Abstract

Objective The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of environmental performance and environmental disclosure on economic performance of the Indonesian listed manufacturing companies by using corporate action as a moderating variable. Design/methodology This study used secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Indonesia. The sample consisted of manufacturing companies that are listed and follow the Company Performance Rating Assessment Program (Program Penilaian Peringkat Kinerja Perusahaan/PROPER) issued by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry for the period of 2011-2016. The study employed a purposive sampling approach, which includes 22 companies with 132 observations. The multiple linear regression method was used for data analysis.Results The results indicated that environmental performance has a significant positive effect while environmental disclosure has a significant negative effect on economic performance. The testing of corporate action as a moderating variable demonstrated that it could not strengthen the effect of environmental performance on economic performance. However, it could enhance the effect of environmental disclosure on economic performance.

Abstract

Transference can be an obstacle and help that counselors get from their clients. However, transference that is too strong from the client will also hinder the relationship in the counseling process. For this reason, a counselor must know what the causes and strategies are to resolve transference in the counseling relationship. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out how transference is in the counseling process, to obtain data regarding this purpose, the researcher uses a qualitative method with a descriptive narrative approach with online data collection. The results of this study are transference is a projection of feelings from the client to the counselor, this projection of feelings occurs because of the blurring of ethical standards or boundaries set by the counselor in the counseling process, for that we need several strategies to overcome them.

Abstract

The problems that arise are related to the legality of medical records, where many hospitals still do not have electronic medical records (EMR) and this is not in line with PERMENKES number 24 of 2022 concerning electronic medical records. This study aims to determine the importance of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system in use in the world of health, to find out how ready hospitals are to implement EMR (Based on Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 24 of 2022), to find out how the Legality of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) in the Readiness of the Hospital Management Information System Based on Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records. This study uses an empirical legal research type by looking at the problems of Electronic Medical Records in hospitals and using a statute approach (statutory regulations) by looking at the aspects of PERMENKES. The research results The legal basis used by RSUD for the implementation of EMR are: Law number 17 of 2023 concerning Medical Practice, Law number 44 of 2009 concerning Hospitals. Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1045 / MENKES / PER / XI / 2006 concerning Guidelines for Hospital Services within the Ministry of Health, Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 129 / MENKES / SK / II / 2008 concerning Minimum Hospital Service Standards. The legality of electronic medical records (EMR) in the readiness of the hospital management information system based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records is the right choice in today's era, and its existence is protected by law. The implementation of medical records at RSUD. dr. A. Tjokro Dipo Lampung Province is good based on the results of purposive sampling. Informants were taken based on certain criteria.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang internalisasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama pada pembelajaran PAI di SMK Bina Taruna 1 Medan. Moderasi sangat penting diterapkan di dalam kehidupan sehari-hari untuk menjunjung tinggi persatuan, kemaslahatan, kebaikan dan perdamaian dunia. Salah satu upaya dalam membentuk moderasi beragama dapat diaplikasikan melalui pendidikan yakni memasukan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam pembelajaran PAI di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif lapangan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, sedangkan respoden penelitian ini ditujukan kepada guru PAI dan siswa SMK Bina Taruna 1 Medan. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang pelaksanaan internalisasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama di SMK Bina Taruna 1 Medan yang dikembangkan melalui pembelajaran PAI, pada saat mata pelajaran pendidikan agama islam (PAI) berlangsung, siswa yang memeluk agama kristren, katholik dan hindu akan di arahkan menuju perpustakaan/kelas kosong untuk menerima pelajaran agama sesuai agama yang dianutnya. Kemudian nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dapat diaplikasikan melalui pembinaan keagamaan seperti sholat dzuhur dan sholat jum’at berjama’ah di masjid sekolah, pembiasaan tadarus al-qur’an sebelum memulai pelajaran pertama, pembinaan Rohis, dan Liqo’/ta’lim didampingi oleh pemateri dari luar.

Abstract

The study background related to the students' collaborative competence in digital learning is still relatively low. The objective of this study is to examine the elements influencing collaborative competence. The study involved 107 cosmetology and beauty education students. The method used was a survey with data collection using questionnaires developed based on predetermined variable indicators. The analysis of data employed Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with Smart PLS 4.0 software. The SEM results describe the Convergent Validity (Loading Factor and Average Variance Extracted) and Discriminant Validity (Fornell Larcker Criterion and Cross Loading), which states that the measurement model is valid. Furthermore, the Composite reliability and Cronbach's Alpha conclude that the measurement model is reliable. The analysis results indicate a positive and significant correlation of predictor variables, including project-based learning, social media, instructional approach, and material relevance to collaborative competence. Based on the variable analysis, material relevance becomes the highest aspect, followed by project-based learning, which increases the collaborative competence of students. Conversely, social media as a mediator variable weakens the level of correlation of the predictor variables to collaborative competence. This study contributes to understanding factors affecting students' collaborative competence in digital learning environments, with significant implications for educators, institutions, and policymakers in shaping digital learning frameworks enhancing collaborative competence. Future research, including longitudinal studies, could investigate the lasting impact of digital learning environments on developing collaborative competence over time.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to empirically prove the effect of perceived benefits, risks, and service features on the interest in using ShopeePay (on students majoring in accounting at STIE Nasional Banjarmasin). The research method used in this research is a quantitative method with a survey method through distributing questionnaires to students majoring in accounting at STIE Nasional Banjarmasin with a sample of 100 students who are respondents assisted by statistical tools using SPSS version 22.00 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that the perceived benefit variable affects the interest in using ShopeePay with a significance value of 0.020, the risk variable affects the interest in using ShopeePay with a significance value of 0.006, the service feature variable affects the interest in using ShopeePay with a significance value of 0.00. The results of the study simultaneously affect the interest in using ShopeePay with a significance value of 0.000. In conclusion, partially and simultaneously perceptions of benefits, risks and service features affect the interest in using ShopeePay among students majoring in accounting at STIE Nasional Banjarmasin. Suggestions for further researchers can add other variables such as convenience and trust that affect the interest in using e-money, and can expand the research sample.

Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar Curriculum was launched by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. This curriculum is designed to provide flexibility in learning, develop 21st-century skills, and instill the values of the Pancasila Student Profile. However, the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum in Vocational High Schools (SMK) faces various challenges, such as limited resources, teacher readiness, and the involvement of the business and industrial sectors. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum at SMK Negeri 2 Payakumbuh using the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) evaluation model. The evaluation was conducted to understand the application of the curriculum and identify its strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities. This research uses a quantitative method with a structured approach to evaluate the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum. Quantitative data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires designed to measure the four components of the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) evaluation model. The research sample includes teachers, students, and the principal at SMK Negeri 2 Payakumbuh who are involved in the curriculum implementation.. The research instruments consist of questionnaires, interviews, and observations designed to measure the four components of the CIPP model. The results show that the context, input, process, and product components of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum implementation are generally good. However, the input component requires improvement, particularly regarding resource availability, ongoing teacher training, and strengthening collaboration with the business and industrial sectors. This study recommends that implementing the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum be continued by improving the input aspect through providing adequate resources, intensive teacher training, and strengthening partnerships with the business and industrial sectors to enhance curriculum relevance.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of grade V students of SDN 28 Karang Pauh through the use of audio-visual media. Learning media based on audio visual can help students understand the material more effectively, because it can stimulate the senses of sight and hearing at once. The method used in this research is classroom action research (PTK) carried out in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this research were class V students of SDN 28 Karang Pauh, totaling 14 people. The results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes after the application of audio-visual media. In cycle I, the average student score was 70, with a percentage of completeness of 60%. In cycle II, the average student score increased to 85, with the percentage of completeness reaching 90%. This shows that the use of audio-visual media can increase students' motivation, understanding, and involvement in the learning process. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the use of audio-visual media can improve the learning outcomes of grade V students of SDN 28 Karang Pauh. Therefore, it is recommended that teachers utilize audio visual media as an alternative in learning to improve the quality of education in elementary schools.

Abstract

AbstrakLatarbelakang kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatnya fenomena bunuh diri di kalangan generasi muda menjadi isu global dan juga menjadi isu yang terus meningkat di Indonesia. Fenomena ini disebabkan oleh masalah kesehatan mental remaja yang disebabkan tekanan akademis, masalah keluarga, kesulitan hubungan sosial, serta pengaruh negatif media sosial. Masalah selanjutnya juga terkait dengan kurangnya dukungan psikososial dan ketidakmampuan mengelola stres bagi remaja. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi terkait kesehatan mental remaja untuk mencegah terjadinya bunuh diri. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah ceramah, diskusi dan praktik. Peserta kegiatan berjumlah 20 orang dengan latar belakang profil dan daerah asal yang beragam. Kegiatan mencakup persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi yang mencakup antara lain penyampaian materi edukasi, diskusi dan tanya jawab, pendampingan dalam penyusunan rencana strategis pencegahan bunuh diri dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan mendeskripsikan bahwa seluruh peserta dapat mengikuti kegiatan dengan baik dan dapat memahami substansi kegiatan dengan baik. Hasil berikutnya adalah peserta dapat menyusun rencana strategis pencegahan bunuh diri yang dapat diimplementasikan dalam konteks individu maupun masyarakat. Rencana strategis pencegahan tersebut antara lain program pelatihan ketahanan mental di sekolah, sistem pendukung peer counselor (konselor sebaya), kampanye kesadaran kesehatan mental, workshop orang tua dan guru, layanan konseling terintegrasi, program edukasi dan latihan mindfulness, pusat informasi dan dukungan kesehatan mental, program ekstrakurikuler yang menunjang kesehatan mental. Secara keseluruhan, tujuan kegiatan edukasi ini dapat dicapai dengan maksimal. Terakhir, saran yang dapat diberikan adalah agar program pendampingan yang sejalan dapat diberikan secara berkala dan berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: edukasi; ketahanan mental; generasi muda; bunuh diri. Abstract The background of this community service activity is the increasing phenomenon of suicide among young people, which has become a global issue and is also rising in Indonesia. This phenomenon is caused by mental health problems among teenagers due to academic pressure, family issues, social relationship difficulties, and the negative influence of social media. Additionally, there is a lack of psychosocial support and an inability to manage stress among teenagers. This community service activity aims to provide education related to teenage mental health to prevent suicide. The methods used in this activity include delivering educational materials, discussions and Q&A sessions, assistance in formulating strategic suicide prevention plans, and activity evaluation. The results of the activity indicate that all participants could follow the activity well and understand its substance. Furthermore, the participants were able to develop strategic suicide prevention plans that can be implemented on both individual and community levels. These strategic prevention plans include mental resilience training programs in schools, peer counselor support systems, mental health awareness campaigns, workshops for parents and teachers, integrated counseling services, education and mindfulness training programs, mental health information and support centers, and extracurricular programs that support mental health. Overall, the educational objectives of this activity were successfully achieved. Finally, it is recommended that similar supportive programs be provided regularly and continuously. Keywords: education; mental resilience; young generation; suicide.

Abstract

HIV dan AIDS adalah kondisi kesehatan yang serius dan perlu dipahami dengan baik oleh masyarakat. HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) adalah virus yang dapat melemahkan sistem kekebalan tubuh, sedangkan AIDS (Acquired Immuno-Deficiency Syndrome) merupakan kondisi di mana sistem kekebalan tubuh sangat lemah akibat infeksi HIV.Jika tidak diobati, HIV dapat berkembang menjadi AIDS, yaitu kondisi di mana sistem kekebalan tubuh sangat lemah sehingga tubuh menjadi rentan terhadap berbagai infeksi dan penyakit serius. Perkembangan dari infeksi HIV menjadi AIDS ditentukan oleh jenis, virulensi virus, dan faktor host (daya tahan tubuh). Ada tiga jenis infeksi HIV, yaitu: rapid progressor, berlangsung 2-5 tahun; average progressor, berlangsung 7-15 tahun; dan slow progressor, lebih dari 15 tahun setelah infeksi menjadi AIDS. Mengenali HIV dan AIDS serta tanda-tanda gejala HIV adalah langkah penting dalam menjaga kesehatan diri dan orang lain. Jika Anda merasa berisiko atau mengalami gejala yang mencurigakan, segera periksakan diri ke fasilitas kesehatan terdekat untuk mendapatkan pemeriksaan dan perawatan yang tepat. Selain pengobatan, dukungan dari lingkungan maupun masyarakat bagi ODHIV juga dibutuhkan
