Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesulitan peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan operasi hitung pecahan serta faktor penyebabnya di kelas III MI Miftahul Anwar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, tes, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan yang dialami siswa meliputi kesulitan dalam memahami konsep, prinsip, serta menyelesaikan soal cerita. Faktor penyebab kesulitan terdiri dari faktor internal, seperti minat dan motivasi belajar yang rendah serta keterbatasan intelegensi, serta faktor eksternal, seperti kondisi fisik yang kurang mendukung. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi kesulitan ini mencakup pemberian latihan soal yang bervariasi, penggunaan media pembelajaran konkret, serta kerja sama dengan orang tua dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Islamic-based elementary schools presents both opportunities and challenges in balancing hard skills and soft skills while preserving Islamic educational values. This qualitative case study explores how AI supports religious education, ethical development, and STEM learning in two Islamic schools in Gresik, East Java. Using semi-structured interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis, the study examines the impact of AI on teacher-student interactions, personalized learning, and character formation. The findings indicate that AI enhances Quranic learning, ethical discussions, and academic proficiency by providing adaptive feedback, interactive learning tools, and automated assessments. However, while AI improves hard skills development, it requires additional pedagogical strategies to cultivate soft skills such as ethical reasoning, leadership, and communication. Educators emphasized that AI must complement rather than replace traditional teacher-led instruction to maintain the spiritual and moral aspects of Islamic education. Despite its benefits, AI implementation in Islamic schools faces several challenges, including technological infrastructure limitations, teacher readiness, and ethical concerns related to AI alignment with Islamic principles. The study highlights the importance of contextual AI customization, comprehensive teacher training, and ethical AI governance to ensure effective and culturally appropriate AI adoption. This study contributes to the growing discourse on AI in religious education and offers policy recommendations for integrating AI into Islamic curricula while maintaining the integrity of faith-based education. Future research should explore long-term impacts of AI on moral education, cross-cultural AI adoption, and strategies for ethical AI governance in faith-based learning environments.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the inability of students to read Javanese. This happens because the learning of Javanese has not been maximized. This study aims (1) to determine the application of reading ability using the SQ3R method to low grade students at SDN Simomulyo 1 Surabaya, (2) to determine the effect of applying the SQ3R method to reading ability in Javanese in low grade students at SDN Simomulyo 1 Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were class II students at SDN Simomulyo I Surabaya, totaling 26 students consisting of 13 male students and 13 female students. Based on the research results, the following two conclusions were concluded (1) the application of reading skills using the SQ3R method in learning at SDN Simomulyo 1 Surabaya involves students being active with teacher guidance, so that the concepts in the discussion can be understood, so as to improve students' reading skills. (2) the ability to read Javanese using the SQ3R Class II method at SDN Simomulyo I Surabaya with an average pre-test is classified as low, this is evident from the student's average score of 61.15. The ability to read Javanese using the SQ3R Class II method at SDN Simomulyo I Surabaya with an average post-test is quite good, this is evident from the students' average score of 80.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which powtoon animation learning media can influence student learning outcomes on material changes in the shape of objects in class III SDN Kertajaya IV/210 Surabaya. This research uses quantitative research with pre-experimental method one group pretest posttest. The data collection technique used was observation and pretest posttest. This study uses SPSS 25.0. Based on the results of the t-test analysis of the average pretest of 64.37 and the average posttest value of 87,25 and the sig. (2-tailed) or a test of 0,01 which means <0,05 indicates that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. While the results of the percentage of pretest scores of students who meet the minimum completeness criteria (> 75) from the data it can be seen that of the 24 respondents who completed the work only 7 students and those who did not complete as many as 17 students and the results of the percentage value of the posttest it is known that students who meet the completeness criteria minimum (> 75) as many as 22 students from 24 students. This study shows that there is a significant effect of animated videos on student learning outcomes at SDN Kertajaya IV/210 Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to apply the Spin Wheel as an Alternative Learning Media to Develop Confidence in Elementary School Students. The subjects in this study were regular 5th grade students, upper class inclusion students, 5th grade teachers and upper inclusion teachers. The time of the research was carried out in May 2023 at one of the elementary schools in Surabaya, namely Sumur Welut I Elementary School. This research is acomparative qualitative research where this research is to compare two treatments or more than one variable. This research also requires information in the form of descriptive with a theory that is built based on the data obtained and also the data from the interpretation of scores into categories for comparison. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The research targets were 5th grade students, upper class inclusion students, 5th grade teachers and upper-class inclusion teachers. The purpose of this research was to develop students' self- confidence by applying the spin wheel media and to find out the effectiveness and quality of the spin wheel media. The method used in this study is using 4 stages including, observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that the spin wheel media was effective and of good quality to be applied to regular 5th grade students and upper-class inclusion students.

Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul Studi Tentang Konsep-Konsep IPA Dalam Buku Pelajaran Sekolah Dasar Yang Mengalami Miskonsepsi ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui status konsep IPA dalam buku pelajaran sekolah dasar yang mengalami miskonsepsi. Materi apa saja yang mengalami miskonsepsi pada buku pelajaran IPA sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah analisis isi buku yang diteliti dengan buku sumber. Pada penelitian ini data dikumpulkan dengan teknik analisis pada buku, dengan instrument lembar analisis pada buku teks dan buku sumber. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data yang mengacu pada kategori misidentifiction, overgeneralization, oversimpelfications, obselete concept and term dan Undergeneralizations. Penelitian yang sudah dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data hasil analisis pada buku (BSE) IPA dan juga buku-buku referensi yang lainnya. adapun hasil dari penelitian tersebut terdapat konsep yang mengalami miskonsepsi berjumlah 8 konsep, sedangkan konsep yang benar berjumlah 7 konsep. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah dari 15 konsep yang dianalis dari buku BSE IPA kelas 4 terdapat kebenaran konsep berjumlah 7 konsep sedangkan konsep yang miskonsepsi berjumlah 7 konsep. Adapun konsep-konsep yang mengalami miskonsepsi adalah indera penglihatan, kornea, lensa, indera pendengar telinga bagian luar, indera peraba, bagian-bagian tumbuhan (batang), metamorfosis sempurna, rantai makanan, gaya, penyebab perubahan lingkungan (angin), energi, simbiosis mutualisme, simbiosis mutualisme, simbiosis komensalisme, simbiosis parasitisme, dan skoliosis. Kata Kunci: Miskonsepsi, Buku Pelajaran IPA.

Abstract

The presence of both parents in a child's life at an early age is very important in their growth and development. The complete presence of parents will stimulate aspects of the child's development optimally. Parents can share the same roles. Even though the division of roles and involvement has been divided, in fact the father's involvement is considered very minimal. There are still many fathers who think that men's main task is to work, thereby ignoring the role of fathers in optimizing aspects of children's development. In fact, involvement in raising children should be the responsibility of both parents, namely father and mother. According to the results of the May 11, 2021 edition of the Parapuan online daily survey, it was stated that in Indonesia the majority of husbands and wives share roles in caring for children with the highest percentage, namely 86.52%. This shows that the role of both parents is very important. Furthermore, other research shows that girls feel more close to their fathers with a percentage of around 67.05% compared to boys with a percentage of around 61.59%. Then, boys feel more close to their mothers with a percentage of 88.1% compared to girls whose percentage is around 85.25%. This shows that balancing parenting between father and mother is very important. This research uses a quantitative research method in the form of a survey conducted to obtain an overview of fathers' involvement in child care. Abstract

Strengthening moral values in elementary school-aged children is a crucial aspect in fostering social responsibility from an early age. However, amidst the digital age and the decline of face-to-face interaction, the practice of saying "sorry," "please," and "thank you" is beginning to be marginalized. This community service activity aims to instill basic values of good manners as a foundation for social responsibility through the educational board game Moral Adventure. This activity was carried out with fourth-grade students of SDN Tenggilis Mejoyo 1 Surabaya using a participatory-educational approach. Through a series of activities such as socialization, game guidance, and reflection sessions, children were encouraged to understand and practice moral values in situations that resemble real life. The implementation results showed an increase in students' understanding of the importance of mutual respect, empathy, and collaboration among peers. In addition to being a fun learning tool, the Moral Adventure board game also strengthens the school's role as a partner in instilling civic values and building a culture of good manners in elementary education environments.

Abstract

Abstrak: Riset ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui efektifitas bahan ajar matematika sekolah dasar dengan mengintegrasikan Realistic Mathematics Education dan Multiple Intelligences. Kualitatif deskriptif merupakan jenis penelitian ini. Dua puluh siswa yang terbagi menjadi 10 siswa dari SD Namira Kabupaten Probolinggo dan 10 siswa dari SDN Sukabumi 2 Kota Probolinggo, dilibatkan sebagai partisipan dalam riset ini. Melalui tes tulis dan observasi dilengkapi dengan dokumentasi, data-data penelitian dikumpulkan. Temuan riset ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi Realistic Mathematics Education dan Multiple Intelligences pada sebuah bahan ajar matematika menunjang skill berpikir dan kepemahaman siswa SD tentang pentingnya matematika untuk kehidupan riil sehari-hari. Bahan belajar matematika berorientasi Realistic Mathematics Education dan Multiple Intelligences membuat siswa menjadi lebih manusia karena pembelajaran lebih fokus pada kecerdasan yang menonjol dan dikaitkan dengan permasalahan riil di sekitar mereka. Penelitian yang mengintegrasikan Realistic Mathematics Education dan Multiple Intelligences belum banyak ditemukan.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Matematika Sekolah Dasar, Realistic Mathematics Education, Bahan Ajar, Multiple Intelligences  Abstract: This report was intended to determine the effectiveness of elementary school math teaching materials by integrating Realistic Mathematics Education and Multiple Intelligences. Descriptive qualitative was a type of research. Twenty students, divided into 10 students from Namira School and 10 students from SDN Sukabumi 2, were involved in the research. Through written and observation tests equipped with documentation, research data have been collected. This research shows that the integration of Realistic Mathematics Education and Multiple Intelligences in a mathematics teaching material supports the thinking skills and understanding of elementary school students about the importance of mathematics for daily life. Realistic Mathematics Education integrating Multiple Intelligences oriented math learning materials addressed students more human because learning focused on strong intelligence and is associated with real problems. Abstract

Karya-karya inovatif yang diterapkan secara kreatif dalam proses pembelajaran untuk memenuhi kebutuhan profesi guru. Siswa hanya menerima tugas dari guru yang aktif belajar selama pandemi covid-19. Guru di sekolah dasar mengalami kesulitan dengan pengalaman belajar dan kurang menarik. Tujuan dari penyedia ini adalah untuk membantu guru sekolah dasar dalam membuat materi dan rencana pelajaran yang mutakhir. Perencanaan kegiatan melalui penggunaan metode Forum Group Discussion, penyebaran informasi, dan pemberian pendampingan. Guru SD Probolinggo adalah audiens yang dituju. Dengan menggunakan angket dan deviasi dasar untuk mengukur kemampuan guru, dapat dievaluasi hasil pendampingan guru SD terhadap kreasi karya baru. Menurut temuan penyelidikan, 41,10 persen pendidik mungkin terlibat dalam pekerjaan inovatif, 25,77 persen pendidik percaya bahwa mereka tidak terlibat dalam pekerjaan inovatif, dan 33,13 persen pendidik benar-benar terlibat dalam pekerjaan inovatif. Sebelum pendampingan, sebagian besar guru yaitu 47,85% cenderung memahami kompetensinya sendiri dalam kesiapan kerja teknologi, 23,31 persen tidak paham dan 28,83 persen paham. Kemampuan guru sekolah dasar untuk mengembangkan karya inovatif meningkat sebagai hasil dari pendampingan di bidang ini. Hasilnya, 69,84 persen guru mampu menciptakan karya inovatif, sementara 28,57 persen guru mungkin sudah melakukannya tetapi membutuhkan dukungan tambahan. Hanya 1,59 persen dari mereka yang mendaftar tidak dapat mengirimkan karya kreatif mereka untuk koleksi. Guru harus menjalani pelatihan ekstensif untuk menginspirasi siswa mereka untuk menciptakan karya seni baru.
