Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menganalisis Pengaruh viral marketing, online customer review terhadap keputusan pembelian di Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Non-probability Sampling. Dengan jumlah 150 Responden yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini ialah Viral Marketing dan Online Customer review berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Skintific pada E-Commerce

Abstract

Dalam studi usul fiqh dikenal empat solusi untuk menyelesaikan dalil yang saling bertentangan (ta‘âruḍ al-adillah). Empat solusi itu adalah al-jam’u wa at-taufîq (kompromi), nâsikh wa al-mansûkh, tarjih, dan tawaqquf. Keempatnya ini merupakan solusi secara herarkhis jika seseorang menemui dalil yang saling bertentangan. Dimulai dari al-jam’u wa at-taufîq tapi jika cara ini tidak dapat dilakukan maka baru solusi berikutnya, yaitu solusi nâsikh wa al-mansûkh. Jika solusi kedua tidak bisa ditempuh maka dipilih solusi ketiga, dan seterusnya.

Abstract

Studi kelayakan bisnis menjadi kunci penting dalam mengevaluasi potensi keberhasilan dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh Laulina Beauty Corner, sebuah salon kecantikan yang telah berkembang eksis selama tiga tahun. Penelitian ini menyelidiki aspek kelayakan bisnis dari segi keuangan, pasar dan pemasaran, sumber daya manusia, hukum, dan lingkungan. Laulina Beauty Corner memainkan peran krusial dalam mendukung perekonomian Indonesia, khususnya pada sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di bidang kecantikan. Dengan metode penelitian lapangan, data primer dan sekunder dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan pemilik Laulina Beauty Corner, Jessica Tarigan. Analisis kualitatif digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kelayakan perusahaan. Laulina Beauty Corner berhasil memenuhi sejumlah kriteria dalam semua aspek yang diteliti, menunjukkan kesesuaian bisnis ini untuk beroperasi dan tumbuh dalam industri kecantikan. Analisis studi kelayakan bisnis ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pandangan mendalam dan menjadi dasar untuk keputusan strategis demi pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan dan kesuksesan jangka panjang.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh influencer marketing, fashion lifestyle, dan price discount terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion di e-commerce Shopee. Metode Penelitian ini merupakan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Non-Probability dan dengan menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Dalam penelitian ini, sumber data primer berasal dari responden. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah melalui penggunaan kuesioner atau angket. Populasi penelitian ini ialah mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Jumlah sampel riset yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 140 responden berdasarkan perhitungan Ferdinand. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini ialah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 22. Metode analisis data yaitu dengan uji instrument data, uji asumsi klasik, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa influencer marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion di Shopee pada Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Fashion lifestyle berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion di Shopee pada Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Price discount berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion di Shopee pada Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta.

Abstract

This research focuses on fiqh issues disputed by the Syafi'i Madzhab Ulema with the Three Other Madzhab Imams in the book of Ijarah Muntahiyah Bittamlik and the results of the decision of the Indonesian Ulema Council on this issue. Which is taken from the collection of fatwa decisions of the Indonesian Ulema Council and the book Ahkamul Fuqoha'. The aim of this research is to provide a clear description of the fiqh issues that are disputed by those in the Ijarah book and the reasons for their differences, and to explain the influence of the legal decisions of the Syafi'i madzhab on these issues with the legal decisions of the Indonesian Ulema Council. This research is descriptive qualitative library research using comparative methods. The findings in this problem are that the opinions of the Shafi'i madzhab in the book of Ijarah have an influence on the fatwas of the Indonesian Ulema Council in the law of Ijarah Muntahiyah Bittamlik. The reasons for differences of opinion between the two in the book of Ijarah Muntahiyah Bittamlikare: differences in the assessment of a hadith, the rules of proposal, ijtihad using qiyas, and the meaning of Arabic lafadz. In this matter, the opinion of the Indonesian Ulema Council is in accordance with the Shafi'i school of thought on these two issues. The issues disputed by them are matters of ijtihadiyyah; therefore, they should not be the cause of division, and it is permissible to follow the opinions of different scholars in the sect, but considering a difference to be acceptable does not prevent it from explaining the truth, so for a Muslim from among A student of Sharia knowledge is obliged to follow the opinion that he considers to be correct, while a layman is obliged to take the opinion of the person whom he considers to be the most pious and the most virtuous. Abstract

This research examines the influence of the variables Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Gross Profit Margin on the value of Automotive and Component Subsector Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The time period covered in this research is 4 (four) years, namely 2019 to 2022. This research uses secondary data, namely collecting information from annual financial reports which include the variables Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Gross Profit. Margins. This data was obtained from 11 samples of companies in the Automotive and Components Subsector Manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This research aims to evaluate the influence of these variables on company value. Data processing and analysis methods include descriptive statistical analysis, linear regression on panel data (using the Chow test and Hausman test for selection), multiple linear regression analysis on panel data, hypothesis testing (involving the T test and F test), and data analysis evaluation. coefficient of determination. The results and discussion of the research are that the Current Ratio has a positive but not significant effect on company value, the Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative but not significant effect on company value, and Gross Profit Margin has a positive and significant effect on company value.

Abstract

Economic growth is one of the standards used to be able to see the success of economic development in a country. Indonesia, as a developing country, is actively carrying out development in a planned and gradual manner, without neglecting efforts for equity and stability. National development seeks to achieve high economic growth. Which in the end allows the realization of an increase in the standard of living and welfare of all people. In other words, a country that experiences high economic growth will be able to have a high effect on other fields, because when a country experiences economic growth, the national income of a country will be boosted up so that it can be allocated for financing economic infrastructure development. This study aims to determine the effect of zakat, infaq and shadaqah (ZIS), inflation and human capital on economic growth. This study uses time series data through data obtained at BPS from 2002-2021 as many as 20 samples with multiple linear regression method with SPSS. The results show that simultaneously zakat, infaq and shadaqah (ZIS), inflation and human capital have an effect on economic growth. Partially zakat, infaq and shadaqah (ZIS) and human capital have an effect on economic growth. Meanwhile, inflation has no effect on economic growth.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan energi matahari merupakan satu diantara sumber energi yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk penerangan jalan di perkotaan maupun pedesaan. Lampu penerangan bertenaga surya matahari berbasis LED jenis hi-power yang sangat terang, hemat energi dan tahan lama menggunakan panel surya / solar cell sebagai sumber yang berfungsi menerima cahaya (sinar) matahari yang kemudian diubah menjadi listrik melalui proses photovoltaic.Salah satu situs cagar budaya di Desa Jompo Kulon Kecamatan Sokaraja Kabupaten Banyumas dikenal dengan nama petilasan Mbah Jompo. Situs ini berada di tengah persawahan, dimana kondisi ketersediaan penerangan jalan pada lokasi tersebut belum tersedia dengan memadai. Sebagai salah satu bentuk penerapan tridharma perguruan tinggi, perlu dilakukan kegiatan PKM (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) untuk membantu warga desa dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini, dilakukan kegiatan penerapan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, dalam bentuk implementasi pemanfaatan lampu penerangan bertenaga surya. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Desa Jompo Kulon Kecamatan Sokaraja Kabupaten Banyumas. Kegiatan ini berhasil melakukan pemasangan lampu penerangan bertenaga surya matahari berbasis LED yang meliputi panel sel surya, batere, alat monitoring, saklar, lampu DC pada lima lokasi titik. Perawatan dan pengontrolan Lampu Penerangan Tenaga Surya diharapkan lebih mudah karena lokasinya yang berada di sepanjang jalan lokasi situs yang mudah terlihat oleh pengelola dan pengunjung situs.

Abstract

The increase in the number of vehicles is one of the causes of increasing air pollution. In addition, plastic waste is a type of inorganic waste that has long decomposed, plastic waste can be recycled into fuel oil. But each type of fuel has characteristic properties, this affects the exhaust emissions resulting from the combustion process. The purpose of this study is to determine the exhaust gas emissions (CO, HC, CO2 ) from Single Cylinder R175A type diesel engines with the three kind of fuel such as 100% plastic fuel oil, dexlite, and a mixture of plastic oil fuel and dexlite with a mixture ratio of 30% plastic oil: 70% dexlite (PO30), 50% plastic oil: 50% dexlite (PO50) and 70% plastic oil: 30% dexlite (PO70). The result obtained is that carbon monoxide (CO) exhaust emissions increase with increasing rpm, hydrocarbon (HC) emissions decrease with increasing rpm. The use of plastic fuel oil produces the lowest carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions.

Abstract

Description of the subject's behavior processes according to the focus of the problem under study. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The data used are primary and secondary data. To check the validity of the data using the triangulation method. The data analysis technique uses descriptive techniques with four steps, namely: (1) data collection or data collection (2) data reduction or data reduction (3) display data or data presentation (4) conclusion. The results showed that currently the MTs. Al-Hasanuddin of Pasuruan City, the concept of school development in improving competitiveness is in accordance with the concept of vision, mission, and objectives, quality of learning in accordance with the national curriculum, outstanding students both academically and non-academically An Nashr in understanding the Qur'an, improving facilities and infrastructure with stakeholder participation. The implementation of a curriculum administration strategy that is good for improving the quality of human resources (teachers and students), implementing discipline of teachers and students, establishing good relations with local communities, involving local communities in school activities, then improving quality with 14 steps according to Crosby, and Implications in this study in the form of customer satisfaction, a climate that is conducive, pleasant, orderly and quality in accordance with the expectations of the community so that it can attract market attention (community) to send their children to school at Al-Hasanuddin Junior High School, Pasuruan City.
