Abstract

Employee Turnover Intention is one important aspect that is needed to be considered and fully minimized in every business’s continuity. Thus, Motivation and Occupational Health Safety are two factors that are important in the understanding of the changing from Employee Turnover Intention. This study aims to figure out the influence of Motivation and Occupational Health Safety to Employee Turnover Intention at CV Cahaya Shinta. Overall population in this research is all employees of CV Cahaya Shinta’s and the chosen sample is 52 respondents. Data analysis uses multiple linear regressions analysis method. This research result proves that Motivation and Occupational Health Safety have positive and significant influence Employee Turnover Intention at CV Cahaya Shinta. Its’ management is obligated to reserve and helping hand Motivation and Occupational Health Safety assessment in this business unit in the proper and contributive matter and deliberate other factors that influence the Employee Turnover Intention at CV Cahaya Shinta. Abstract

Business Resilience is one important characteristic that surely warrant the survival from all business players in the market, especially when competing in the pandemic-based situation. Human Capital, Social Capital and Financial Capital are three essential factors that are significant in establishing, maintaining and increasing Business Resilience from any company or business unit. This study aims to figure out the influence of Human Capital, Social Capital and Financial Capital toward Business Resilience from UMKM units that are competing in the Manado City. Overall population in this research is UMKM units that are competing in the Manado City and the chosen sample is 31 respondents. Data analysis uses multiple linear regressions analysis method. This research result proves that Human Capital, Social Capital and Financial Capital simultaneously have positive and significant impact and partially only Human Capital and Social Capital have positive and significant influence Business Resilience from those business units. Owners and management from each one of them have to preserve and boost Human Capital, Social Capital and Financial Capital in every business unit and deliberate other factors that influence the Business Resilience from UMKM units that are competing in the Manado City. Abstract

The development of technology causes rapid changes in the economic world. This includes fintech, where a combination between smartphones, applications, and the internet can be a digital mobile payment tool. This study aims to analyze the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and trust can influence the customer's intention to use Dana as their mobile payment. This study uses quantitative method. Questionnaire is used to collect the data. This research derived and examined the model through multiple linear regression model in a sample of 100 respondents who have made transaction using Dana in the last six months in Manado. Findings of this research show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and trust simultaneously influence customer's intention to use Dana as their mobile payment. Recommendations for this research are Dana remains consistent and develops the application system, made interesting for its appearance, and can add 24-hour customer service live chat features so that users feel easy, helpful, and have more trust when making transactions using Dana.   Keyword: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, intention to use

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Uphus Khamang Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Uphus Khamang Indonesia, yang berjumlah 32 orang. Besarnya sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 responden. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji instrumen penelitian (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik (uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji normalitas) dan uji hipotesis (uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi). Dengan uji ini dapat dilihat bagaimana variabel-variabel independen berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan beban kerja berpenagruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan beban kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Uphus Khamang Indonesia. Abstract

In recent years, there has been a significant increase in the popularity of water-based tourism in Manado, particularly in the form of water sports and diving activities. Manado is known for its stunning marine biodiversity, including coral reefs, a variety of fish species, and other sea creatures. This has attracted a growing number of tourists, both domestic and international, seeking to explore the underwater world and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. This study aimed to explore the effect of tourists' motivation on their revisit intention to Batu Angus National Park, a popular tourist destination in Indonesia. Using a quantitative research approach, data was collected through a survey questionnaire distributed to tourists who had previously visited the park around 100 sample. The study findings indicated that the variable push motivation and pull motivation are significanlty influenced the variable revisit intention to the park. The study provides useful insights for park management and policymakers to enhance visitors' experience by catering to their motivational needs, which in turn can increase their revisit intention and boost tourism development in the region. Additionally, improving facilities such as adding more benches, rest areas, and public restrooms would provide greater convenience and comfort to visitors. These enhancements would not only attract more tourists to the park but also increase their revisit intention, which could potentially boost tourism development in the region.   Keywords: push motivation, pull motivation, revisit intention

Abstract

The presence of coffee house modern or coffee shop has given a change of culture in Indonesia, where it is no longer only a big fan of coffee who wants to go to a coffee shop because nowadays it is not only to fulfill the functional needs, but it leads to emotional needs. It became the part of modern lifestyle where some people need to consume coffee before they do their own activity. Consequently, coffee consumption in Indonesia continues to increase, and it also increase consumer demand for Coffee business. The aim of this research is to analyze consumer preferences of coffee shop between Kopi Kenagan and Black Cup Coffee in Manado measure by brand image, brand loyalty, perveived price and electronic word of mouth. This research is quantitative type of research, which uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and uses independent sample t-test as the analytical tool. The population of this research is peoples in Manado who has experience in Kopi Kenagan and Black Cup Coffee, where the sample size is taken from 130 respondents who also has experience with both stores. The result from this research found that there is no significant difference between Kopi Kenagan and Black Cup Coffee measured by brand image, brand loyalty, perceived price and electronic word of mouth. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, kompensasi, serta lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Kelas II Tomohon. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian seluruh pegawai di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Kelas II Tomohon. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 orang pegawai. Sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data daring, luring serta wawancara. Analisis data regresi linear berganda serta analisis Chi-Square. Responden didominasi oleh laki-laki, usia 20-30 tahun, berpendidikan SMA, masa kerja satu sampai lima tahun, ASN golongan tiga, pegawai non eselon. Temuan penelitian menemukan disiplin kerja, kompensasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Kelas II Tomohon. Hasil analisis Chi-Square ditemukan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kinerja pegawai dengan karakteristik responden dilihat dari gender atau jenis kelamin, usia, tingkat pendidikan, serta masa kerja. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik responden tersebut tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di lembaga tersebut. Saran penelitian untuk pihak manajemen perlu meningkatkan faktor-faktor disiplin kerja, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja. Pimpinan tidak perlu terlalu berfokus pada karakteristik responden seperti gender, usia, tingkat pendidikan, serta masa kerja. Sebaliknya, manajemen dapat lebih memperhatikan faktor-faktor lain yang lebih mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai, seperti disiplin kerja, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja. Abstract

The rapid development of technology and the internet has brought changes in views, concepts, and orientation in many fields including business and marketing. One of its proofs is that face-to-face business interaction has shifted into modern electronic based interaction called E-commerce. The form of research used in this study is using quantitative methods. And also using Simple Linear Regression. The results of this study show that there is a significant influence on the intention to purchase among young adults in e-commerce Shopee. And on the basis of this finding, it is concluded that user interface and time scarcity can determine the purchase intention of young adults in e-commerce. The results of the first hypothesis are accepted, meaning that user interface has a positive influence on young adults’ purchase intentions in Shopee. The results of the second hypothesis are accepted, meaning that time scarcity has a positive influence on young adults’ purchase intentions in Shopee. Therefore, it is advised that potential users and consumers be capable of fulfilling their financial comprehension and planning on spending based on limitations. The intention is for young individuals to avoid purchasing because of feelings that are sparked by profitable marketing in an effort to keep economic transaction activities stable.   Keywords: user interface, time scarcity, e-commerce, purchase intention

Abstract

This study investigates the relationships between social media marketing (SMM), electronic word of mouth (eWOM), brand awareness, and their influence on purchase intention as the dependent variable. In the digital age, where consumers are increasingly exposed to various marketing stimuli, understanding the drivers of purchase intention is crucial for businesses and marketers. The researcher conducted this research through quantitative methods, data was collected through an online questionnaire with a purposive sampling technique with criteria of who have followed Uniqueshop.ind on Instagram, observed their social media marketing activities, female or male (15-50 years old) and have income. The total sample size consisted of 100 respondents. Multiple Regression Analysis method is used to analyze the influence of the independent variables toward the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that Electronic Word of Mouth and Brand Awareness have a positive and significant influence on Purchase Intention, while Social Media Marketing does not have a significant direct influence on Purchase Intention partially. The results also indicate that Social Media Marketing, Electronic Word of Mouth and Brand Awareness simultaneously influence Purchase Intention positively and significantly.   Keywords: social media marketing, electronic word of mouth, brand awareness, purchase intention

Abstract

The various living arrangement options for college students who aspire to become entrepreneurs. It emphasizes the importance of creating an environment conducive to entrepreneurial pursuits and outlines potential solutions after graduations. This study aims to examine the effect of Students Who Live with their Parents and Students Who Live Separately with their Parents on Entrepreneurial Intention through Entrepreneurial Characteristics as an intervening variable. The population in this study were 100 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Sam Ratulangi Manado, in several study program from the Management, Accounting, and Development Economics. The sampling technique used in this study was Purposive Sampling while the data analysis used in this study was Path Analysis. The classic assumption test used in this study is the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test. The results of this study prove that Students Who Live with Their Parents and Students Who Live Separate with their Parents has no positive influence on Entrepreneurial Intention, Students Who Live with their Parents has no positive influence on Entrepreneurial Characteristics while Students Who Live Separate with their Parents have positive influence on Entrepreneurial Characteristics, and Entrepreneurial Characteristics have a positive influence on Entrepreneurial Intention.   Keywords: entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial characteristics
