Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of parents in the development of children's Ahlakul Karimah during the Covid-19 period for students, and describe what factors influence changes in children's morale during the Covid-19 period for students at school.The research method used in writing this thesis. This type of research is a qualitative type by analyzing the phenomena and meanings contained in Akhlakul karimah. The data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation, then the data were analyzed in several steps (1) utiliting (2) categorizing (3) data intervention, then the data was validated by (1) time extension (2) observation (3) tringulation. The results of the study show that the role of parents in the formation of children's character during the Covid-19 era is the change in attitudes and behavior that is good for students, as well as the formation of the values of honesty, discipline and responsibility, children maintain health in facing the future. Covid-19. Meanwhile, the teacher's strategy in dealing with the factors that influence changes in children's morals during the Covid-19 period is that parents and schools do not make Covid-19 an obstacle to accustom students to good behavior but work together to provide reinforcement in instilling morals in students not only by giving assignments and Submit assignments at the agreed time. However, instill the habit of honesty, discipline and responsibility.

Abstract

Kelas Ibu Hamil (KIH) Resiko Tinggi Kehamilan (Restikol) is a means for learning about health, especially related to pregnancy, in the form of face-to-face and in groups that aim of improving the knowledge and skills of pregnant women. KIH is actively running in Lampung Provinsi particularly in Lampung Selatan Regency. There are 27 Puskesmas and 297 groups. Health workers who are directly involved in the implementation of the KIH are 1513 with the highest number of health workers 652 midwives. This KIH activity is difficult to do, especially during a pandemic, with limited face-to-face activities, other means are needed to support KIH. By utilizing a smartphone-based application, KIH activities can be continued. The application is built by the SCRUM method and uses the flutter framework.

Abstract

The educational facility standards in Indonesia do not meet regional needs. A strategic design aligned with regional demographics is necessary. This research aims to create verified standardized designs for educational facility services. The research uses quantitative methods with formal schools at junior high school level in Lampung Province as the research object. The research uses documentation data with secondary data analysis techniques and descriptive statistics. The research results denote (1) educational services condition facilitated by the government in Lampung Province for junior high school level according to Ministry of Education criteria is 16.20%, while according to BSN criteria is 38.87%. The amount of junior high school level standard, both according to Permendiknas and BSN criteria, is stated undersupply. (2) The standard design used is Utami version (2023), modified according to Ministry of Education and BSN criteria, using threshold changes and number of school-age population. The design is equipped with school type criteria: type A, B, and C. (3) Implementation results indicate that if the government maximizes the junior high school facilities with type A relatively then it can be declared as capable of meeting the standard needs for the number of schools, even without the involvement of private schools. Keyword: Educational facility; Service standards; Design; Junior high school; Lampung province

Abstract

Pregnant Women Class (KIH) is meant to learn together about health for pregnant women, in the form of face-to-face in groups that aim to improve their knowledge and skills. To see it’s the effectiveness of implementation as an effort to develop KIH, it is necessary to evaluate the implementation of KIH. Type of research Evaluation with an evaluation model used to find CIPP which aims to find the Context, Inputs, Processes, and Products of KIH. The technique of collecting data was using study documentation, in-depth interview, observation, and active participation, using a research protocol. Data analysis by data validity and classifying data according to focus and research questions, combining data in the form of matrices or tables and triangulation strategies to describe the results of the analysis and research findings. The results of the evaluation, objectives, process, and implementation of the KIH as a whole have been carried out, but not all activities are by the implementation guidelines that have been set. The focus of activities is not appropriate and requires improvement by evaluation standards, namely the formulation of objectives, setting targets, infrastructure, and the KIH implementation team of facilitators. Recommendations for the implementing team should come from Interprofessional Collaboration (IPC), in the process of implementing the KIH it is expected and suitable with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), the need to develop KIH model that is needed for high-risk pregnant women.

Abstract

There are many traditional fish dishes, including steamed, fried, boiled, then mixed with shrimp paste/sambal/tempoyak/mango sauce/pineapple sauce and topped with various cooked vegetables/fresh vegetables. Protein requirements ideally, teenage boys need 70 to 75 grams of protein per day, and adolescent girls need 65 grams of protein per day by eating fortified, fortified, or modified foods that contain high-protein ingredients. Snakehead fish (Channa striata), including freshwater fish, includes relatively high protein and complete essential amino acids. This study aimed to analyze the sensory characteristics and nutritional value of Sambal Seruit made from snakehead fish. The method of this study used experiments where snakehead fish, a local food, was added to produce the most popular harpoon. The treatment was a complete randomized block design (RCD) with three replications. Observations included sensory tests of color, smell, texture, taste, and general acceptance using hedonic and proximate test methods. The data analysis shows the evaluation results in the form of tables and graphs for the mean of each Sambal composition: Snakehead F1 (30%:70%), F2 (40%:60%), F3 (50%:50%)—The acceptance of panelists based on the Likert scale of color value. Panelists prefer Formula 2, Formula 2 based on aroma value, and Formula 3 based on taste. The proportion of snakehead fish in the seruit chili sauce formula, the higher it is, the higher the nutritional value of the seruit chili sauce.

Abstract

Kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam program perencanaan persalinan dan pencegahan komplikasi (P4K) dapat ditingkatkan dengan penguatan pengetahuan tentang resiko tinggi dalam kehamilan melalui edukasi di kelas ibu hamil. Untuk mengatasi kurang aktifnya mengikuti kelas ibu hamil yang dilaksanakan secara klasikal, perlu diberikan alternatif mengikuti kelas ibu hamil melalui aplikasi berbasis Android. Tujuan penelitian melihat efektifitas Aplikasi-RESTIKOL.App terhadap pengetahuan dan kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam program perencanaan persalinan dan pencegahan komplikasi (P4K) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Iring Mulyo Kota Metro Tahun 2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif Quasi Experiment, rancangan post-test only control group design. Populasi 120 ibu hamil, didasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi dengan sampel penelitian 64 ibu hamil yang dibagi menjadi kelompok intervensi dan kontrol. Kelompok intervensi diberikan edukasi melalui aplikasi. Analisis data univariat menggunakan rumus mean (rata-rata), analisis bivariat menggunakan Independent T-test. Hasil aplikasi kelas ibu hamil lebih efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil p-value 0,000 dan kepatuhan ibu dalam perencanaan persalinan dan pencegahan komplikasi (P4K) p-value 0,000 dibandingkan dengan kelas ibu hamil klasikal. Edukasi melalui aplikasi kelas ibu hamil lebih efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kepatuhan ibu dalam P4K. Disarankan kepada bidan melakukan pengembangan cara edukasi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan melalui media aplikasi.

Abstract

The primary objective of this research is to comprehensively identify and recommend an effective business marketing strategy tailored to enhance product sales through digital platforms for Juragan Banana, a business located in Pangkep Regency. The research methodology employed is descriptive qualitative research, encompassing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation of the research subject. The gathered data is subsequently subjected to a thorough analysis utilizing the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis framework. Upon delving into the outcomes of the study, it becomes evident that Juragan Banana Business has strategically positioned itself in the Aggressive quadrant through the application of a growth-oriented strategy. This positioning is deemed highly favorable, as indicated by the SWOT analysis. The business has leveraged its strengths to overcome weaknesses, seize opportunities, and mitigate potential threats. The execution of a Marketing Strategy has played a pivotal role in aligning with the growth-oriented strategy, creating a conducive environment for the business to thrive. By continuing to implement and fine-tune this strategic approach, Juragan Banana Business is well-positioned to not only sustain its current growth trajectory but also to expand its reach, fostering an environment conducive to achieving maximum progress. The growth-oriented strategy, coupled with the effective implementation of marketing strategies, provides a solid foundation for ongoing success and development within the dynamic landscape of digital platforms and sales optimization.

Abstract

Street level bureaucracy is one of the main elements in providing public services in dealing with the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research specifically aims to identify the revitalization of the role of Ballaparang Sub District and Gunung Sari Sub District officials, Rappocini District, Makassar Municipality in providing government administration services and other services to the community during the implementation period of the new normal policy. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The results of the research show that the Ballaparang and Gunung Sari Sub District officials have demonstrated good abilities in responding to and overcoming problems in the delivery of public services in the new normal era and challenges from the aspects of efficiency, effectiveness and fairness in the delivery of public services can be overcome.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Upaya agar kader dapat menyampaikan informasi pada masyarakat tentang pentinynya Pemberian Makan pada Bayi dan Anak (PMBA) secara maksimal. Perlu diberikan pelatihan pada kader dengan metode pembelajaran yang aktif, yaitu discovery learning yang dapat mempercepat pemahaman atau peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan. Tujuan: Untuk mengkaji efektivitas pelatihan dengan metode discovery learning terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan penyuluhan kader tentang PMBA. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan rancangan quasi eksperimen dengan nonequivalent control group design dan pos test -only control group design. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan pada kader dengan menggunakan metode discovery learning pada bulan Juni-Oktober 2022 di Puskesmas Karang anyar Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Jumlah sampel 60 kader. Analisis data bivariat menggunakan uji T-Test Independen. Hasil: Hasil analisis uji statistik menunjukkan ada perbedaan (lebih efektif) metode discovery learning dibandingkan metode konvensional dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan penyuluhan kader tentang PMBA (p-value 0,001). Simpulan: Percepatan peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan memberikan penyuluhan kader tentang PMBA dengan metode discovery learning dapat menjadi pilihan bagi tenaga kesehatan, karena lebih efektif. The Effect of Training with the Discovery Learning Learning Method Increases Health Worker' (Kader) in Abilities about feeding Infants and Toddlers Background: Efforts for health worker to convey information to the public about the importance of optimal feeding of infants and children. It is necessary to provide training to health worker with active learning methods, namely discovery learning which can accelerate understanding or increase knowledge and skills. Purpose: To examine the effectiveness of training using the discovery learning method on knowledge and counseling skills regarding feeding infants and children. Methods: The study used a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design and post-test -only control group design. The research was conducted by providing training to health worker using the discovery learning method in June-October 2022 at the Karang Anyar Community Health Center, South Lampung Regency. The number of samples is 60 health worker. Bivariate data analysis used the Independent T-Test. Results: Statistical test analysis showed that there was a difference (more effective) with the discovery learning method compared to conventional methods in increasing the knowledge and skills of health worker in counseling about feeding infants and children (p-value 0,001). Conclusion: Accelerating the increase in knowledge and skills in providing counseling to health worker about IYCF with the discovery learning method can be an option for health workers, because it is more effective.

Abstract

Introduction: High risks of pregnancy, such as anemia, chronic energy deficiency, and hypertension at risk of emergencies, can be prevented. However, its prevalence is still high. This situation is triggered by a low of information and low knowledge of pregnant women. Purpose: This study was to analyze the effect of the knowledge level of pregnant women with the incidence of anemia, chronic energy deficiency, weight gain, and hypertension as a high risk of pregnancy. Method: A cross-sectional study was used to design this study involving 74 pregnant women selected according to inclusion criteria. A questionnaire measuring tool to collect data on the mother's level of knowledge about the high risk of pregnancy and the incidence of high risk of pregnancy: anemia, lack of protein-energy, weight gain, and hypertension. Analysis of bivariate data using a chi-square test with a confidence level of 0.05. Results: Low knowledge in high-risk pregnant women about one-third (34%), anemia 28.4%, chronic energy deficiency 18.9%, weight gain more than 14.9%, and hypertension 8.1%. Low knowledge of pregnant women affects the incidence of high risk of pregnancy with anemia (p=0.013; OR=3.996), weight gain (p= 0.004; OR=13.44), and chronic energy deficiency (p=0.012; OR=3.778). Meanwhile, the incidence of hypertension does not indicate any association (p = 0.084) Conclusion: Less knowledgeable pregnant women contribute to an increased incidence of high-risk pregnancy and pregnancy complications. Efforts to educate about high-risk and pregnancy complications need to be increased by innovating the development of easy and affordable educational methods, such as online media to increase maternal knowledge. Latar belakang: Risiko tinggi kehamilan, seperti anemia, kekurangan energi kronik dan hipertensi berisiko mengalami kegawatdaruratan, dapat di cegah. Namun, kenyatannya prevalensinya masih tinggi. Keadaan ini dipicu oleh kurang informasi dan pengetahuan kurang pada ibu hamil. Tujuan: Studi ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil dengan kejadian anemia, kekurangan energi kronis, peningkatan berat badan, dan hipertensi sebagai risiko tinggi kehamilan. Metode: Studi cross sectional digunakan sebagai desain penelitian ini yang melibatkan 74 ibu hamil yang dipilih sesuai kriteria inklusi. Alat ukur kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang risiko tinggi kehamilan dan kejadian risiko tinggi kehamilan: anemia, kekurangan energi kronik, penambahan berat badan dan hipertensi. Analisis data bivariat menggunakan uji chi square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 0,05. Hasil: Pengetahun rendah pada ibu hamil risiko tinggi sekitar sepertiga (34%), mengalami anemia 28,4%, kekurangan energi kronik 18,9%, penambahan berat badan lebih 14,9%, dan hipertensi 8,1%. Pengetahuan rendah ibu hamil berpengaruh terhadap kejadian risiko tinggi kehamilan dengan anemia (p=0.013; OR=3.996), kenaikan berat badan (p=0.004; OR=13.44) dan kekurangan energi kronik (p=0.012; OR=3.778). Sedangkan, kejadian hypertensi tidak menunjukkan ada hubungan (p=0.084). Simpulan: Ibu hamil yang berpengetahuan kurang berkontribusi pada kejadian peningkatan kejadian risiko tinggi kehamilan dan komplikasi kehamilan. Upaya edukasi risiko tinggi dan komplikasi kehamilan perlu ditingkatkan dengan inovasi pengembangan metode edukasi yang mudah dan terjangkau, seperti media online untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu.
