Abstract

This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with the aim of understanding the segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies to enhance sales volume at "Kedai Kopi Roemah Aki’q" in Surabaya. The subjects of the study include the owner, employees, and consumers. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the research findings, segmentation is focused on the northern part of Surabaya with consumers aged 17-30, including adolescents and young adults, both male and female, belonging to the lower-middle class. Their behavior includes a fondness for hanging out, socializing with friends, playing games, and completing tasks. Targeting is aimed at adolescents to young adults, both male and female, aged 17-30, utilizing social media promotion and leveraging the services of content creators. Product specialization involves offering unique and distinctive menus. Positioning adopts a vintage concept, presenting menus inspired by the past, prioritizing consumer needs and desires, providing affordable prices, and maintaining the highest quality.

Abstract

This research aims to determine promotion strategies through the utilization of Instagram social media in increasing sales at Bitween Coffee Surabaya. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The research was conducted at Bitween Coffee Surabaya. The subjects of this study include the owner, employees, and consumers of Bitween Coffee Surabaya. Data sources will be collected using data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, documentation, and triangulation. The collected data will then be analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study reveal that Bitween Coffee Surabaya employs a promotion strategy based on the 4C concept, which includes Context, Communication, Collaboration, and Connection. Bitween Coffee Surabaya also makes various efforts to optimize its promotion strategy through Instagram social media. These efforts include creating an attractive Instagram profile, generating visually appealing content, utilizing Instagram stories and reels, using popular hashtags, actively engaging with customers, organizing contests, collaborating with influencers, monitoring content using analytics tools, and partnering with other businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy used by managers to face competition in coffee shops in Sidoarjo using the Blue Ocean Strategy Approach. In this study, the method used was a qualitative descriptive approach. Qualitative descriptive research has the objective of describing, illustrating, and explaining in greater depth the problem being observed. In qualitative research, the main subject of research is human beings, and the results of this research are manifested in the form of words appropriate to the field situation. The results of this research through the E-R-R-C scheme set for Labuda Kopi are as follows: First, in the step to eliminate, the menu of Honey Spices Lime and Honey Spices Flower Tea is abolished. Then, in the subtract step, the price of the product that has been set will be reduced. Furthermore, in the step of upgrading, Labuda Kopi will add stands with shade, improve marketing strategies, and increase the facilities provided. Finally, in the creation step, Labuda Kopi will create new distinctive coffee variants and also create a new set menu.

Abstract

Penyusunan segmenting, targeting, positioning yang tepat tentu saja akan memudahkan perusahaan dalam menyusun program kegiatan pemasaran guna meningkatkan volume penjualan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis optimalisasi strategi segmenting, targeting dan positioning dalam meningkatkan penjualan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif dan asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh atau sering disebut juga sensus, yakni yang akan dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan, yaitu 37 karyawan PT. Jaya Bakti Raharja Cabang Sukabumi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linear berganda, termasuk uji koefisien determinasi, koefisien kolerasi berganda, uji secara parsial (uji T), dan  uji secara simultan (uji F). Hasil penelitian, menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi dilihat dari nilai (Adjusted R2 ) sebesar 0,575 hal ini diartikan bahwa pengaruh segmenting, targeting, positioning terhadap volume penjualan sebesar 57,5%, sisanya 42,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil uji secara simultan (uji F) menunjukan bahwa segmenting, targeting, positioning berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh work life balance dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh. Dan dalam hal ini yaitu semua karyawan PT. Telkom Witel Sukabumi yang berjumlah 59 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linear berganda, termasuk uji koefisien determinasi, koefisien kolerasi berganda, dan uji secara parsial (uji T). Hasil penelitian, menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi dilihat dari nilai (Adjusted R2 ) sebesar 0,222 hal ini diartikan bahwa pengaruh work life balance dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 22,2%, sisanya 77,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil uji koefisien korelasi dapat dilihat nilai R sebesar 0,472, menunjukan adanya hubungan yang sedang antara work life balance dan komitmen organisasi dengan  kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

The utilization of information technology has expanded into the realm of digital marketing for entrepreneurs. There are numerous ways in which this technology is adopted as an accelerator in business processes, and one of them is through the utilization of digital media. Digital marketing, which is a product of information technology, encompasses the promotion of products and/or services through social media. One of the challenges faced by micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), particularly Madu Lebah Klanceng, an MSME located in Talang Village, is their reliance on conventional promotion methods such as distributing brochures, participating in bazaars, setting up stalls, and word-of-mouth promotion. This limits the reach of their marketing and sales efforts, impeding the rapid growth of their business. To achieve the goals of digital branding and digital marketing, training and mentoring sessions are conducted through the delivery of materials, discussions, and practical exercises on digital branding and marketing techniques. The method used is qualitative, involving data collection through observations, interviews, and documentation of the activities carried out by the MSMEs. It is hoped that through these activities, MSME entrepreneurs will gain a better understanding of the importance of utilizing internet media to build their brand and enhance their marketing efforts.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of the work shift system (X1), work pressure (X2), and work environment (X1) on employee performance (Y) Central Surgical Installation Bhayangkara Kediri Hospital. This type of research uses descriptive research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study was employees of the Central Surgical Installation of Bhayangkara Kediri Hospital, while the number of samples used was 40 respondents using saturated samples. Data analysis tools used in this study are validity test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that based on partial tests (1) Work Shift has no effect but has a significant value on employee performance (2) Work pressure has a positive effect on employee performance, (3) Work Environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance Central Surgical Installation Bhayangkara Kediri Hospital. (4) Work Shift, Work Pressure, and Work Environment simultaneously affect the performance of employees of the Central Surgical Installation of Bhayangkara Kediri Hospital.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of Employee Engagement, Workload, and Work Environment on Employee Productivity at PT. Surya Steel Surabaya. This research method is quantitative with an associative research type. The number of samples in this research was 42 employees in the production department, with data collection carried out by means of observation, interviews, direct questionnaires, and literature study, and data processing carried out with the help of the SPSS 30 program. Sampling used saturated sampling techniques and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Employee Engagement, Workload, and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant positive effect on Employee Productivity at PT. Surya Steel Surabaya. Partial testing of Employee Engagement and Work Environment has a significant positive effect on Employee Productivity. While the Workload variable has an insignificant effect on Employee Productivity. With these factors, the company can implement more effective policies to increase employee productivity at PT. Surya Steel Surabaya. This research provides theoretical implications in increasing knowledge related to the relationship between variables, as well as practical implications for companies in increasing employee productivity.

Abstract

Human Resources is a strategic element that plays a key role in determining the success and sustainability of an organization. One of the companies that prioritizes service is the Umrah travel company. The quality of human resources greatly determines how a travel company is able to provide maximum service to customers. This study aims to determine the human resource management strategy in improving the quality of its service to customers of Travel Sutra Sidoarjo. This study uses a qualitative method formulated using SWOT analysis and data collection techniques through interviews, observations, documentation, and triangulation. The object of research in this study is Travel Sutra Sidoarjo, involving directors, employees, and customers as informants. The results of this study, based on the SWOT matrix analysis, obtained IFAS results showing strengths with a score of 2.17 and weaknesses with a score of 0.89. The EFAS results show opportunities with a score of 2.19 and threats with a score of 0.86. Based on the SWOT Analysis Diagram, Travel Sutra Sidoarjo shows Quadrant 1 using an aggressive strategy, namely the company has opportunities and strengths, so that it can take advantage of existing opportunities in improving the quality of travel services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, work environment, and organizational culture on employee performance. The object of this research is the Head Office of PT. Bank BCA Syariah, located in East Jakarta. The population consists of employees from the Head Office, with a total sample of 80 respondents. This research employs an associative method with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that, simultaneously, transformational leadership style, work environment, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, the transformational leadership style does not have a significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a significant effect, particularly in aspects such as lighting and available facilities, which support employee productivity. Organizational culture also shows a significant influence on employee performance, as it shapes shared values, beliefs, and behaviors that guide actions within the organization. This study provides practical implications for companies in designing human resource management strategies to improve employee performance.
