Abstract

Pengaruh Sosialisasi Perpajakan dan Kualitas Pelayanan Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor roda dua di Banjarmasin, Pembimbing I Indra Saputra, dan Pembimbing II Mega Andani. Sampel penelitian menggunakan metode Accidental Sampling. Metode penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebar kepada responden sebanyak 100 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis statistik software SPSS versi 26.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi variabel Sosialisasi Perpajakan (X1) sebesar 0,000 artinya Sosialisasi Perpajakan berpengaruh terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak dan nilai signifikansi variabel Kualitas Pelayanan Pajak (X2) sebesar 0,000 artinya Kualitas Pelayanan Pajak berpengaruh terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Hasil penelitian secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak (Y) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Nilai adjust R square sebesar 0,275 yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel dependen yaitu kepatuhan wajib pajak dapat dipengaruhi oleh variabel independen yaitu sosialisasi perpajakan dan kualitas pelayanan pajak sebesar 57,7% dan sisanya sebesar 42,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan pada penelitian ini. Kesimpulannya adalah sosialisasi perpajakan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak, kualitas pelayanan pajak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak, serta Sosialisasi Perpajakan dan Kualitas Pelayanan Pajak berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor roda dua di Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of persuasive communication in TikTok Live on purchasing decisions, specifically on the Samono Indonesia account. The approach used was quantitative with a descriptive design, where data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 99 active buyers of Samono Indonesia products who follow its TikTok account. The research variables included psychodynamic, sociocultural, and constructive persuasive communication, and purchasing decisions. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression using SPSS 27.0. The results showed that psychodynamic persuasive communication had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a regression coefficient of 0.197 (p = 0.028). Sociocultural persuasive communication had the strongest effect with a coefficient of 0.477 (p = 0.000), while constructive persuasive communication also had a significant effect with a coefficient of 0.337 (p = 0.023). These three variables together explained 67.7% of the variation in purchasing decisions, with sociocultural persuasive communication being the most dominant factor. These findings indicate that in the context of TikTok Live, communication emphasizing social values, group norms, and community interaction is most effective in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. This research provides both theoretical and practical contributions, particularly in optimizing persuasive communication strategies for live shopping on digital platforms. For Samono Indonesia, the results suggest the importance of integrating sociocultural, constructive, and psychodynamic approaches into live content to increase audience engagement and drive sales.  Keywords: persuasive communication, psychodynamics, sociocultural, purchasing decisions, digital marketing.

Abstract

Underpricing during an IPO is a mechanism to signal company quality. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence stock underpricing in companies conducting Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2022-2024 period. The research method used is a quantitative method with an explanatory research type. The population is 179 and the sample consists of 94 companies experiencing underpricing, selected through a purposive sampling technique of research on companies conducting Initial Public Offerings on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2022-2024. Hypothesis testing in this study uses a multiple linear regression model. The results of this study indicate that ROA, DER, and Firm's Age have a partial effect. ROA, DER, and Firm's Age simultaneously have a significant effect with an F value of 12.330 with a significance value (Sig.) of 0.002 on underpricing.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine Ibn ‘Ajibah’s Futūḥāt Qudsiyyah using a linguistic approach based on the science of grammar (nahwu) to explore the role of language construction as a tool for spreading the value of tolerance in the Darul Faqih Assembly, Batusangkar. A qualitative-interpretive approach was employed, combining the study of primary texts with direct observation and in-depth interviews with members of the congregation. This study connected the dimensions of language (grammar) with the socio-religious context surrounding the area. The results showed that the grammar-teaching method through the bandongan method not only addressed the technical aspects of grammar but also interpreted these rules as signs of ethics and spirituality. For instance, al-Kalām wa Aqsāmuhu emphasised the importance of cooperation in social interactions; al-Ma‘rifah al-Nakirah taught respect for the stages in the learning process; al-I‘rāb fostered social flexibility; al-Na‘t–al-Man‘ūt encouraged acceptance of differences in nature; and al-Idāfah strengthened the existential bond between humans and God and with others. Field data revealed consistent changes in attitudes, from reactive to more reflective, from judgmental to more understanding, as well as an increase in patience, humility, openness, and tolerance towards differences in schools of thought or religion. Theoretically, this study confirmed that Sufi nahwu served as a bridge between language structure and social harmony; practically, it provided an applicable model of values education to address intolerance in West Sumatra.

Abstract

The research background is the rapid development of AI which affects various aspects of education. The purpose of this study is to analyze in depth about the opportunities, challenges, threats and obstacles to the implementation of AI in education. The research method used in this study is semy-systematic literature review. The analysis technique used is a meta-narrative approach that includes the process of identifying, analyzing, recognizing patterns and topic-related themes. The results describe that AI opportunities in education are related to the delivery of learning materials, evaluation, management systems, and educational policy making. Meanwhile, the challenges are related to pedagogy, educational frameworks, and literacy. Threats that arise are related to the security of personal data, character building and educational ethics. Finally, obstacles that arise include the high costs required, limited teacher and professional training schemes in preparing AI competencies, and slow changes in curriculum structure and structural level of education.

Abstract

This study aims to create an e-module for beauty and makeup research. It places its focus on evaluating the practicality of the e-module through the utilization of the meta-creative strategy approach. This evaluation is carried out by assessing it with two distinct groups, which are lecturers and students. The outhor employs a systematic approach in evaluating the e-module with the meta-creative strategy. The primary criteria for assessment include ease of media usage, time efficiency, interpretation ability and equvalency. The analysis results indicate a high level of practicality for the e-module with meta-creative strategy used in this learning process. The lecturer and students both rated it highly, with scores of 0,92 and 0.87 respectively. These score reflect the favorable reception from both groups of stakeholders. These findings lend support to the concept of meta-creativity e-module developments and underscore the potential of educational technology in enhancing the learning experience.

Abstract

The background of this research is the low of student learning engagement and creativity. The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential of project-based learning and YouTube in enhancing learning engagement and creativity. The method used in this research is a semi-systematic literature review. The results of the study describe that project-based learning and the YouTube platform have the potential to increase learning engagement and creativity. Some potential aspects of project-based learning integrated with YouTube include relevant and interesting learning content, real project learning experiences, interactive and responsive platforms, flexibility and adaptability, online collaboration features, experimental activity opportunities, and constructive feedback. The findings of this research can be considered by educators when designing learning experiences aimed at improving student learning engagement and creativity. Further research recommendations include the need for experimental implementation of project-based learning integrated with YouTube and measuring the impact of treatment in increasing learning engagement and creativity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran bahasa Indonesia dalam membangun kesadaran masyarakat terhadap isu mental health melalui konten olahraga ringan di media sosial. Bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa nasional memiliki kekuatan komunikatif yang dapat memengaruhi cara berpikir dan bertindak masyarakat, terutama dalam konteks promosi kesehatan mental. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menganalisis konten unggahan pada beberapa platform media sosial seperti Instagram, TikTok, Facebook dan YouTube yang membahas keterkaitan antara olahraga ringan dan kesehatan mental. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bahasa Indonesia yang sederhana, inklusif, dan empatik mampu meningkatkan pemahaman serta keterlibatan masyarakat terhadap pentingnya menjaga kesehatan mental melalui aktivitas fisik ringan. Selain itu, gaya bahasa yang persuasif dan positif terbukti efektif dalam membentuk citra bahwa olahraga bukan hanya untuk kesehatan fisik, tetapi juga sebagai sarana pemulihan mental. Kesimpulannya, bahasa Indonesia berperan penting sebagai alat komunikasi publik yang strategis dalam meningkatkan kesadaran mental health di era digital melalui olahraga ringan .

Abstract

This research investigates the role of Enterprise Risk Management and Digital Transformation in banking sustainability in Indonesia. Banking demands good performance from its owners and shareholders to carry out operational activities on an ongoing basis. In this study, the target population is the Indonesian Banking Sector, which has a digital banking transformation experience. The data was collected by administering questionnaires to the Director/Manager/Division Head/Branch Head of the company. Data were analyzed using descriptive and verification analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Additional moderation analysis was also employed to examine the element of mediation. The findings reveal that Enterprises Risk Management and Digital Transformation Banking significantly and positively influence banking sustainability in Indonesia. The Moderation Variable used is that knowledge management cannot improve the relationship between Enterprises Risk Management and Digital Transformation Banking on Banking Sustainability in Indonesia. The issue of sustainability in the financial services involve many aspects; therefore, the key to the sustainability strategy is the awareness from the banking sector of relevant impacts and robust risk management. Technological developments in the banking sector have significant implications for banking which have an impact on corporate survival.

Abstract

Body care has become an increasingly prominent concern among modern men, not only in relation to physical appearance but also as part of a broader effort to maintain overall health and well-being. This study aims to explore male perceptions and usage patterns of body care products in Indonesia. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected through a survey of 28 respondents representing a range of ages and social backgrounds. The findings reveal that the majority of participants have used body care products over an extended period and possess a basic understanding of their functions. However, challenges remain in selecting products suited to specific skin types and in maintaining consistent usage. Additionally, most respondents expressed a positive attitude toward skincare, demonstrating high levels of self-confidence and indifference toward social stigma. This study offers valuable insights into male consumer behavior regarding body care in Indonesia, which may inform the development of more targeted marketing strategies and educational initiatives.
