Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional, kondisi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Central Asia Raya Surabaya sebagai sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 62 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui survei dengan instrumen kuesioner, setelah data terkumpul, data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis Korelasi, Regresi, Uji F dan Uji-t dengan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kondisi Kerja dan Budaya organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Lebih lanjut, secara simultan Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kondisi Kerja, dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dari ketiga variabel tersebut ternyata lingkungan kerja paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of self-leadership, self-ability and resilient on organizational commitment and performance of the investigators. The sample used is 90 respondents who are investigators in Satreskrim (Criminal Investigation Agency) in Surabaya devision. The data was taken through a Survey technique with a questionnaire instrument and data were analyzed using PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study showed that the self-leadership, self-ability and resilient have significant effect on the investigator's commitment and performance, while commitment has a significant effect on investigator performance. This indicates that as an investigator, they must have self-leadership, self-ability, and high resilience, so that they can achieve the targets that have been set

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena perkembangan fashion pada saat ini yang semakin menarik dan menjadi suatu bagian dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, apalagi fashion saat ini di anggap sebagai identitas diri dan kebutuhan yang wajib dipenuhi, salah satunya adalah tas. Tujuan penlitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian tas Sophie Paris. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantatif dengan sumber data yang diambil secara langsung dari mahasiswa Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 yang memakai tas Sophie Paris. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner kepada seratus responden dengan menggunakan tekinik Simple Random Sampling. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah persepsi kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada keputusan pembelian, persepsi harga berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan persepsi kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Variabel promosi mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan dalam keputusan pembelian tas Sophie Paris. Dengan melihat variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian tas, harga merupakan varaiabel yang pengaruhnya paling rendah oleh karena itu shopie paris disarankan pihak perusahaan disarankan untuk memberikan variasi harga sesuai dengan segmentasi pasar yang dituju mulai dari kelas atas, menengah maupun kelas bawah.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan terhadap UMKM mitra di bidang Pengrajin dari bahan kulit kerang di Kenjeran Kota Surabaya. UMKM ini memiliki jumlah karyawan sebanyak 5 orang, kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah menjual bahan kulit kerang yang sudah di poles, membuat pigura, tempat tisu dan kerajinan lainnya. Selama ini mereka berproduksi dengan peralatan yang ada namun sudah pada rusak untuk itu kualitas maupun kuantitas produk yang dihasilkan kurang maksimal, Untuk itulah Program Kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat ini lakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan di bidang pengembangan produk, pengadaan peralatan berupa 1 (satu) unit gergaji triplek dan 1 (satu) unit mesin bor untuk kerang. Setelah mesin di berikan maka di lakukan pelatihan penggunaannya, disamping itu juga dilakukan Pelatihan di bidang peningkatan kualitas produk, pengelolaan usaha, pemasaran dan pembukuan keuangan. Dan hasilnya adalah mitra mampu mengelola usaha dengan efisien dan efektif, mereka juga mampu memasarkan produk serta memiliki pembukuan keuangan yang semula belum ada catatan keuangan sama sekali.This community service activity was carried out on partner SMEs in the field of Crafts from shells in Kenjeran, Surabaya. This UMKM has 5 employees, the activities being carried out are selling shells that have been polished, making frames, tissue boxes and other handicrafts. During this time they produce with existing equipment but it is already broken for that the quality and quantity of products produced is less than optimal. 1 (one) drilling machine unit for shells. After the machine is given, training on its use is carried out, besides that it also conducts training in the areas of product quality improvement, business management, marketing and financial accounting. And the result is that partners are able to manage their businesses efficiently and effectively, they are also able to market their products and have financial records that originally had no financial records at all.

Abstract

Galeri Seni Batik Tresna mengalami kesulitan penjualan., sehingga penjualan menurun dan keuntungan sangat minim. Kondisi ini sepertinya disebabkan karena kurangnya promosi mengingat saat ini Batik lagi di produksi di banyak daerah sehingga persaingan sangat ketat baik secara online maupun offline, sehingga upaya untuk menjual secara online tidak bisa di tinggalkan. Penjualan online bisa dilakukan melalui social media, akan tetapi membuat pelanggan offline juga harus diperhatikan antara lain dengan menata store atmosfer. Untuk itu dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini perlu memberikan pendampingan dalam melaksanakan strategi pemasaran di rumah Batik Tresna Art yaitu melalui Social media dengan Instagram dan Website sebagai media promosi Rumah Batik Tresna Art bagi pelanggan online, sedangkan untuk pelangan offline maka dilakukan dengan mengatur atmosfer Rumah Batik Tresna Art sehingga pengunjung yang akan membeli di galeri batik merasa nyaman. Setelah dilakukan pembenahan atmosfer di Rumah batik Trisna Art dan dilakukan promosi secara online di social media dan website yang di miliki ternyata pengunjung dan pembeli Batik Trisna Art dapat meningkat sebanyak 30%, dan selanjutnya diharapkan penjualan akan mencapai peningkatan sebanyak 100%.  Marketing Strategy Through Atmoesfer Store And Social Media At Rumah Batik Tresna Art Tresna Art Batik Gallery is experiencing difficulties in selling, so sales are declining and profits are minimal. This condition seems to be caused by a lack of promotion considering that currently Batik is being produced in many areas so competition is very tight both online and offline so that efforts to sell online cannot be abandoned. Online sales can be done through social media, but making offline customers must also be considered, among others, by setting up a store atmosphere. For this reason, this community service activity is carried out by providing assistance in implementing marketing strategies at the Tresna Art Batik house, namely through Social media with Instagram and the Website as a promotional medium for the Tresna Art Batik House for online customers, while for offline customers it is done by adjusting the atmosphere of the Batik House. Tresna Art so that visitors who will buy at the batik gallery feel comfortable. After revamping the atmosphere at the Trisna Art Batik House and conducting online promotions on social media and websites that are owned, it turns out that visitors and buyers of Batik Trisna Art can increase by 30%, and then it is hoped that sales will increase by 100%.

Abstract

The tourism village is a government program that aims to reduce poverty in the community around the tourist village. Sustainable tourism development can be realized by developing tourist destinations from the smallest unit, namely the village level, this is because most of the tourist activities are there. This is the background of research on the influence of tourist village services on tourist satisfaction in tourist villages in East Java. This study uses quantitative methods to determine the potential for tourist satisfaction with the shopping experience in tourist villages in East Java. Researchers analyzed tourist satisfaction through questionnaires or questionnaires distributed to respondents who had experience visiting tourist villages in East Java. The conceptual framework was developed in an effort to explain and understand tourist satisfaction with the tourist village experience in East Java. Bargaining is something that is most likely to be done by tourists to buy an item they want and get a cheap and good price is a special satisfaction for tourists in shopping. But the results of the analysis that have been obtained tourists prefer to visit tourist villages to enjoy a quieter rural atmosphere.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of formulating a mapping of Human Resources in order to support the development of tourism in Cupak Jombang village. This research was conducted using a descriptive method to obtain a map of Human Resources consisting of identification of gender, age, educational background, work experience and competencies possessed by the people of Cupak Jombang. Data collection was carried out through a survey with a questionnaire instrument for the community to support the growth of tourism villages in Cupak Jombang. After the data is collected, it is analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that most of the respondents in this study were 49.65% male and 50.35% female, aged 20-70 years, on average had secondary and lower education and most worked in agriculture and entrepreneurship. Furthermore, respondents have competence in the field of business and business of mat craftsmen, and they are experts, because this work has been occupied for a long time and requires special expertise. They were very enthusiastic when their village was developed into a tourist village and are willing to play an active role and take part in their respective fields. They also want some training in managing a tourist village, and other training such as planting and caring for agriculture, marketing training, culinary, catering and so on. because this work has been occupied for a long time and requires special expertise. Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat melalui program PKM dengan tema Pelatihan Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran melaui Media Sosial Untuk Meningkatkan Loyalitas Pelanggan ini bertujuan untuk membantu memberikan solusi bagi persoalan yang dihadapi mitra, dalam hal ini persoalan pemasaran untuk menambah omzet UMKM di Kota Surabaya. Solusi yang ditawarkan dalam bentuk pelatihan pemasaran online melalui media sosial. Indikator keberhasilan dalam program ini adalah mitra yang dilatih mampu menjelaskan pemasaran online melalui media sosial dengan baik. Pelatihan terkait teknik-teknik berpromosi melalui media sosial juga akan dilakukan agar pengetahuan mitra semakin bertambah. Selain itu disediakan lembar kerja untuk memonitor aktivitas mitra dan mengukur efektivitas penyampaian materi dari tim kepada mitra. Luaran dari program ini adalah artikel yang dipublikasikan di jurnal nasional atau prosiding.

Abstract

This research was conducted to utilize a model of community participation in the development Cupak Village as a Tourist Destination in Jombang, East Java, Indonesia. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, which describes the participation of the community in the development of a tourist village. The informants in this study were village officials, pokdarwis administrators, local youth organizations, community representatives and visitors. Information was taken through structured interviews. The study results show that developing a tourism village requires participation from various parties, including the community as the major actor, the local government, and stakeholders in charge of providing guidance. Likewise, the university's role took a significant place by providing Assistance in managing the tourism village while the role of SMEs is to provide special products that can be offered to visitors. The implication oif this study. This research aims to provide an overview of village communities in developing tourism villages by involving the community to participate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Store Atmosphere, Customer Delight and Product Completeness on Consumer Loyalty in MSME Retail Groceries Suko Asri Market, Sidoarjo. This type of research is quantitative research. The population is all MSME Retail Groceries customers at Suko Asri Market, Sidoarjo. The number of samples is 75 people with purposive sampling process. Target customers who have shopped more than 1 time at MSME Retail Groceries Pasar Suko Asri Sidoarjo. The data collection method uses a survey method with a questionnaire as an instrument. Test the instrument using the Validity and Reliability Test, Multiple linear regression, Classical Assumption Test, t test and E2 test. From the results of the F test value, it shows that Store Atmosphere, Customer Delight and Product Completeness both have a significant effect on consumer loyalty, MSME Retail Grocery Market, Suko Asri Sidoarjo Market. Meanwhile, the results of the t test show that (1) Store atmosphere has an effect on consumer loyalty, (2) Customer delight has an effect on consumer loyalty, (3) Product completeness has an effect on consumer loyalty in MSMEs Retail Groceries Suko Asri Market, Sidoarjo.
