Abstract

Low patient satisfaction at Tebet Health Center reflects the need to improve Internal Service Quality (ISQ). Implementing e-Health Center and Primary Service Integration (ILP) has the potential to be a solution to improve ISQ, which ultimately impacts employee job satisfaction. This study used a quantitative cross-sectional design with a sample of 100 employees directly involved. Data were collected through structured questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, and observations. Instrument validity was tested with item-total correlation and reliability with cronbach’s alpha, meanwhile, data analysis used descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The research results reveal that partially, e-Health Center has a significant positive effect on ISQ (p-value = 0.000; t_{test}= 4.409) and ILP also has a significant positive effect on ISQ (p-value = 0.000$; ttest= 5.747$). Simultaneously, e-Health and ILP have a significant effect on ISQ (p-value = 0.000; Ftest = 31.108). Furthermore, it was found that the improvement of Internal Service Quality contributes positively and significantly to employee Job Satisfaction (p-value = 0.000; ttest= 4.780). The conclusion of this research confirms that e-Health and ILP are effective in improving ISQ, which directly implies an increase in employee job satisfaction at Tebet Health Center

Abstract

The phenomenon of uneven national asset concentration in Indonesia serves as the backdrop for this study. Amidst this condition, Muhammadiyah emerges as an institutional outlier with an asset deconcentration model that distributes wealth through a widespread network of charitable enterprises. This article aims to construct a conceptual model of Muhammadiyah's asset deconcentration within a distributive justice framework and to formulate theoretical propositions derived from this practice. Employing a qualitative approach through content and document analysis of primary and secondary sources from the 2010–2025 period, this study finds that Muhammadiyah's asset deconcentration operates through three integrated mechanisms: structural decentralization, sectoral diversification, and cadre regeneration, with productive waqf as a key instrument. The study also identifies a dialectical tension between legal-formal centralization and operational decentralization, which paradoxically serves as a long-term asset protection mechanism. As a theoretical contribution, this article proposes that the combination of centralized ownership and decentralized management in faith-based organizations is a significant determinant of the sustainability of economic benefit distribution. This model offers a wealth redistribution pathway that does not rely entirely on state or market mechanisms and holds cross-contextual relevance for asset management in faith-based organizations in developing countries.

Abstract

The current high level of market competition is often not accompanied by changes in cost accounting systems for calculating product costs. The use of traditional cost accounting systems is starting to be abandoned, especially in allocating overhead costs to products. This study aims to accurately determine cost calculations by comparing the results of cost calculations using traditional cost accounting systems with the Activity-Based Costing (ABC) system. The results of this study indicate that cost calculations with the Activity Based Costing (ABC) system are more accurate than the traditional cost accounting system. The cost calculation using the traditional system obtained a cost per unit for product type A of Rp. 39.238 and product type B of Rp. 29.013. The results of Activity Based Costing (ABC) obtained a cost per unit for product type A of Rp. 37.034 and product type B of Rp. 31.417.

Abstract

This study analyzes storytelling strategies in the Instagram content of the @viralforjustice.co account by examining the first 500 uploads published during the March to April 2026 period. Using a qualitative narrative analysis approach complemented by simple quantitative content analysis, the study identifies patterns in caption structures, emotional elements, and their relationship with audience engagement as measured by likes and comments. The findings reveal four dominant narrative models: problem–solution, victim–hero, call-to-action, and investigative disclosure. Captions employing urgency, victim–hero framing, and explicit calls to action consistently generate higher engagement than purely informative captions. These findings contribute to a better understanding of how digital civic movements can leverage storytelling strategies to encourage public participation and strengthen institutional accountability.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of Digital Competence and Knowledge Sharing on Service Quality, with Adaptive Performance serving as a mediating variable among broadband technicians at PT. Telkom Akses Witel Surabaya. This research employed a quantitative approach using an explanatory research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 113 broadband technicians selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software. The findings reveal that Digital Competence has a positive and significant effect on both Service Quality and Adaptive Performance. Knowledge Sharing also has a positive and significant effect on Adaptive Performance; however, it does not directly influence Service Quality. Furthermore, Adaptive Performance was found to have a positive and significant effect on Service Quality. The mediation analysis indicates that Adaptive Performance partially mediates the relationship between Digital Competence and Service Quality and fully mediates the relationship between Knowledge Sharing and Service Quality. These findings suggest that improving service quality depends not only on employees’ digital competencies and knowledge-sharing practices but also on their ability to adapt to technological changes and dynamic work demands. Therefore, organizations should strengthen digital competence, encourage knowledge-sharing activities, and enhance employees’ adaptive capabilities to improve service quality and organizational performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of talent management strategy on product innovation and company marketing performance. Talent management strategy is seen as a strategic approach in human resource management that is oriented towards creating competitive advantage through the development, placement, and retention of talented individuals. Product innovation acts as a mediator that bridges the contribution of talent management to achieving optimal marketing performance. The research method used is quantitative with an explanatory approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 150 respondents consisting of HR, innovation, and marketing managers in medium and large manufacturing companies. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed that talent management strategy has a positive and significant effect on product innovation and marketing performance. In addition, product innovation also has a significant effect on marketing performance and partially mediates the relationship between talent management strategy and marketing performance. This finding confirms that the effectiveness of talent management strategy has strategic implications for the company's ability to create innovative products and increase competitiveness in the market.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has encouraged companies to adopt employer branding and digital recruitment strategies to attract Generation Z job applicants. This study aims to analyze the influence of employer branding and digital recruitment on job application intention through candidate experience as a mediating variable. This research employed a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Data were collected through online questionnaires distributed to 115 Generation Z respondents in East Java and Bali who had experience applying for jobs. The results indicate that employer branding and digital recruitment have a positive and significant effect on candidate experience and job application intention. However, candidate experience does not significantly affect job application intention and is unable to mediate the relationship between employer branding and digital recruitment on job application intention. The findings indicate that employer branding and digital recruitment directly influence Generation Z's job application intention, whereas candidate experience does not function as a significant mediator. Therefore, organizations should prioritize strengthening employer branding and optimizing digital recruitment systems to attract Generation Z applicants.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a performance measurement system based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in representing organizational performance in the Primary KPP for the 2023–2025 period. In contrast to previous research that focused on aggregate achievements, this study focused on the analysis of indicator design, weighting systems, and potential distortions in performance measurement. The research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive-evaluative method and utilizes secondary data in the form of performance indicator achievements. The analysis includes descriptive analysis, trends, and gaps between indicators. The results showed that despite the high aggregate achievement, there was a significant imbalance between the indicators that indicated distortion. This study concludes that the effectiveness of the measurement system is not only determined by the achievements, but also by the quality of the indicator design, weighting, and balance between performance components.

Abstract

Abstract

The goal of this study is to look at how dividend policy and free cash flow affect the debt and financing policies of industrial companies. This study takes a quantitative approach by looking at financial statements from industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2021 to 2025. This sampling method used purposive sampling, which means choosing samples based on certain criteria (in this case, the study's goals). It included 13 companies for a five-year observation period. We used statistical software to figure out descriptive statistics, frequency counts, and percentage scores from the data we collected. We also used classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests. The study used purposive sampling to choose a sample of 65 financial reports. We used SPSS version 24's analysis tools to work with the data we got. This study used classical assumption tests and normality tests to do hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression methods. The results show that dividend policy has a big effect on how companies handle their finances and debts. Free cash flow also shows that the industrial sector has a big effect on how companies get money and how they handle debt.
