Abstract

Export activities carried out by small and medium-sized businesses have the potential to become a foreign exchange earner for the country as proclaimed. Often there are obstacles experienced by small and medium-sized businesses in carrying out these international trade activities. Extracted from several interviews with small and medium business owners, it was revealed that the obstacles faced were from the product itself, regarding quality and quantity. Both of these things often did not meet the mutually agreed standards. Another thing that becomes an obstacle is the difficulty of providing a container which is a vital aspect of the process of sending goods that are ready. Judging from the aspect of the theory of comparative advantage, the international trade activity should have a very bright potential to be developed so that it becomes a foreign exchange earner to be recommended with.

Based on their social experiences, the results show that these therapists are confident in their ability to contribute through social entrepreneurship. They possess advanced education and recognize the value of social interactions in their line of work. Because the profession is based on treatment experience and is estimated without a license, it is dubious. Involvement in religion is also proven to be essential to social entrepreneurship since it facilitates the process of social action. Although religion is sometimes disregarded in the study of entrepreneurship, its importance can strengthen the authority of studies in the area and present new challenges. Abstract

The presence of Women's Cooperatives or also known as "Kopwan" in society is crucial for aiding the government in addressing economic challenges, reducing unemployment, enhancing family financial well-being, and tackling gender issues. Despite their significant role, the existence of Kopwan requires careful attention, as many face stagnation at the business level, attributed in part to challenges in effectively managing working capital. This qualitative descriptive research aims to elucidate the meaning, sources, and management of working capital for Kopwan, utilizing data gathered through interviews and observational methods. The qualitative descriptive approach is chosen for its ability to directly depict and interpret the phenomena occurring in the investigated field. The findings reveal that Kopwan views working capital not merely as money but also as trust and networks. The management of working capital in Kopwan encompasses planning, organizing, and monitoring stages, and the applied model has proven effective in helping cooperatives successfully navigate operational aspects and enhance financial performance.
