Abstract

The purpose of this research is to deepen our knowledge about the role of the "human" Aida Furniture UKM in Pasuruan in adopting Open Innovation. To do this, we examine the characteristics of Aida Furniture SME managers, viz. main founder/CEO. influencing the dynamics of adoption (i.e. mechanism, partners, incentives and sequence of adoption) of open innovation in SMEs. Empirical analysis based on seven case studies of Irish medical device SMEs that have achieved international high growth targets Our results show that examples of open innovation adoption by project-based Furniture SMEs as opposed to organizational reasons and a natural tendency to return to a closed paradigm Through a “switchback” strategy after necessity fulfilled. UKM Furniture Aida, on the other hand, developed project-based open innovation skills and matured as a result. This highlights the importance of the “do, use, interact” learning mode in the development of OI SMEs. In addition, Aida Furniture UKM can embark on a general sequential and temporal path focusing on commercialization through an inside-out mode, followed by a complex co-creation mode. This study also finds that West and Bogers (2014) acquire, integrate and commercialize the framework, and thus extend Upper Echelon Theory (UET), the characteristics of the Founder/CEO. It also provides insight into how that affects OI adoption dynamics. The link between the two is strengthened by the Open Innovation and Entrepreneurship Theory.

Abstract

Internet technology has brought great changes to the way of doing business today. Many terms have been coined to represent electronic concepts and applications such as e-Business and eCommerce. These terms are usually used to represent the transformation of business processes and transactions. In Pasuruan, the adoption of e-business has not only attracted the interest of large organizations but has also been recognized and adopted by small, medium and micro enterprises. Implementing e-Business requires significant changes in corporate structure, culture, strategy, procedures and responsibilities. However, those challenges have not stopped people from venturing into this new business concept. A study was conducted to see the potential of e-business for micro-scale businesses conducted by UKM Raragu Craft in Pasuruan. In this study used qualitative methods. This article reviews issues related to e-business and business education, describes the methodology and reports preliminary findings from the research.

Abstract

Based on the differences between small-scale and large-scale business model innovation, and between directing and empowering leadership, we examine how CEOs at UKM Furniture in Pasuruan led business model innovation during the internationalization process. Based on the case of a Furniture SME in Pasuruan, we develop a theoretical framework that points to two distinct patterns in the articulation between CEO leadership style and business model innovation. We demonstrate that small-scale business model innovation led by directive leadership results in more timely foreign market entries. However, to increase international sales, large-scale business model innovation is required. This is facilitated by the CEO's empowering leadership style.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the Furniture sector have overcome internationalization barriers. However, research is still scarce, particularly on achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, despite the importance of this sector. The main objective of our research is to explore the basic pattern and speed of internationalization of SMEs in the forestry products (timber) sector, adopting an external perspective and an empirical approach. More specifically, the interaction effect of demand-side innovation and management control systems (MCS) on firms in the industry is examined. A qualitative research design was developed to gain an in-depth understanding of the contextual factors that influence Furniture SMEs in Pasuruan that have gone international, using direct and semi-structured telephone interview methods conducted with three furniture UKM managers who are members of the furniture and arts forum (FORMAKER). ) Pasuruan, Our findings show that Furniture SMEs in Pasuruan also feel that there is strong competition between Furniture SMEs, thus helping the development of collaborative innovation, directing progress to meet consumer demands, by creating trust and confidence and the process of production innovation and business networks

Abstract

Advertising constitutes one thing that is important for marketing. Advertising allows a product or firm to be recognized by consumers or society. With advertising, a firm can inform about top products firm products. Social media has also become one of the most popular advertising media today. Almost all companies have advertising content on social media. However, such corporations shall also have care in advertising that will be publicized. The firm shall have moral accountability for its advertising. Ethics requires it in advertising that constitutes fringes for corporations. Ethics is about fairness and deciding what is right or wrong, about defining the practices and rules that underpin responsible conduct between individuals and groups. In the presence of ethics in advertising, a firm has a reputation in society that eventually will be impacted by the product or service that is marketed.

Abstract

The sharp decrease in economic growth in 2020 indicates that a number of corporate actors were having issues at the time. It is believed that the Covid-19 epidemic, which began on February 29, 2020, is to blame for this issue. This is what prompted the Kediri City government to develop a plan for resuming economic growth in the form of laws. This study intends to identify the Kediri City government's policy framework for MSMEs development following the Covid-19 pandemic. This study employs qualitative methodologies, that involve gathering data from library literature studies by gathering data from journals, reports on official government websites, by collecting data from photos of activities and videos on social media related to research and observations, and interviews with 3 (three) informants who are MSMEs under the supervision of the Cooperative and MSME Office of Kediri City. Data analysis this research use Nvivo 12. The findings of this study demonstrate that the Kediri City Government's manner of policy implementation significantly results in a digitalization program that appeals to all parties, notably MSMEs.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to know the literature of business ethics and principles in industrial marketing searches are conducted on publications from 2019 to 2023 for scientific literature, utilizing exclusively open access journals. When "ethic, marketing and industry, ethic" was typed into a reference search, 449 journals came up. Subsequently, after going through the stage of filtering and obtaining 80 journals, there are 42 journals that are sought after, and 9 journals that satisfy the requirements for searching content and issues make up the final stage of the performance report. Business ethic and principle of business has an impact on industrial marketing. The finding in the literature inform to offer a set of ethical guidelines and business ethics principles that can be used in the marketing industry. The conceptual resources provided by the arguments proposed by the author as useful to stimulate further debate. In academic research, the two domains can be seen as different structures. In fact, marketing ethics emphasizes compliance with rules, values, and principles

Abstract

Business ethics is a set of general moral norms and values that need to be applied as a basis for consideration in all decision-making processes in the company. In this case, business ethics will consider the social, environmental and economic consequences of various decisions and actions to be taken. The research method uses literature study, carried out by reading, analyzing and drawing conclusions. The results of the literature review are that business ethics is something that needs to be applied when a company operates, and interacts with employees, customers, partners and the general public. So, in carrying out daily tasks, employees and company management must use business ethics as guidelines and standards for behavior. Abstrak Etika bisnis adalah seperangkat norma dan nilai-nilai moral secara umum yang perlu diterapkan sebagai dasar pertimbangan dalam segala proses pengambilan keputuusan diperusahaan. Dalam hal ini, etika bisnis akan mempertimbangkan konsekuensi sosial, lingkungan, serta ekonomi dari berbagai keputusan dan tindakan yang hendak dilakukan. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi literatur, dilakukan dengan membaca, menganalisis dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil dari kajian literatur yaitu bahwa etika bisnis merupakan hal yang perlu diterapkan saat perusahaan beroperasi, serta berinteraksi dengan karyawan, pelanggan, mitra hingga masyarakat umum. Jadi, dalam mengerjakan tugas keseharian, karyawan dan manajemen perusahaan haruslah menjadikan etika bisnis sebagai pedoman serta standar untuk berperilaku. Abstract

Artikel menggunakan Bibliometrik analysis yang bertujuan untuk merangkum beberapa penelitian mengenai Student Mental Health. Mental Health dapat menyebabkan masalah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari maupun kehidupan social, tidak hanya dapat merusak interaksi atau hubungan dengan orang lain, namun juga dapat menurunkan tingkat belajar dan produktivitas kerja. oleh sebab itu, sudah saatnya kita menjalankan produktivitas kerja. Artikel ini menggunakan metode PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses) dan analisis bibliometrik menggunakan VOSviewer. Sumber data diperoleh dari ScienceDirect periode 2019-2023. Hasil yang diperoleh sebanyak 57.951 jurnal, kemudian dilakukan reduksi data dengan menggunakan kriteria eklusif dan inklisif sehingga diperoleh 32 jurnal yang direview. Hasil untuk variabel-variabel yang terkait dengan Student Mntal health, Anxiety, College students, stress, forgiveness, ethnicity, students, unversity students, academic engagement dll. Secara keseluruhan, penulis berharap penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan pembelajaran dan refleksi tertulis dalam penelitian selanjudnya.
