Midwifeâ€™s attitude and knowledge to HIV/AIDS transmition in universal precaution practice;Health provider like a midwife is very high risk to infection HIV in delivery. And many casescan infection HIV because of occupational in their job. This Article aims finding in the year2009 about practice of universal precaution about prevention of infection of HIV by midwife tohelp delivery in Wanadadi Banjarnegara. This research was representative quantitative researchtype using cross sectional approach, with 64 active midwives as sample in Wanadadi. Samplewas representative totally population. Data collecting of research by using structure equated.Data analysis used univariate, bivariate and multivariate. Results to show that in general, manymidwives not obedient get in universal precaution in delivery practice that to high risk infectionof HIV/AIDS. Knowledge about HIV is the most influence (p-value = 0.001) than another variablelike as attitude to HIV (p-value = 0.026) and equipment (p value = 0.015) were significantlycorrelated to universal precaution practice delivery with midwife. It is recommended that from10 free variable related to practice universal precaution there 4 corresponding variable whileknowledge variable about HIV strongest its influence.Keyword: knowledge, attitude, HIV, AIDSÂ

ABSTRAK Salah satu pencegahan karies gigi adalah menjaga kebersihan mulut dengan cara menggosok gigi secara baik dan benar. Usia sekolah dasar merupakan saat ideal untuk melatih kemampuan motorik seorang anak, diantaranya perilaku menggosok gigi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap perilaku menggosok gigi pada siswa Sekolah Dasar Kelas V dan VI di Kecamatan Sumberejo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa sekolah dasar kelas V dan VI di Kecamatan sumberejo dengan jumlah sampel 285 siswa. Analisa data dilakukan dengan cara univariat, bivariat dengan chi square dan multivariat dengan regresi logistic. Hasil analisis bivariat variabel yang berhubungan dengan perilaku menggosok gigi adalah peran orang tua (p=0,008), peran guru (p=0,007). Hasil uji regresi logistic menunjukan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap perilaku menggosok gigi pada siswa sekolah dasar kelas V dan VI di Kecamatan Sumberejo adalah peran guru (OR= 1,791) artinya peran guru yang baik mempunyai kemungkinan siswa untuk berperilaku menggosok gigi yang baik sebanyak 2 kali lebih besar dibandingkan dengan peran guru yang kurang.Kata Kunci : Perilaku, menggosok gigi, Siswa sekolah dasarABSTRACT Tooth Brushing Behavior on the Elementary School Students of Grade V and VI in Sumberejo Sub-District; One of preventions for dental caries is by keeping mouth cleanliness by brushing the teeth properly and correctly. The age of elementary school is the ideal time to train a childâ€™s motoric ability, such as teeth brushing behavior. The aim of the research is to identify the factors influencing teeth brushing behavior on the elementary school students of grade V and VI in Sumberejo Sub-Distict, Tanggamus District. The type of this research was explanatory research with cross sectional approach. The research subjects were the elementary school students of grade V and VI in Sumberejo Sub-Distict, and the number of samples was 285 students. The data analysis was conducted in univariate, bivariate with chi square and multivariate with logistic regression. The bivariate analysis results on the variables associated with tooth brushing behavior are the parents role (p=0.008), teacherâ€™s role (p=0.007). The results of logistic regression test show that the most influencing variable on tooth brushing behavior in the elementary school students of grade V and VI in Sumberejo Sub-Distict, is teacherâ€™s role (OR=1.934). It means that good teacherâ€™s role has the effect on students to have good tooth brushing behavior twice as much as poor teacherâ€™s role.Keywords: Behavior, Tooth Brushing, Elementary School Students

ABSTRAKWanita paruh baya mempunyai kerentanan terhadap berbagai ancaman risiko kesehatan seksual dan reproduksinya, sehingga masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana umur pasangan wanita paruh baya berpengaruh terhadap perilaku seksualnya. Penelitian ini merupakan explanatory researchdengan pendekatan cross sectional yang melibatkan 131 sampel karyawati Rumah Sakit Jiwa Prof dr Soerojo Magelang berusia 40 â€“ 60 tahun. Hasil penelitian ini adalah umur pasangan (p=0,001) berpengaruh terhadap perilaku seksual wanita paruh baya; jika usia pasangan < 50 tahun makaperilaku seksual wanita paruh baya cenderung lebih aktif. Umur pasangan mempengaruhi kondisi fisiknya yang berpengaruh terhadap aktif tidaknya perilaku seksual sehingga pasangan wanita paruh baya dianjurkan untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kesehatan fisiknya untuk memperlambat kemunduran sehingga tercapai kesejahteraan kehidupan seksual keluarga di usia paruh baya.Kata kunci : wanita paruh baya, perilaku seksualABSTRACTEffect The Age of Midlife Womenâ€™s Spouse to Sexual Behavior of Midlife Women Employee Mental Hospital Prof. Dr. Soerojo Magelang; Midlife women have a vulnerability to the threat of sexual and reproductive health risks, so this research problem is how the age of midlife womenâ€™s spouse influence her sexual behavior. This research is explanatory research with cross sectional involving 131 samples employees Prof. Dr. Soerojo Magelang PsychiatricHospital aged 40-60 years. The results of this study are : with aged of spouse (p = 0.001) effect on the sexual behavior of midlife women; spouse with age <50 years, the sexual behavior of midlife women tend to be more active. Age of spouse affects his physical condition which affects the active of sexual behaviors so that the spouse of midlife women are encouraged tomaintain and improve their physical health to slow the decline in order to reach the welfare of family â€˜s sexual life in middle age.Key words : midlife woman, sexual behavior.

ABSTRACTUser Condom and Lubricant Behavior on Men who have Sex with Men (MSM) in Surakarta Sub-Distric: One of prevention HIV/AIDS in MSM is using condom and lubricant in having sex consistenly. MSM is a high risk population whose can be time bomb to infection of HIV/AIDS. The aim of research is identifying the factors that influence to user condom and lubricant behavior on the MSM in Surakarta. The type of this research is explanatory research with cross sectional approach. The subject of research is men who have sex with men (MSM) in Surakarta, with sample of 198 people. The result of analysis bivariate variable that related to behavior of condoms user and lubricant is attitude (Ï = 0.000) and level of knowledge about condoms and lubricant (Ï = 0.001). The results of experiment regression logistic is showing the most influence variable to behavior condoms user and lubricants in Surakarta is attitude (OR = 2,502) the meaning is support respondent will lean using condom and lubricant consistently by 2,502 times than respondents less support.Keywords : Behavior, condom and lubricant, MSM

Based on reports of Bangka Belitung Provincial Health Office in 2008 that there is still discrimination against PLHA. The aim of this study was to analyze and identify the factors influencing the existence of discrimination by health workers to PLHA at the Provincial Hospital of Bangka Belitung Islands. This study was an explanatory research using cross sectional approach with qualitative and quantitative combination. The results showed 42.4% of responder are still discriminating against PLHA. quantitative sampel 250 participants, qualitative 2 participants. Form of discrimination is the use of personal protective equipment only when dealing with HIV (59.2%), sterilization of equipment used in addition to Persons With HIV-AIDS (57.2%), giving a specific code (55.6%), separated equipment (50%), and placing PLHA in its place, talk about their HIV status to others (15.6%), 6% of responder refused to serve PLHA. Variable that most affected: hospital policies in the care of Persons With HIV-AIDS.

Kota Bandung merupakan kota tertinggi penyumbang HIV di Jawabarat, sekitar 60,93 persen terjadi pada kelompok Pengguna Narkoba Suntik (Penasun), tingginya prevalensi HIV pada Penasun disebabkan oleh penggunaan jarum yang tidak steril dan perilaku seksual yang berisiko. Ketidak konsistenan dalam penggunaan kondom saat hubungan seksual oleh ODHA Penasun dapat menyebabkan terjadinya HIV tergeneralisasi. Hasil penelitian Gomez (1999) ditemukan 26 persen ODHA Penasun melakukan hubungan seks vaginal dan anal tanpa kondom dengan pasangan yang status HIV positif atau yang tidak diketahui status HIV nya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara sikap terhadap penggunaan kondom pada Penasun setelah di diagnosis HIV. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui pendekatan studi cross sectional dengan populasi sebanyak 233 orang, dan sampel penelitian 70 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purpossive sampling, dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 61,4 persen responden tidak selalu menggunakan kondom saat hubungan seksual dalam satu bulan terkahir, 55,7 persen responden mempunyai sikap yang negatif terhadap penggunaan kondom dan 44,3 persen mempunyai sikap yang positif. Hasil analisi chi square terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap responden terhadap penggunaan kondom dengan nilai p=0,007. Kata Kunci : IDU, Sikap, Perilaku Penggunaan kondom ABSTRACT Now Bandung is the highest town with HIV cases in West Java, approximately 60.93 per cent in the group of Injecting Drug Users (IDU), The high prevalence of HIV in IDUs caused by using unsterilized needles and does sexual risky behavior. Inconsistencies in the use of condoms during sexual intercourse by PLHIV IDU HIV can cause generalized. Gomez (1999) found 26 percent of IDUs living with HIV do vaginal or anal sex without a condom with a partner with HIV positive or of unknown HIV status. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between attitudes toward condom use among IDUs after HIV diagnosis. This study uses a quantitative approach with cross-sectional study, involving 233 people as population and sampel of study 70 used as respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method, using a questionnaire. Research data were analyzed by chi square analysis. The results showed 61.4 persen of respondents did not always use condoms during sexual intercourse in the last month. 55.7 percent of respondents had a negative attitude towards condom use and 44.3 percent have a positive attitude. The results with chi- square analysis found a significant relationship between respondent attitudes toward condom use with p = 0.007. Keywords: IDUs, attitude, condom use behavior

Background: In Jambi City, the cases of HIV-positive in MSM increased in the people aged 19-24 years old by 35.1%. It affected on the prevention of HIV transmission. The research was conducted in 2016 and aimed to understand the response of teenage MSM with the status of HIV-positive to the prevention of transmission to the partner.Method: The research method was qualitative with the design of case study. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with the data collection using in-depth interview. The main informants were teenage MSM with HIV-positive of 7 persons. The triangulation informants were the chief of Kanti Sehati Foundation, the chief of the Community Group of Field Outreach in Jambi City.Results: The resarch results show that the response when they initially found themselves infected by HIV-positive was a rejection to their status of HIV-positive. Their responses were shocked, surprised, and confused. They expressed their emotion in the form of stress and depression. Status revealation to their partners and closest ones had not been performed fully since they were worried about the rejection from their partners. The response to ARV obedience has been good, but the response to HIV prevention using condoms had not been consistent partially because they were mostly under the effect of alcohol. Then, the response to post-HIV behavior, in few people, showed their inability to prevent the transmission based on the standard. Most of them still experienced the stigma from their families, and physical violence from society.Keywords: MSM response, teenage, HIV, HIV Prevention

Resosialisasi Argorejo merupakan resosialisasi terbesar di Kota Semarang, dan menjadi Resosialisasi percontohan di Indonesia. Terdapat program kondom 100% pada WPS di Resosialisasi Argorejo untuk mengendalikan penularan HIV melalui hubungan seksual tidak aman mengingat konsistensi penggunaan kondom 1 minggu terakhir pada WPS di Kota Semarang pada tahun 2013 adalah sebesar 55%. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi KPA Kota Semarang, peran mucikari dalam program kondom 100% pada WPS masih kurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap praktik mucikari dalam upaya penggunaan kondom 100% pada WPS di Resosialisasi Argorejo Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Besar sampel adalah 144 orang yang diambil menggunakan total sampling. Analisa data secara univariat, bivariat dengan chi-square, dan multivariat dengan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 50,7% mucikari melakukan praktik baik dalam mengupayakan penggunaan kondom 100% pada WPS. Faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap praktik mucikari adalah dukungan LSM. Faktor yang menunjukkan ada hubungan yang bermakna dengan praktik mucikari adalah tingkat pendidikan, dukungan teman, dukungan petugas kesehatan, dan dukungan LSM. Dari penelitian ini, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dukungan dari pihak LSM dapat meningkatkan praktik mucikari dalam upaya penggunaan kondom 100% pada WPS selain faktor tingkat pendidikan, dan masa kerja mucikari.Argorejo resocialization was the biggest resocialization in Semarang and as a model resocialization in Indonesia. Programme of 100% condom is being used to prevent HIV by means of the unsafe sexual transaction, and it considered of condom use by female sex workers in Semarang was only 55 %. Based on KPA Semarang evaluation, pimps practice of the 100% condom use programme was still less.Knowing the factors that influence pimps practice of 100% condom use by the FSW at Argorejo resocialization was the aims in this research. Quantitative method with cross sectional approach was used in this study. Pimps in this research as many as 144 pimps, and have been become the sample of the research with total sampling technique. Data has been analyzed by univariate, chi-square (bivariate), and logistic regression (multivariate analysis).The result showed that 50,7% pimps practices were good. NGO support was the main variable that has considerable influence on the pimps practice.Â Variables which correlated toward pimps practice were education, support (friend, health provider, NGO). From this research, can be conclude that support from NGO can increase pimpâ€™s practice besides.

The Pattern Of Javanese Student Love Styles And The Socio-Sexual Lifestyles In The Era Of HIV/AIDS Shaluhiyah, Zahroh

Background: Love is recognized as an important aspect of close relationships and as a predictor of stability in premarital relations. Love has been described as an attitude or value, an emotion, an attachment and as a combination of some of these. In order to understand of sexual subculture of young people, we need to explore their lovestyles which refer to how individuals define or approach love as their attitudes regarding love guiding their behaviour towards, and an experience of, those they love.There are six different styles of love, which were characterized as erotic love, ludic love, storgic love, pragmatic love, maniac love and agapic love. Each person could be characterised by more than one love style. The objective of this study is to identify the pattern of Javanese youth love styles and examine the factors influence to their love styles and sexual lifestyles.Method: Participants were 500 undergraduates (265 males and 235 females) in the age18-24 years. They were recruited from 8 universities in three big cities in Central Java (Semarang,Purwokerto and Surakarta) using a quota sampling method. FGDs and indepth interviews were also conducted to explore in more depth and details the case of premarital sexual relationship of heterosexual couples and homosexuals.Results: The pattern of Javanese youth love styles are firstly pragma and storge. It was influenced by religiousity, personality aspects, level of social activity, and attitudes to premarital sex, sexual attitudes, and sexual experiences. The variety of Javanese youth love styles was signified by development of the individual self or self identity.Keyword: love styles, self identity, Javanese, sexual lifestyles.

The high number of cases of HIV AIDS in housewives in Semarang City is not only a threat to the safety of the lives of mothers, their babies conceived are at risk of contracting the HIV virus because of transmission from mother to baby. In the second prong of the Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission (PMTCT), prevention of unplanned pregnancies in mothers with HIV is necessary. This study aims to describe pregnancy planning in HIV positive housewives in Semarang City. This study uses a qualitative method. The research subjects were 5 people taken by purposive sampling method and data collection techniques through in-depth interviews. The results showed that careful planning was carried out by subjects who had HIV positive husbands. Condom use was consistently carried out by subjects who had HIV positive husbands and released condoms after fulfilling eligible requirements for the pregnancy. Subjects with high risk aged feel vulnerable to pregnancy, this causes the desire to have fewer children. In planning a pregnancy, most subjects had a CD4 cell count> 350 cells / mm3, almost all subjects had an undetectable viral load, and all subjects had taken ARV regularly for more than 6 months. The actions taken by subjects who did not meet the eligible requirements for the pregnancy included maintaining a diet, adequate rest, taking ARVs regularly, consuming milk for pregnancy preparation, and consulting with a doctor.
