Abstract

The phenomenon of bullying in children is still rampant in society, especially in the school environment. Efforts to prevent bullying actions need to be made by various related parties. This service research aims to implement the Islamic paradigm and values in the Kitab Adab Alim wa Muta'allim by Kyai Hasyim Asy'ari as guidelines and ethical sources in efforts to prevent bullying, transform strategies that must be implemented and form an educational ecosystem in the Ma'arif education environment in Malang Regency. The method used in this research is Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). The result of this research is that the Islamic paradigm and values in the Book of Adab Alim wa Muta'allim by Kyai Hasyim Asy'ari should be a guideline and ethical source in efforts to prevent bullying in the Ma'arif education environment in Malang Regency because the values contained in the Book of Adab Alim wa Muta'allim are still very relevant to become an ethical foundation to prevent bullying in schools under Nahdlatul Ulama. The strategy that LP Ma'arif Malang Regency can implement to habituate child-friendly schools with the Islamic paradigm and values in the Kitab Adab Alim wa Muta'allim Kyai Hasyim Asy'ari is to use the AGIL scheme, which stands for adaption, goal attainment, integration and latency. Schools under LP Ma'arif Malang Regency can be initiators and pioneers of child-friendly and anti-bullying schools with the Islamic paradigm and values in the Book of Adab Alim wa Muta'allim Kyai Hasyim Asy'ari.

Abstract

Perkembangan metode-metode pengukuran arah kiblat di Indonesia sangat pesat, dari pengukruan menggunakan alat bantu tradisonal seperti Rubu’ Mujayyab sampai menggunakan alat bantu modern seperti Theodolite. Saat ini theodolite merupakan alat bantu yang dianggap paling akurat dalam pengukuran arah kiblat. Namun banyak yang tidak menyadari bahwa Teleskop juga dapat digunakan untuk alat bantu pegukuran arah kiblat yang tingkat akurasinya tidak kalah dengan theodolite, karena dalam ilmu falak Telskop hanya difungsikan untuk kegiatan rukyatul hilal dan pengamatan gerhana. Penelitan ini dilakukan untuk mengenalkan kepada halayak umum terkait fungsi teleskop dalam menentukan arah kiblat sekaligus menambah khazanah keilmuan dalam ilmu falak. Dari praktik pengukuran yang telah dilakukan, ternyata teleskop terbulti layak dan akurat untuk menentukan arah kiblat.

Abstract

Masyarakat tradisional Nias dulu dalam pembagian dan penamaan waktu mereka mengacu pada aktivitas sehari-hari seperti beternak, bertani, kerja domestik dan fenomena alam lainnya. Penamaan waktu ini mereka sebut sebagai penanggalan harian yaitu Fanötöi ginötö. Selain kalender Masehi dan kalender Fanötöi ginötö masyarakat Nias mempunyai kalender periode senggang tahunan digunakan untuk kegiatan pertanian dan kegiatan adat istiadat suku Nias yang mengacu pada peredaran Bintang Orion atau Bintang Sara Wangahalö. Oleh karenanya penulis mengangkat rumusan masalah diantaranya: Bagaimana Sistem Penanggalan Suku Nias? Bagaimana Sistem Penanggalan Suku Nias ditinjau dalam perspektif Ilmu Falak dan Astronomi?. Penelitian ini bersifat kepustakaan dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Penanggalan tradisional Nias ini mengacu pada siklus Bulan atau fasefase Bulan yang terdiri dari 15 hari pertama dinamakan Bulan terang dan 15 terakhir Bulan mati. Disamping itu juga dipengaruhi letak Matahari dengan acuan Bintang Orion. Dalam perspektif Ilmu Falak tidak bisa digunakan, dalam peribadatan umat muslim karena penanggalan ini membutuhkan bulan tambahan (Nasi’) yang terlarang dalam ajaran Islam, tidak mempunyai nama dari bilangan bulan dan tahun. Sementara dalam perspektif Astronomi sistem penanggalan ini tergolong sebagai penanggalan Luni-Solar dengan perhitungan Astronomik..

Abstract

Historians present the origin of the Javanese Islamic calendar by associating it with Sultan Agung, in contrast to the explanation in the fiber Widya Pradhana, Ronggowasito precisely mentions that the Javanese Islamic calendar was formulated by Sunan Giri II. So it can be examined is there a difference between the calculation of the calendar formulated by Sultan Agung and Sunan Giri II as described by Ronggowasito. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach, with secondary data taken from the manuscript fiber Widya Pradhana. The results of the study will be divided into two, the difference in terms of calculation and in terms of the function of the Javanese Islamic calendar in both versions.

Abstract

The Javanese Islamic Aboge calendar is one of the local Indonesian calendars whose calculations are static and standard. The Javanese calendar is a special calendar because it is a blend of Islamic culture and Javanese Hindu-Buddhist culture whose calculations are based on the moon around the sun. Astronomically, the Javanese calendar is classified as a mathematical calendar, while the Hijri calendar is an astronomical calendar. Methodologically this paper is a Research Library where the data collected comes from library sources that are considered representatively related to the object of this study. This paper is descriptive-analytical, where this paper will explain and explain the truth and error of a fact. Then also analytically developed in a balanced manner by looking at the advantages and disadvantages of the object under study. According to the reckoning rukyah discourse, the Aboge system which includes 'urfi reckoning is no longer relevant to what is required by syara' and cannot be used in determining the beginning of the Lunar month related to the implementation of worship (determination of Ramadan fasting and holidays). Because according to this system, the age of Sha'ban remains 29 days while the month of Ramadan also remains 30 days.

Abstract

Zij al-Sultani was written by Ulugh Beg in 1437 AD , that is a connection with the constellation catalog in the medieval century after the book of Fix Stars by al-S?ufi. This star catalog contains comparisons in addition to several stars that are not indexed inside the book of Fixed Star. It is far known that there are twenty-seven stars updated by Ulugh Beg in Zij al- Sult?a?ni. One of the twenty-seven stars is used to determine the direction of the Qibla for some areas of Islam. The Andalusians used Canopus, a member of the constellation Carina, to determine the direction of the Qibla. In the end, this paper is expected to be a guide to look back at the journey of hisab rukyat and Islamic astronomy. That idea not only to supporting find renewal within the development of Islamic astronomy also encourages understanding comparisons between the classical books inside the medieval century. Currently, just a little discussion may be discovered concer this catalog of Zij al-Sult?a?ni by Ulugh Beg.

Abstract

This study investigates the important role of Ancient Egyptian civilization in the development of science during the Abbasid era. Through a literature review, this study outlines the history of Ancient Egypt and its contribution to falak, explains the Abbasid era as a historical context, and analyzes the development of falak during the Abbasid period. Research methodology includes methods of resource analysis, collection of data from various sources, and application of relevant analytical techniques. The results showed that Ancient Egyptian civilization had a major role in the development of Abbasid Era science. This is seen in the transfer of knowledge, astronomical advances, translations of classical works, improvements to the Hijri calendar, and the impact on navigation. Innovation, recognition of cultural and knowledge diversity, and advances in science are driven by integration. The results suggest that the integration of culture and knowledge can enable the development of scientific knowledge. In the current context of global openness of science, this has relevance. This study enhances science and increases our understanding of how different civilizations affect science. This study concludes that Ancient Egyptian civilization had an important role in the progress of science in the Abbasid era, thus encouraging progress, foundation formation, and influence of science to this day.

Abstract

The development of digital technology and the fierce competition between internet service providers encourage the importance of effective marketing strategies. This study aims to analyze the influence of social media promotion, word of mouth (WOM), and service quality on consumer decisions to use IndiHome in Jember. The quantitative method was used by surveying 120 IndiHome customers in Jember, analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that social media promotion and WOM had a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions, while service quality had a varied effect depending on reliability, convenience, and satisfaction. This research contributes to the development of digital marketing strategies by emphasizing the importance of social media, WOM, and improving service quality to increase IndiHome's competitiveness. These findings can serve as a reference for internet service providers in designing more effective and customer-satisfaction-oriented marketing strategies.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penanggalan Istirhamiah merupakan sistem penanggalan berbasis Matahari (Solar System) yang sama dengan penanggalan Masehi, yakni menggunakan peredaran Bumi mengelilingi Matahari yang berjumlah 365,2425 hari dalam satu tahun. Penanggalan Istirhamiah ini sangat melekat di dalam hati jamaah Majelis Istirhami. yang berpusat di Desa Padarincang, Cipanas, Cianjur, Jawa Barat. Perbedaan Penanggalan Istirhamiah dengan Penanggalan Masehi bukan hanya mengganti kata Masehi dengan Istirhamiah, tetapi juga awal tahunnya. Penanggalan Istirhamiah dimulai pada tahun 1998, tahun di mana mulai disusunnya selawat Istirham. Maka tahun 2019 Masehi adalah tahun 22 Istirhamiah. Begitu pula nama-nama bulan pada penanggalan Istirhamiah juga berbeda dengan bulan-bulan dalam penanggalan Masehi. Jika dianalisis dari kacamata Astronomi terdapat kesalahan-kesalahan dalam sistem Penanggalan Istirhamiah. Pertama, perbedaan antara Satu Tahun Tropis Matahari dengan Satu Tahun Penanggalan Istirhamiah. Kedua, penetapan tahun Epoch pada Penanggalan Istirhamiah. Ketiga, Penentuan Tahun Kabisat dalam Penanggalan Istirhamiah. Kata Kunci: Sistem Penanggalan, Tinjauan Astronomi, Penanggalan Istirhamiah. Abstract: The Istirhamiah date is the Solar System, which is the same as the Christian calendar, which uses the Earth's circulati on around the sun, which amounted to 365,2425 days in one year. This Istirhamiah calendar is deeply attached to the heart of Congregation of the Istirhami assembly. This is centered in Padarincang village, Cipanas, Cianjur, and West Java.The difference between the Istirhamiah date and the calendar is not only replacing the word CE (masehi) with Istirhamiah, but also the beginning of the year. The Istirhamiah calendar began in 1998, the year in which it began to be drafted Istirham. Then the year 2019 CE (masehi) was the year 22 Istirhamiah. Similarly, the names of the months on the calendar of Istirhamiah are also different from the months in the calendar of CE. If analyzed in an astronomical perspective there are some errors in the Istirhamiah date system which is, 1) the difference between one tropical year of the Sun and one year of Istirhamiah. 2) The determination of Epoch in the calendar of Istirhamiah. 3) The determination of leap year in Istirhamiah calendar. Abstract

Abstrak: Kota Parepare merupakan salah satu kota di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan yang masih berpedoman pada jadwal waktu salat sepanjang masa. Di kota ini beredar dua jenis jadwal waktu salat sepanjang masa yang memiliki sistem dan bentuk yang berbeda. Meskipun telah beredar secara luas di masyarakat namun kedua jadwal waktu salat tersebut belum mendapatkan legalitas hukum. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 7% masjid di Kota Parepare berpedoman pada jadwal waktu salat sepanjang masa Pengadilan Agama Parepare dan 90% masjid berpedoman pada jadwal waktu salat sepanjang masa PA Makassar. Jadwal waktu salat sepanjang masa Pengadilan Agama Parepare masih layak digunakan untuk Kota Parepare karena hanya memiliki selisih 1-3 menit dari waktu sebenarnya sedangkan jadwal waktu salat sepanjang masa PA Makassar tidak dianjurkan karena memiliki selisih waktu hingga 6 menit. Faktor yang melatarbelakangi penggunaan jadwal waktu salat sepanjang masa di Kota Parepare ialah faktor pendidikan, faktor ekonomi, faktor budaya dan faktor pemerintah. Kata Kunci:  Implementasi, Jadwal Salat, masjid, hisab, Kota Parepare.   Abstract:       Parepare is one of the cities in South Sulawesi Province which is still guided by the all-time prayer schedules. In this city circulated two types of prayer times that have different systems and forms. Although it has been widely circulated in the community, the two prayer times have not yet received legal legality. This research is included in the field research with a qualitative approach. The results showed that 7% of mosques in Parepare City were guided by the all-time prayer schedule of Parepare Religious Courts and 90% of mosques were guided by the all-time prayer schedule of Makassar Religious Courts. The all-time prayer schedule of Parepare Religious Courts is still suitable for the City of Parepare because it only has a 1-3 minute difference from the actual time, while the all-time prayer schedule of Makassar Religious Courts is not recommended because it has a time difference of up to 6 minutes. The factors behind the use of the all-time prayer schedule in Parepare City are educational factors, economic factors, cultural factors and government factors.
