Abstract

The study background related to the students' collaborative competence in digital learning is still relatively low. The objective of this study is to examine the elements influencing collaborative competence. The study involved 107 cosmetology and beauty education students. The method used was a survey with data collection using questionnaires developed based on predetermined variable indicators. The analysis of data employed Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with Smart PLS 4.0 software. The SEM results describe the Convergent Validity (Loading Factor and Average Variance Extracted) and Discriminant Validity (Fornell Larcker Criterion and Cross Loading), which states that the measurement model is valid. Furthermore, the Composite reliability and Cronbach's Alpha conclude that the measurement model is reliable. The analysis results indicate a positive and significant correlation of predictor variables, including project-based learning, social media, instructional approach, and material relevance to collaborative competence. Based on the variable analysis, material relevance becomes the highest aspect, followed by project-based learning, which increases the collaborative competence of students. Conversely, social media as a mediator variable weakens the level of correlation of the predictor variables to collaborative competence. This study contributes to understanding factors affecting students' collaborative competence in digital learning environments, with significant implications for educators, institutions, and policymakers in shaping digital learning frameworks enhancing collaborative competence. Future research, including longitudinal studies, could investigate the lasting impact of digital learning environments on developing collaborative competence over time.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to empirically prove the effect of perceived benefits, risks, and service features on the interest in using ShopeePay (on students majoring in accounting at STIE Nasional Banjarmasin). The research method used in this research is a quantitative method with a survey method through distributing questionnaires to students majoring in accounting at STIE Nasional Banjarmasin with a sample of 100 students who are respondents assisted by statistical tools using SPSS version 22.00 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that the perceived benefit variable affects the interest in using ShopeePay with a significance value of 0.020, the risk variable affects the interest in using ShopeePay with a significance value of 0.006, the service feature variable affects the interest in using ShopeePay with a significance value of 0.00. The results of the study simultaneously affect the interest in using ShopeePay with a significance value of 0.000. In conclusion, partially and simultaneously perceptions of benefits, risks and service features affect the interest in using ShopeePay among students majoring in accounting at STIE Nasional Banjarmasin. Suggestions for further researchers can add other variables such as convenience and trust that affect the interest in using e-money, and can expand the research sample.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of grade V students of SDN 28 Karang Pauh through the use of audio-visual media. Learning media based on audio visual can help students understand the material more effectively, because it can stimulate the senses of sight and hearing at once. The method used in this research is classroom action research (PTK) carried out in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this research were class V students of SDN 28 Karang Pauh, totaling 14 people. The results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes after the application of audio-visual media. In cycle I, the average student score was 70, with a percentage of completeness of 60%. In cycle II, the average student score increased to 85, with the percentage of completeness reaching 90%. This shows that the use of audio-visual media can increase students' motivation, understanding, and involvement in the learning process. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the use of audio-visual media can improve the learning outcomes of grade V students of SDN 28 Karang Pauh. Therefore, it is recommended that teachers utilize audio visual media as an alternative in learning to improve the quality of education in elementary schools.

Abstract

HIV dan AIDS adalah kondisi kesehatan yang serius dan perlu dipahami dengan baik oleh masyarakat. HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) adalah virus yang dapat melemahkan sistem kekebalan tubuh, sedangkan AIDS (Acquired Immuno-Deficiency Syndrome) merupakan kondisi di mana sistem kekebalan tubuh sangat lemah akibat infeksi HIV.Jika tidak diobati, HIV dapat berkembang menjadi AIDS, yaitu kondisi di mana sistem kekebalan tubuh sangat lemah sehingga tubuh menjadi rentan terhadap berbagai infeksi dan penyakit serius. Perkembangan dari infeksi HIV menjadi AIDS ditentukan oleh jenis, virulensi virus, dan faktor host (daya tahan tubuh). Ada tiga jenis infeksi HIV, yaitu: rapid progressor, berlangsung 2-5 tahun; average progressor, berlangsung 7-15 tahun; dan slow progressor, lebih dari 15 tahun setelah infeksi menjadi AIDS. Mengenali HIV dan AIDS serta tanda-tanda gejala HIV adalah langkah penting dalam menjaga kesehatan diri dan orang lain. Jika Anda merasa berisiko atau mengalami gejala yang mencurigakan, segera periksakan diri ke fasilitas kesehatan terdekat untuk mendapatkan pemeriksaan dan perawatan yang tepat. Selain pengobatan, dukungan dari lingkungan maupun masyarakat bagi ODHIV juga dibutuhkan

Abstract

Modern Arabic literature during the Neoclassical period (al-madrasah al-ihya’iyyah) serves not only as a medium of aesthetic expression but also as a strategic cultural response to the socio-political conditions faced by Muslims under the pressure of Western colonial hegemony. Qasidah Al-Hamziyyah Al-Nabawiyyah by Ahmad Syauqi is one of the monumental masterpieces that uniquely combines elements of praise (madih) to the Prophet Muhammad with sharp social criticism (naqd ijtima’i) towards the reality of his time. Unfortunately, academic readings of this work have often been limited to formalistic aspects, such as meter and rhetoric studies, so that the ideological dimensions and content of resistance hidden behind the beauty of its poetic diction have not been comprehensively revealed. This study aims to fill this gap by employing descriptive qualitative methods, drawing on Roland Barthes’ semiotic approach. The analysis focuses on three layers of meaning: denotation, connotation, and myth (signification), with data sourced from the closing verses of Al-Hamziyyah, which contain a transition from praise to complaint (syakwa). This study found that Ahmad Syauqi constructed three main myths as a form of symbolic resistance. First, the myth of the "Delegitimation of Western Modernity," in which the symbol of Ruma (Rome) is used to undermine the narrative of European legal superiority and affirm the justice of Sharia. Second, the myth of the "Sacralization of Art," in which the diction 'ara'is (bride) naturalizes poetry as a sacred tool for spiritual transactions. Third, the myth of "Syafa'at as the Absolute Solution," which places Islamic spirituality above the rationality of materialism as a way out of the ummah's crisis. Through Barthes's approach, it is revealed that Al-Hamziyyah is not merely a religious text, but a counter-hegemonic discourse that affirms the superiority of Islamic spirituality in the face of modern civilization.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penerbitan green sukuk terhadap perkembangan pasar modal syariah di Indonesia. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada meningkatnya kebutuhan pembiayaan berkelanjutan yang sejalan dengan prinsip syariah serta peran strategis green sukuk sebagai instrumen keuangan hijau sejak pertama kali diterbitkan oleh Pemerintah Indonesia pada tahun 2018. Kajian teori dalam penelitian ini meliputi teori pasar efisien, teori behavioral finance, teori investasi Keynes, dan teori portofolio Markowitz yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan respons pasar dan perilaku investor terhadap penerbitan green sukuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder periode 2018–2024 yang diperoleh dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, Bursa Efek Indonesia, dan Kementerian Keuangan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta analisis regresi linier dengan pengujian hipotesis melalui uji F, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerbitan green sukuk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan jumlah investor syariah, volume perdagangan, dan kapitalisasi pasar modal syariah di Indonesia. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa green sukuk berperan penting dalam mendorong pendalaman dan keberlanjutan pasar modal syariah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa green sukuk merupakan instrumen strategis dalam mendukung pengembangan pasar modal syariah yang berkelanjutan di Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Green Sukuk, Pasar Modal Syariah, Investor Syariah, Volume Perdagangan, Kapitalisasi Pasar   Abstract This study aims to analyze the impact of green sukuk issuance on the development of the Islamic capital market in Indonesia. The research is motivated by the increasing demand for sustainable financing instruments that are aligned with Sharia principles, as well as the strategic role of green sukuk since its first issuance by the Indonesian government in 2018. The theoretical framework is based on the Efficient Market Hypothesis, Behavioral Finance Theory, Keynesian Investment Theory, and Markowitz’s Portfolio Theory, which explain market responses and investor behavior toward green sukuk issuance. This study employs a quantitative approach using secondary time-series data for the period 2018–2024 obtained from the Financial Services Authority, the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and the Ministry of Finance. Data analysis methods include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing through F-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The results indicate that green sukuk issuance has a significant effect on the growth of Sharia-compliant investors, trading volume, and Islamic capital market capitalization in Indonesia. These findings suggest that green sukuk plays a crucial role in strengthening market depth and promoting sustainable development within the Islamic capital market. This study concludes that green sukuk is a strategic financial instrument in supporting the sustainable growth of the Islamic capital market in Indonesia. Abstract

Identifying high-performing employees is a critical component of human resource management, as it directly influences organizational productivity, work climate, service quality, and strategic goal achievement. However, conventional employee performance assessments often rely on subjective managerial judgment, making them vulnerable to personal bias and inconsistencies that can lead to dissatisfaction, decreased morale, and internal conflict. To address these challenges, Decision Support Systems (DSS) that employ data-processing algorithms have been increasingly adopted to enhance objectivity and accuracy in employee evaluation. This study conducts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 25 scholarly publications published between 2017 and 2025 and indexed in nationally and internationally recognized databases. The analysis focuses on the types of algorithms applied, system development methodologies, and their relevance to optimizing the identification of top-performing employees. The findings indicate that multi-criteria decision-making methods, particularly the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), are the most frequently used algorithms, followed by TOPSIS, PROMETHEE, MABAC, ELECTRE, Weighted Product, SMART, and hybrid approaches. In terms of system development, several studies did not explicitly specify their methodology, while others adopted structured approaches such as the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Waterfall models. This review highlights methodological trends, identifies research gaps, and proposes potential directions for future studies on algorithm-based DSS applications in employee performance evaluation

Abstract

Pengaruh Sosialisasi Perpajakan dan Kualitas Pelayanan Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor roda dua di Banjarmasin, Pembimbing I Indra Saputra, dan Pembimbing II Mega Andani. Sampel penelitian menggunakan metode Accidental Sampling. Metode penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebar kepada responden sebanyak 100 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis statistik software SPSS versi 26.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi variabel Sosialisasi Perpajakan (X1) sebesar 0,000 artinya Sosialisasi Perpajakan berpengaruh terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak dan nilai signifikansi variabel Kualitas Pelayanan Pajak (X2) sebesar 0,000 artinya Kualitas Pelayanan Pajak berpengaruh terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Hasil penelitian secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak (Y) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Nilai adjust R square sebesar 0,275 yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel dependen yaitu kepatuhan wajib pajak dapat dipengaruhi oleh variabel independen yaitu sosialisasi perpajakan dan kualitas pelayanan pajak sebesar 57,7% dan sisanya sebesar 42,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan pada penelitian ini. Kesimpulannya adalah sosialisasi perpajakan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak, kualitas pelayanan pajak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak, serta Sosialisasi Perpajakan dan Kualitas Pelayanan Pajak berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor roda dua di Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of persuasive communication in TikTok Live on purchasing decisions, specifically on the Samono Indonesia account. The approach used was quantitative with a descriptive design, where data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 99 active buyers of Samono Indonesia products who follow its TikTok account. The research variables included psychodynamic, sociocultural, and constructive persuasive communication, and purchasing decisions. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression using SPSS 27.0. The results showed that psychodynamic persuasive communication had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a regression coefficient of 0.197 (p = 0.028). Sociocultural persuasive communication had the strongest effect with a coefficient of 0.477 (p = 0.000), while constructive persuasive communication also had a significant effect with a coefficient of 0.337 (p = 0.023). These three variables together explained 67.7% of the variation in purchasing decisions, with sociocultural persuasive communication being the most dominant factor. These findings indicate that in the context of TikTok Live, communication emphasizing social values, group norms, and community interaction is most effective in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. This research provides both theoretical and practical contributions, particularly in optimizing persuasive communication strategies for live shopping on digital platforms. For Samono Indonesia, the results suggest the importance of integrating sociocultural, constructive, and psychodynamic approaches into live content to increase audience engagement and drive sales.  Keywords: persuasive communication, psychodynamics, sociocultural, purchasing decisions, digital marketing.

Abstract

Underpricing during an IPO is a mechanism to signal company quality. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence stock underpricing in companies conducting Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2022-2024 period. The research method used is a quantitative method with an explanatory research type. The population is 179 and the sample consists of 94 companies experiencing underpricing, selected through a purposive sampling technique of research on companies conducting Initial Public Offerings on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2022-2024. Hypothesis testing in this study uses a multiple linear regression model. The results of this study indicate that ROA, DER, and Firm's Age have a partial effect.
