Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of beef cattle farming in Padang Savana, Pekat District, Dompu Regency and also to analyze the potential for developing beef cattle farming in Padang Savana, Pekat District, Dompu Regency. The method used in this study was a qualitative descriptive approach. This research was implemented from September 1, 2024, to September 30, 2024 , taking place in Padang Savana, Pekat District, Dompu Regency . The results of this study show that the savannah in Pekat District, Dompu Regency has an area of 2000 hectares with a total population of 46,177 animals consisting of cattle, goats, horses, and buffalo spread across 12 villages. The total carrying capacity of the savannah in Pekat District, Dompu Regency is 154,922 animals. The SWOT analysis of the savannah in Pekat District, Dompu Regency consists of Strengths of the grazing fields which have a land area of 2000 hectares , the grazing fields which have the largest population in Dompu Regency , the grazing fields which have the largest contribution to the livestock economy in Dompu Regency. Weaknesses of the grazing fields which are only covered by grass with low nutritional content , the grazing fields which have a drinking water crisis for livestock in the dry season , suboptimal disease prevention management. Opportunities for planting superior grass seeds that have high nutritional content to meet the needs of livestock green fodder , procurement of irrigation systems or drilling water sources , sustainable grazing programs . Threats for attacks animal cruelty to livestock , less than optimal security , conversion of land into agricultural land, causing conflict between livestock breeders and farmers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kombinasi perlakuan (waktu pemanggangan dan dosis ragi) terhadap cita rasa kopi Arabika, dan hipotesis di atas membantu memandu fokus percobaan dalam mengidentifikasi kondisi optimal untuk pengolahan kopi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain blok acak faktorial (RBD) yang terdiri dari 25 kombinasi, dengan 2 replikasi. Faktor-faktor adalah: Faktor 1: Waktu pemanggangan M0 = Kontrol (kacang h jau 200 g), M1 = Waktu pemanggangan 15 men t pada suhu 200°C (kacang h jau 200 g), M2 = Waktu pemanggangan 25 menit pada suhu 200°C (kacang hijau 200 g), M3 = Waktu pemanggangan 35 menit pada suhu 200°C (kacang h jau 200 g) dan M4 = Waktu pemanggangan 45 menit pada suhu 200°C (kacang hijau 200 g). Faktor 2: Dosis Rag P0 = Kontrol, P1 = Dosis Rag 5 g, P2 = Dosis Rag 10 g, P3 = Dosis Rag 15 g dan P4 = Dosis Rag 20 g. Hasil analisis varians menunjukkan bahwa baik waktu pemanggangan maupun dosis ragi memi=liki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap semua parameter yang diamati

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effect of rhizosphere bacteria microcapsule fertilizer application and chicken manure fertilizer on the growth of robusta coffee seedlings (Coffea canephora L.). The background of the study is based on the need for environmentally friendly superior coffee seedlings, considering that the continuous use of inorganic fertilizers has the potential to reduce soil fertility. Rhizosphere bacteria-based biofertilizers are expected to be able to increase plant growth organically, while microencapsulation technology is used to increase the effectiveness and resistance of bacteria in the environment. This study used a two-factorial Completely Randomized Design with 16 treatments and 5 replications, involving variations in the dose of chicken manure fertilizer (0, 100, 200, 300 grams) and rhizosphere bacteria microcapsules (0, 5, 7.5, 10 grams). The parameters observed included plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, stem diameter, and root length. The results showed that the application of rhizosphere bacteria microcapsules at a dose of 7.5 grams (M2) significantly increased the height of robusta coffee seedlings, while the dose of 300 grams of chicken manure fertilizer (K3) also had a significant effect on plant height growth. However, the treatment did not provide a significant difference in the number and area of leaves. This study concluded that the combination of rhizosphere bacteria microcapsules and chicken manure fertilizer can be an environmentally friendly solution to optimally increase the growth of robusta coffee seedlings

Abstract

This article is a research for researchers in marketing, particularly brand. This article isformulated based on the record and the facts that are found in the field. Facts where industriaculinary competition at this time spawned creativity in finding a name that has a unique culinaryefforts. uniqueness is on one side in an effort to build differentiation to competitors and at thesame time aim to influence customer satisfaction. This article attempts to explore further thefactors that lead to a better culinary value and how the value of culinary and business name to bedeterminants of consumer satisfaction. Formulation variables and indicators refer to previousresearch studies. A model has been developed and three hypotheses have been formulated toaddress the research problem. The sampling technique is quota sampling. Respondents of thisresearch were 100 respondents, of which the respondent is a consumer culinary Semarang. Dataanalysis tool used is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) in AMOS 16.0 program. The resultsof the data analysis of this study suggests a third model and research hypothesis can be accepted.Managerial Implications give advice to focus on the influence of culinary value to customersatisfaction culinary in Semarang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana implementasi elemen keberhasilan E-Government melalui digitalisasi layanan publik anjungan pelayanan mandiri desa (APMD) di Desa Socorejo Kabupaten Tuban. Sejak Desember 2020, APMD hadir pertama kali di Kabupaten Tuban yaitu di Desa Socorejo yang menjadi pilot project. APMD sebagai inovasi dari DISKOMINFO-SP Kabupaten Tuban dalam peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik untuk pengurusan surat permohonan tingkat desa secara mandiri yang dikemas bersamaan dengan Program desa digital. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan Teori elemen keberhasilan e-government oleh Harvard JFK School dalam Indrajit (2006) melalui tiga elemen utama yakni support, capacity, dan value. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi APMD di Desa Socorejo Kabupaten Tuban telah menerapkan keseluruhan elemen keberhasilan e-government tetapi masih ada beberapa elemen yang belum optimal dalam implementasinya. Dalam elemen support, kebijakan pemerintah pusat sampai ke desa sudah sangat mendukung adanya penerapan e-government di tingkat desa, tetapi masih ada catatan dukungan dalam hal sosialisasi yang masih minim. Dalam elemen capacity, sudah terdapat anggaran khusus untuk digitalisasi desa khususnya APMD, sudah terdapat infrastruktur penunjang seperti jaringan internet fiber optic di seluruh desa, sudah ada admin desa. Namun, terdapat catatan untuk admin desa yang perlu ditingkatkan kuantitasnya. Dalam elemen value, manfaat APMD yang dirasakan masyarakat membuat pelayanan lebih efisien dan flexible. Namun, tidak semua masyarakat mengetahui adanya APMD. Untuk itu, Pemerintah Desa Socorejo perlu meningkatkan lagi sosialisasi dengan memanfaatkan media sosial dan RT/RW ataupun perangkat pendukung lainnya, agar seluruh masyarakat Desa Socorejo bisa mengetahui dan memanfaatkan layanan APMD yang telah disediakan pemerintah Desa.

Abstract

This research focused on assessing how the interaction between planting media composition and vesicular arbuscular mycorrhizal (VAM) biofertilizer influences the growth of Arabica coffee seedlings. The formulated hypothesis helped direct the study toward identifying the most favorable conditions for seedling development. The experimental design employed was a factorial randomized block design (RBD), comprising 16 different treatment combinations, each repeated twice. The first treatment variable (Factor P) involved different mixtures of topsoil, rice husk, and compost: P0 = 100% topsoil, P1 = 60% topsoil + 20% rice husk + 20% compost, P2 = 60% topsoil + 40% rice husk, and P3 = 60% topsoil + 40% compost. The second variable (Factor M) concerned the application of VAM biofertilizer in doses of 0 g (M0), 0.5 g (M1), 1 g (M2), and 1.5 g (M3). Statistical analysis showed that the interaction between media composition and VAM biofertilizer significantly influenced all growth indicators measured in the Arabica coffee seedlings.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate how effective the use of organic amendments and Trichoderma mushrooms is in increasing the quality of Arabica coffee seeds planted on Andisol type land in the Namanteran District, Karo Regency. The method used is a random igroup design (RAK) with a single treatment design (non-factorial), which consists of eight different treatments and each of them is repeated four times. The treatments include: A0 (no treatment/control), A1 (compost 20 g + Trichoderma 10 g per plant), A2 (biochar 20 g + Trichoderma 10 g per plant), A3 (manure 20 g + Trichoderma 10 g per plant), A4 (manure 20 g + biochar 20 g + Trichoderma 10 g per plant), A5 (compost 20 g + biochar 20 g + Trichoderma 10 g per plant), A6 (compost 20 g + 20 g + Trichoderma 10 g per plant), and A7 (biochar 20 g + manure 20 g + Trichoderma 10 g per plant). The parameters observed in this research include plant height, stem diameter, leaf number, leaf surface area, and root system length. This treatment showed a real influence on all plant growth parameters, including height, stem diameter, number of leaves, leaf area, and root length at ages 2 and 3 BST.Keywords: Coffee, Seedling Cultivation, Organic Amendment, Trichoderma
