Abstract

This research aims to produce LMS-based Biology   e-learning media at SMA Negeri 18 Luwu Utara that is valid, practical and effective, as well as analyze the practicality and effectiveness of the developed e-learning media  .  The research method used is Research & Development (R&D mode used is the Development Model of Robert Maribe Branch (2009) with 5 stages in a cycle, namely ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Evaluation). Sampling uses a simple random sampling technique. The sample of this study is class XII MIPA1 which amounts to 34 students. Kevalidan, Practicality is collected with questionnaire and validation sheets, for effectiveness data is collected with test sheets. Data collection is carried out by testing the validity of products, providing learning outcome tests, collecting student and teacher response data. The data collected was analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis with the results: 1) The validity of media experts and materials received valid categories from 2 validators; 2) Classical completion of learning outcomes of 88.23%;  3) Teachers and students respond positively to the product, 4) there is a significant link between practicality and effectiveness of the media. Based on the results of the study, the e-learning media  developed is declared valid, practical and effective.

Abstract

Indonesian curriculum transformation into an independent curriculum necessitates the readiness of schools and all of their components to adapt to these changes. As a result, every school's Islamic religious education learning process is required to conduct learning by following the independent curriculum. This study employs the qualitative method with a descriptive design. The data is gathered through observation and interviews with informants. The study’s respondents were school principals, vice principals of the curriculum section, Islamic Religion education teachers, and student representatives from SMA Negeri 5 Tana Toraja. The data found in this study was analyzed by collecting data in process and data in the field. According to the findings, Islamic religious education is taught at SMA Negeri 5 Tana Toraja in the framework of implementing differentiated learning in the independent curriculum. The adoption of the independent curriculum in learning Islamic Religious Education at SMA Negeri 5 Tana Toraja lays a greater emphasis on teacher readiness in carrying out differentiated learning. Adopting the Independent Curriculum in learning Islamic Religious Education in schools necessitates facilities, space, and many policies to increase teachers' knowledge and creative power.

Abstract

This study investigated the impact of integrating Flipped Learning (FL) and Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) on the pragmatic competence of English as Foreign Language (EFL) students, with a particular focus on their pragmalinguistic competence related to making requests and refusals. Conducted in an Islamic higher education setting, this research addresses a gap in the existing literature, as the combined effect of FL and STAD on pragmatic competence remains underexplored. The study aimed to empirically assess the influence of this integrated pedagogical approach and examining students' perceptions of its effectiveness. The research gathered quantitative and qualitative data using a sequential explanatory mixed-methods design. Initially, quantitative data were collected from pre- and post-test scores using a two-group experimental design (experimental group N=28, control group N=28). Discourse Completion Tests (DCTs), focusing on requests and refusals, were employed to evaluate pragmatic competence. Subsequently, semi-structured interviews with eight students from experimental group were conducted to delve into their perceptions. ANCOVA statistical analysis revealed that the flipped-STAD group significantly outperformed the control group on post-test scores, demonstrating its effectiveness for enhancing pragmatic competence in requests and refusals. In contrast, the control group received traditional teacher-centred instruction, which limited opportunities for interactive pragmatic practice. This comparison between student-centred and teacher-centred methods might inherently favour the interactive approach. The findings from the Interviews indicated that students had positive perceptions of flipped-STAD for developing pragmalinguistic competence. Thus, flipped-STAD seems a promising strategy for enhancing pragmatic competence in EFL, offering educators with an effective method. However, further research is needed to compare it with other student-centred approaches.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experimental) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian kuis menggunakan media iSpring Suite di awal pembelajaran pada model discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI MIA SMA Negeri 2 Majene studi pada materi pokok Asam Basa. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah “pretest posttest- control group design”. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI MIA SMA Negeri 2 Majene yang terdiri dari lima kelas. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas XI MIA 1 sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas XI MIA 3 sebagai kelompok kontrol dengan jumlah peserta didik untuk kelompok eksperimen 32 orang dan kelompok kontrol 30 orang. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah pemberian kuis menggunakan media iSpring Suite di awal pembelajaran pada model discovery learning dan variabel terikatnya yaitu hasil belajar. Data hasil belajar yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik kelompok eksperimen pada pretest dan posttest berturut-turut yaitu 35,75 dan 80,46 dengan rata-rata N-Gain 0,67 dan kelas kontrol yaitu 61 dan 78,50 dengan rata-rata N-Gain 0,35. Hasil pengujian hipotesis terhadap N-Gain menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney diperoleh nilai Zhitung= 5,02 dan pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05 diperoleh Ztabel = 1,64. Oleh karena itu, Zhitung >Ztabel, maka H0 ditolak. Dengan demikian, terdapat pengaruh pemberian kuis menggunakan media iSpring Suite di awal pembelajaran pada model discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI MIA SMA Negeri 2 Majene pada materi pokok asam basa. ABSTRACT This study is a quasi-experimental research (quasi-experimental), which is aims to determine the effect of giving quiz using iSpring Suite media at the beginning of learning on the Discovery Learning Model toward the student’s achievement of class XI MIA SMA Negeri 2 Majene study on acid base subject matter. The study design used was the pretest posttest-control group design. The population in this study were all the students of class XI MIA SMA Negeri 2 Majene which is consists of five classes. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The sample were class XI MIA 1 as an experimental group and class XI MIA 3 as control group with the number of students from experiment class is 32 peoples and for the control class is 30 peoples. The independent variable in this study was the giving quiz using iSpring Suite media at the beginning of learning and the dependent variable was the student’s achievement. Achievement’s data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The average value of student’s achievement on the experimental class at pretest and posttest respectively, are 35,75 and 80,46 with an average of N-Gain 0,67 and the control classes, namely 61 and 78,50 with an average of N-Gain 0,35. The results of the hypothesis testing towards N-Gain using the Mann-Whitney test values obtained Zhitung = 5,02 and the significance level of α = 0.05 was obtained Ztabel = 1.64. Therefore, Zhitung>Ztabel, so H0 was rejected. It shows that there is the effect of giving quiz using iSpring Suite media at the beginning of learning on the Discovery Learning Model toward the student’s achievement of class XI MIA SMA Negeri 2 Majene study on acid base subject matter.

Abstract

Tahu merupakan salah satu pangan yang mempunyai nilai gizi yang tinggi dan kandungan protein sangat baik untuk kesehatan. Kelompok perajin industri pengolahan tahu memiliki potensi dan peluang usaha yang baik, di antaranya khususnya industri makanan, bakso, warung makan untuk kawasan Makassar dan Gowa membutuhkan produk tahu olahan tanpa bahan pengawet sintetik.. Untuk itu pengrajin tahu berusaha mengejar target omset untuk menghasilkan produk olahan tahu yang alami dan tanpa bahan pengawet sintetik. Limbah industri tahu terdiri ampas tahu dan cairan tahu yang masih berlimpah dan perlu upaya sentuhan teknologi tepat guna dan melibatkan masyarakat khususnya yang tinggal disekitar lokasi industri pengolahan tahu Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM ini adalah Langkah Pertama. rendam kedelai selama 2-3 jam, kedelai yang sudah direndam kemudian digiling hingga halus dan jangan lupa diberi air agar hasilnya tidak mengental, langkah Ketiga, setelah halus kemudian adonan direbus hingga mendidih selama + 1 jam, Kemudian disaring dengan manual menggunakan kain saring Langkah. Kelima. Lalu diberi asam asetat ini berfungsi untuk membantu proses penggumpalan pada sari kedelai. Langkah Keenam. Proses penggumpalan sari kedelai Langkah Ketujuh. Proses mencetak tahu, memerlukan alat berupa saringan tahu yang berupa kain tipis dan kemudian di press. Selanjutnya setelah di press adonan tahu dipotong-potong sesuai ukuran yang diinginkan dan produk samping berupa air tahu murni. Bahan baku berupa limbah kayu jati dilakukan dengan teknologi pirolisis untuk menampung produk asap cair. Luaran berupa Produk pakan ternak untuk sapi local Sehingga mampu meningkatkan /kesejakteraan masyarakat pengrajin dengan membentuk unit usaha UKM (Mitra) yang dikoordinir oleh masyarakat dan pemerintah setempat.

Abstract

This study aimed at developing English Teaching Materials through Self-Vlogging Based on Speaking, explaining the quality of English Teaching Materials through Self-Vlogging Based Speaking, and knowing the students’ perceptions of English Teaching Materials through Self-Vlogging Based Speaking. The sample for this research was students in the 3rd semester of the English Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sulawesi Barat University. Researchers used the Research and Development method as the research method with a development model, namely the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) which was simplified into a 3D model (Define, Design, Develop). The sampling technique used was Probability Sampling, namely Simple Random Sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire that was used to assess research products on the research product validation sheet and was also used to determine students' perceptions of research products. The results of this study were (1) English Teaching Materials through Self-Vlogging Based for Speaking. (2) The media validation showed that the indicators' scores are in the category of ‘good’ and ‘very good’,(3) English Teaching Materials through Self-Vlogging Based for Speaking has positive perceptions from students as an English teaching material to help students practice speaking according to their interests.

Abstract

Perkembangan fashion didorong oleh inovasi dan kreativitas dari para designer, sehingga bertambah juga berbagai jenis fashion. Esyu Footwear hadir sebagai unit bisnis yang bergerak dalam fashion muslim dengan menghadirkan produk sepatu dan sendal wanita muslimah yang dijual secara online di marketplace. Penjualan Esyu Footwear di Shopee Mall yang cenderung meningkat dari tahun ke tahun membuka peluang untuk dapat memperluas ke pasar internasional dengan merancang strategi pemasaran berdasarkan analisis marketing plan dan analisis matriks TOWS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara kepada pemilik Esyu Footwear dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari data perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Esyu Footwear berada pada posisi kuadran 1 yaitu mengimplementasikan strategi pemasaran yang agresif untuk dan menembus pasar internasional melalui Shopee Mall.

Abstract

The goal of this research and development (R&D) study was to develop a 3D Chemis media product that included cards and applications for three-dimensional display. The 4-D development model by Thiagarajan et al., which comprised the phases of defining, designing, developing, and distributing, was consulted in the creation of this 3D chemistry media. The study's findings included the following: 1) two media experts and two material experts' evaluations of the media's viability and validity fell into the extremely valid group; 2) During the limited testing phase, which involved 29 students from class X MIA 5 SMAN 16 Makassar, each student received an average learning outcome test score of 83.3 out of 100, with 86.2% of the class completing the course. Additionally, the evaluation of student motivation for this media fell into the very high category, suggesting that the media was effective; 3) both students' and teachers' responses to the developed learning media fell into the very high category, suggesting that the media was useful. Following a validation stage by experts and validators, development revisions, and a small number of trials, this learning material was found to be reliable, useful, and efficient. The Chemis 3D media model was shown to be reliable, useful, and efficient.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the value of local wisdom "malaqbi" in shaping the characteristics and uncovering the factors underlying the existence of the Mandar ethnic group. The study employs a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach (phenomenology, sociocultural, and critical literacy). The research locations are in Napo Village, Limboro District, Polewali Mandar Regency, and Adolang Village, Pamboang District, Majene Regency. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), and documentary studies.The findings indicate the value of local wisdom "malaqbi" in shaping the character of the Mandar Ethnicity, namely: (1) The malaqbi value is used as the basic concept of self-awareness in interpreting the philosophy of Mandar Ethnic life; (2) The malaqbi value is used as the foundation of discourse;    (3) The local wisdom value of malaqbi is used as the foundation of attitude; and (4) The malaqbi value is used as the foundation of social behavior. The factors underlying the existence of the local wisdom value of malaqbi in the Mandar Ethnicity are: (1) Awareness of mutual respect and respect for fellow human beings; (2) Awareness of clarifying identity as Mandar people; (3) Awareness of historical events; and (4) Awareness of "siri'" as the consequence of behavior that is not in accordance with malaqbi.The implication of this research is that the value of malaqbi, which is very wise and full of teachings about life, especially social life, should always be applied by the Mandar Ethnic community in all fields. The malaqbi value has existed before Islamic teachings spread to the Mandar region. Understanding of the malaqbi value even applies to several designations for the Mandar Ethnic community, such as "to I Mandar" (original Mandar people), "to Mandar" (people who come and reside in Mandar), and "pammandar" (people who come to Mandar for specific purposes but do not reside there or only temporarily).
