Abstract

Hakikat seorang pendidik kaitannya dalam pendidikan Islam adalah mendidik dan sekaligus di dalamnya mengajar sesuai dengan keilmuwan yang dimilikinya. Secara umumnya pendidik adalah orang yang memiliki tanggungjawab mendidik. Bila dipersempit pengertian pendidik adalah guru yang dalam hal ini di suatu lembaga sekolah. Sedangkan pengajar adalah pendidik yang baik. Adapun hakekat pendidik adalah Allah SWT yang mengajarkan ilmu kepada manusia dan manusia pula yang mempunyai sebuah kewajiban baginya untuk mentransferkan ilmu itu kepada orang lain demi kemaslahatan ummat, hakekat peserta didik merupakan individu yang akan dipenuhi kebutuhan ilmu pengetahuan, sikap dan tingkah lakunya, karena peserta didik adalah anggota masyarakat yang berusaha mengembangkan potensi diri melalui proses pembelajaran.Kata Kunci: Hakikat, Pendidik, Peserta Didik

Abstract

Sekolah merupakan organisasi formal yang bergerak di bidang edukatif. Sekolah memiliki struktur yang mempunyai kedudukan tertentu, saling berinteraksi dan menjalankan peranan seperti yang diharapkan sesuai dengan kedudukannya. Struktur organisasi sekolah mendasari keputusan para pembina atau pendiri sekolah untuk proses perencanaan sekolah yang strategis. Sebuah sekolah harus diorganisasi sebagai lembaga pendidikan untuk mencapai tujauan institusional yang difokuskan untuk membantu perkembangan potensi yang dimiliki anak-anak secara maksimal, agar berguna bagi dirinya sendiri dan masyarakatnya. Organisasi sekolah adalah sistem yang bergerak dan berperan dalam merumuskan tujuan pendewasaan manusia sebagai mahluk sosial agar mampu berinteraksi dengan lingkungan. Struktur sosial sekolah yaitu kepala sekolah, guru, pegawai administrasi, petugas kebersihan dan keamanan, murid laki-laki maupun murid perempuan yang masing-masing memiliki kedudukan dan peranan yang berbeda, dan saling berinteraksi satu sama lain.Kata kunci: PAI, Media Pembelajaran

Abstract

Media berasal dari bahasa latin yaitu “medius” yang artinya “tengah” yang merupakan bentuk jamak dari kata medium. Media pembelajaran adalah segala sesuatu yang dapat dijadikan perantara dalam rangka proses interaksi antara guru dan siswa dengan catatan bahwa media tersebut dapat mempermudah atau mengefektifkan proses pembelajaran.Teknologi pembelajaran adalah teori dan praktek dalam desain, pengembangan, pemanfaatan, pengelolaan dan penilaian proses dan sumber untuk belajar. Salah satu kawasan dari teknologi pembelajaran adalah kawasan pengembangan. Konsep pengembangan menurut teknologi pembelajaran adalah proses penerjemahan spesifikasi desain ke dalam bentuk fisik. Abstract

Self-confidence is one of the factors with which students can interact well socially at school. Through this character, students are able to independently solve problems and generate positive feelings for others. The aim of this research is to look at 1) the description of students' self-confidence in high school, 2) determining the self-confident character of students in high school, and 3) the role of counselors in their contribution to developing students' self-confident character in high school. This research uses a qualitative case study design. The location of the research was SMA Swasta Budi Agung Medan. The data sources were selected using the technique of purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation methods. The validity of the data in this research uses data triangulation techniques. The results of this research are: the self-confident character of students in this school can grow through being active in academic and non-academic activities, supported by teachers who have pleasant personalities. A counselor also helps identify personality, personal potential, and the type of career that is suitable for students through the MBTI test, carries out counseling both individually and groups, collaborates with parents, and also continues to provide support and motivation.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of Piil Pesenggiri local wisdom into character education through Social Sciences Subject (IPS) in elementary schools in Metro City, Lampung. Piil Pesenggiri local wisdom, which consists of four main pillars; respect for others (Nemui Nyimah), cooperation (Sakai Sambayan), achievement (Juluk Adek), and equality (Nengah Nyampur), has been recognized as an important foundation for strengthening character learning in the school environment. This study utilizes qualitative approach and case study in three different elementary schools in Metro City. The research method used is multi-case skin, which collects data through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and analysis of learning documents. The results depict that the application of Piil Pesenggiri values in social sciences subject significantly promoted positive characters development among learners, including respect for diversity, cooperation, motivation for achievement, and understanding of equality. This practice not only enriches the social sciences subject’s curriculum with culturally relevant content but also contributes to the formation of positive social attitudes and behaviors among learners. These findings suggest that local wisdom such as Piil Pesenggiri can be used as an effective instrument in character education, supporting a holistic vision of education in Indonesia, especially in the diverse community contexts such as Metro City, Lampung. This research provides important insights into the potential of local wisdom in forming the basis of strong and culturally relevant character education.

Abstract

Compared to student-athletes who attend special sports schools, those enrolled in public or religious schools tend to face greater obstacles, particularly in terms of mentoring and facilities. This phenomenological research aims to portray the mental toughness of student-athletes and their strategies for balancing their roles as athletes, students, and children while attending Middle School Muhammadiyah 12 GKB Gresik. Using semi-structured interviews with four student-athletes-selected based on the uniqueness of their sport and their willingness to participate: the researchers found that these student-athletes demonstrated good and mature mental toughness, as they were able to persevere and find solutions when facing obstacles and psychological pressures from training, competing, participating in school learning, and taking time to interact with family members at home. However, the school still needs to provide psychological support to further strengthen mental toughness through self-awareness training, imagery, and self-talk at least once per semester. The findings of this study can help fill the gap in field data on student-athletes in religious-based junior high schools in Indonesia and may inspire Islamic junior high school management to consider accepting student-athletes.

Abstract

The effectiveness of clinical supervision in enhancing counselors' competencies in practicing Rational Emotive Behav-ior Counseling (REBC) remains largely unexplored. This study aims to evaluate and optimize the impact of clinical supervision on counselors' skills in REBC, particularly in developing diagnostic abilities, accuracy in disputing, and the effectiveness of technique implementation. A pre-experimental design with a quasi-experimental approach was employed. The instruments used included an REBC counseling competence evaluation and a counseling perfor-mance observation sheet. The data were analyzed descriptively.The results indicate that clinical supervision plays a significant role in improving counselors' competencies, especially in diagnostic skills, followed by an increase in dis-puting abilities. However, improvements in the effectiveness of technique implementation remain relatively low. A limited sample size is one of the constraints of this study in terms of generalizing the findings. Nevertheless, the de-scriptive results provide a reasonable overview of the impact of the supervision program on REBC counseling skills. Future research is recommended to consider sample dynamics, a time-series design, and consistency analysis through trend and graphical approaches.

Abstract

The increasing use of the internet as a source of health information has given rise to the phenomenon of cyberchondria, characterized by excessive health information-seeking behavior that negatively impacts adolescent mental health. This phenomenon has become increasingly concerning, especially in the post-pandemic era, where health anxiety and exposure to unverified information have risen significantly. This study aims to analyze the psychological impact of cyberchondria on adolescents and to evaluate the role of school counseling services in preventing and managing its symptoms. The research employed a Systematic Literature Review method, guided by the PRISMA 2020 protocol. A total of 19 international articles published between 2013 and 2024 were analyzed, focusing on adolescents aged 12–18 years, with a combined sample of over 21,000 participants. Data were collected using a structured extraction form and analyzed thematically. The findings indicate that cyberchondria is closely associated with anxiety, family dysfunction, smartphone addiction, and a decline in psychological well-being. School-based counseling holds strategic potential in fostering digital health literacy and reducing maladaptive health information-seeking behaviors. Overall, these results highlight the need for a systemic approach within the education sector to address emerging adolescent mental health challenges driven by uncontrolled digital information consumption.

Abstract

Students developing task of having assertive behavior that can make them respond appropriately to things that harm themselves needed to be formed early on, that is when in low grade elementary school. Puppet plays are role playing techniques that have conformity in shaping assertive behavior in low grade elementary school students in the form of pleasant conditions presented during the service process. Tests carried out on 30 students at Muhammadiyah 4 Elementary School Malang showed evidence of a significant positive difference between the results of the students' pretest and posttest. Evidence of limited effectiveness suggests further testing using puppet theater techniques in shaping assertive behavior in elementary school students.

Abstract

Abad 21 dengan pengaruh globalisasi menjadikan individu harus bekerja lebih keras untuk dapat tetap bertahan dan sukses dalam persaingan global. Generasi Z sebagai generasi yang akan memasuki usia produktif, sangat memerlukan persiapan yang matang untuk memasuki persaingan global tersebut, khususnya pada ranah pengambilan keputusan karirnya. Keterampilan berpikir kreatif menjadi salah satu keterampilan yang dapat mengarahkan siswa untuk mengambil keputusan karir yang tepat dan sesuai. Atas dasar gagasan tersebut, dilakukan pengukuran keterampilan berpikir kreatif dalam pengambilan keputusan karir di sekolah mitra, SMA Laboratorium UM Malang. Hasil pengukuran mennjukkan 73% siswa berada pada tingkat keterampilan berpikir kreatif dalam pengambilan keputusan karir yang sedang dan 27% lainnya berada dalam tingkatan rendah. Sehingga, saran yang diberikan adalah dilakukannya tindak lanjut melalui layanan bimbingan dan konseling untuk membantu siswa dalam memenuhi, meningkatkan dan mematangkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif dalam pengambilan keputusan karirnya.
