Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memahami bagaimana pemasaran digital, electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), dan gaya hidup memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 150 responden yang ditentukan melalui rumus Hair. Teknik pemilihan sampel menerapkan metode purposive sampling, sementara pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert sebagai instrumen pengukuran. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS Statistics 27.0. Tahapan analisis mencakup pengujian instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, pengujian hipotesis, serta analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa pemasaran digital, e-WOM, dan gaya hidup memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the intentions of Generation Z Muslims in Bengkulu Province to visit halal tourism destinations. The variables examined include subjective norms, attitudes, perceived behavioral control, halal awareness, and religiosity as a moderating variable. The study employs a quantitative approach, with data collected through surveys of Generation Z Muslim respondents in Bengkulu Province. The analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings indicate that subjective norms and attitudes significantly influence travel intentions. This research provides practical implications for tourism managers in Bengkulu to enhance the appeal of halal destinations by promoting religious values and improving Muslim-friendly facilities.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of Green HD Waste Bank in increasing the income of contractual employees in the RSHD area of Bengkulu City. Green HD Waste Bank was initially established to support environmental sustainability by encouraging waste separation and recycling within the community. Over time, it has also proven to offer economic benefits, particularly for contractual staff at RSHD Bengkulu City who participate as members or clients of the waste bank. Using a qualitative research approach, this study conducted in-depth interviews with the waste bank's manager, employees, and clients to understand the dual role of Green HD Waste Bank in environmental preservation and income enhancement. Findings indicate that Green HD Waste Bank not only effectively contributes to a cleaner and more sustainable environment but also provides supplemental income, thus enhancing the financial well-being of contractual employees involved in the program.

Abstract

Studi ini bermaksud untuk menjalankan analisa Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan serta Financial Technology Terhadap Perilaku Keuangan Kinerja Umkm (Sentra Produksi Kipas Di Klaten). Studi ini mempergunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dijalankan dengan teknik non-probability sampling, khususnya mempergunakan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi yang diteliti ialah UMKM yang bergerak dalam produksi kipas bambu yang berlokasi di Desa Keprabon, Klaten. Teknik analisa pertama, analisa statistik deskriptif akan dipergunakan untuk memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif tentang karakteristik sampel penelitian. Kedua, Regresi analisa akan diterapkan untuk menilai dampak dari variabel independen, yakni inovasi, modal, serta tingkat pemahaman manajemen keuangan, terhadap variabel dependen, yakni kinerja UMKM. Hasil memperlihatkan jika praktek manajemen keuangan yang baik serta penerapan inovasi secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan UMKM di Kota Klaten selama masa pandemi. UMKM yang berhasil mengatur keuangan dengan efektif serta mengadopsi inovasi baru memperlihatkan kinerja keuangan yang lebih baik.Kata Kunci: Literasi Keuangan; Financial Technology; Kinerja UMKM

Abstract

Kajian ini dimaksudkan untuk menyelidiki bagaimana profitability, cash holding, serta ukuran perusahaan memengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Kajian ini difokuskan pada perusahaan-perusahaan dalam sub sektor batubara yang tercatat di BEI di tahun 2023. Untuk pengambilan sampel, dipergunakan pendekatan purposive sampling, yang mana sampel diambil menurut kriteria tertentu. Populasi pada studi ini terdiri dari 19 perusahaan sub sektor batubara yang tercatat di BEI selama tahun 2023. Data yang dianalisis ialah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan tradisional perusahaan yang dipublikasikan di situs resmi BEI (www.idx.com) di periode 2023. Teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan ialah metode Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Temuan dari analisis data memperlihatkan jika profitability, yang diukur dengan Return on Assets (ROA), secara signifikan tidak memberi dampak pada nilai perusahaan serta memperlihatkan hubungan positif. Sebaliknya, cash holding tidak memperlihatkan pengaruh signifikan pada nilai perusahaan dan mempunyai hubungan negatif. Ukuran perusahaan, di sisi lain, memberi dampak signifikan pada nilai perusahaan dengan hubungan negatif.Kata Kunci: ; Firm Size; Cash Holding; Profitability; Nilai Perusahaan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Student Teams-Achievement Divisions (STAD) cooperative learning model on students' motivation and learning outcomes in the topic of function limits in class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Pangkah. The method used is quantitative with a true experimental design, involving 72 students from class XI IPS 4 as the experimental group and XI IPS 5 as the control group. Data were collected through pre-tests and post-tests to evaluate the differences in learning outcomes and motivation before and after the implementation of the STAD model. The results indicate a significant increase in students' motivation and learning outcomes following the application of the STAD model. Meaningful learning, effective discussion coordination, and motivation to collaborate are key factors for the success of this model. Teachers are also expected to present engaging lessons to enhance student enthusiasm and involvement in the learning process.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze criminal liability in relation to fault, specifically intention (dolus) and negligence (culpa), committed by optical fiber operators from the perspective of positive law, in conjunction with the synchronization of the criminal justice system and the maqashid shariah in relation to the resulting harm to society. The study utilizes primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, supported by qualitative analysis, considering that the research is of a juridical normative nature, and employs a legislative, case-based, and comparative approach. In addition to providing compensation, the findings indicate that the fault of the optical fiber operator (schuld) as a corporation, whether through dolus or culpa, leads to criminal liability for damages to roads, drainage systems, and sidewalks as public infrastructure. Businesses may sometimes be parties that benefit from the crimes they commit, making it unjust to impose criminal penalties on management, including the possibility of applying a Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA), particularly in cases where the loss can be quantified economically, through legal reforms. Authorities responsible for regulations concerning urban development are also accountable, meaning that local government administrations (district/city) hold responsibility. The use of criminal mediation as part of restorative justice, also within the frameworks of the crime control model, due process model, juridical model, and steering model, is relevant. To achieve fair legal objectives from the perspective of Positive Law, synchronization within the criminal justice system is needed, including substantial, structural, and cultural synchronization, as well as aligning with Islamic legal ideals and the maqashid shariah, which are in accordance with Divine Justice and the principles of Hifdz ad-din, Hifdz an-nafs, Hifdz al-aql, Hifdz al-mal, and Hifdz an-nasl, as the philosophy of Islam for the welfare of the universe (rahmatan lil ‘alamin). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pertanggungjawaban pidana sehubungan dengan kesalahannya berupa kesengajaan (dolus) dan kelalaian (culpa) yang dilakukan oleh operator fiber optik dalam pandangan hukum positif dengan sinkronisasi sistem peradilan pidana dan maqashid syariah sehubungan timbulnya kerugian bagi masyarakat. Dipergunakannya bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier didukung analisis kualitatif, mengingat jenis penelitiannya yuridis normatif serta dipergunakan pendekatan undang-undang, kasus, dan komparatif. Selain memberikan ganti rugi, temuan penelitiannya menunjukkan bahwa kesalahan operator kabel optik (schuld) sebagai korporasi, baik dolus maupun culpa, mengakibatkan pertanggungjawaban pidana atas kerugian dan kerusakan jalan, sistem drainase, dan trotoar sebagai fasilitas umum. Bisnis kadang-kadang menjadi pihak yang mengambil keuntungan dari kejahatan yang mereka lakukan, maka dianggap tidak adil untuk menjatuhkan hukuman pidana kepada manajemen, termasuk tidak menutup kemungkinan diberlakukan Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA), utamanya dalam kasus yang berkaitan dengan suatu perkara yang kerugiannya dapat diukur dengan ekonomi dengan melakukan pembaruan hukum. Pemegang kekuasaan atas peraturan yang mereka keluarkan mengenai pembangunan kota, maka pemerintah daerah kabupaten/kota juga bertanggung jawab. Penggunaan mediasi pidana sebagai salah satu komponen keadilan restoratif tidak terkecuali dalam crime control model, due process model, model yuridis dan model kemudi. Untuk mencapai tujuan hukum yang berkeadilan dari sudut pandang Hukum Positif perlu adanya sinkronisasi sistem peradilan pidana meliputi sinkronisasi substansial, sinkronisasi struktural, dan sinkronisasi budaya dan cita-cita hukum Islam yang sesuai dengan keadilan Ilahi dan Maqashid Syariah seperti Hifdz ad-din, Hifdz an-nafs, Hifdz al-aql, Hifdz al-mal, dan Hifdz an-nasl sebagai falsafah umat Islam untuk kemaslahatan alam semesta (rahmatan lil ‘alamin).

Abstract

Murabaha to the purchase orderer is one financing models adopted by Islamic banks as a Sharia-compliant alternative to interest-based transactions. With the expansion of Islamic banking in Indonesia, the need to regulate this contract in accordance with Islamic principles has increased. The National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI) plays a key role in issuing fatwas to ensure its compliance with Sharia. This research employs a descriptive-analytical approach by reviewing jurisprudential sources and DSN-MUI fatwas to clarify the concept of Murabaha to the purchase orderer, assess its Sharia compliance, and analyze the impact of DSN-MUI fatwas on its implementation in Islamic banks.The study identifies a research gap regarding the extent to which Indonesian banks adhere to the Murabaha contract in accordance with Sharia-based fatwas and the impact of these fatwas on the stability of Islamic finance. It also highlights the need for a comparative analysis between DSN-MUI fatwas and jurisprudential rulings in other countries, in addition to assessing the awareness of bank employees and customers regarding the contract’s terms. The findings indicate that Murabaha is permissible under Sharia if  of the most essential Islamicspecific conditions are met, such as the bank taking ownership of the goods before selling them to the customer. DSN-MUI fatwas provide a clear legal framework that promotes transparency and prevents uncertainty and usury. The study recommends enhancing awareness among banking staff and customers regarding Sharia conditions, improving regulatory oversight to ensure compliance, and encouraging further research to develop Islamic financing models that meet growing market demands.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the picture and understanding of the management of zakat funds for education at the Dompet Dhuafa zakat institution, as well as what is given in Sharia economic law. Which management of zakat funds can be for education, and can be realized in the form of education care programs by providing education costs to students who come from poor families. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach through interviews and observations. The results showed that five fund management procedures are implemented by the school, as stipulated by the Dompet Dhuafa Foundation: financial planning, receipt of funds, expenditure of funds, accountability of funds, and financial control. The distribution of zakat funds for education by Dompet Dhuafa is included in productive zakat given directly to mustahik, namely schools, as a real investment that is considered right on target.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of carbon emission disclosure, green investment, and environmental performance on firm value, and to evaluate the role of media exposure as a moderating variable. The research method employed is quantitative, with data analysis conducted using Smart6 PLS. The sample comprises 175 data points from seven companies over the period 2019-2023. The findings of the study demonstrate that there is a statistically significant negative relationship between carbon emission disclosure and firm value. This implies that a high level of emission disclosure can lead to a reduction in the market value of a company. The results indicate that green investment does not have a significant effect on firm value. This suggests that the impact of green investment on firm value may be indirect or insignificant. In contrast, environmental performance demonstrates a significant positive effect on firm value, indicating that an increase in environmental performance is correlated with an increase in market value. Furthermore, the findings revealed that media exposure did not reinforce the favourable impact of environmental performance but, conversely, served to exacerbate the detrimental effect of carbon emission disclosure. The results of this study underscore the necessity of incorporating public and media perceptions into a company's sustainability strategy. Overall, this study offers comprehensive insights into the manner in which environmental sustainability factors influence firm value, both directly and through the role of the media.
