Abstract

ABSTRAK: Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah  persepsi guru terkait dengan perlindungan Kesehatan dan Keselamat Kerja bagi guru dalam menjalankan tugas profesinya. Pelaksanaan perlindungan  kesehatan dan kesemapatan kerja pada guru dalam menjalankan tugas profesinya di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi guru terkait dengan perlindungan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja bagi guru dalam menjalankan tugas profesinya. Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan perlindungan  kesehatan dan keselamatan Kerja pada guru dalam menjalankan tugas profesinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di Kabupaten Maros.  Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket/ kuesioner kepada guru SMPN  yang tergabung dalam kelompok MGMP PPKn. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan responden terkait dengan adanya aturan perlindungan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja bagi guru dalam menjalankan tugas profesinya tergolong sedang.  Persepsi guru terkait dengan perlunya perlindungan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja sangat baik dalam melaksanakan tugas profesinya, hanya saja bahwa perlindungan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja disekolah masih sangat terbatas, hanya dalam bentuk UKS. Oleh karena itu  maka disekolah sangat diperlukan adanya perlindungan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja. (termasuk alat dan  rambu-rambu yang harus ada dalam sekolah terkait dengan tindakan penyelamatan bagi jika terjadi musibah di sekolah.Perlindungan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja bagi guru dalam menjalankan tugas profesinya perlu adanya kerjasama antara kepala sekolah, komite sekolah, dinas pendidikan, karena hal itu merupakan keharusan dan tanggung jawab yang diamanahkan dalam undang-undang. KATA KUNCI :  Perlindungan, Keselamatan Kerja, Kesehatan KerjaABSTRACT: The problem studied in this study is the perception of teachers related to the protection of Occupational Health and Safety for teachers in carrying out their professional duties. Implementation of health protection and job opportunities for teachers in carrying out their professional duties at school. The purpose of this study was to determine teacher perceptions related to the protection of occupational health and safety for teachers in carrying out their professional duties. To find out the implementation of occupational health and safety protection for teachers in carrying out their professional duties. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The research location is in Maros Regency. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire/questionnaire to private SMPN teachers who are members of the PPKn MGMP group. The results showed that the level of knowledge of respondents related to the existence of rules for protecting health and safety for teachers in carrying out their professional duties was classified as moderate. Teachers' perceptions related to the need for occupational health and safety protection are very good in carrying out their professional duties, it's just that the protection of occupational health and safety in schools is still very limited, only in the form of UKS. Therefore, it is very necessary in schools to protect occupational health and safety. (including tools and signs that must be present in schools related to rescue actions in the event of a disaster at school. Protection of occupational health and safety for teachers in carrying out their professional duties requires cooperation between school principals, school committees, education offices, because this is a necessity and responsibility mandated by law. KEYWORDS : Protection, Occupational Safety, Occupational Health

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan TPACK oleh guru Pendidikan Pancasila di MTs Negeri Gowa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder, yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Pendidikan Pancasila. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki pemahaman tentang Teknologi (TK) berupa pengetahuan mengenai perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak teknologi. Pada dimensi Pedagogical Knowledge (PK), guru menunjukkan kemampuan dalam perencanaan pembelajaran serta dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan kesulitan belajar. Namun, pada dimensi Content Knowledge (CK), guru masing-masing menghadapi kesulitan dalam materi tertentu. Untuk dimensi Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK), penelitian ini menemukan bahwa belum semua guru dapat memanfaatkan media pembelajaran secara optimal untuk mendukung proses pedagogi. Pada dimensi Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK), terdapat salah satu guru yang belum dapat menjelaskan alasan penggunaan metode tertentu untuk materi yang berbeda. Sedangkan pada dimensi Technological Content Knowledge (TCK), guru yang memiliki pemahaman mengenai aplikasi pembelajaran yang beragam dapat menyajikan materi secara lebih inovatif. Secara keseluruhan, belum semua guru Pendidikan Pancasila di MTs Negeri Gowa dapat menerapkan TPACK dengan maksimal.

Abstract

An important issue for entrepreneurship today is to increase the entrepreneurial intention of a country"™s productive age groups, including Generation Z. This research seeks to explore key components of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) (attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control) to explain the entrepreneurial intention and behavior of Generation Z in Indonesia. This study employed a quantitative method. The data was collected through a questionnaire distributed using a purposive sampling technique, and a total of 713 respondents were participated in this study. Partial Least Squares "“ Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was utilized to analyze the data. The results confirm that the TPB can predict the entrepreneurial intention and behavior of Generation Z in Indonesia, demonstrating that the attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control all have a positive influence on the entrepreneurial intention, as do the attitude and perceived behavioral control on the entrepreneurial behavior. Further, entrepreneurial intention has been shown to mediate the positive relationship between attitude, perceived behavioral control, and entrepreneurial behavior among Generation Z in Indonesia.JEL: E24, E220, I25, I140.

Abstract

Penguatan ajaran Islam dapat ditemukan pada masjid cheng hoo kabupaten Gowa dengan ciri khas yang berbeda dengan masjid pada umumnya. Masjid cheng hoo tentu memberi corak tertentu dalam menyebarkan ajaran Islam. Spesifikasi yang dimiliki tentu menjadi daya tarik tersendiri dalam mengokohkan umat Islam. Ornamen dan gaya arsitektur dapat memberi rasa kepuasan berbagai kalangan sehingga kehadiran masjid tersebut mendapat dukungan di masyarakat dan pemerintahn setempat. PKM ini dapat dilaksanakan dengan mengikuti aturan yang telah ditetapkan pengelola masjid. Kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa kegiatan shalat berjamaah dan ceramah agama yang dipandu oleh tim pengabdi. Untuk mendalami materi yang telah disampaikan, maka dilakukan tanya jawab terhadap materi yang telah disajikan agar terjadi tike and give antara pengabdi dengan jamaah. Metode yang digunakan dengan model variatif, metode ceramah, tanya jawab, agar peserta tidak membosankan dalam mengikuti pelatihan.

Abstract

The value of the company is indirectly taken into consideration to obtain profit or again in a certain period. Information regarding thr capital structure and size of the company provides assistance to investors in avaluating the performance of a company and supports the investment decision making process. Thus, it is important to ascertain whether these two variables have an impact on company. This research aims to analyze the influence of capital structure and company size on company value. Multiple linear regression analysis with quantitave analysis is the methodological technique used. Data from 63 automotive sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2022 period. The findings state that the capital structure variable has positif and significant effect on campany value, company size partially has a negative and significant effect on company value. Abstract

This research aims to provide insight and knowledge regarding the influence of product quality and innovation on the competitive advantage of culinary business actors in the PTB Maros Regency area by using digital marketing as a moderating factor. This strategy uses descriptive methods combined with quantitative research. The research sample consisted of 100 business actors in the PTB area of Maros Regency. PLS-SEM, or partial least squares structural equation modeling, was used to examine the data. Based on tests conducted on culinary practitioners in the PTB area of Maros Regency, researchers concluded that product quality and innovation have an influence on the use of digital marketing. Innovation and product quality affect a company's ability to compete. Competitive advantage is greatly influenced by the use of digital marketing. You can use digital marketing to make product quality work for you. Gaining a competitive advantage and expressing your product innovation is possible through digital marketing

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of increasing the availability of employment in Makassar City, especially at the pharmacy company partner blessing light. The method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques are by conducting interviews, direct observation, and literature/literature studies. Data analysis was carried out by describing the results of interviews and analyzing the findings. From the results of this study, it was found that the effects of company capital, wage levels, and production value on increasing the availability of employment at partner pharmacies, blessing light.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship learning, entrepreneurship knowledge, industrial work practice experience and family environment on entrepreneurial interest either directly or indirectly through self-efficacy as an intervening variable. The population in this study were 3530 students of class XII SMK Negeri Makassar City and a sample of 845 students slovin formula with a standard error of 3% by Cluster Random Sampling method. The data collection method used a questionnaire. Data analysis using descriptive analysis, path analysis, and sobel test using SPSS and Smart PLS software. The results showed that 1) directly, there is a positive and significant effect of entrepreneurship learning, entrepreneurial knowledge and family environment on self-efficacy 2) directly, there is a positive and significant effect of entrepreneurship learning, entrepreneurial knowledge, self-efficacy and on entrepreneurial interest, 3) indirectly, there is a positive and significant effect of entrepreneurship learning, entrepreneurial knowledge and family environment on entrepreneurial interest through self-efficacy. However, industrial work practice experience is not significant on self-efficacy and entrepreneurial interest of vocational students

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate how short training in skills like cosmetology may considerably help women launch their own enterprises. According to recent data from the Indonesian Businesswomen's Association (IWAPI), women significantly boost the economy of the nation through their entrepreneurial endeavors. The results of this study are anticipated to offer light on the likelihood that skill development might spark enthusiasm in establishing a business. Path analysis using SPSS was used to assess the direct impact of skill development on entrepreneurial interest as well as the indirect impact of skill development on entrepreneurial interest through entrepreneurial self-motivation. The results show that the direct impact of skill development is more closely connected with entrepreneurial self-motivation than the indirect impact of skill development on entrepreneurial interest. The findings demonstrated that both entrepreneurial self-motivation and concurrent skills training on entrepreneurial interest did not substantially affect the skills training variable. In reality, developing makeup skills takes just a short time while maintaining regular routines.
