Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan literasi siswa di wilayah rural Indonesia menjadi tantangan besar dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya di SDN 6 Tanrutedong, Kecamatan Dua Pitue, Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Hasil observasi menunjukkan rendahnya minat baca dan keterbatasan bahan bacaan yang relevan, sehingga diperlukan intervensi strategis untuk meningkatkan literasi siswa. Program Five Hours Literacy dirancang untuk mengatasi masalah ini melalui pendekatan partisipatif yang melibatkan siswa, guru, dan orang tua. Program ini mengintegrasikan aktivitas literasi indoor, seperti membaca mandiri, diskusi kelompok, dan menulis kreatif, dengan aktivitas outdoor, seperti permainan literasi dan drama singkat. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama lima minggu, melibatkan 50 siswa kelas V dan VI. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan literasi siswa, di mana siswa dengan kemampuan literasi tinggi meningkat dari 10% menjadi 40%. Kreativitas siswa dalam menulis juga mengalami perkembangan, dengan karya yang lebih terstruktur, relevan, dan bernilai budaya. Program ini juga berdampak positif pada guru, yang mulai mengadopsi metode interaktif dalam pembelajaran. Kesimpulannya, Five Hours Literacy efektif meningkatkan literasi siswa di wilayah rural, memotivasi guru, dan membangun budaya literasi berkelanjutan. Program ini diharapkan dapat direplikasi di sekolah lain dengan tambahan dukungan teknologi dan pelibatan komunitas lebih luas untuk dampak yang lebih optimal.

Abstract

Osteoarthritis merupakan penyakit yang dapat menyebabkan ketidakmampuan fisik seseorang yang menyerang semua sendi khususnya pada lansia. Gejala utama yang paling sering dirasakan penderita osteoarthritis adalah nyeri dan kekakuan pada sendi, gejala inilah yang menyebabkan pembengkakan yang dapat membatasi ruang gerak, sehingga penderita terganggu dalam melakukan aktifitas sehari-hari yang mengakibatkan penurunan kualitas hidup pada penderita osteoarthritis. Untuk mengetahui hubungan intensitas nyeri dengan kualitas hidup lansia osteoarthritis. Studi ini merupakan studi literatur yang berupa literatur review. Pencarian artikel menggunakan elektronik based, seperti Google Scholar, PubMed, dan Cambridge dengan menggunakan kata kunci Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris.Hal ini dilakukan untuk menemukan artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria studi literatur kemudian dilakukan review artikel. Didapatkan 10 artikel yang diperoleh dari hasil Screening. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari 10 artikel, didapatkan 7 artikel yang menunjukan adanya hubungan intensitas nyeri dengan kualitas hidup lansia osteoarthritis. Diharapkan bagi penelitian selanjutnya dapat melakukan penelitian yang lebih baik lagi, informasi yang diberikan jauh lebih lengkap serta artikel yang digunakan merupakan artikel yang terbaru sehingga tidak menimbulkan keragu-raguan bagi peneliti-peneliti selanjutnya Kata Kunci : Kualitas Hidup lansia, Nyeri, Osteoarthritis Abstract Osteoarthritis is a disease that can cause a person's physical disability that attacks all joints, especially in the elderly. The main symptoms that are most often felt by people with osteoarthritis are pain and stiffness in the joints, these symptoms cause swelling which can limit the patient's range of motion, and can also affect the patient's physical well-being, so that the patient is disturbed in carrying out daily activities which results in a decrease in the quality of life in the patient. patients with osteoarthritis.To determine the relationship between pain intensity and quality of life for the elderly with osteoarthritis.This study is a literature study in the form of a literature review. Search articles using electronic based, such as Google Scholar, PubMed, and Cambridge using Indonesian and English keywords. This is done to find articles that match the criteria for a literature study and then review the articles. There were 10 articles obtained from the screening results. The articles used are articles published in the 2015-2021 year. Based on the results of the analysisof 10 articles, 7 articles were found that showed a relationship between pain intensity and quality of life for the elderly with osteoarthritis. This is due to the increasing degree of pain in osteoarthritis patients, it will cause the patient to experience health problems so that it limits the patient's range of motion, decreases the patient's work ability, increases the patient's emotions and sometimes even causes osteoarthritis sufferers to experience depression and decreased mental health.It is hoped that further research can conduct better research, the information provided is much more complete and the articles used are the latest articles so as not to cause doubts for further researchers. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of guided imagery relaxation therapy in reducing pain in patients with gastritis. Gastritis, characterized by inflammation of the stomach lining, often leads to significant epigastric pain, affecting patients' quality of life. The research method employed is a literature review, which collects and analyzes data from various previous studies regarding the application of guided imagery as a non-pharmacological intervention. The results indicate that guided imagery therapy can significantly reduce pain levels in gastritis patients. Before the intervention, the majority of patients experienced moderate to severe pain; however, after the therapy was applied, many patients reported a reduction in pain to the point of experiencing none at all. Thus, this therapy has proven to be safe and effective, with no adverse side effects. This study recommends the implementation of guided imagery therapy as an alternative in pain management for gastritis patients and encourages further research to explore the long-term benefits of this intervention.

Abstract

Background : The incidence of pressure sores (pressure ulcers) in the intensive care unit (ICU) is very high and many strategies have been implemented to overcome this problem. aim of study is to describe the implement of bundle care to prevent ulcers in the intensive care patients. Method : This is descriptive analytic research. Respondents were all nurses in the intensive care unit at the General hospital, Jambi Province, totaling 30 respondents. Monitoring the effectiveness of bundle care in patients who use mechanical ventilation devices who are treated in the ICU with a length of stay of >3 days. Results : This study has revealed the application of Bundle Care in preventing pressure ulcers by nurses in the ICU room for patients who use mechanical ventilation assistive devices shows that in general ICU nurses carry out 6 principles of bundle care such as risk assessment, skin assessment, skin care, repositioning, nutrition, maintenance of medical devices installed. Based on the table above, it is known that aspects of medical device care and nutrition are carried out in full (100%) Conclusion :generally nurses carry out skin assessments, skin care with a percentage range of 50-100%. However, it can be seen that repositioning activities are still carried out below 50%. Keywords: Bundle Care; Pressure Ulcer; Intensive Care

Abstract

Hyperglycemia chronic in diabetes mellitus results in nerve disorder​ as well as happen damage integrity skin / tissue. Prevention disturbance integrity skin is very important with non- pharmacological therapy considered more safe than modern medicine. One of intervention maintenance integrity skin with therapy massage technique effluent massage with Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO)/ oil which olive is technique to wipe very or twice a day effective in prevent damage integrity skin. Purpose study This For know care diabetes mellitus nursing with intervention maintenance integrity skin on Mrs. M in the room paper at H. Abdul Manap Regional Hospital, Jambi City. Methods used​ in study This is studies case. Samples taken in study This is a with problem disturbance integrity Diabetes Mellitus skin. Research data This taken with use method observation participatory, interview No structure, and documentation. Research result obtained that maintenance integrity skin with use effluent massage with oil olive / VCO can in the case of diabetes mellitus in Mrs. M showed repair. Repair symptoms that can observed among others obtained reddish decreased, temperature skin improved and texture get better as well as damage layer skin get better. Abstract

This study aims to describe the form of language style in poetry by class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Pangkep. The research design used is descriptive qualitative. The data in this study are arrays or sentences containing stylistic language in poetry by students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Pangkep. The data collection technique was obtained using the reading and note-taking technique. Data analysis techniques are data analysis techniques according to Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the most dominating language style was assonance. The meaning conveyed by students through the chosen language style. Some are expressed using the actual meaning (denotative) and some are expressed with additional meaning (connotative).

Abstract

This study aims to describe the learning outcomes of observation report text writing skills by applying digital storytelling media. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. The population in this research is all students of class VIII of SMPN 2 Sungguminasa. Samples in this research were students of class VIII.5 with a total of 30 students consisting of 15 male students and 15 female students. Data collection techniques in this research used observation and assignment bars. The data were analysed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that digital storytelling media can improve the writing skills of students of class VIII.5 SMP Negeri 2 Sungguminasa. The learning outcomes of writing observation report text in cycle I were 11 or 36.7% students who reached the KKM score and as many as 19 or 63.3% students had not reached the KKM score. In cycle II, the results of writing observation report text increased, namely there were 26 or 86.7% students who reached the KKM score and as many as 4 or 13.3% students had not reached the KKM score.

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kemahiran pelaku usaha menengah kecil mikro menulis teks persuasi dalam meningkatkan omzet penjualan di media sosial dan mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi tingkat kemahiran pelaku usaha menengah kecil mikro menulis teks persuasi dalam meningkatkan omzet penjualan di media sosial dari segi pengembangan teks persuasi di media sosial. Penelitian ini digolongkan ke dalam jenis penelitian kualitatif-kuantitatif. Data penelitian ini adalah teks persuasi pelaku usaha menengah kecil mikro di media sosial. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara dan teknik dokumentasi. Data kualitatif dianalisis dengan model alir sebagaimana yang dilakukan oleh Miles & Huberman (1998). Data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan tHitung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tingkat kemahiran pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) dalam menulis teks persuasi untuk meningkatkan omzet penjualan di media sosial dapat diukur melalui beberapa indikator kuantitatif. Pertama, dari sisi peningkatan omzet , pelaku usaha yang mahir menulis teks persuasi cenderung mengalami peningkatan penjualan hingga 20-40% dibandingkan mereka yang kurang mahir. Kedua, dari tingkat respon audiens , teks yang ditulis dengan strategi persuasi yang efektif mampu meningkatkan tingkat interaksi, seperti klik, komentar, dan pembagian konten , sebesar 30-50% . Selain itu, pelaku UMKM yang memahami teknik copywriting yang baik mencatat rasio konversi yang lebih tinggi, yaitu sekitar 5-10% dibandingkan rata-rata industri. Frekuensi pembaruan konten juga berperan penting; UMKM yang konsisten mengunggah teks persuasi setidaknya 3-4 kali per minggu cenderung melihat pertumbuhan pengikut sebesar 10-25% per bulan.Kata Kunci: UMKM, Menulis, Teks Persuasi, Media Sosial

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran menulis teks persuasi melalui platform media sosial yang efektif, menarik, dan relevan dengan kehidupan siswa. Media sosial dipilih karena merupakan bagian integral dari keseharian siswa, sehingga diharapkan mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan mereka dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Pada tahap awal, dilakukan analisis kebutuhan yang melibatkan siswa dan guru untuk memahami kesulitan dan kebutuhan dalam pembelajaran menulis teks persuasi. Hasil pengembangan desain media divalidasi oleh para ahli, yang menunjukkan bahwa media ini layak digunakan dengan penilaian positif pada aspek teknis, pedagogis, dan estetika. Uji coba terbatas juga menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan menulis dan motivasi siswa dalam menulis teks persuasi melalui interaksi di media sosial. Secara keseluruhan, media pembelajaran ini dinyatakan efektif dan siap diimplementasikan lebih luas dalam pembelajaran, meskipun perlu ada pengawasan guru dalam mengelola interaksi di media sosial.Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Media Pembelajaran, Menulis, Teks Persuasi, Media Sosial

Abstract

This research examines the role of nature in Bugis Makassar folklore. This research uses a qualitative approach to explore and understand the meaning contained in folklore. A literature study was used to collect references related to Makassar Bugis folklore and the study of nature in this culture. The data obtained used the thematic analysis method. The researcher identified the main themes that emerged from the data and grouped the information based on the relationship between natural elements and the moral values contained in the story. After the analysis was complete, the researcher interpreted the results and described how nature plays a role in the narrative structure of Makassar Bugis folklore. The research results reveal that natural elements are proven to have very significant and diverse functions in the narrative structure and in conveying the cultural values of the Bugis community. Through analysis of various folk tales, it was found that nature not only functions as a background but also as an active character, influencing the decisions and fate of the characters. Elements such as forests, rivers, and weather phenomena become symbols that reflect emotional states and morality and emphasize the importance of a harmonious relationship between humans and the environment. In the modern context, the importance of preserving folklore and the cultural values contained therein is increasingly relevant, especially in facing environmental challenges. Thus, a deep understanding of the role of nature in Bugis Makassar folklore can contribute to efforts to preserve culture and the environment amidst rapid societal development.
