Abstract

Lingkungan pembelajaran yaitu semua hal yang memberikan pengaruh tingkah laku subjek yang terlibat dalam sebuah proses pembelajaran (dalam hal ini adalah guru dan murid). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui studi komparatif antara perspektif Islam dan psikologi mengenai lingkungan pembelajaran yang efektif. Jurnal ini membahas mengenai konsep lingkungan pembelajaran, lingkungan pembelajaran yang efektif menurut Islam dan psikologi, elemen-elemen lingkungan pembelajaran yang efektif serta studi komparatif perspektif Islam dan psikologi mengenai lingkungan pembelajaran yang efektif. Terkait dengan hal tersebut, peneliti menggunakan penelitian library research yaitu penelitian pustaka yang datanya diperoleh diantaranya dari hasil membaca buku, jurnal dan lain sebagainya. Adapun hasil penelitian bahwasanya lingkungan pembelajaran yang efektif dalam perspektif Islam yaitu kondusif secara fisik dan sosial, meningkatkan kreativitas dan motivasi belajar, integrasi nilai nilai islam, serta perencanaan dan pengolahan holistik. Sedangkan lingkungan pembelajaran yang efektif dalam perspektif psikologi yaitu keamanan emosional dan rasa diterima, stimulus kognitif & keterlibatan aktif, interaksi positif dan hubungan interpersonal, kondisi fisik dan manajemen kelas baik, dapat fleksibilitas & adaptasi terhadap kebutuhan individu siswa. Integrasi keduanya akan menghasilkan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, mendukung perkembangan holistik siswa, serta pembentukan karakter dan kompetensi akademik. Peneliti berharap hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi khazanah ilmu pengetahuan dan bisa menjadi sebuah bahan untuk peneliti selanjutnya dalam melakukan penelitian yang serupa.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the effectiveness of group counseling role playing techniques charged with the value of tapa ngrame in Panji stories to increase the altruism of elementary school students, which focuses on what the condition of elementary school students ' altruism looks like before and after treatment, analyzing the relationship between Panji stories and altruistic behavior. The design used in this study is an experimental design in the form of pretest and postetst control group design, the number of subjects in this study is 30 elementary school students in Bojonegoro Regency, where the groups set are not randomly selected (nonrandomly assigned group). The technique of data collection is done by using the scale of altruistic attitude insrtrumen amounting to 35 items. And data analysis techniques using independent sample t test and Pired samples test. The results of statistical tests using independent sample t test showed that there is a significant difference between the average value of pretest and posttes in the experimental group and the control group. This is indicated by a significance value of 0.000 or below 0.05. This means that there is a difference in the altrusitic attitude scores of students before being treated and after being treated, the results of this test are reinforced by the comparison of the results of the average posttest score in both groups. With the acquisition of scores for the experimental group of 104.46 and the control group of 89.93. And the results of the paired samples test showed an increase in the average score for the experimental group of 36.73 and for the control group of 22.4. This shows that the Counseling Group role playing techniques charged with the value of tapa ngrame in Panji's story are effective to improve the altruistic attitude of elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of group counseling with a Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) approach using behavioral activation techniques in improving learning motivation of Junior High School (SMP) students. The research design used was a pretest–posttest one group design with seven eighth grade students who had low learning motivation scores as participants. The intervention was carried out in four group counseling sessions that focused on behavioral activation, such as arranging meaningful activities, scheduling learning, and recording and self-reflection. The results of the analysis showed an increase in the average learning motivation score from 75.4 to 114.8 with a significance value of p = 0.005, which means that the change was statistically significant. These findings indicate that behavioral activation techniques in CBT group counseling are effective in encouraging changes in student learning behavior from passive to productive. This study provides an empirical contribution to the practice of school guidance and counseling services, as well as enriching evidence-based intervention approaches in improving learning motivation of junior high school students.

Abstract

Belief diagnostic is one of the main competence during the cogntiive assessment within cognitive counseling, inluding the Rational Emotive Behavior (REB) counseling. This study aims to measure and explore the preservice counselor belief-diagnostic and refelctive practice during the course and training. This study used the mixed method and involving 40 preservice counselors within four sessions. Repeated measurement used to conduct the experience by having the role of counselor, counselee, and vice-versa. Structured observation and reflection using belief-diagnostic instruments and analyzed use of descriptive anlysis both in numbers and words based on the notes from both. The resuts indicate the improvements of belief-diagnostic competence for diagnostic accuracy and reflective depth from the first into fourth sessions in general. The strongest gain indicate in conceptual differentiation of the irrational beleifs. Specifically, a slight perfromace dips occurred within the fourth sessions. The belief-diagnostic reasoning and interpretative reflective practice had been reached the high score with general upward trends. This study suggest to evluate the overall performance to gain broader reflective practice. Another suggestions might led to research design of longitudinal or multiple single subject design to gain deeper exploration of preservice counselor professional growth.

Abstract

Cognitive flexibility of a counselor or therapist refers to their ability to adapt their cognitive approach to the unique needs and circumstances of their clients. This requires the ability to recognize and adapt to the unique cognitive processes and thought patterns of each individual. In the contextual development of cognitive flexibility in counselors, the organic-medical paradigm and the psychological paradigm have led to a revolution. The existence of these two paradigm perspectives necessitates a unique study that bridges the concept of understanding the two paradigms holistically in order to enhance the cognitive flexibility of the counselor. The purpose of this study is to investigate where the organic-medical paradigm and the psychological paradigm intersect when examining the cognitive flexibility of the counselor. The research design was quantitative and based on a critical literature review. The research focuses on three major components: (1) context issues regarding counselor cognitive flexibility from the perspective of the medical organic paradigm and psychological paradigm; (2) issues regarding the main implicit and boundary problems of counselor cognitive flexibility on professional work performance based on literature research data; and (3) the most promising questions for future research development. In this article, the research findings are discussed further.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan factor penting dalam ketercapaian kemerdekaan Indonesia. Perkembangan Pendidikan Indonesia tidak lepas dari peran tokoh besar pahlawan Indonesia yaitu Ki Hadjar Dewantara atau yang menjadi salah satu tokoh Bapak Pendidikan Indonesia. Upaya Pendidikan dalam mengoptimalkan perkembangan diri secara komperhensif dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan fasilitas layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) di sekolah. Dengan memberikan layanan BK secara optimal akan dapat menghasilkan peserta didik sebagai manusia yang mampu selaras dengan fungsi pokok bimbingan konseling yaitu dapat mengenali diri dan lingkungan, menerima diri dan lingkungan secara positif dan dinamis serta mengambil sebuah keputusan dan mewujudkannya. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut peneliti akan meneliti peran pemikiran Ki Hadjar Dewantara dalam pelaksanaan Bimbingan dan Konseling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan kualitatif sebagai metode yang dilakukan untuk mengkaji secara teori melalui ragam referensi atau kepustakaan ilmiah berbentuk jurnal, dokumen, dan buku. Pemikiran Ki Hadjar Dewantara terdiri dari kodrat alam dan kodrat zaman, konsep Trikon yaitu terdiri dari Kontinyu, Konvergen, dan Konsentris, serta sistem among. Adapun hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah dalam memajukan Pendidikan Indonesia Ki Hadjar Dewantara memberikan kontribusi yang sangat besar. Pemikiran yang dimiliki oleh Ki Hajar Dewantara memiliki peran dalam Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam mengimplemantasikan guru BK melakukan pendampingan dan menuntun peserta didik untuk mencapai perkembangan peseta didik.
