Abstract

Research Aims: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kontribusi etika pada Praktek bisnis dalam mendorong keberlanjutan perusahaaan. Design/Methodology/Approach: Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Literature Review. Research Findings: Etika bisnis merupakan perilaku yang mengevaluasi tindakan benar atau salah dan tindakan baik atau buruk agar kebijakan yang diputuskan lebih bijaksana. Penerapan etika bisnis yang terdapat di perusahaan terkait di bidang produksi, hukum, marketing, dan keuangan. Strategi yang dapat dilakukan perusahaan untuk mendorong terciptanya keberlanjutan mengacu pada konsep Triple Bottom Lines (Planet, People profit) antara lain, pengelolaan limbah produksi, desain produk ramah lingkungan, dan penerapan CSR. conclusion: Etika bisnis yang diterapkan perusahaan melalui kebijakan yang dilakukan, selain akan berdampak pada keuntungan yang akan didapat, juga berdampak baik pada lingkungan dan manusia baik karyawan maupun masyarakat sekitar agar perusahaan dapat terus berlanjut baik dimasa kini maupun masa mendatang.

Abstract

Adapun tujuan dari penulisan jurnal ini untuk mengetahui implementasi etika bisnis dalam perusahaan bisnis di Indonesia pada era modern. Metode yang digunakan yaitu studi literatur atau penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari pada kajian terdahulu. Hasilnya penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan etika bisnis dalam perusahaan memberikan manfaat yang penting dalam beberapa aspek. Implementasi etika bisnis dapat meningkatkan citra perusahaan di masyarakat. Selain itu, adopsi etika bisnis yang kuat juga membantu perusahaan menjaga hubungan yang baik dengan mitra bisnis, karyawan, dan pemegang saham.

Abstract

Research Aims: Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui literatur etika bisnis dan kebebasan berpendapat dalam bisnis pada generasi muda atau generasi-Z. Desain/Metodologi: pencarian dilakukan pada publikasi dari tahun 2019 hingga 2023 untuk literatur ilmiah, dengan memanfaatkan jurnal akses terbuka secara eksklusif. Ketika "etika, kebebasan berpendapat dan gen-Z, etika" diketik dalam pencarian referensi, muncul 491 jurnal. Selanjutnya setelah melalui tahap penyaringan dan diperoleh 340 jurnal, terdapat 36 jurnal yang dicari, dan 13 jurnal yang memenuhi syarat pencarian konten dan isu masuk ke tahap akhir laporan kinerja. Temuan Penelitian: etika bisnis dalam mengungkapkan gagasan, ide dan opini yang termasuk dalam kebebasan berpendapat di dalam bisnis berdampak pada keberlangsungan dan kemajuan bisnis yang dijalankan oleh gen-Z. Temuan dalam literatur memberikan informasi untuk menawarkan seperangkat pedoman etika dan prinsip etika bisnis yang dapat digunakan untuk mendorong kemajuan bisnis gen-Z. Sumber daya konseptual yang diberikan berdasarkan argumen yang diajukan penulis berguna untuk merangsang perdebatan lebih lanjut. Dalam penelitian akademis, kedua domain tersebut dapat dilihat sebagai struktur yang berbeda. Faktanya, etika bisnis gen-Z menekankan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip, aturan, nilai, dan norma.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk membahas dan memahami tentang etika bisnis dalam daya saing UMKM. Metode pada penulisan ini yakni dengan pendekatan literatur review. Data yang diambil untuk penulisan ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan sumber referensi berupa buku maupun artikel penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini yakni penjelasan mengenai persaingan dengan etika yang baik menjadi dasar bagi pelaku UMKM untuk menjalankan keberlangsungan dan kemampuan mempertahankan usahanya. Mematuhi norma-norma etika bisnis membantu perusahaan menghindari perilaku yang merugikan. Dengan beretika dalam persaingan usaha, membantu menciptakan perusahaan yang berkelanjutan, membangun reputasi positif, dan menciptakan nilai jangka panjang bagi pihak yang terlibat.

Abstract

Field research is research that has direct contact with sources. conflict of interest of researchers involved in a study. The purpose of this research is to determine the importance of ethics in research. The method used in this research uses PRISMA where the steps in searching for data consist of identification, screening, eligibility and inclusion. , with data sources Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and the Diva portal. Researchers need procedures and ethics that can monitor and ensure they remain in the correct and safe areas. What is no less important is critical and reflexive thinking and actions during research. policymakers should revisit guidance on research ethical vulnerabilities, and we suggest that a stakeholder engagement process would greatly aid that work

Abstract

The level of sexual violence in Indonesia still tends to increase every year. Recorded in 2023 as many as 11,302 cases of sexual crimes and 315 child exploitation. This data indicates that cases of sexual violence are still commonplace and cannot be overcome especially with minor victims. The role of parents is needed in providing education to children by building good communication between children and parents and parents provide an understanding of sex and must be done gradually according to the development of the child. The purpose of this study is to explore the role of parents regarding sex education in minors. This research design is qualitative research using a phenomenological approach that produces descriptive data. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the perpetrators do not have good knowledge with a low educational background. The perpetrators have a positive attitude towards the actions taken, so that the perpetrators do not feel guilty in committing acts of sexual violence against children. Interaction between children and parents at home is still rarely done due to their busy schedules so that children do not get enough education about sex education. Keywords: , ,

Abstract

Technological advances and the rapid flow of information through the internet have affected the lives of generation Z, one of which is the change in consumptive attitudes that are increasing. However, some of Generation Z still have a very low awareness of digital literacy. The results of economic learning are seen to be able to determine the economic expectations of generation Z and be able to foster financial intelligence in economic independence. This study aims to investigate the effect of economic learning outcomes and economic expectations on Economic Independence in generation Z, with financial intelligence as a moderating factor. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach and uses a questionnaire as a data source. The sampling method used was Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, and the number of samples obtained was 77 students at Makassar State University. The data analysis used in this study is the PLS method through SmartPLS software and inferential statistical analysis using the warpPLS version 4.0 program. The results showed that economic expectations and financial intelligence have a positive and significant influence on Economic Independence, while economic learning outcomes do not have a significant effect. The findings provide important insights into the factors that influence generation Z's economic independence and the implications for the development of economic literacy

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the educational conditions of the chocolate village and analyze the impact of the existence of chocolate village educational tourism on changes in the economy of the people of Plosorejo Village, Blitar Regency. This study uses qualitative data types and qualitative data with samples of educational tourism in Kampung kuning and the surrounding community who work around educational tourism in Kampung kuning. Data analysis from observations, interviews and documentation was carried out by transcribing the interview data from the manager of the Kampung Chocolate Educational Tourism and the surrounding community, then coding on the themes according to the research title. To test the validity of the data in this study, the technique used is using triangulation techniques. The conclusion in this study is that this Kampung Chocolate Educational tour, is very influential on the community, especially in encouraging the economy of the Plosorejo Village community, can provide job opportunities and job opportunities for the community. In the beginning, people who did not have jobs, worked odd jobs, farmers, and former thugs could work as employees at the Chocolate Village Educational Tour and could open up business opportunities. With job opportunities, the wheels of motion would also decrease.

Abstract

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are increasingly considering international expansion as one of the sustainable growth strategic options. This study aims to reveal how the effect of internationalization as a moderator of SMEs size, age, and other financial determinants toward investment opportunity set of SMEs that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2006 to 2020. Market to book asset ratio used as a proxy of investment opportunity set of SMEs. This study is one of the most important in the context of Indonesian SMEs as there were limited previous studies that have explored the internationalization factor. A total of 102 SMEs companies with 156 data observations were studied. A moderation regression analysis was used to test whether the determinants of the investment opportunity set were statistically significant. Surprisingly, the study found that the degree of internationalization has a moderating effect that weakens the relationship between SMEs age and size on investment opportunities set (market value ratio).

Abstract

Nowadays, mainstream scientific research activities have been carried out using two methods or approaches, the first is quantitative (positivistic) by testing hypotheses as evidence and the second is qualitative (post-positivistic) by analyzing case studies, phenomena to measure the depth of formal aspects in assessing subjective events that occur in the field. This research provides a thorough understanding to identify the differences between positivistic and post-positivistic lines of thought and review the mutual combination of positivistic thinking with qualitative-based research activities which tend to be at odds. This research was conducted through library research method. Reference sources are obtained from books, journals and other relevant references. The results of this research indicate that positivistic thinking of thought does not tend to be an obstacle to conduct a qualitative research. This is proven by the emergence of several theories that can be used as analytical tools to provide additional references to support the validity of data collection in the field.
