Abstract

Oral health in Indonesia is still a health problem that needs attention. Based on the 2018 Basic Health Research (Riskesdas), it is reported that the prevalence of oral and dental problems in Indonesia is still very high. The above can be caused by the lack of knowledge and lack of awareness of the Indonesian population towards dental hygiene, to overcome oral health problems in Indonesia Training of Trainers for teachers and parents for 21-day morning and night brushing activities teaches children and adults about the benefits of good oral hygiene and shows them how to brush their teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste to realize caries-free Indonesia in 2030. This activity is held online through the zoom application. The target participants were elementary school and inclusive school students aged 7-12 years, 10 parents and 10 teachers at SD Al Azhar Kelapa Gading Surabaya. The mechanism of the activity is “Training of Trainer” (TOT) for students and parents, showing that Training of Trainer activities on teachers and parents of SD Al Azhar Kelapa Gading Surabaya students can increase their knowledge and awareness on oral health.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has created new opportunities for modernizing the agricultural sector, particularly in the early detection and classification of plant diseases based on digital images. A Computer Vision-based approach has emerged as an effective solution, as it enables the automation of visual analysis that was previously reliant on manual observation. In this study, a method based on Fusion Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) is proposed, combining the strengths of ResNet and DenseNet architectures to produce more robust and discriminative feature representations. In addition, this research integrates an Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) technique using Grad-CAM to provide visual interpretations of the model’s decisions, thereby enhancing user trust in the developed system. The dataset used consists of three main classes of chili leaf conditions: Bacterial Spot, Curl Virus, and Healthy. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed model achieves excellent performance, with an accuracy of 98%. Further analysis through the classification report indicates that the Healthy class attains perfect performance, with precision, recall, and f1-score all reaching 1.00. Meanwhile, the Bacterial Spot class achieves a recall of 1.00 and an f1-score of 0.97, indicating the model’s capability to correctly identify all samples in this class. The Curl Virus class also shows strong performance, with a precision of 1.00, recall of 0.95, and f1-score of 0.97. Overall, the macro average and weighted average f1-scores both reach 0.98, reflecting the model’s stability and consistency across all classes. Furthermore, the implementation of Grad-CAM is able to highlight specific regions on chili leaves that contribute to the model’s predictions, providing deeper insight into the disease patterns recognized by the model. This not only enhances interpretability but also supports visual validation by users. Therefore, this study demonstrates that the combination of Fusion CNN and Grad-CAM is not only effective in improving classification accuracy but also ensures transparency in the decision-making process, making it highly suitable for intelligent decision-support systems in precision agriculture

Abstract

Mushroom species identification based on digital images remains challenging due to high visual similarity among species and the limitations of manual identification. This study proposes a Hybrid Fusion Deep Learning classification system that integrates two Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architectures, DenseNet201 and MobileNetV3Large, as feature extractors through feature-level fusion. The novelty of this research lies in the complementary integration of two CNN architectures not previously combined for mushroom classification, further coupled with Random Forest as the final classifier to improve stability and generalization. The dataset comprises 2,573 images of five mushroom classes from Kaggle, split at 70:15:15 (training: 1,801; validation: 386; testing: 386 images). Preprocessing includes resizing to 224×224 pixels, pixel normalization, and data augmentation. Evaluation was conducted using stratified 5-fold cross-validation, with accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and AUC metrics. The proposed model achieves a validation accuracy of 95.53%, with micro-average AUC = 0.9961 and macro-average AUC = 0.9951. Compared to single-model baselines (DenseNet201: 91.45%; MobileNetV3Large: 89.73%), the proposed method demonstrates significant improvement. These findings confirm that the hybrid fusion approach effectively enhances mushroom image classification and has strong potential for computer vision-based biological identification in food safety and biodiversity conservation.

Abstract

Pemberlakuan KUHP 2023 sebagai sistem hukum pidana baru di Indonesia memerlukan mekanisme penyaluran informasi hukum yang cepat dan akurat. Namun kompleksitas regulasi dan keterbatasan akses informasi menjadi kendala utama bagi masyarakat di dalam memahami sistem hukum baru yang berlaku. Penelitian ini mengembangkan chatbot berbasis RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) untuk mengoptimalkan Large Language Model dengan menyediakan konteks informasi hukum pidana dari KUHP 2023. Sistem RAG dibangun melalui tahapan parsing dokumen, chunking per-pasal, indexing, embedding menggunakan Qwen3Embedding, penyimpanan vektor ke ChromaDB, dan retrieval konteks relevan. Model LLM Qwen2.5 melalui Ollama menghasilkan respons akurat berdasarkan konteks yang diperoleh. Chatbot diintegrasikan ke Telegram untuk kemudahan akses. Evaluasi menggunakan RAGAs menunjukkan nilai faithfulness 0.825 dan context precision 0.947, mengindikasikan kemampuan sistem memberikan respons akurat dan relevan. Pengujian Black Box Testing memvalidasi seluruh fungsi chatbot berjalan optimal. Secara keseluruhan sistem terbukti dapat diandalkan untuk menyalurkan informasi hukum pidana KUHP 2023.

Abstract

The problem in this research is that the manual signature verification process is still widely used. However, this method is prone to human error and is highly subjective, so its accuracy in distinguishing genuine and fake signatures is not optimal. The pattern recognition extraction process in signatures uses the Alexnet algorithm. This study uses a digital signature image dataset consisting of two classes, with 90 images per class. Furthermore, the signature pattern recognition extraction process based on digital images can be performed using the Alexnet model. The purpose of this paper is to help classify signature types, which can facilitate the medical treatment process. The analysis uses deep learning with Python tools. Explicitly, the total sample size in Figure "Distribution of Classes in Training, Validation, and Testing Data" (image_98f1fc.png) shows that the number of samples for the 'full_forg' class is fewer than for the 'full_org' class. Although the model performs very well on the minority class, the presence of perfect recall for the 'full_org' class will be interesting to observe.

Abstract

Penggunaan hak tanggungan dimulai dengan pemegang hak tanggungan yang memiliki otoritas untuk mengatur proses tersebut secara langsung, tanpa perlu melibatkan lembaga hukum. Artinya, pemegang hak tanggungan dapat melaksanakan lelang hak tanggungan tanpa campur tangan majelis hukum. Penelitian ini berfokus pada prinsip keadilan dalam penegakan hak tanggungan di sistem hukum Indonesia, dengan fokus pada pelaksanaan jaminan hipotek. Dalam konteks ini, ditekankan bahwa ekuitas memandang hak debitur sebagai kewajiban kreditur dan sebaliknya, memungkinkan keduanya untuk menerima bagian yang adil. Prinsip keadilan ini sejalan dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila yang menegaskan hak setiap individu untuk hidup layak, bekerja, dan memperoleh penghasilan. Meskipun prinsip ini mendasari hukum Indonesia, terdapat kekosongan hukum yang dapat mengakibatkan ketidakadilan dalam pelaksanaan jaminan hipotek. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar pemerintah memperbarui atau mengubah Undang-Undang Hak Tanggungan untuk memastikan perlindungan hukum yang lebih baik bagi debitur dan kreditur, sehingga pelaksanaan hak tanggungan dapat mencerminkan prinsip keadilan dan pemerataan.

Abstract

The stability of the banking sector is crucial for economic development, yet resolving Non-Performing Loans (NPL) often faces severe legal hurdles during corporate bankruptcy. This article analyzes the normative conflict in Indonesia's legal framework, specifically between collateral laws that guarantee immediate execution rights (parate executie) and Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations. The objective of this study is to examine how Articles 56 and 59 of the Bankruptcy Law restrict the execution rights of secured creditors (separatist creditors) through a 90-day stay period and a strict two-month execution limit. This research uses a normative legal method with statute and case approaches, analyzed through the Economic Analysis of Law and John Rawls's Theory of Justice. The findings indicate that the current bankruptcy regime structurally limits the rights of secured creditors, often forcing the surrender of collateral to the receiver (kurator), where auction proceeds are significantly reduced by bankruptcy costs and receiver fees. This legal uncertainty slows down credit distribution and increases systemic financial risks. The article concludes that reformulating the bankruptcy legal framework is necessary to restore equitable execution rights for secured creditors, ensuring a balanced approach between corporate rescue mechanisms and creditor protection.

Abstract

Gender has become quite an interesting and unique topic of conversation from time to time. The pros and cons behind gender equality are never ending and can be thoroughly discussed from various perspectives. If viewed from an ownership perspective, this is closely related to supervisory ability which is studied through gender. So far, ownership structure has long been used as a proxy for good corporate finance (GCG). Apart from that, according to agency theory, the ownership structure is considered capable of preventing and eliminating agency costs. This research is a comparative study that compares People's Economic Banks (BPR) which are owned by women with BPRs owned by men only (which do not have a female composition). The research was conducted at BPR in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province. The analytical tool used is the t test (difference test) with two independent samples. The results show that there is no difference in profitability and efficiency in terms of gender. This research provides recommendations for companies to consider the presence of women as an important resource in the decision-making process and efforts to improve business performance.
