ABSTRAKBerdasarkan data dari Dinas Kesehatan Kota Semarang pada tahun 2008, sebanyak 110 kunjungan ibu hamil ke VCT, 5 ibu di antaranya positif HIV dan pada tahun 2009 sebanyak 368 kunjungan ibu hamil ke VCT, 14 ibu di antaranya positif HIV. Walaupun ada peningkatan jumlah ibu hamil yang melakukan tes HIV, namun jumlahnya masih sedikit. Pada tahun 2010 ibu hamil yang melakukan tes HIV pada kegiatan mobile VCT di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bandarharjo sebayak 193 orang dari jumlah ibu hamil yang mengakses layanan antenatal sebanyak 706 orang.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku ibu hamil untuk tes HIV.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan rancangan Explanatory Research dengan pendekatan cross sectional . Besar sampel adalah 180 orang.Analisa data secara univariat, bivariat dengan chi-square dan multivariat dengan regresi logistik.Hasil Menunjukkan sebagian besar responden (51,1%) rmengikuti tes HIV. Faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku ibu hamil untuk tes HIV adalah dukungan suami. Variabel yang berhubungan terhadap perilaku ibu hamil untuk tes HIV adalah variabel pengetahuan, persepsi kerentanan, persepsi halangan, persepsi manfaat, isyarat bertindak, akses informasi, dukungan suami, dukungan bidan dan dukungan kader.Kata Kunci: perilaku ibu hamil, tes HIVABSTRACTBehavior of Pregnant Woman for HIV Testing in Bandarharjo and Tanjung Mas Semarang City;Based on data from Health Departement of Semarang City 2008, total of 110 visits to VCT of pregnant women, 5 of whom were HIV-positive mothers and in 2009 as many as 368 visits to the VCT of pregnant women, 14 of whom are HIV-positive mothers. While there are an increasing number of pregnant women tested for HIV, but the numbers are still small. In 2010 pregnant women tested for HIV at VCT mobile activities in the region of Bandarharjo Public Health there were 193 people from the number of pregnant women accessing antenatal care as much as 706 people. This study aims to determine the factors that influence behavior of pregnant women for HIV testing. This study uses quantitative methods with explanatory research and cross sectional approach. The sample size was 180 people . Univariate data analysis used, chi-square bivariate and multivariate used logistic regression Results showed the most respondents (51.1%) followed HIV test. The most dominant factor that affected behavior of pregnant women for HIV testing was husbandâ€™s support. Variables related to behavior of pregnant women for HIV testing were variable knowledge, perceived of vulnerability, perceived of barriers, perceived of benefits, cues to action, access to information,husbandâ€™s support, midwifeâ€™s support and cadreâ€™s support.Keywords:behavior of pregnant women, HIV testing

ABSTRAKAdanya budaya tabu di masyarakat untuk membicarakan seksualitas di ruang publik melahirkan mitos mengenai seksualitas yang sebagian besar keliru dan banyak diyakini remaja. Hal ini juga mengakibatkan remaja mencari sumber informasi seks pada media salah satunya adalah melalui majalah. Majalah GADIS merupakan majalah remaja putri pertama dan memiliki pembaca yang banyak . Majalah GADIS memberikan info mengenai seksualitas pada rubrik sexita sejak tahun 2006.untuk itu penting untuk mengetahui mitos seks yang dimuat dalam majalah GADIS.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan gambaran mengenai mitos seksualitas dalam majalah GADIS. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan interaksionisme simbolik dengan metode tematik konten analisis dan penjelasannya dilengkapi dengan metode kualitatif. Adapun beberapa mitos seks dalam majalah GADIS adalah mitos mengenai perilaku seks remaja (yang berkaitan dengan kehamilan) dan keperawanan (banyak dikaitkan dengan ciri fisik seorang wanita). Kesimpulannya adalah GADIS telah memuat beberapa mitos keliru mengenai seks dan memberikan penjelasan secara singkat,m namun berdasarkan triangulasi ternyata pembaca GADIS masih meyakini mitos tersebut sebagai sebuah kebenaran. Untuk itu penulis menyarankan untuk membuat forum diskusi remaja, orang tua, praktisi dan akademisi kespro untuk dapat duduk bersama dan membahas mitos seksualitas, dan diharapkan hasil diskusi tersebut dapat dipublikasikan agar pandangan masyarakat terhadap mitos seks yang keliru tersebut dapat berubah Kata Kunci : mitos, seksualitas, remajaABSTRACTSex And Virginity Myth In GADIS Magazine (2006-2012); The taboo to talk about sexuality in the public pace makes myth about sex developed more rapidly in teenager. Mostly that myth is false, so their attitute in sexuality become wrong either.One of all media that giver teenageinformation about sexuality is magazine. GADIS magazine is the first gril magazine in Indonesia. Since 2006, GADIS magazine gives information about sexualit in sexita rubric. Thatâ€™s why very important to know about myth of sexuality in GADIS magazine since 2006-2012. The aim of this research is have a depoiction about myth of sexuality ion GADIS magazine. This research use Interactionism simbolic approach, with tematic content analysis anda the eksplanation was complete with kualitatif method, the saple of this research use purposive sampling with 72 magazine. GADIS depict two myth of sexuatity they are about sexual behaviour ( all thing are link with pregnancy) and virginity (All about virgin sign). GADIS gives a short right explanation about this myth but reader can not interpreat it right. So I suggest to make a forum discussion about teen sexual myth and publis the result in media. Background: Along with the times, the population at high risk of sexually transmitted infections increase rapidly. From a preliminary study in the district Wanasari Brebes revealed that their knowledge about sexual behavior said to be low risk and lots of sexual risk behavior without condom.Method: This research is descriptive quantitative analytical with cross-sectional design study, methods for collecting the data by distributing questionnaires to find a picture on the risky sexual behaviors of respondent. The sample in this research is 120 people.Results: 86,7% respondent has risky sexual behavior. 70,8% of respondent is above 32 years old with low education as much as 57,5% and not marriage yet 52,5%. 61,7% of respondent has risky behavior in their leisure time. Variables that significantly relationship against sexual behavior are ages and leisure activity.based on multivariate analisys, variables that strongly connected to sexual behavior is ages, leisure activity, and religiousity. Advice given to Departemen Kesehatan Brebes for further enhance the knowledge of onion traders in terms of risky sexual behavior, include facilitating spare time with things that are more useful to avoid risky sexual behavior.Keyword : Behavior, sexual risk, Brebes

Perawat gigi sebagai pelaksana dalam kegiatan manajemen mikro pada pelayanan kesehatangigi khususnya usaha kesehatan gigi sekolah melaksanakan kegiatan perencanaan,pelaksanaan (promotif, preventif dan kuratif sederhana), monitoring dan evaluasi. Penellitianini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku perawat gigi dalam pelaksanaan program usahakesehatan gigi sekolah di Kota Pontianak. Penelitian ini merupakan Explanatory Researchdengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dankuesioner terstruktur dengan jumlah sampel 59 orang perawat gigi yang bekerja diPuskesmas. Perilaku perawat gigi yang kurang baik sebanyak 33.9%. Variabel yangberhubungan dengan perilaku perawat gigi adalah pengetahuan, sikap, dukungan kepalapuskesmas, dukungan kepala sekolah, dukungan dokter gigi dan sarana prasarana. Variabelyang paling berpengaruh terhadap perilaku perawat gigi dalam pelaksanaan program usahakesehatan gigi sekolah (UKGS) adalah sarana prasarana.Kata Kunci : Perawat gigi, Perilaku, UKGSÂ The behavior of dental nurses in the implementation of the program UKGS in Pontianak;Dental nurses, as the excecutor in the activities of micro-management in dental health care services,especially business school dental health activities of planning, implementation ( promotive, preventive,curative and referral) monitoring and evaluation.The purpose of this study was to determine thefactors analysis of the factors that influence the behavior of dental nurse in the implementation ofprogram in the city of Pontianak UKGS. Explanatory research is research with cross sectionalapproach.The result showed that 33.9% of responden behave less well on the implementation of theprogram UKGS. Variables related to the behavior of dental nurses in the implementation of theprogram is the knowledge of the dental nurses UKGS, the attitude of dental nurses, support thehead of clinic, the principal support, support dentist and infrastructure.Keywords : Behavioral, dental nurses, UKGS

ABSTRACTApproximately 50.9 % of nurses working in four provinces in Indonesia in 2006 suffered Work Stress. Nurses often experience dizziness and fatigue, due to a high workload. This causes increased absenteeism, decreased productivity so that the impact on the quality of hospital services. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress Personality of the nurse in the inpatient unit District General Hospital Municipality Salatiga. This type of research is expalanatory research with cross sectional study involving 149 inpatient nurses. The result showed nurses who experience job stress is a nurse who has a personality type A which is expected to policy holders in the system toughest of recruits pay attention to the type of personality to be placed in the appropriate places.Keywords: personality, job stress of nurses

ABSTRAKKabupaten Jepara mempunyai salah satu hotspot terbesar yaitu wisata Karaoke Pantai Pungkruk diÂ Desa Mororejo yang berisiko tinggi terhadap penularan IMS dan HIV-AIDS. Dinas KesehatanÂ bersama dengan Graha Mitra mengadakan layanan IMS Mobile untuk pemandu karaoke denganÂ tujuan memperluas jangkauan pelayanan. Namun kunjungan terhadap layanan ini masih sangat rendah.Â Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pemanfaatan layanan IMS mobile dalam pencegahan IMSÂ dan HIV-AIDS oleh pemandu karaoke. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif denganÂ pendekatan cross sectional dan pengumpulan data dilakukan kepada 35 pemandu karaoke. HasilÂ Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 62,9 % responden tidak memanfaatkan layanan IMS mobile.Â Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan variabel pengetahuan IMS, sikap dan kebutuhan layanan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan pemanfaatan layanan IMS mobile. Sedangkan dari hasil multivariatÂ menunjukkan bahwa variabel kebutuhan layanan adalah variabel yang signifikan berpengaruh terhadapÂ pemanfaatan layanan IMS mobile.Kata Kunci : IMS, layanan IMS mobile, pemandu karaoke, JeparaABSTRACTAnalysis of STI Mobile Services Utilization For STI and HIV-AIDS Prevention by Karaoke Guide of Graha Mitra Partnership in Mororejo Village Jepara; Jepara district has one of the biggest hotspots that Karaoke tour Pungkruk Beach in Mororejo that high risk of transmission of STIs and HIV - AIDS . Health Department along with Graha Mitra hold STI Mobile for karaoke guide with the purpose of expanding the range of services . But a visit to the service is still very low . This study aims to analyze the utilization of STI mobile servicesÂ in the prevention of STI and HIV - AIDS by guiding karaoke .It was quantitative methodsÂ with cross-sectional approach. and data was collected for 35 karaoke guides. Results showedÂ that 62,9 % of respondents never used STI mobile services. Results of bivariate analysisÂ showed variable knowledge of STI, attitudes and needs of the service had a significantÂ association with the utilization of STI mobile services. Multivariate indicate that the variableÂ needs of the service are significant variables affect the utilization of STI mobile services.Keywords : STI, STI mobile services, karaoke guide, Jepara

Background: Cleanliness of tourist area is managers and visitors responsibilities to maintain the beauty of tourist destinations. Disposing of trash in its place becomes very important in maintaining the cleanliness of tourist sites. The role of health promotion media to improve awareness and behavior of tourist in maintaining cleanliness is necessary to be conducted. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of providing garbage disposal posters towards the utilising trash bin in tourist sites.Method: This study employs a quantitative method with a quasy experimental approach, non randomized control group pretest posttest design. It was carried out in four tourist sites which consist of two tourist sites as intervention area and the others as control. Sample of this study was consisted of 15 bins/each site which met the criteria of sanitation standards and selected purposively so that the total sample was 30 bins in the intervention and 30 bins in the control areas. The variables included the volume of waste in each trash bin, the quality of trash bin distributed and the number of visitors before and after intervention. Measurements were conducted for 14 days.Results: The volume of waste was increased significantly after providing posters in the intervention sites compared to controlsâ€™. Likewise, the quality of trash bin distributed at tourist sites was also increased significantly in the intervention areas compared to controls. The number of visitors at four destinations was increased significantly after intervention because post-test was conducted at long vacation period. That would directly effect to waste volume in the trash bin at 4 tourist destinations. This study recommends to managers to put interesting poster or other instagramable media to promote healthy behaviour related to the cleanliness and beauty at tourist areas.

ABSTRAKPenanggulangan HIV AIDS membutuhkan keterlibatan dari berbagai pihak. Salah satu pihak yang terlibat adalah OHIDHA. OHIDHA merupakan anggota keluarga yang hidup bersama ODHA dan memberikan dukungan kepada ODHA. Stigma di Kabupaten Sukoharjo dan Grobogan masih tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apakah yang menentukan respons OHIDHA dalam upaya penanggulangan HIV AIDS di Kabupaten Sukoharjo dan Grobogan.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan data kuantitatif melalui wawancara dengan kuesioner. Penelitian ini didukung dengan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data FGD. Jumlah responden adalah 92 OHIDHA, proporsi 50% dan selang kepercayaan 95%. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dengan distribusi frekuensi, bivariat menggunakan Chi-Square dan multivariat menggunakan regresi logistik.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berhubungan dengan respons OHIDHA adalah hubungan dengan ODHA (p-value=0,001), lama hidup dengan ODHA (p-value=0,030), lama mengetahui status ODHA (p-value=0,001) dan sikap (p-value=0,005). Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa sikap (p-value=0,006) merupakan variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh paling signifikan dibanding variabel lainnya.Kata Kunci : OHIDHA, respons, Grobogan, SukoharjoÂ Respons of People Living With HIV AIDS to Control HIV and AIDS in Sukoharjo and Grobogan District; Controlling HIV and AIDS requird the involvement of various sector. One of the sector involved is People Living With HIV AIDS (PLWHA).Â PLWHA is a family member who lives with people living with HIV and provide support to people living with HIV. Stigma in Sukoharjo and Grobogan still high. This study aims to determine the factors that determine whether the PLWHA response in control to HIV and AIDS in Sukoharjo Grobogan. This research was a quantitative study with cross sectional approach. Quantitative data collection techniques through interviews with questionnaires . This research was supported by qualitative research with FGD. The number of respondents was 92 PLWHA, the proportion of 50% and 95% confidence interval . Analysis of the data using univariate analysis with frequency distribution, bivariate using Chi-Square and multivariate using logistic regression.Â The results showed that the variables related to the PLWHA response is a relationship with people living with HIV ( p = 0,001 ) , long life with people living with HIV ( p = 0.030 ) , longer know the status of PLWHA ( 0.001 ) and attitude ( p = 0.005 ). Multivariate analysis showed that the attitude (p value = 0,006) was a variable that has the most significant effect compared to other variables .Keywords : AIDS , response , Grobogan , Sukoharjo

Socio-Cultural And Socio-Sexual Factors Influence The Premarital Sexual Behaviour of Javanese Youth In The Era of HIV/AIDS Shaluhiyah, Zahroh

Background: In recent years a public health research interest in sexual behaviour of young people has been stimulated by the growing public health concern at the global spread of HIV/AIDS. The research has been continuing to be undertaken for the reason of contributing to epidemiological forecasting of the spread of HIV/AIDS and develop a stronger understanding of sexual behaviour in order to design effective AIDS-related, health education strategies. Although in Indonesia reported that HIV has been transmitted mostly via intra-venous drug users, the greatest long-term public health threat is unprotected sexual intercourse among young people.Method: This paper analyses socio-cultural and socio-sexual dimensions which influence the premarital sexual behaviour of young people. The study was undertaken at aged 18-24 years, university student in urban Central Java with a (500 sample) survey method using structuredand self administered questionnaire.Results: The basic parameter of sexual relationships was found relatively low levels of premarital sexual experience compare with many other countries, but very low level of contraceptive precautions within such activity. The pattern of level of sexual experience was characterised by the level of social activity, level of religiousity, general lifestyle taste andsocio-sexual philosophy. The most important factor influencing the occurrence of premarital sexual intercourse was the factor of socio-sexual philosophy. The respondents which have positive attitudes to premarital sexual intercourse and liberal sexual attitudes tended to have higher levels of premarital sexual intercourse. The key priorities for protecting young peopleâ€™s sexual health is to continue in maintaining traditional sexual philosophy for the majority of young people and improve â€œsafe sexâ€ for the minority of modern sexual philosophy.Key words: Sexual behaviour, socio-cultural factors, socio-sexual factors, Javanese youth.

ABSTRAKPemanfaatan film badge pada pekerja radiologi di rumah sakit umum di Jawa Tengah dan Bali tahun 2003 menunjukkan bahwa 12% tidak memiliki film badge, 18% jarang memakai film badge, 34% kurang percaya terhadap hasil pencatatan film badge. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis praktik penggunaan film badge di Instalasi Radiologi Rumah Sakit di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional study. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel adalah total populasi yaitu 73 orang. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat variabel paling dominan yang mempengaruhi praktik penggunaan film badge yaitu persepsi radiografer tentang peraturan penggunaan film badge. Jika persepsi radiografer tentang peraturan penggunaan film badge baik maka mempunyai peluang sebesar 6,160 kali untuk melakukan praktik penggunaan film badge dari pada persepsi radiografer tentang peraturan penggunaan film badge yang kurang baik.Kata Kunci : radiografer, peraturan, praktik penggunaan film badge.ABSTRACTBadge Film Practical Utilization in Radiology Installation at Hospital in Semarang; Use of badge film from radiographer at hospital in Central Java and Bali at 2003 shows that 12% not possessing badge film, 18% rarely using badge film, 34% lack of trust in badge film recording result.
