Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, work environment, and workloads on an intention to leave and employee performance in Bank Jatim Headquarters. The sample in this study is 84 employees of Bank Jatim headquarters using simple random sampling. Method of data collection using survey technique with questioners as instruments and methods of data analysis using PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership applied in the company has a significant effect on the intention to leave employees. However, the work environment and Workload gave to employees considerable impact does not affect the intention to leave of employees. Otherwise, transformational leadership does not significantly influence employee performance, and work environment, workloads, and intention to leave employees have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Individual Characteristics, Resilient and Workability on Intention to Leave and Employee Performance. This study uses quantitative methods. The population is 214 employees of PT Clariant Adsorbent Indonesia, Gresik. Sources of data in this study using primary data obtained directly from employee respondents with google form. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS Version 3 software to validate with Convergent Validity, Average Variance Extracted (AVE), Discriminant Validity and perform reliability with Composite Reliability and Cronbach's Alpha. The research method uses an explanatory clause with a sample of 109 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire and analyzed using Smart PLS 3.0 to test the validity and reliability. The results showed that individual characteristics and work ability had a significant positive effect on exit intentions with path coefficients of 0.168 and 0.6979, while resilient had a positive but not significant effect with path coefficients of 0.0023. Individual characteristics and work ability have a positive but not significant effect on employee performance with path coefficients of 0.0092 and 0.0517. Intention to leave and resilient have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with path coefficient numbers 0.6019 and 0.2837. The results of this study can prove that individual characteristics, work ability and intention to leave are factors up and down the performance of employees so that a strategy is needed to improve employee performance in terms of quality, quantity, work duties and responsibilities.

Abstract

This study aims to find an effective strategy in the development of Hinterland Tourism Village in Mount Bromo area. It is a descriptive explanatory research to build a model of grand design for rural tourism development. It took three tourism villages around Bromo Mountain and the data were collected by survey or interviews on both local and interna-tional tourists and by cross checking among the interviews on rural principles for the data validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using SWOT analysis to determine the strategy and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the ranking of objects and tourist attractions/obyek dan daya tarik wisata (ODTW). The results of SWOT analysis was based on the weight and value scores of respondents indicating that the development of rural tourism was scored in the first quadrant for a strategy to optimize the strengths and opportunities. It shows that the AHP Wonokitri village has the highest number, the second is Ngadisari, and third village is Ngadas. The model of strategy of rural tourism can be developed when the program are supported optimally by the com-munity and the government such as the Center Government for Taman Nasional Bromo, Tengger, Semeru (TNBTS), Department of Tourism, Public Works (PU), Cooperation, and Society Empowerment Department, while also support by private sectors, SMEs and local investors and also education institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze The Influence of Self leadership, Social intelligence,Employee ability influence on organizational commitment and Employee Performance of DinasPengendalian Penduduk, Pemberdayaan Perempuandan Perlindungan Anak Surabaya. Respondents ofthis study were 80 employees. he method of data collection in this study is a survey method with aninstrument questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data was analysis used SmartPLS package. Abstract

Abstract. It is estimated that the plantation sub-sector fertilizer needs for 2010 through 2025 for urea, Superphos and KCl decreased. Instead NPK compound fertilizer demand is increasing. This is because the single fertilizer NPK fertilizer has been converted into a proportional basis. The use of organic fertilizer prioritized for seasonal crops (sugar cane, cotton, tobacco, patchouli, lemon grass, roots, fragrant and serehwangi) and for annual crops (coffee and cocoa). One of the producers of fertilizer that can be expected as a supplier of fertilizer demand in Indonesia is "Fertile Media Wijaya" (MSW). Their products in the form of liquid organic fertilizer that has proved useful in several times damplot test for rice, soybeans, corn, onions, potatoes and coconut oil. Liquid fertilizer is produced in the Desa Pakisrejo, Kecamatan Srengat Blitar and Desa Gondang Kecamatan Purwodadi since 2009. The process of making the MSW organic liquid fertilizer is traditionally done manually and by using small drums each with a capacity of 70 liters, so it requires a lot of places and can not accept orders in large amounts continuously. Time manufacturing process takes ± 60 days. IBM is expected to resolve the constraints that occur, and the process can increase production and marketing of liquid organic fertilizer smoothly.Keywords: MSW Organic Liquid Fertilizer

Abstract. The market opportunities of herb medicine in Indonesia is quite widespread both for domestic needs and for export. Domestic demand for herb medicine was increased each year. This mean that the opportunities to develop the household or small scale herb industries in Indonesia are needed, one of the most popular place of herb medicine in Indonesia is Madura Island, especially in this present the local government of Sampang District concern to develop the Central of Herb Medicine in Jl Pahlawan, and they called “Herb Medicine Putri Pahlawan Cluster. According to our survey we found that they have several problems in management such as marketing, financial and technology, therefore we over the management training to the members of cluster and make a machine or applied technology for producing in the bigger volume ofproduction. Keywords: Applied Technologi, Marketing Management and Finacial management

Abstract

Herbal medicine from Madura Island, East Java Province has been known for a long time. Aside from being a medicine, herbs are also often drink as fresh healthy beverage, especially herbal carrying, but the problem of carrying medicinal is perishable product, which only survive within a day so that if it is not sale will be discarded. One of central medicinal to be developed "Putri Pahlawan" which has about 18 members who require assistance in improving the product in order to compete with other medicinal products. This Community services activities was done by providing assistance in the field of improving the quality of production, the application of appropriate technology, marketing training and financial bookkeeping. The results achieved that the 18 members of the group Small Medium Industrial (SMIs) “Putri Pahlawan” consists of nine (9) SMIs carrying medicinal have received Cup Sealer for packing herbs carry for easy marketed in stores and 9 (nine) SMIs Herbal medicine packaging, have been received tool Inpulse Sealer, besides that they have also been given training to make herb with good taste nutritious, hygienes and durable, able to package their products with better and highly competitive, able to market products and conduct financial accounting properly.Keywords: Improved product quality, Appropriate Technology, and Marketing

Abstract

The purpose of the activities for the community IbM is to provide appropriatetechnology for Small Businesses engaged in Krupuk Shells. The objective of this activityis IbM three (3) business owners in the field of crackers in the area Kenjeran. Problemsfaced by Sme Krupuk is the low capability in the production of chips so that theirproducts are less if the fries are less able to expand and it does not feel as most vitsin,besides chips business is done by hand in mixing the chips is by churning by hand, aswell as in cooking with pot coming from the drums were very doubtful of hygiene andhealth, in addition to the practice of business management has not been in touch in theconduct of business, for example, to market the production to just wait for customers tocome, and there are no financial records so that they confuse the money business withthe household money. Proposer activities IbM have agreed with all three partners toprocure the technology in the production of which is to buy machinery Mixer materialcrackers, pot to cook the dough crackers, accompanied by the also given training in theproduction of crackers are tasty and higienes, as well as training in businessmanagement, finance and marketing strategy.Keyword : Crackers production, appropriate technology, and BusinessManagement

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop of new Entrepreneur of the Housewives inSutorejo village, Surabaya Municipality, Indonesia. This study began by providingequipment and batik materials, than training of batik design and coloring as well asbusiness management so that the partners of this study becomes an entrepreneur, so thatcould generate additional income in the prosperous family. This activity is aimed athousewife in Sutorejo village, Mulyorejo Sub-district with name "Group of Serasi 1 andSerasi Group 2" which has the number of members as many as 16 people each group,Previously they did batik in Village office with equipment in turn because there are onlyfew of tools used by all members, and they have minimal of skills especially indesigning, coloring, and business management.This Community Partnership Program (PKM) is done by providing equipment andmaterials as well as training in the field of batik with the design and coloring thatcharacterizes its own as a batik icon that will be in the production of the Serasi group.Moreover, the purpose of this activity is to prepare them as SMEs which capable toproduct, sell and well manage the business appropriately, they must have knowledge inthe field of management, especially business management, Marketing and managingfinance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of safety culture, safety leadership and the safety climate on organizational commitment and employee performance. Using the survey method, responses from 218 respondents were collected to understand the complete picture of a port service industry in Indonesia. Data were analyzed with Structural Equation Model (SEM) and it reveals that each safety culture variable, safety climate safety leadership, and employee commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Organizational commitment variables may enhance the effects of safety culture, safety leadership and a safety climate on employee performance.
