Abstract

Capital market can help company in providing company fund. Investor will invest in capital market in expectation to get profit. Financial ratios can be used by investor to help in analyzing company financial performances. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Earnings per Share (EPS) on market share price of LQ-45 mining companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).The samples used were 7 mining companies that selected with using purposive sampling method and using data for financial report from 2011-2015. By using multiple regression analysis, the result shows that ROA, ROE, and EPS simultaneously have positive significant effect on Market Share Price. Partially, ROA has positive significant effect on market share price, ROE has negative effect on market share price, and EPS not have significant effect on market share price. For investors, they should use ROA as financial performance indicator in investing because ROA has a positive significant effect on market share price. Keywords: ROA,ROE, EPS, market share price

Abstract

Abstract: Human resource management as a strategic approach to the management of human resources that involves all management decisions and actions that affect the relationship between the organization and employees. Human are the most important resource in an organization’s business success and to support organization’s work. To improve the employee performance in an organization, they should enforce discipline of the employees and competence. This research aimed to analyzed The Affect of Employee Work Discipline and Competence on Employee Performance in Balai Kesehatan Mata Masyarakat Sulawesi Utara. This research was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. Data collected through questionnaire distribute to 55 respondents and the data was taken by simple random sampling. This research showed that Employee Work Discipline and Competence simultaneously influence Employee Performance, Work Discipline has significant influence on Employee Performance partially and Competence has no significant influence on Employee Performance partially. It is expected the company to pay attention about work discipline in term by supporting the achievement of organization’s work.                                                  Keywords: work discipline,competence, employee performance.

Abstract

Impulse Buying is the thing that has been an interesting topic to analyze, since it always happens in daily lives of almost everyone. In Manado, the number of shopping centers has increased rapidly. This condition is supported by the consumptive behavior of people in Manado. People in Manado and around it give a good response to the existence of shopping centers. It can be seen from the big number of people who fulfill malls and the other shopping centers every day. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Hedonic Motives and Shop Environment on Impulse Buying in Manado towards Retailer Stores. The population observed is people who have purchased impulsively at Matahari Department Store Manado with 100 respondents as sample. This research uses quantitative analysis by using questionnaires and uses Multiple Regression Analysis. The conclusion is hedonic motives and shop environment influence impulse buying both simultaneously and partially. To the business manager matahari department store, it is important to make a comfortable environment for the customers to make them stay longer in the store and there will be more chances for unplanned purchases to happen which can give a huge contribution for the business. Abstract

Abstract: Internet is experiencing explosive growth over these past few year and become a fast-growing business that resulted in online shopping trend. Tokopedia as one of the popular e-commerce in Indonesia provides online selling experience to the sellers and their customer. This research aims to analyze the Virtual Atmospheric of Tokopedia. The type of this research is descriptive with quantitative approach and IPA used as the measurement tool. The sample size of this research is 100 respondents who are the customer of Tokopedia. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling by distributing online questionnaire to the customer. The result of the Virtual Atmospheric shows that Percentage of White Space and Font attributes are important to the customers and the company delivered a good performance to the customers, these attributes are located in Quadrant II. Meanwhile, Background Color and Color Scheme attributes are located in Quadrant III with low importance and low performance level. Based on the result of this study, it is wise for web store owner, in this case Tokopedia, to pay more attention for its virtual atmospheric aspect as it has an influence on customer behavior. A better virtual atmospheric performance could lead to customer attraction and increasing sales. ­­Keywords: importance and performance analysis, virtual atmospheric, tokopedia.

Abstract

Abstract: House as one of the human needs besides food and clothing. Every human needs a house for shelter and also a meeting place with family every day. Nowadays in North Sulawesi province, many estates were built. One of the most preferred by the people of Manado to buy a house is Mapanget Griya Indah 4. This study aims to analyze the factors that drive customer purchase decisions in the house at Mapanget Griya Indah 4. The population of this study is people who buy a house or are already living in Mapanget Griya Indah 4, with sample 100 respondents. The objective in this research is to analyze the factors that drive purchase decision of Mapanget Griya Indah 4. The method used in this research is a quantitative method by spread the questionnaires to obtain primary data. In this study the results and conclusions found to explain that there are sixteen variables that drive customer purchase decision, which then formed the six factors and there are four variables that do not significantly influence the purchasing decisions in Mapanget Griya Indah 4. Four variables were not significantly influence the purchasing decisions in Mapanget Griya Indah 4 are security, quality of the area, views & roads and price. Keywords: customer purchase decision

Abstract: In this modern century, the development of Science and Technology is progressing. This encourages the development of an increasingly rapid business world and increasingly fierce market competition, thus demanding the existence of an increasingly good marketing system in every company engaged in industry and services. Based on the formulation of the problem above, the research objectives to be achieved are as follows: To find out consumer behavior in purchasing vehicles at PT. Honda Kumala Group, seen from the price, taste, quality, resale price, and promotion, to find out the most dominant factors affecting consumer behavior in purchasing vehicles at PT. Honda Kumala Group, how is the personal selling of sales staff in PT. Honda Kumala Group?, what is the pss of sales staff in PT.Honda Kumala Group. This research uses a qualitative method that is collecting data by interview. The results of this research from 10 informants from sales in PT. Honda Kumala Group. The findings of this study revealed that three factors have a significant impact on sales involvement on personal selling: Motivation, Approaches, Good Grooming. Keywords: personal selling

 Abstract : Company and employee are two diffrent element that cannot be seperated. With low perforamance or dissatisffy employee can make decreasing profit for company. on the other hand, smart and good performance will make great company. with great company thier will be more advantage than other company.one strategies increase performance by employee is to know how to use skill in certain situation. They have have soft skill to be improve. The objective of this research is to analysis of applying soft skill for employee performance in bank industry. The research method base on qualitative approach and meansurement skill will be :.communication, problem solving, team working, an ability to improve learning and performance, motivation, judgement, leadership, and initiative. The result is based on this research is most of employee applying soft skill for their work environment. Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja pegawai yang kurang baik yang ditandai dari target kerja yang tidak tercapai karena pegawai sering menunda pekerjaan dan terjadi penumpukan kegiatan. Fenomena tersebut harus segera ditanggulangi agar tidak menganggu pada proses pencapaian tujuan organisasi dengan melalui kompetensi yang sesuai, disiplin yang tinggi dan lingkungan kerja yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, disiplin dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada DPPKB Kota Sorong Papua Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pegawai DPPKB. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 31 responden. Data diproses melalui Axcel 2010 dan program spss versi 22 dengan teknis analisis regresi linear berganda.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi, Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada DPPKB Kota Sorong. Dari hasil uji t membuktikan bahwa secara parsial variabel kompetensi, Disiplin Kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh Positif tapi tidak Signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kemudian dari hasil uji F membuktikan bahwa kompetensi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada KPPKB Kota Sorong  F-hitung lebih besar dari pada F-tabel yaitu (14,600 > 2,96) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut maka dapat diambil suatu kesimpulan bahwa secara simultan kompetensi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada KPPKB Kota Sorong Papua Barat. Kata Kunci: Kinerja pegawai, kompetensi, disiplin kerja lingkungan kerja

Abstract

Kinerja merupakan standar hasil kerja seorang karyawan yang telah dicapai dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap perusahaan. Dalam meningkatkan kinerja seorang karyawan tentunya perlu faktor-faktor pendukung yang perlu diperhatikan bagi seorang manajer atau pimpinan perusahaan guna meningkatkan tingkat keberhasilan perusahaan. Faktor-faktor tersebut antara lain adalah Budaya Organisasi dan Kecerdasan Emosional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Telkom Indonesia di Manado. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji hipotesis ditemukan bahwa secara simultan Budaya Organisasi dan Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Telkom Indonesia di Manado, namun secara parsial budaya organisasi tidak berpngaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk PT. Telkom Indonesia di Manado.agar lebih memperhatikan terkait kecerdasan emosional yang ada pada karyawan, sehingga apa yang di perhatikan serta di jaga kualitasnya bisa terus menjadi faktor dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di dalam perusahaanKata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Kecerdasan Emosional, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is important in every business’s continuity. Experiential marketing and customer satisfaction are two factors that are important in the understanding of customer loyalty from a business destination, especially any food and beverage-based one. This study aims to figure out the influence of experiential marketing and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty of Attaya Café & Resto’s customers. Overall population in this research is all customers of Attaya Café & Resto’s and the chosen sample is 100 respondents. Data analysis uses multiple linear regressions analysis method. This research result proves that experiential marketing and customer satisfaction simultaneously have positive and significant influence customer loyalty of Attaya Café & Resto’s customers. Its’ management have to preserve and boost experiential marketing and customer satisfaction in this dining destination and deliberate other factors that influence the loyalty from Attaya Café & Resto’s customers. Keywords: Experiential marketing, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty
