarikan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel 89 orang. Tipe penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, kuisoner/angket, studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistic 26.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa indikator Pengaruh E-Government 57% berada pada kategori kurang baik. Indikator Kualitas Pelayanan 64% berada pada kategori baik. Pengaruh E-Government terhadap kualitas pelayanan melalui aplikasi SIBERAS di di Desa Bulo Kecamatn Panca Rijang Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang 60% dikategorikan “Berpengaruh/Signifikan”. Abstract

Organizational communication is one of the vital elements in the management and operation of retail stores, including in the Indomaret rest area KM 229 B Kanci Pejagan Toll Road. One of the important parts of retail store management and operations, including Indomaret rest areas, is the organizational communication of a store head with employees and vice versa. Good service is the result of good communication between a coconut shop and employees, as well as efficient procedures. Indomaret faces problems such as consumers wanting to be served immediately, incomplete goods sold, unsatisfactory service, and price differences between shelves and cashier computers. This study aims to understand why organizational communication between store heads and employees in Indomaret rest areas is vital in improving service quality and good service results to consumers (consumer satisfaction); this research is expected to provide practical insights for Indomaret management in creating a communicative and collaborative work environment for superior customer service. This research method uses a qualitative approach to gain an in-depth understanding of the communication between store heads and employees in Indomaret rest areas which focuses on a thorough understanding of social issues based on realistic, detailed, and complex conditions. Based on the research results, it was found that the head of the Indomaret rest area store prioritizes the communication style in the organization by using—overarching Communication Patterns or Stars.

Abstract

So far, Indonesian society has been known as a multicultural society, because it prioritizes culture. If there is mention of Islam Nusantara in Indonesia, of course it will be related to the term plurality. Islam Nusantara itself recognizes that culture is part of religion. So, why was Islam easily accepted by Javanese people at that time, because they prioritized culture without reducing the purity of Islamic teachings themselves. This research includes field research, a qualitative research method with a case study type of research and is descriptive in nature. Islam in the Archipelago and Islam Nusantara are similar sentences but in their meaning they have different meanings. In terms of terminology, the sentence Islam in the Archipelago has the meaning of the Islamic religion which is developing and has become one of the recognized religions in the archipelago, while Islam Nusantara at least has the meaning of the Islamic religion which has interaction, contextualization, universal Islam with all social, cultural and religious realities in Indonesia in particular, and/or Islam that is unique to the archipelago. Islamic boarding schools play a very important role in maintaining, preserving and developing the Islamic culture of the archipelago. Islamic boarding schools are able to form character and personality that is in accordance with the Islamic values ​​of the archipelago, such as tolerance, diversity and harmony both within religions and between religious communities. Nusantara Islam is a unique Indonesian style of Islam, namely a combination of Islamic theological values ​​with local traditional values, culture and customs in the country. The character of Indonesian Islam shows that there is local wisdom in the archipelago that does not violate Islamic teachings.

Abstract

This study examines the role of madrasas as educational and social institutions within the framework of Islamic education sociology. The research adopts a literature review method to analyze the challenges and opportunities faced by madrasas in fulfilling their dual roles in modern society. Data were collected from relevant journals, books, and studies and analyzed using a four-step process: data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The findings highlight the significant contribution of madrasas in shaping students' character, promoting Islamic values, and addressing social issues. Despite challenges such as adapting to technological advancements and societal modernization, madrasas remain pivotal in fostering moderation, tolerance, and cultural preservation. This study underscores the importance of madrasas in creating a harmonious and ethically guided community aligned with Islamic principles.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengkaji peran madrasah sebagai lembaga pendidikan dan sosial dalam kerangka sosiologi pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka untuk menganalisis tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi madrasah dalam memenuhi peran gandanya dalam masyarakat modern. Data dikumpulkan dari jurnal, buku, dan penelitian yang relevan dan dianalisis menggunakan proses empat langkah: pengumpulan data, reduksi, penyajian, dan kesimpulan. Temuan ini menyoroti kontribusi signifikan madrasah dalam membentuk karakter siswa, mempromosikan nilai-nilai Islam, dan mengatasi masalah sosial. Meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti adaptasi terhadap kemajuan teknologi dan modernisasi masyarakat, sekolah tetap berperan penting dalam menumbuhkan sikap moderat, toleransi, dan pelestarian budaya. Studi ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya madrasah dalam menciptakan masyarakat yang harmonis dan beretika serta selaras dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of financial technology and financial literacy on the financial behavior of the Sukamaju village community. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires through Google Form media using a Likert scale. was the population in this study millennial generation aged 19-39 years. The variables used in this study were financial technology and financial literacy as independent variables and financial behavior as the dependent variable. This study approach by uses a quantitative collecting primary data. The sampling technique used in this study used the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error so. that the number of samples determined was 100 respondents The data analysis technique used was to test the quality of primary data with validity and reliability tests, followed by multiple linear regression analysis with determination coefficient tests, partial and simultaneous significant tests using SPSS 25. Based on financial behavior the financial literacy results, partially affects financial behavior, simultaneously financial technology and financial literacy affect the financial of the analysis and discussion using multiple linear regression, it was concluded that partially financial technology affects behavior of the millennial generation of Sukamaju village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Eksperimen Semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh integarasi metode diskusi Toulmin argumentation pada model pembelajaran Learning cycle 5E terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Desain penelitian adalah “Pretest Posttest Control Design”. Variabel bebas adalah integrasi Toulmin argumentation pada model pembelajaran Learning cycle 5E dan model pembelajaran Learning cycle 5E, dan variabel terikat adalah keterampilan berpikir kritis. Populasi adalah seluruh kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Makassar yang bukan kelas akselerasi yang berjumlah 6 kelas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purpossive random sampling. Sampel penelitian ada dua kelas yaitu kelas VIII A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII E sebagai kelas kontrol dengan jumlah peserta didik masing-masing 33 orang. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes keterampilan berpikir kritis. Data keterampilan berpikir kritis yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai rata-rata pretest dan posttest berturut-turut pada kelas eksperimen adalah 23,48 dan 73,95 dengan rata-rata N-gain 0,655 (sedang). Sedangkan kelas kontrol 21,23 dan 59,85 dengan rata-rata N-Gain 0,507 (Sedang). Ketuntasan pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 39,39% sedangkan pada kelas kontrol sebesar 0% dengan nilai KKM adalah 79. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-t diperoleh nilai thitung = 5,6212 dan pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05 dengan dk = 64 diperoleh ttabel = 2,0369. Oleh karana thitung > ttabel, maka H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa integrasi metode Toulmin argumentation pada model pembelajaran Learning cycle 5E berpengaruh positif terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Makassar pada materi pokok zat aditif, zat adiktif, dan psikotropika.
