Abstract

Abstract: The transformation of vocational education in the digital era requires a new leadership paradigm capable of integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) with sustainability principles. This study highlights the importance of green leadership in managing TVET institutions to align with the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, particularly those related to quality education, decent work and economic growth, as well as innovation and infrastructure. The main objective of this research is to formulate a conceptual model of AI-driven green leadership as a strategic pathway for sustainable transformation in vocational institutions. This research employs a mixed-methods approach with a sequential explanatory design. The quantitative phase involved 148 respondents from 12 vocational institutions in Indonesia using a Likert-scale questionnaire to measure perceptions of green leadership, digital readiness, and AI adoption. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS and further explored through in-depth interviews with 15 institutional leaders as part of the qualitative phase. The results indicate that AI utilization significantly enhances decision-making efficiency, organizational transparency, and green innovation within the TVET environment. Leadership that combines digital intelligence and ecological awareness fosters an adaptive and sustainable organizational culture. The research implies the necessity of policies that promote AI-based green leadership literacy, the development of sustainable digital leadership curricula, support for environmentally friendly data infrastructure, and cross-sector partnerships to ensure that technological innovation aligns with human development and environmental sustainability.Keyword: green_leadership; artificial_intelligence; SDGs.Abstrak: Transformasi pendidikan vokasi di era digital membutuhkan kepemimpinan baru yang mampu mengintegrasikan kecerdasan buatan (AI) dengan prinsip keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya kepemimpinan hijau dalam pengelolaan TVET agar selaras dengan SDGs 2030, terutama tujuan terkait pendidikan bermutu, pekerjaan layak, dan inovasi. Tujuan utama penelitian adalah merumuskan model konseptual AI-driven green leadership sebagai strategi transformasi berkelanjutan di institusi vokasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah mixed methods dengan desain sekuensial eksplanatori. Tahap kuantitatif melibatkan 148 responden dari 12 institusi vokasi di Indonesia melalui kuesioner skala Likert yang mengukur persepsi kepemimpinan hijau, kesiapan digital, dan adopsi AI. Analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS, kemudian diperdalam melalui wawancara dengan 15 pemimpin institusi pada tahap kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan AI meningkatkan efisiensi pengambilan keputusan, transparansi organisasi, serta inovasi hijau di lingkungan TVET. Kepemimpinan yang menggabungkan kecerdasan digital dan kesadaran ekologis mampu menciptakan budaya organisasi yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan. Implikasi penelitian menegaskan pentingnya kebijakan yang mendorong literasi kepemimpinan hijau berbasis AI, pengembangan kurikulum kepemimpinan digital berkelanjutan, dukungan infrastruktur data ramah lingkungan, serta kemitraan lintas sektor untuk memastikan inovasi teknologi sejalan dengan pembangunan manusia dan lingkungan.Kata kunci: kepemimpinan_hijau; kecerdasan_buatan; SDGs

Abstract

Abstract: This study analyzes the function of transformational leadership as a driver of innovation in promoting the adoption of cloud computing to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. Using a systematic literature review (SLR) approach, this study combines the results of six leading articles published between 2018 and 2025. The analysis results show that transformational leadership, using intellectual stimulation, inspirational motivation, and cultural change, can generate innovation in organizations that directly supports cloud adoption. Cloud computing further enhances organizational responsiveness and innovation capacity, enabling companies to respond more quickly to market changes. The research findings confirm that competitive advantage stems not only from technological aspects but also from the dynamic capabilities shaped by transformational leaders who align cloud resources with strategic objectives. This study contributes to filling a gap in theory by proposing a sequential mediation mechanism linking transformational leadership, organizational innovation, cloud adoption, and competitive advantage. Implications for management recommend that organizations focus on digital-based leadership training and ensure that cloud resource allocation is aligned with corporate strategy. Keyword: Transformational Leadership; Innovation; Cloud Computing; Organizational Agility; Competitive Advantage Abstrak: Penelitian ini menganalisis fungsi kepemimpinan transformasional sebagai penggerak inovasi dalam mendorong penerapan cloud computing untuk meraih keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan. Melalui pendekatan tinjauan pustaka sistematis (SLR), studi ini menggabungkan hasil dari enam artikel terkemuka yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2018 hingga 2025. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, dengan menggunakan stimulasi intelektual, motivasi inspirasional, serta perubahan budaya, dapat menghasilkan inovasi dalam organisasi yang mendukung langsung penerapan cloud. Cloud computing selanjutnya meningkatkan responsivitas organisasi dan kapasitas inovasinya, sehingga perusahaan lebih cepat dalam merespons perubahan pasar. Temuan penelitian menegaskan bahwa keunggulan kompetitif tidak hanya berasal dari aspek teknologi, tetapi juga dari kemampuan dinamis yang dibentuk oleh pemimpin transformasional yang menyelaraskan sumber daya cloud dengan tujuan strategis. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi dalam mengisi kekurangan teori dengan mengusulkan mekanisme mediasi berurutan yang menghubungkan antara kepemimpinan transformasional, inovasi organisasi, penerapan cloud, dan keunggulan kompetitif. Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT) has significantly transformed the landscape of education, including in the context of vocational education. Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP), particularly the Department of Automotive Engineering, has made efforts to adapt the curriculum and learning methods to bridge the gap between education and industry demands. However, in its implementation, there are still challenges that need to be addressed, especially in the Automotive Electronics Electricity course. This study aims to validate the Rifdarmon E-Learning Model in the Automotive Electronics Electricity course through SEM-PLS and CB-SEM analysis using SmartPLS 4. The research employed a quantitative approach using two analysis methods: Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) and Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM). Data were collected from 50 validators comprising experts in educational technology, learning models, and learning media using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. The model validation focused on four key syntaxes: Reciprocal Teaching (RT), Mentoring Peers (MP), Organizing Findings (OF), and Narrating Outcomes (NO). The SEM-PLS analysis demonstrated strong construct validity with satisfactory Composite Reliability (CR), Cronbach's Alpha, and Average Variance Extracted (AVE) values across all syntaxes. The CB-SEM analysis further confirmed the model's structural validity with positive outer loading values and good model fit indices. These comprehensive validation results indicate that the Rifdarmon E-Learning Model is both valid and reliable, making it suitable for implementation to enhance learning outcomes and develop students' 4C skills in Automotive Electronics Electricity education.

Abstract

This article evaluates the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) at SMK Negeri 1 Suliki within the framework of the Kurikulum Merdeka. The study aims to assess the alignment of P5 execution with official educational guidelines and identify challenges in its implementation. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation from 158 students and key stakeholders, applying the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The findings reveal a strong alignment between P5 objectives and the school’s vision, yet highlight significant challenges, including limited teacher understanding, inadequate resources, and inconsistent student engagement. The study also highlights the role of P5 activities in fostering competencies related to STEM-based learning approaches, crucial for preparing vocational students for 21st-century challenges. Recommendations for improvement include enhanced educator training, resource allocation, and fostering a supportive school culture. This evaluation provides a comprehensive overview of P5 implementation, contributing to the ongoing discourse on educational quality in vocational schools.

Abstract

Abstract: The leadership style of a leader if it is perceived as something that is expected by subordinates, it will have a better effect on employee performance. Conversely, if it is not in line with expectations it will have an adverse effect on employee performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance. To achieve the research objectives, the research method used is a quantitative research method and the analytical method used is correlation analysis. The correlation coefficient r = 0.74 indicates that the Leadership Style has a strong relationship with Employee Performance at PT Outsuka Jakarta. The coefficient of determination r² = 0.55 indicates that Employee Performance at PT Outsuka Jakarta 55% is influenced by the Leadership Style, while the remaining 45% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Leadership Style, Employee Performance Abstrak: Gaya kepemimpinan merupakan perilaku yang digunakan seorang pemimpin pada saat mempengaruhi orang lain dalam melakukan suatu pekerjaan untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Perilaku kepemimpinan yang ditampilkan oleh seorang pemimpin jika dirasakan baik dan menyenangkan para karyawan, maka akan berpengaruh dan memiliki dampak yang lebih baik terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sebaliknya, apabila perilaku kepemimpinan yang ditampilkan seorang pemimpin sebagai sesuatu yang tidak sesuai dengan harapan para karyawan maka akan berpengaruh kurang baik terhadap kinerja karyawan itu sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Outsuka Jakarta dan seberapa besar faktor lain yang mempengaruhinya. Adakah hubungan yang signifikan diantara variabel gaya kepemimpinan dengan variabel kinerja karyawan. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian maka metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi. Nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0,744 menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan memiliki hubungan yang kuat terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Outsuka Jakarta. Nilai koefisien determinasi r² = 0.533 menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Outsuka Jakarta 53,3% dipengaruhi oleh Gaya Kepemimpinan, sedangkan sisanya 47,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti, kompensasi, disiplin, budaya organisasi dan lain-lain. Abstract

Android-based learning media is one of the media that is easy to use by teachers and students in achieving learning objectives. This study aims to produce valid, practical, and effective learning media used for learning. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4-D development model (four D models). This study used an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The questionnaires were divided into validation questionnaires, practicality, and effectiveness questionnaires. For data analysis, researchers used Aiken's formula and Gain Score. The validation sheet is filled out by 4 validators consisting of 2 material validators and 2 media validator. The practicality sheet is filled out by 30 students and 2 teacher. For effectiveness data used questions filled out by students. The questionnaire data obtained a validity level of 0.95 which indicates that the developed media is valid. For practicality, the result is 90% with the very practical category. The effectiveness of the developed media is seen from the value of students. After using the media, 100% of students had scores above the KKM, while from the gain score test, they got a value of 0.75 which means that the learning media developed can be said to be effective. Based on these data it can be concluded that android-based learning media in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) subjects is valid, practical, and effective for use as learning media.

Abstract

Evaluation as an action to find out or an attempt to see the extent to which the goals set have been achieved. In other words, the goal is a tool to determine the success of the learning process that occurs between educators and students. The purpose of this study was to look at the results of the evaluation of project-based learning in productive subjects for students majoring in automotive at the 1 Pantai Cermin Vocational High School. This type of research is evaluative research using a qualitative approach. The evaluation method used is the STAKE method, which evaluates plans, processes and results. The findings of this study, namely, that project-based learning has been implemented for students in the automotive major at Pantai Cermin Vocational High School 1 found that the implementation of project-based learning still has deficiencies in terms of preparation and results. Viewed from the preparation aspect, it was found that the project delivery from the teacher was unclear and not specific, while from the results aspect, the projects undertaken were still limited to video tutorials that had not been published. The conclusion from this research is that project-based learning still needs careful planning to match the expected results or objectives.

Abstract

Education is a crucial pillar in shaping individuals and organizational success. The interconnectedness between them is a primary focus in enhancing the quality of education and human resource development. This research examines the relationship between psychological factors such as Kontrol Fokus, Keberanian, and openness with Kinerja Akademik Siswa. In an ever-evolving era, a deeper understanding of these psychological factors is essential. It is hoped that this study provides insight into how Kontrol Fokus aids in task management, the role of Keberanian in facing challenges, and how openness stimulates innovative thinking and adaptation, thereby facilitating shared goals. The research's conclusion emphasizes the importance of close collaboration in education to tackle complex challenges and achieve future success. Understanding individual psychology is also key to optimizing human potential and organizational goals attainment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji tentang pengembangan modul analisis kurikulum pendidikan teknologi meliputi uji validitas, uji praktikalitas dan uji efektifitas. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian Research and Development (R&D). Model yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan prinsip ADDIE, metode pengumpulan data melalui angket dan tes hasil belajar, analisis data diolah menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dari penerapan modul dan dideskripksikan melalui pendekatan kualititatif untuk meyimpulkan hasil penelitian, subjek penelitian terdiri dari dosen dan mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap pengembangan modul berbasis android memenuhi kelayakan, ditinjau dari aspek validitas, praktikalitas dan efektifitas. Hasil analisis aspek validitas pengembangan modul dari validator ahli materi adalah 92,98% dengan kriteria sangat valid, sedangkan dari validator ahli media adalah 78,57%, aspek praktikalitas pengembangan modul dari respon dosen pengampu skor persentase rata-rata 98,95% dan respon mahasiswa skor persentase rata-rata 87,76% dengan kriteria sangat praktis. Aspek efektifitas pengembangan modul dilihat dari tes kognitif hasil pembelajaran mahasiswa berupa pre-test dan post-test dengan menggunakan rumus gain score. Hasil tes pengetahuan pada 24 mahasiswa dan mendapatkan nilai skor rata-rata yang baik sebesar 74,29%, sehingga mencapai kriteria sangat tinggi. Kesimpulan bahwa pengembangan modul pembelajaran berbasis android ini mampu menarik perhatian mahasiswa dan membuat mahasiswa paham terhadap materi serta membuat mahasiswa mampu bekerjasama dalam berkelompok.

Abstract

In Industry 4.0, reliable fault diagnosis is critical for minimizing downtime and preventing catastrophic failures in rotating machinery. However, conventional deep learning models often operate deterministically, lacking the ability to quantify prediction uncertainty—a limitation that hinders risk-based maintenance decisions. This study aims to develop a hybrid deep learning framework that integrates Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), and Bayesian inference for uncertainty-aware fault diagnosis. The model extracts spatial features from Short-Time Fourier Transform (STFT) spectrograms via CNN, models temporal dynamics from raw vibration signals via LSTM, and quantifies prediction uncertainty using Monte Carlo Dropout (T=50). Evaluated on the benchmark Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) bearing dataset with an 80/20 data partitioning under six operating conditions, the hybrid architecture achieves an accuracy of 99.14% and an F1-score of 0.9914, significantly outperforming standalone CNN (97.42%) and LSTM (84.12%) models. The integration of probabilistic inference enhances decision reliability by providing confidence estimates for each prediction. This work contributes a robust, uncertainty-aware model that effectively captures both spatial and temporal patterns, offering significant implications for safety-critical industrial predictive maintenance systems.
