Abstract

The purpose of the analysis is to prove the implications of the work environment and job stress that moderate employee engagement on improve employee performance. The sample of this research is 255 respondents of electronic transaction service industry employees in DKI Jakarta and Banten Provinces. The analysis technique used is the path analysis method and data processing is carried out through SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study showed that the work environment and job stress had a positive effect on employee performance, but the work environment had a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, moderated by employee engagement. While job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, moderated by employee engagement, and has a positive effect on employees' performance. Novelty's findings resulted in a performance improvement model moderated by employee engagement. This research contributes that if the company wants to improve performance, it needs to be improved: a). Appreciate every employee who completes the task well. b). The quality of good relations between employees and management. c). A quiet work environment, a workspace that is free from noise so you can focus on doing your job, d). Increased awareness and willingness of employees to do work without being asked. Companies need to design the media as a means of existence for company management. Companies also need to design stress management programs by making employees happy. Companies must care about the health of employees.

Abstract

Ketimpangan pendapatan merupakan masalah yang muncul akibat pembangunan yang mengutamakan laju pertumbuhan. Salah satu cara mengatasi ketimpangan ini adalah dengan membangun infrastruktur masif yang tersebar di seluruh wilayah sehingga akan meningkatkan kegiatan ekonomi di berbagai bidang. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembangunan infrastruktur terhadap ketimpangan pembangunan yang terjadi di kota dan kabupaten di seluruh Jawa. Variabel ketimpangan pendapatan adalah Gini Ratio, sedangkan infrastruktur terdiri dari infrastruktur jalan, infrastruktur kelistrikan, dan infrastruktur air bersih. Periode pengamatan tahun 2008 – 2018. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah LSDV (Least Square Dummy Variable) untuk dapat menganalisis peran pembangunan infrastruktur terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan antar provinsi, provinsi, dan antar kota dan desa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel infrastruktur yang terdiri dari infrastruktur jalan, infrastruktur kelistrikan, dan infrastruktur air bersih berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan di kota dan kabupaten di Pulau Jawa. Temuan penelitian ini adalah pengaruh variabel infrastruktur yang tidak konsisten, dimana produk akan berbeda jika datanya dikelompokkan berdasarkan provinsi dan kota, dan kabupaten.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis motivasi kerja di Lingkungan Politeknik Ilmu Pemasyarakatan. Tujuan penelitian untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, E-Government Dan Organisasi Agility Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan Di Lingkungan Politeknik Ilmu Pemasyarakatan Dalam Menghadapi Era New Normal. Penelitian ini bersifat Kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 50 responden dari Pegawai di Lingkungan Politeknik Ilmu Pemasyarakatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program Smart-PLS 3.0. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai politeknik ilmu pemasyarakatan dalam menghadapi era new normal (2) E-government berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai politeknik ilmu pemasyarakatan dalam menghadapi era new normal (3) Organisasi agility tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai politeknik ilmu pemasyarakatan dalam menghadapi era new normal dan (4) Kepemimpinan transformasional, e-government dan organisasi agility secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai politeknik ilmu pemasyarakatan dalam menghadapi era new normal

Abstract

The competition in the field of health service is diverse and competitive. When facing the competition with the competitor, the quality of health services must also on it's prime. One of the factor that determine the quality of service is the quality of the human resource. But to provide the most excellent service with the lowest price, competitor is offering higher salary to the human resources of PT.AEA. In this case, employment turnover is giving a negative impact to the company because of the health human resources recruited by the competitor is getting a training and debriefing. The high rate of employment turnover has resulted in the decreased of company performance and incurring cost on the recruitment of new employees. Therefore, every company must analyze and control the factor that cause the high rate of human resources turnover. Keywords : Human resource, health service, employee turnover

Abstract

This research aims to determine, analyze and prove the influencet of training, motivation, and employee satisfaction on employee performance at PT Parkland World Indonesia. In this research, the sample population was taken from field workers, totaling 2300 workers, all of these workers were staff of Human Resource, General Affairs, PPIC, Export, Marketing, Accounting, Purchasing, Development, Quality Control, Line, Cell Production, Technichal Bottom, Stock Fittings, Warehouse Materials, and Engineering. Based on the criteria for the SEM test requirements, the number of samples taken is 200 samples. The number of samples is close to the number of stock fitting employees, which means that what will be studied further are employees who are in stock fittings. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and hypothesis testing in this study is used Partial Test (t test) and Coefficient of Determination Test using SPSS program. The results obtained from the data analysis of this study explained that there was a positive influence on training, motivation, job satisfaction on employee performance after the research was made a mediating variable. Abstract

Performance is assessed to see the extent to which the actions taken by a person in carrying out certain jobs/activities within an organization or company by carrying out the principles of the right mechanism or method in comparing what is done with the results achieved. The purpose of this study was to prove the effectiveness of the human resource score card (competence, job description and measurement) on performance at Permata Depok Hospital. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The research sample was 100 employees of Permata Depok Hospital. The research instrument in the form of a questionnaire and data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study found that competence had a positive effect on employee performance at Permata Depok Hospital with tcount 3.904 > ttable 1.986. job description has a positive effect on employee performance at Permata Depok Hospital with tcount 4,620 > t table 1,986. The measurement has a positive effect on employee performance at Permata Depok Hospital with tcount 4,620 > ttable 1,986. Competence and Job description, Measurement have a positive effect on employee performance at Permata Depok Hospital with tcount 2,540 > ttable 1,986. The conclusion of the study is that there is an effect of human resource score card (competence, job description and measurement) on performance at Permata Depok Hospital. Research suggestions need to accelerate the procurement of Hospital Information Systems (SIRS). Information integration is a key element in hospital management. Abstract

The purpose of the study is to show the Effect of Profitability, Asset Structure and Company Liquidity on Capital Structure with the Investment Opportunity Set as the Intervening Variable. The population in this study were food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2019. The data for this study were taken from the company's annual report. The number of samples in this study are 22 companies which selected by purposive sampling. The results of the hypothesis in this study using panel data regression method and the EViews application. The results in this study are Profitability, Asset structure and Liquidity have a significant effect on Capital Structure and Profitability. Abstract

The development process is completely initiated by the public community in social activities to make it better is a process of empowerment. Therefore, the target community program is always involved in community empowerment. This is a very urgent process for improving the welfare of the community through improving the economy. One of them can be realized through increasing income activities from Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The MSME empowerment process is implemented through Community Service (PKM) activities providing empirical ideas for real work for the advancement of MSMEs that are more independent. Economic empowerment through MSMEs can create an integrated unity between the role of the campus and the community, especially in RW 07, Padurenan Village, Tangerang City. However, there are problems faced by SMEs including a). Production is only in the manufacture of components or products, b) The lack of competence of SMEs in the application of technology c), Weak competence in the production and management process. Departing from the real problems and conditions, the role of MSMEs for the family economy is to increase the need for support from human resources, capital, media equipment, processes and marketing, and good use of natural resources and human resources. Therefore, the family economy can improve if it is seen in the increase in employment, income, always having assets, and meeting needs. Thus, it can be seen that the impact of the existence of MSMEs needs to provide benefits for the suitability of personal and corporate life. Therefore, MSMEs in RW 07 Padurenan Village, Tangerang City can improve the family's economy by being free from poverty to improve their standard of living

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh sistem pengendalian internal, dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, terhadap implementasi good governance serta impikasinya pada pencegahan fraud dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa di Kabupaten Tangerang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perangkat desa sebanyak 150 responden dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) program AMOS 22. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang positif sistem pengendalian internal, dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, terhadap implementasi good governance serta impikasinya pada pencegahan fraud dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa di Kabupaten Tangerang secara signifikan. Interpretasi  dari hasil penelitian ini akan memiliki arti yang penting  untuk menentukan strategi yang jelas dalam meningkatkan pencegahan Fraud dalam pengelolaan keuangan Desa di Kabupaten Tangerang dari hasil perhitungan pengaruh langsung, tidak langsung  dan pengaruh total menghasilkan nilai kebaharuan dari sebuah teori dan empirisnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan pengaruh Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT Patra Badak Arun Solusi. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan pendekatan simple random sampling menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 96 karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil pengujian yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini (1) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Implikasi dari penelitian ini mencakup secara teoritis dan praktis yaitu, informasi dalam penelitian diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia, serta berdampak bagi perusahaan sebagai bahan pemikiran dan pertimbangan dalam penyelesaian masalah yang ada. Kontribusi dalam penelitian ini adalah membantu perusahaan dalam menanggulangi masalah pada khususnya dalam hal kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.
