Abstract

Sharia cooperatives already resemble Islamic banks, this is motivated by the increasing needs of the community and if there are more choices of financial institutions, it will be easier for the community to determine financing options in sharia institutions. This article examines which is more effective between the OJK and the Ministry of Cooperatives in supervising Islamic Cooperative financing products that resemble Islamic Banks. To solve and answer these problems, researchers used a methodology in the form of a normative approach. This research category is included in library research, namely by using a qualitative descriptive analysis method where the focus of the discussion is on financing in Islamic Cooperatives and Islamic Banks. The author uses primary data sources such as books, archives, and other literature that supports this research. The results of the discussion show that the OJK's supervision of financing carried out by cooperatives that resemble Islamic banks is still not well targeted and evenly distributed, it is more effective if the supervision of Islamic cooperative financing is supervised by the Financial Services Authority, therefore there should be collaboration between the Financial Services Authority and the Ministry of Cooperatives in making policies that are aligned to oversee the implementation of financing in Cooperatives that resemble Islamic Banks, it is necessary to have a memorandum of understanding for the synergy of Cooperative Institutions engaged in financial services and providing financial service products in

Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi dan jaringan komputer di dunia saat ini mempunyai pertumbuhan yang semakin pesat, begitupun di Indonesia. Internet merupakan komponen terpenting dari kemajuan teknologi modern, hampir setiap aspek kehidupan tidak terlepas dengan teknologi internet. Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi digunakan oleh industri perbankan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas pelayanan pada nasabahnya. Abstract

Belajar adalah tindakan melakukan sesuatu dengan kesadaran atau niat. Aktivitas ini menjelaskan sejauh mana seorang individu berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam proses mental yang memungkinkan terjadinya transformasi pribadi. Transformasi pada pribadi seseorang bisa tampak dalam ragam wujud seperti pergantian pengetahuannya, pengertianya, sikap dan perilakunya, keahlian dan kapabilitasnya, daya tanggapnya, daya terimanya dan sebagainya. Motivasi diperlukan untuk mengubah perilaku. Motivasi adalah faktor yang tidak terlihat dalam kegiatan pendidikan. Motivasi bisa muncul dari diri sendiri atau dari lingkungan sekitar. Motivasi berperan sebagai dorongan dalam diri siswa yang membuat mereka belajar dengan tujuan, konsistensi, dan kreativitas agar mencapai hasil yang diinginkan. Fenomena yang terjadi di sekolah termasuk di SMA N 1 RAMAN UTARA kini, terdapat sejumlah siswa yang minim motivasi dalam menuntut ilmu. Data menunjukkan bahwa siswa kurang percaya diri terhadap kemampuannya dalam mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan guru, menunjukkan sikap tidak tertarik terhadap pembelajaran, dan kurang memperhatikan guru saat menyampaikan informasi, termasuk guru bimbingan dan konseling, terutama bertanggung jawab untuk meningkatkan motivasi siswa untuk belajar. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif yang dilaksanakan pada SMA N 1 Metro pada tanggal 14 November 2023 dengan instrumen wawancara. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah bagaimana peran guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada peserta didik, Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa guru Bimbingan Konseling (BK) memiliki peran yang sangat signifikan dalam memacu motivasi belajar peserta didik. Guru BK akan menyediakan layanan bimbingan akademik, bimbingan bersama, dan konseling pribadi sebagai langkah dalam mendukung siswa meningkatkan motivasi belajarnya.

Abstract

Kedisiplinan dapat membantu peserta didik untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikannya, baik di bidang akademik maupun non-akademik. Guru kelas dapat melakukan berbagai kegiatan untuk menanamkan kedisiplinan, seperti menyampaikan materi tentang kedisiplinan, mengawasi dan memantau perilaku peserta didik, serta melakukan konseling individu dan kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru kelas sebagai pelaksana layanan bimbingan dan konseling dalam menanamkan kedisiplinan bagi peserta didik di MTS Muhammadiyah Metro, Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah guru kelas dan peserta didik di MTS Muhammadiyah Metro, Lampung. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru kelas sebagai pelaksana layanan bimbingan dan konseling dalam menanamkan kedisiplinan bagi peserta didik di MTS Muhammadiyah Metro sudah berjalan dengan baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ada beberapa saran yang dapat diberikan untuk meningkatkan peran guru sebagai pelaksana layanan bimbingan dan konseling dalam menanamkan kedisiplinan bagi peserta didik, antara lain:Peningkatan kompetensi guru kelas dalam bidang bimbingan dan konseling.Peningkatan kerja sama antara guru kelas, guru bimbingan dan konseling, dan wali murid.Peningkatan sarana dan prasarana pendukung layanan bimbingan dan konseling.

Abstract

The background of this research is that the capital market is also able to provide real benefits for investors, where in the capital market, parties who have excess funds can meet with parties who need funds with certain agreements so that mutually beneficial reciprocity occurs, one of the parts is margin trading. Basically, no one wants disputes with other people. However, in a business relationship or an agreement, each party must anticipate the possibility of a dispute arising at any time in the future, especially in the world of capital markets, so what is the margin trading system like? and what is the role of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institution (LAPS) in resolving margin trading disputes? on the capital market dispute itself. The type of research used in this study is library research, which is a study whose data sources are obtained from written sources, including books, laws, journals, encyclopedias, the internet, and other written works related to object under study. The approach used in this research is normative juridical, namely studying and testing secondary data in the form of positive law. This research yields, first, margin trading is capital for investors to gain greater profits through stocks that are rising in value when they themselves do not have enough funds to buy. In addition, they will also be charged interest on the loan. In the event of default or default, the consequence is that share ownership is automatically liquidated to cover losses. One of them is forced selling. Second, in the realm of civil law, there are several ways of resolving disputes which in general are through litigation (using formal court channels) and through alternative dispute resolution.

Abstract

School is an institute that not only develops children's intellect and intelligence, but also teaches emotional intelligence and life skills. Students in boarding schools face various life challenges such as increased academic pressure, social and cultural obligations, financial constraints as well as a rigorous curriculum. This paper aims to explore the strengths and wisdom of Ulul Azmi prophets and apostles so that they can be embedded in the lives of students. This study is based on a descriptive qualitative method using library research. Library research involves the use of literature in the form of books, notes, and research reports from previous studies. Furthermore, this article shows that the values of Ulul 'Azmi include three main dimensions: Firstly, resilience encompasses perseverance in the midst of trials (Dzi Hijr), which indicates the ability to remain strong and resilient in the face of trials and difficulties. Second, steadfastness includes openness to new thoughts and ideas, and winning personality traits that reflect a strong and unyielding attitude in the face of obstacles. Third, perseverance involves the ability to keep trying and not giving up in the face of adversity, with an indicator of strong perseverance being the relentless pursuit of goals. Islamic boarding schools can internalise ulul 'Azmi values through every student's daily activity, which is strengthened by the formation of a sense of responsibility.

Abstract

Sarcasm behavior is one of the social phenomena among Generation Z. Sarcasm, which is often used as a form of joking humor or criticism, can have a negative impact on interpersonal communication and individual mental health. This study aims to examine how the Tadzkiroh & Khotmul Qur'an program internalizes religious values in order to reduce sarcasm among Generation Z. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach method with the type of case study conducted at SMA Informatika Serang City. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and program observations. The results showed that the internalization of religious values such as responsibility, honesty, empathy, and mutual respect and compassion in the Tadzkiroh & Khotmul Qur'an program includes three stages; value transformation, value transaction and value internalization which contribute to the prevention of sarcasm behavior among students. This article recommends the widespread implementation of similar programs in various educational institutions as a preventive effort against negative behavior and as a means of forming a noble young generation.

Abstract

This study aims to prove and explain the effect of work discipline, work motivation, workenvironment on the performance of production employees of PT Karya Mina Putra RembangWood Division. The population used consisted of 217 employees of the productiondepartment of PT Karya Mina Putra Rembang Wood Division. The sample selectiontechnique used accidental sampling with the determination of sample size using the slovinformula obtained 68 samples. Data collection through questionnaire survey. Data analysisusing multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has anegative and insignificant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positiveand insignificant effect on employee performance, while the work environment has asignificant positive effect on employee performance. The adjusted R square value is 0.215, itmeans that 21.5% of variations in employee performance can be explained by variations inthe three independent variables, namely work discipline, work motivation and workenvironment, while the remaining 78.5% is explained by other factors not examined in thisstudy

Abstract

A judicial decision is a question from the judge that is spoken at the trial and aims to end or resolve a case or dispute between the parties involved in the trial. Through hisbah, the state uses this institution to comprehensively control socio-economic conditions for business activities and economic practices. Religious court judges must use the compilation of sharia economic law as a source of material law to resolve sharia economic disputes. The author, using the normative juridical method, systematically describes the structure and content of judicial decisions and then the basis for the judge's consideration of the position of the al-hisbah area regarding judicial decisions as well as the practice of pawning (rahn) and ijarah financing according to sharia economic law. This research uses a case research approach (Case Approach). This approach includes reviewing cases related to the main problem and then using them to make court decisions that have permanent legal force (Inkracht). Qualitative data analysis presenting data, reducing it, and drawing conclusions from it. The judge in deciding the case used several legal bases such as Presidential Instruction Number 17/DSN-MUI/IX/2000 regarding witnesses for wealthy customers who postponed payments because after being identified the defendants were not found to have any defects in carrying out their obligations, namely paying maintenance costs, etc. as stated in the details of the plaintiff's total losses. The panel of judges decides cases fairly by applying ma'rūf and nahi mungkar for the benefit of the people according to the topic, especially sharia economics.
