Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini memberikan beberapa paparan dan indikator mengenai persepsi mahasiswa tentang autonomous learning (pembelajaran mandiri) dalam meningkatan kapasitas berbahasa. Selain itu, penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pandangan dan upaya partisipan meningkatan kapasitas berbahasa araab secara mandiri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan pendekatan Mixd Methods. Dengan mengkombinasikan dua penelitian pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatiuf. Yang bertujuan agar data yang dihasilkkan dapat lebih komprehensif dalam mendalami masalah peneitian. Kuesioner survey yang disusun ini diasopsi dari kuesioner milik Khem Raj Joshi (2011) yang meliputi: learner awareness, self-effort, broader autonomous activities, self-esteem, use of reference materials, motivation, and use of technology in learning. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa siswa memiliki otonomi tingkat tinggi dalam penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Begitu  juga sebaliknya, para siswa dikategorikan sebagai tingkat otonomi yang rendah  berdasarkan indikator motivasi.Kata Kunci : Persepsi, Autounomous Learning, kapasitas bahasa AbstrackThis study provides explanations and indicators regarding students' perceptions of independent learning (Autounomous Learning) in increasing language capacity. Abstract

This study aims to provide several exposures and indicators regarding student perceptions of autonomous learning in increasing the students’ language capacity. In addition, this research is expected to be able to describe several views and in-depth efforts of the participants in increasing their language capacity independently. Mixed-Method was utilized in this study in order to enrich the data both quantitative and qualitative. As a result, the data generated can be more comprehensive in exploring the problem. For quantitative data, the questionnaire was adopted from Khem Raj Joshi (2011) which includes: learner awareness, self-effort, broader autonomous activities, self- esteem, use of reference materials, motivation, and use of technology in learning. Furthermore, for qualitative data, the interview was gathered in order to know the students' arguments related to their reason for being autonomous learners based on the questionnaire. The result of the study found that students have a high level of autonomy in the use of technology in learning. Vice versa, the students categorize as a low level of autonomy based on the indicator of motivation in which they are seldom to give the reward for themselves.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI jurusan IPS Madrasah Aliyah di Kecamatan Praya. Desain penelitian ini adalah expost facto dengan jenis penelitian assosiatif. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier ganda. Hasil penelitian Madrasah Aliyah di Kecamatan Praya menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ketuntasan belajar siswa sebesar 90,05%; (2) kedisiplinan belajar siswa tergolong rendah dengan rata-rata 44,39; (3) kemandirian belajar siswa tergolong rendah dengan rata-rata 55,23; (4) kedisiplinan belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa (thitung=5,22; α=0,00), dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 28,1%; (5) kemandirian belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa (thitung= 2,36; α=0,02), dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 21,2%; dan  (6) kedisiplinan dan kemandirian belajar secara bersamaan berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa (Fhitung=47,21; α=0,00), dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 29,6%.Kata Kunci : Kedisiplinan Belajar, Kemandirian Belajar, dan Hasil Belajar

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the implementation of online-based Arabic learning in the new normal era at MAN 1 Muaro Jambi. This research was conducted at MAN 1 Muaro Jambi in January-March 2021. This type of research was descriptive qualitative with phenomenological research type. The data from this study were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation as supporting data from the results of observations and interviews. The results of this study indicated that the implementation of online-based Arabic learning was carried out quite well, namely before the implementation of learning the teacher makes a lesson plan. In practice, the teacher used the madrasah e-learning application and whatsapp, the method used was the lecture and assignment method, The media used were pdf and photos of learning materials, the assessment carried out was an integrative assessment, which was a combination of knowledge, attitudes, and skills assessments. However, there were obstacles in the implementation of online-based Arabic learning, where there were students who did not have a device, the inability of students to buy quotas, the unstable internet network, there were many tasks that given by the teacher, the teacher found it was difficult to observe student development, and the lack of learning methods. The supporters of the implementation of online-based Arabic learning were the provision of free learning quota subsidies for students who did not have a device to ride with their friends or make assignments to madrasah so that there was an increase in the quality of teachers in utilizing technology.

Abstract

Human Computer Interaction (HCI) research and in particular usability aspects for cardiovascular disease (CVD) health monitoring application in the developing countries have been an underresearch phenomenon. In the era of digitization, heart patients are relying more on cardiovascular disease (CVD) health monitoring applications on mobile devices to monitor their hearts’ conditions. In order for the applications to be usable by the CVD patients, several usability aspects such as ease of use, learnability, effectiveness, flexibility and attitude of users are imperative in determining the usability of the applications. This research investigates the integration of usability aspects into CVD health monitoring application by usability engineers and system developers. This research employs Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method on usability aspects of CVD health monitoring applications. This research proposes a conceptual model called the Usability of Cardiovascular Health Monitoring Application Model (uCALM). The model aims to improve the usability aspects of CVD health monitoring application for the benefits of the patients and their cardiologists.

Abstract

This study describes nature-based learning as an offer of new learning outside the classroom for Arabic learning at the Jambi City Natural School to implement independent learning in Indonesia. Field research used a qualitative approach rooted in natural settings as data integrity. Well, interviews, observations, and documentation as a comprehensive data collection technique. The findings of the research, which located at the al-Fath natural school in Jambi, show that nature-based fig language learning is carried out by (1) an integrative curriculum of three curricula: Nature, Integrated Islam, and the National Education by applying the spirit of independent learning and make nature. 2) outdoor class based on contextual approach with the application of the saung mode backpacker and live-in. Program career days and Quran week used active learning methods Implemented in Arabic learning. 3). Supporting factors: open learning places and teachers applying various variations of teaching methods. Furthermore, the inhibiting factors: the use of big themes, combining Arabic language material with other materials, teacher competence, and parental cooperation. Arabic based on an integrative curriculum is a new paradigm in outdoor class-based Arabic learning, which is currently primarily taught in class as a unit of mainstream language learning theory.

Abstract

My Pertamina is a form of Pertamina service in the form of a mobile-based application to make it easier for people to fill up fuel without using cash. The My Pertamina application began to be implemented by the Government since July 1, 2022, but its users are still a little visible in the fact that there are still few queues of people at the non-cash section of the post office and in reverse where people are still happy to stand in long queues with cash or without using the My Pertamina application. Community acceptance of the My Pertamina application is one of the factors that supports the continued use of the application. To find out the community's acceptance of the My Pertamina application, this research uses the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) method, the TAM method consists of three perceptions, namely (i) perception of user convenience (PP), (ii) perception of usefulness (PK), and (iii) technology acceptance (PT). The data collection method uses a quantitative method by using a questionnaire as a tool to collect data on 50 users of the My Pertamina application in all SPBUs in Kota Kayuagung. The validity test shows that every question from the questionnaire is declared valid, the reliability test shows that the questionnaire is consistent and worthy of use, the user convenience perception variable has an average value of 4.48, the usefulness perception variable has an average value of 4.52, and the technology acceptance variable has a value an average of 4.49, this shows that respondents who have used the My Pertamina application have the perception of having received technology from using the My Per-tamina application. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know the influence of work communication on employee performance, the effect of working environment on employee performance and the effect of jointly working communication and working environment on employee's performance at the office of Camat Air beetle Banyuasin. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques in research are on the questionnaire, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this study used multiple regression analyses treated with the SPSS software method with multiple linear regression equations Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 + e. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been outlined in the previous chapter, it can be concluded as follows (1) Partial work communication is significantly significant to the performance of office staff Camat Air beetle Banyuasin. Through the results of calculations that have been obtained a significant level of 0.013 and smaller than 0.05 and T count (2.601) > T table (1.685) meaning hypotheses accepted, (2) in partial work environment significantly affect the performance of office officers Camat Air Beetle Banyuasin, through the results of calculations that have been obtained significantly the level of 0.000 and smaller than 0.05 and T count (3,918) > T table (1.685) means the hypothesis received , (3) together (simultaneous) work communication and the working environment is positive and significant to the performance of office Camat Air beetle Banyuasin. Through the results of calculations that have been obtained a significant level of 0.001 and smaller than 0.05 and F count > F table (8.819 > 3.156) means the hypothesis was accepted. Keywords: Work Communication, Work Environment, Employee Performance ABSTRAK Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Komunikasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dan Pengaruh Secara Bersama-Sama Komunikasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Camat Air Kumbang Banyuasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian teridiri atas kuisioner, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini digunakan analisis regresi berganda yang diolah dengan metode perangkat lunak SPSS dengan persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 + e. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah diuraikan pada bab sebelumnya, dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut (1) Secara parsial Komunikasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Camat Air Kumbang Banyuasin. Melalui hasil perhitungan yang telah di lakukan diperoleh taraf signifikan sebesar 0,013 dan lebih kecil dari  0,05 dan t hitung  (2,601) > t tabel (1,685)  artinya hipotesis diterima, (2) Secara parsial Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai Kantor Camat Air Kumbang Banyuasin, Melalui hasil perhitungan yang telah di lakukan diperoleh taraf signifikan sebesar 0,000 dan lebih kecil dari  0,05 dan t hitung  (3.918) >  t tabel (1,685) artinya hipotesis diterima, (3) Secara bersama-sama (Simultan)  Komunikasi kerja dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Camat Air Kumbang Banyuasin. Melalui hasil perhitungan yang telah di lakukan diperoleh taraf signifikan sebesar 0,001 dan  lebih kecil dari  0,05 dan f hitung > f tabel (8,819> 3,156)  artinya hipotesis diterima. Kata Kunci : Komunikasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

Keterampilan menulis yang dilakukan pada siswa kelas V sekolah dasar adalah menulis karangan deskripsi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi siswa yaitu siswa kesulitan dalam menuangkan ide pikirannya dalam sebuah karangan dan kesulitan merangkai kata. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesulitan siswa dalam menulis karangan dan faktor penyebab terjadinya kesulitan pada siswa kelas V di Gugus V Kecamatan Praya Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesulitan menulis karangan siswa pada aspek isi gagasan yaitu kesulitan dalam mengungkapkan isi pikiran dan menyesuaikan isi gagasan dengan tema. Pada aspek organisasi isi ditemukan kesulitan siswa dalam hal merangkai kata ke dalam kalimat dan keterpaduan kalimat dengan kalimat, dan penulisan paragraf. Pada aspek struktur tata Bahasa ditemukan kesulitan dalam penggunaan huruf kapital dan struktur kalimat yang tidak teratur. Sedangkan pada aspek kerapian tulisan dan diksi ditemukan kesalahan dalam pemilihan kata yang tepat, penggunaan bahasa daerah dan terdapat tulisan yang dicoret. Adapun pada aspek ejaan dan tanda baca, banyak ditemukan kata yang disingkat dan kesalahan dalam penggunaan tanda baca. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kesulitan siswa dalam menulis karangan deskripsi yaitu faktor inernal yaitu kurangnya referensi membaca, minat belajar, motivasi, dan faktor kognisi. Adapun faktor eksternal yaitu faktor guru dan tersedianya sarana dan prasarana.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran pop-up book berbasis kearifan lokal sasak yang valid dan praktis pada pembelajaran muatan lokal kelas 4 SDN 24 Mataram. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Penelitian ini menggunakan 5 tahapan yaitu analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media pop-up book berbasis kearifan lokal sasak mendapatkan persentase 93,7% dengan kriteria sangat valid dari ahli media, persentase 89,70% dengan kriteria sangat valid dari ahli materi, persentase 91,66% dengan kriteria sangat praktis dari respon guru, persentase 90,9% dengan kriteria sangat praktis dari respon peserta didik pada uji coba kelompok kecil dan hasil persentase respon siswa pada uji coba kelompok besar mendapat hasil 96,09% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian pengembangan media pop-up book berbasis kearifan lokal pada materi keberagaman suku sasak kelas IV yang dilakukan melalui 5 tahapan dapat dinyatakan telah sangat valid dan sangat praktis sehingga dapat digunakan di dalam kelas.
