Abstract

This article aims to see how the provisions of the criminal law that apply in Indonesia are related to the protection of coral reef ecosystems. The problem is focused on the urgency of protecting coral reef ecosystems and the current criminal law regulation in Indonesia. In order to approach this problem, theoretical references are used from their books by Philipus M. Hadjon and Tatiek Sri Djatmiati who argue that in the civil law system, the first approach is the legal approach. The data were collected through the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia and analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that the government has attempted to regulate the protection of coral reef ecosystems in Indonesia through legal arrangements and criminal sanctions for perpetrators of destroying coral reef ecosystems, however, punishment of perpetrators of destroying coral reef ecosystems cannot solve the damage to existing coral reefs. So that a new alternative punishment is needed for the perpetrators of destroying coral reef ecosystems in Indonesia.

Abstract

Success in studying is not only determined by basic abilities, but this is also related to the process or way of learning. The human psyche in learning is different so that understanding the psychological aspects in the learning process has an important position in achieving results. This research is a library research, by collecting related literature, then it is presented in a qualitative descriptive manner, namely displaying the data as it is using a psychological approach. Based on the hadith of the Prophet about the psychological aspect in the learning process provides an understanding that the strategic steps that are prepared to carry out a learning and effort, namely choosing the right time to convey advice and knowledge to the ummah or friends so as not to get bored, are known as situational and conditional methods. Using an emotional or psychological approach is an attempt to understand and live up to intelligence, interests and talents as well as being able to feel what is good and what is bad so as to be able to provide motivation or advice that can be well received.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of employee performance at the Kempas Jaya Health Center in Indragiri Hilir Regency. The research method used in this study is to use a quantitative approach that is to provide a clear picture of the problem under study, explain the data systematically at the Puskesmas Kempas Jaya Regency of Indragiri Hilir by using questionnaire data collection, observation, study documentation about matters relating to research this. From this study it can be concluded that the performance of employees at the Kempas Jaya Health Center in Indragiri Hilir Regency is already good, but factors that affect employee performance should be improved in terms of work ability, work motivation and job opportunities / opportunities.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the cause of problematic credit in UPK Pidie district and problematic credit settlement procedures in UPK Pidie District as well as the settlement of problematic credit on UPK in Pidie district according to Sharia. Results of the study showed that the main factor of the cause of problematic credit in the UPK of Pidie District is because of business and business results that do not match the expectations plus more household needs that are increasingly increasing the day, earnings that do not meet the needs. Also and credit given is not fully used for capital, there are groups using loans for household needs. The problematic credit settlement procedure for UPK Pidie District is by conducting a field review, conducting coaching many times by continuing to spur the group to pay by the next set time with restructuring efforts. The settlement of problematic credit in the UPK Pidie District is appropriate because the UPK does not attract the angling but always takes a family path with the affected group members.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of risk management on achieving good corporate governance in PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk. The population in this study were all HERO supermarket employees in Makassar city, especially Jl. Sultan Alauddin, a total of 33 years using a purposeful sampling method. The data analysis technology used is SWOT analysis technology, by identifying strengths, weaknesses, threats especially the risks faced, the risk identification process was developed from 5W1H (what, where, when, who, why & how) through the brainstorming of Heroes of management and staff. The results of the study show that there is an influence of 67.7%, where the result has a positive and strong effect, indicating that the relationship between the two variables is in line with the theory put forward by experts and the application of risk management has an impact on realization. of GCG, the implementation of risk management plays an important role in ensuring the realization of GCG principles towards the environment of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk. Abstract

Instilling religious values ​​in one's self should start early, even the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) suggested that it is better to educate children starting from someone starting to look for a mate (partner) in his life. In the family the inculcation of religious values ​​is carried out by both parents. When a child enters an educational institution, the task of coaching is continued by the education staff (teachers) at the school. The desire of parents for their children to have good morals is their goal because children who have noble character will behave well towards others and towards their parents. The existence of teachers in schools and even Islamic religious teachers is expected to provide an example of morality to students. Moral development for junior high school students is carried out continuously. The application and development of Islamic religious learning values ​​is expected to be a bridge in the formation of morality.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the relay writing method assisted by audio-visual media on procedural text writing skills in class VII students at Palembang Public Junior School 35.. This type of research is quantitative research that uses simple linear regression testing and multiple linear regression testing to answer the hypothesis in the research. The subjects in this research were class VII.3 as an experimental class with a total of 31 students and class VII.4 as a control class with a total of 33 students. Data collection techniques in this research used documentation and test techniques. Based on the results of testing the first hypothesis, it was found that there was an influence of the application of the relay writing method on the ability to write procedural texts which received a significant value of 0.000. The results of testing the second hypothesis show that there is an influence of the use of audio-visual media on the ability to write procedural texts which gets a significant value of 0.000. The results of testing the third hypothesis prove that there is an influence of applying the relay writing method with the help of the use of audio-visual media on procedural text writing skills which obtained a significant value of 0.000. Abstract

This study intends to determine the performance of businesses in small micro enterprises (MSEs) through the influence of the family environment and social media marketing through entrepreneurial orientation. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach that intends to explain the position of the variables studied as well as the relationship between one variable and another. The population of this study is the total number of micro and small businesses in the city of Makassar amounted to 9,958 businesses. The sample in this study used Slovin formula so that it was obtained into 99 respondents. The testing of analysis tools used is path analysis. The results of the study are variable family environment partially positively and significantly affect the orientation of entrepreneurship in micro and small businesses in the city. Social media marketing variables partially have a positive and significant effect on the orientation of entrepreneurship in micro and small businesses in the city of Makassar. Family environment variables partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of micro and small businesses in the city of Makassar. Social media marketing variables partially affect the positive and significant performance of micro and small businesses in makassar city. The variable orientation of entrepreneurship partially positively and significantly affects the performance of micro and small businesses in the city of Makassar. Family Environment Variables partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of micro and small businesses in the city of Makassar if through entrepreneurial orientation. And social media marketing variables partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of micro and small businesses in the city of Makassar if through entrepreneurial orientation, which means the better social media marketing will improve business performance through entrepreneurial orientation. Abstract

The organization's management is required to make a number of financial decisions, including investment decisions. For making investment decisions, factors from within the company, like growth potential, leverage, and dividends, are taken into account in this study. This study proposes to examine the effects of growth potential, leverage, and dividends on investment decisions. Companies that have become public and are listed in Indonesia for the years of 2015 to 2019 a company called the primary focus of this researcher's research in the pharmaceutical industry area was exchange. The methodology employed is secondary data research with a quantitative approach. Purposive sampling was used, and a sample size of 35 enterprises was used. Multiple-linear-regression is the approach taken to analyze the data. According to the study's conclusions, it is obvious that.

Abstract

Hadith is the second source of Islamic teachings after the Qur'an. Many times the hadiths found in the community are incomplete, whether the text of the hadith is only a piece or incomplete, the sanad is incomplete and even the original source is unknown. Therefore, it is necessary to learn the takhrīj of hadith. Takhrīj hadis consists of five methods, but in this paper only focuses on the fourth method or the one based on the theme of the hadith. this research is a literature review using descriptive qualitative methods. This study is a literature review using descriptive qualitative method. This paper seeks to explain matters related to the takhrij hadith, especially the takhrij method based on the theme of the hadith, and to provide an example of its application.
