Abstract

The explanations regarding the digital wallet and its function eventually give impact toward the consumer behavior of its users; it can happen because of the different types of advantages and functions of digital wallet which varied compare to other types of payments and transactions as well. The consumer behavior tends to focus more on how the consumer behaves toward a certain thing; in this case, it regarding the behavior of the E-wallet users. The purpose of this study is to find out regarding E-Wallet and the relation with consumer behavior. This study uses a qualitative method and interviews with informants were conducted in order to gain information regarding the phenomenon. The findings of this study show that consumer behavior which constructed by 3 aspects of psychological, personal and social can be affected by the usage of E-wallet. From the results; the company can utilize on this momentum in order to gain more users and eventually profit for the company. Improvement of their current technology such as reducing the numbers of errors, a safety net for transactions and also transparency for the users of E-wallet can be ways for the company to improve.  Keywords: e-wallet, consumer behavior, psychological, personal, sosial

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi persaingan suatu organisasi memiliki kemampuan dalam berbagai macam aspek dan merumuskan strategi dalam menghadapi perubahan yang terjadi diorganisasi baik itu organisasi pemerintahan dan organisasi lainnya. Sumber daya manusia yang tangguh sangatlah dibutuhkan dalam suatu perusahaan ataupun organisasi karena era globalisasi ini telah menuntut persaingan yang semakin kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penempatan jabatan, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja pengaruhnya terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Manado. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan 57 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian yang didapat (1) Penempatan Jabatan berpengaruh secara positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Manado (2) Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Manado (3) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Manado (4) Penempatan Jabatan, Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Manado. Bagi pihak Kantor Imigrasi Manado harus selalu memperhatikan komposisi penempatan jabatan sesuai latar belakang pendidikan dan bidang keahlian, mengoptimalkan pembagian jam kerja pegawai. Kata kunci: Penempatan Jabatan, Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Prestasi Kerja

Abstract

Human resources as one of the resources that exist in an organization plays an important role in the success of achieving the goals of the organization. A good quality of human resources can be seen from their development while studying. Motivation as a driver to meet aspects in producing good quality human resources by increasing student performance. Motivation have two factors which are external motivation that driven from outside such as peer acceptance, power motivation, fear of failure and authority expectations and internal motivation that driven within such as the need for achievement and to mastery goals. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of Extrinsic and Intrinsic Motivational Factors To Student Performance. This research was classified as a quantitative research using Multiple Linear Regression method to testing the hypothesis of this research. The sampling techniques of this research was simple random sampling and use questionnaire to get the data with the sample size of 100 respondents. This research shows that partially and simultaneously Extrinsic and Intrinsic Motivational Factors have an impact to Student Performance with the result of fcount 24.550 larger than ftable and tcount of all variable larger than ttable. Keywords: Student Performance, Extrinsic Motivation, Intrinsic Motivation

Abstract

Abstract: In the work world of government institution today, the existing human resources are required to be more competent. Government institutions require employees to perform more than job descriptions or take good extra roles without pay. However, not all of employees or only some want to do or work an extra role without any payment. Thus, it becomes a problem and disadvantage if the employees do not want to self-giving for do the good action, it can disturb the organization to running well. This research has purpose to analyze the influence of job embeddedness and perceived organizational support towards organizational citizenship behavior. The sample of this research is 36 of KPKNL employees. Data analysis used Multiple Linear Regression analysis method conducted by using SPSS 25 version software with the saturation sampling as sampling technique. The results of this research show that Job Embeddedness and Perceived Organizational Support Influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior at KPKNL Manado simultaneously. Job Embeddedness has a positive relationship and has no significant influence towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior, while Perceived Organizational Support has a positive relationship and a significant influence towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior at KPKNL Manado. Keywords: job embeddedness, perceived organizational support, organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis iklim kerja dan karakteristik pekerjaan serta kelelahan pada karyawan di PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Manado. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan di PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Manado, dengan jumlah 30 orang.  Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Iklim kerja di PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Manado sebesar 81%, sehingga iklim kerja yang terbentuk di PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Manado dapat dikatakan sangat baik, 2) karakteristik pekerjaan di PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Manado sebesar 88,6% sehingga dikatakan sangat baik.  Hal ini dapat dilihat dari para karyawan yang memiliki tanggung jawab terhadap penyelesaian pekerjaan, penerapan aturan, dan ketrampilan yang dimiliki oleh karyawan, dan 3) Kelelahan karyawan di PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Manado sebesar 56,75% sehingga dapat dikatakan cukup baik.Untuk meningkatkan iklim kerja, perusahaan  harus memperbaiki indikator-indikator yang lemah dari iklim kerja, diantaranya penerapan aturan, pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang menjadi prioritas dalam melakukan pekerjaan, 2) memberikan penyuluhan kepada para karyawan tentang faktor-faktor kenyamanan dalam bekerja supaya dapat mengurangi tingkat kelelahan kerja, dan 3) perlu meningkatkan aspek tanggung jawab terhadap penyelesaian pekerjaan.Kata Kunci:iklim kerja, karakteristik pekerjaan, kelelahan

Abstract

Abstract: The trends that occur in the business world today indicate that competition between companies in making market opportunities more stringent. For that, the company must have a strong competitive base. One way to win the competition is to continue to improve the quality of products produced with solid quality and have the best quality, the company can continue to retain customers and even attract new customers because customers are the main target and benchmark for the company’s success. The purpose of this study is to find out the tuna export marketing strategy applied by PT. Sinar Purefoods International Bitung. The result of this study was from 10 informant workers handling export sales at PT.Sinar Purefoods International. The findings of this study reveal that five factors have a significant impact on marketing strategies: Products, Customers, Company Offering: Quality, Image, and after-sale service, Promotional Function, and Price / Selling Terms. The better the quality of the products produced, the company can get the trust and great opportunities in making export sales. Keywords: marketing strategy

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Fasilitas kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Sulawesi Utara. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Kuantitatif , Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai KPU Sulawesi Utara, sebanyak 70 orang dan keseluruhannya dijadikan sebagai sampel. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder, Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada pegawai sedangkan data sekunder antara lain data jumlah pegawai. Analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas dari kuisioner yang digunakan dan analisa linear berganda untuk pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dan Fasilitas Kerja berepengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai maka Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Fasilitas Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor KPU Sulawesi Utara.Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Fasilitas Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

Abstract: Customer bonding is, just as the term implies, the process through which a company or organization makes connections with its customers. The goal of customer bonding to develop a relationship and sense of community, including the customers so that they: Feel welcomed, are more likely to continue patronizing the company (and its products or service) are more likely to recommend the company to friends and family. By engaging in customer bonding, companies are able to generate a sense of loyalty and boost its revenue, In order to achieve the objectives, the researcher got information from 15 informants, and this research using a qualitative study which is an in-depth interview in order to get a clear data and uses purposive sampling to arrange the answer from the informants. Based on the data analysis and discussion, the conclusion of this research can be concluded that Customer bonding is the result of the engagement between the customer and the Clinic. Customer bonding (Awareness and Relationship); comes from the customer experiences such as a good experience, positives results, and most importantly it causes by the positive outcomes that the customer has been through when visiting The Prime Clinic. Customer bonding can comes naturally when the customer feels happy, feels satisfied with the services.Keywords: Customer Bonding, Awareness, Relationship

Abstract

ABSTRAK : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh reward,punishment dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT.Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil V Manado. Pada penelitian ini, variabel bebas terdiri dari reward,punishment dan disiplin kerja. Variabel terikat adalah kinerja karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh reward, Punishment, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil V Manado. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dimana responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di PT.Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil V manado 40 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan reward,punishment dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa reward berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, punishment berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Reward,Punishment,Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Abstract: Job evaluation is the process of analyzing and assessing various jobs systematically to ascertain their relative worth in an organization. Job evaluation is the process or the systematic way of determining the value/worth of a job in relation to other jobs in an organization. In this research, the evaluation is the employees of the community development division at PT.MSM. The aim of this study is to know the effectiveness of the job evaluation of the Community Development division at PT.MSM (Archi Group). In order to achieve these objectives, the researcher got information from 9 informants, using a qualitative study which is an in-depth interview,s and uses purposive sampling. The results showed that that community development division at PT. MSM (Archi Group) has been evaluated all of its employees, they evaluated every employee’s performance. employee's skill, the responsibility of work, and efforts to finish their job description are all have been evaluated by the company. Job evaluation gives a positive influence for all the employees, through the job evaluation it can increase the skills, responsibility, and efforts that will bring a good working condition to all employees. Recommendation of this research For the company, this may help them to always keep improving on how to evaluated the employees by doing a good job evaluation. Keywords: Job evaluation, Human Resources
