Abstract

Abstract: Increased Saving Behavior is an important factor in achieving financial stable and welfare. Increasing saving can be done by increasing the knowledge and benefits of saving. Saving Behavior is the two actions that coincide with the act of saving with the perception of future needs, and carried out to face the financial crisis. Therefore, to increase public saving behavior, it is necessary to know what factors influence this intention, and how they affect it. This study aims to analyze the influence of Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion on Saving Behavior. The researcher conducted this research through quantitative methods. Multiple Regression Analysis method is used to analyze the influence of the independent variables toward the dependent variable. Sample were taken from the Bank Account holder in Manado with a total sample of 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that Financial Literacy have a positive and significant influence on Saving Behavior, while Financial Inclusion has not significant effect on Saving Behavior. The results also indicate that Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion simultaneously influence Saving Behavior positively and significantly. Keywords: financial literacy, financial inclusion, saving behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the Behavior of Manado Young Generation when they do the saving in their formative days. The current study used a qualitative method to determine what elements motivate the Manado City Generation to save. The research study's sample consists of 18 participants of Manado's Young Generation, aged 19 to 26, who have been participating in saving activities for nearly a year. The findings of the research using the interview approach yielded four variables that influence the saving interest of Manado City's Young Generation. Family involvement, peer influence, self-control, and financial literacy all have an impact on their desire to participate in activities. According to the findings, self-control had the greatest evident impact on the Manado City Young Generation's decision to engage in saving activities. These studies might be excellent references for those interested in growing personal savings, as well as a body of knowledge and practical implications.

Abstract

Penelitian Ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Stres Kerja, Konflik Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja secara simultan dan parsial Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 orang pegawai ASN. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan uji-F dan uji-t untuk pembuktian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Stres Kerja , Konflik Kerja Dan Lingkungan berpengaruh secara simultan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Selanjutnya secara parsial, Stres Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, Konflik Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, Lingkungan Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product, promotion, price and location on purchase decision for Wuling cars at PT. Kumala Cemerlang Abadi Manado. The research method used is a qualitative method, with interviews with several consumers for data collection. The target population in this study are consumers who buy Wuling cars at PT. Kumala Cemerlang Abadi. The number of samples used in this study were 10 informants. The results of this study indicate that product quality, price, promotion, and place have a very positive effect on purchasing decisions. This shows that the better the quality of the product, the more attractive the price and promotion, as well as the convenient location, the more influence the purchase decision will have.

Abstract

Abstract: Nowadays, there are many business competitors that causing many choices for the customers to make a purchase. Therefore, the company must carry out the marketing strategy properly in order to attract customer’s purchase decision. Good product quality and attractive promotions are important factors in customer purchase decision process so that repeat purchases can occur. The aims of this research are to analyze the influence of product quality and promotion to customer purchase decision in Ragey 21 Politeknik. This research uses questionnaires data collection techniques with the respondent data of 100 people. This study uses Multiple Linier Regression with the help of SPSS 25. The result of this study showed that product quality and promotion has a positive influence on customer purchase decision partially. Simultenously, product quality and promotion has a positive influence on customer purchase decision. It is important for Ragey 21 to keep building and maintaining the quality of the product. The promotions have been done well, it needs to be improved in the delivery of information to the customer, so that the customer can easily recognize and comprehend the information provided. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of sensory marketing towards consumer behavior at Starbucks Manado. This research applies qualitative method. Population were 20 retained customers of Starbucks Manado that went to Starbucks at least three times a month. For sampling technique, applies purposive sampling. The findings of the research using the interview approach yielded four indicators of sensory marketing that influence the behavior of Starbucks Manado’s consumer. Sight, sound, taste, and smell all have an impact on consumers’ psychology, personal, and social that affects their behavior. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh Perencanaan karir penilaian prestasi kerja dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Balai Prasarana Pemukiman Wilayah Sulawesi Utara. Metode Pengumpulan Data disini dengan cara membagikan Kuesioner kepada pegawai di Balai Prasarana Pemukiman Wilayah Sulawesi Utara. Populasi penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 51 pegawai dan mereka dijadikan sampel. Metode Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yang dimana pengambilan sampel adalah semua karyawan dengan jumlah sampel 51 pegawai. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian yang diuji secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan karir berpengaruh positif tidak  signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan penilaian prestasi kerja  dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa kerjasama perencanaan karir, penilaian prestasi kerja dan pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.   Kata Kunci: perencanaan karir, penilaian prestasi kerja, pelatihan, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Employee performance is a result achieved by employees in their work according to applicable criteria. Good employee performance is one of the most important factors in the efforts of an organization. Good communication will improve employee performance individually and collectively.With effective communication between employees, it will make employees comfortable at work so as to reduce conflict among employees. A good work environment will contribute to employee performance at work. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of conflict, environment, and communication toward toward employee performance at Office Education Regional of North Sulawesi Provincial. The populations in this study were all ASN/PNS employee at Office Education Regional of North Sulawesi Provincial, totaling 130 people. The sample in this study uses the Slovin formula to determine the numbers of sample are 57 respondents. The research method using multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis used included the research instrument test (validity and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and normality test) and hypothesis testing (t test, F test and coefficient of determination). With this test, it can be seen how the independent variables influence the dependent variable. The results of this study found that the conflict had influence on employee performance, environment had influence on employee performance, and communication had influence on employee performance, conflict, environment, and communication simultaneously influence employee performance toward Office Education Regional of North Sulawesi Provincial.    Kata Kunci: konflik, lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, kinerja pegawai

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product prices and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction at Fellow Coffee. This study uses quantitative methods and uses multiple linear regression tests to determine the effect of product prices and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction. The sample of this research is 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling and the data collection method is in the form of a questionnaire run through the Google Form.Testing and data analysis in this study using SPSS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that product price (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). Store atmosphere (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). Product price (X1) and store atmosphere (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). The R square value obtained from the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.486 explains that 48.6% of customer satisfaction can be explained by product prices and store atmosphere. Meanwhile, the remaining 51.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.   Keywords: product price, store atmosphere, customer satisfaction

Abstract

Objective - The main objective is to examine the role of digital leadership mediated by digital skill in improving organizational performance in line with digital transformation efforts within the General Election Commission of North Sulawesi.Design/methodology - The sample used in this study amounted to 78 people who are elements of the commissioner and secretariat of the General Election Commission of North Sulawesi Province. Testing the relationship between variables and hypotheses was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique.Results - Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that Digital Leadership has a significant effect on Organization Performance and Digital Skills. Meanwhile, Digital Skill has a positive effect on Organizational Performance but does not have a significant effect. The indirect relationship between Digital Leadership and Organizational Performance through Digital Skills does not have a significant effect.Research limitations/implications - This study concludes that the role of digital leadership has a major influence on improving organizational performance in the era of digital transformation. The era of technology 4.0 requires leaders to develop their digital skills in utilizing technology to face the development of information technology in organizations.Novelty/Originality - The originality of this research lies in the object of research where previous studies have only analyzed the digital transformation process in the private sector but the public sector namely the government has not been carried out.
