Abstract

Learning at Modern Pesantren Al-Zahrah with theory of branches and among the subjects taught is Muthalaah with the Book al-Qiraatu ar-raasyiidah. The Purpose of Muthalaah's Learning in Modern Pesantren Al-Zahrah is a form of reading practice, justifying and enriching the language and deepening Qawaid Nahwu-Sharf. Muthalaah's learning process usually takes place with lecture methods and sometimes some teachers use the Jigsaw method in the learning process. The percentage of outcomes of the learning is 40% of students complete and the remaining 60% unfinished. This is evidenced by the acquisition of their test scores under the category below average. They are not able to answer questions about text content and do not understand certain words. Based on this problem Researchers want to conduct research with the title "Use of STUDY Techniques to improve students' ability in understanding the Book of Al-Qiraatu Ar-Rasyiidah (Experimental Research on Class II MTsS Pesantren Modern Al-Zahrah Bireuen-Aceh)" The purpose of this thesis is to knowing the effectiveness of the students' ability to understand Al-Qiraatu Ar-Rasyiidah book by using STUDY technique and to know the use of STUDY Technique in teaching and learning process of Al-qiraatu Ar-Rasyiidah in Modern Pesantren Al-Zahrah. The research method used, Researchers choose Experimental Research, with data collection methods through Pre test, Post Test Direct observation and Questionnaire. The population of this study is all students of Modern Pesantren Al-Zahrah as many as 1225 students, while the sample Researchers chose class II B as many as 36 students. And The results of research obtained by the researcher that the use of STUDY techniques effective to improve the ability of students in understanding the book Al-Qiraatu Ar-Rasyiidah proven by the acquisition value to 8.82 greater than the value of significance table 5% that is 2.03 and table significance 1 % that is 2.72 and that STUDY technique give positive influence to student in learning book al-qiraatu ar-rasyiidah.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the efforts of Arabic language teachers to improve students' ability in mastering vocabularies. The research method used is descriptive analysis. The data collection technique used is interview with Arabic language teachers. The data analysis techniques in this study use the theory of Miles and Humberman including: Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Drawing Conclusions. Arabic teachers' efforts to improve students' ability in mastering vocabularies consist of three aspects: (1) The use of strategies in vocabularies learning such as teaching vocabularies and making students listen to it, instructing students to repeat vocabulary, displaying pictures to understand the meaning of vocabularies, teaching vocabularies with appropriate songs on certain materials and repeating vocabulary at each class hour (2) The use of methods in vocabulary learning such as giving examples or the teacher displays something in accordance with the vocabularies to understand the vocabularies, playing simple roles, repeating the reading, using a vocabulary command and chain message game. (3) The use of media in vocabulary learning such as printed drawing media, blackboards and textbooks.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the common errors in reading Arabic texts among students and to identify their causes. As for the research method, the researcher used a descriptive analytical method. Observation, interview, and documentation were used to collect data. After the researcher carried out the scientific research, I found that the common mistakes of the learner in reading Arabic texts are divided into two types, namely, grammatical errors and morphological errors. Grammatical errors were the most frequent errors in reading Arabic texts, with a total of 117, with a percentage of 92.12%, and morphological errors, totaling 10, with a percentage of 7,87%. The factors that cause common mistakes in the learner’s reading of Arabic texts consist of several factors, namely lack of knowledge of rules, neglect of rules, unwillingness in the Arabic language and lack of reading Arabic texts.

Abstract

A board bag and the effectiveness of its use in learning writing (experiment research at babun najah islamic boarding school ulee Kareng Banda Aceh). The reasons that motivate researchers to write research, that second grade students MTs, their difficulty in making up the correct use of the Arabic language, because the school does not use the correct media in learning writing. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the use of board bags that enhance the ability of students in learning writing. And the research methods used by the researchers is a research experiment. And the researchers collected data using a pre-test, post-test and direct observation. As for the population in this study were all students Babun Najahand researchers select students in grade II (2) as the control class and II (1) as a experiment class the number of 36 students. The results obtained by researchers is the use of board bags are effective in improving students 'ability in learning writing. And it can be seen that t-test is greater than t-table.

Abstract

The problem of the source of Islamic law is a very urgent matter to be discussed. Given in reality the source of Islamic law is a guideline for all Muslims. Therefore, it is necessary to have the validity of legal sources that have been agreed upon by the fuqaha' so that there are no fatal mistakes in practicing Islamic teachings. This paper will describe the sources of muttafaq Islamic law.

Abstract

The East Pademawu community can be said to be an Islamic society because all its citizens are Muslim. In carrying out economic practices (mu'amalah), quite a few people use sharia contracts. The most popular one is the syirkah contract (Syirkat al-'Inan) with the muza'ra'ah system. In this system, it is often carried out in cooperation in growing tobacco with a Tellon profit sharing system for rice field owners and Tello' Perapat for cultivators. When viewed from the syirkah 'inan, the practices carried out by the people of East Pademawu Village do not violate the provisions of the sharia economic system at all as long as they are carried out with a clear agreement and with the mutual consent of both parties. The approach chosen by the researcher is a qualitative approach which aims to reveal a phenomenon that occurs in the field and is contextual in finding and understanding the practice of distributing Tellon for rice field owners from the perspective of the Syirkah 'Inan contract as part of the sharia economic system.

Abstract

Mediation is an Alternative Dispute Resolution regulated in Law No. 30 of 1999 concerning Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Mediation is divided into two types: mediation in and outside court. Private mediators, both individuals and institutions, handle out-of-court mediation. Meanwhile, mediation in court is regulated by Supreme Court Regulation No. 1 of 2016, which requires mediation before examining the main case, which is handled by judges or non-judge mediators recognized by the state. In Aceh Province, kampong (village) or mukim (collection of several villages) institutions carry out out-of-court mediation through a forum called the Aceh Customary Court. The Acehnese Customary Court has been around for hundreds of years. It continues to exist because it can administer justice cheaply and quickly, with simple procedures, easily accessible resolution forums (customary justice forums) found in the village itself, and able to realize a sense of justice that has been abolished in culture. The local community's law (legal culture) refers to the legal norms that live in society (living law). The Village Head acts as a mediator to encourage the parties to reach a mutual agreement that is a win-win solution to their situation. The legal basis for administering the Acehnese Customary Court is regulated in Aceh Qanun No. 9 of 2008 concerning the Development of Customs and Customs, Aceh Qanun No. 10 of 2008 concerning Traditional Institutions, and Aceh Qanun No. 8 of 2019 Council on Acehnese Customs. The research results show that implementing Acehnese customary justice uses a mediation method, where the peace agreement is made by the parties themselves, facilitated by mediators, in this case, traditional leaders (customary justice providers).

Abstract

Article 72 of Law No.30 of 2004 concerning to the Position of a Notary, as amended by Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning to Amendments to Law No.30 of 2004 concerning to the position of a Notary (hereinafter referred to as the Law on Notary Position and abbreviated as UUJN), states that the duration of position for the Notary Regional Supervisory Council (MPWN) are 3 (three) years, but the duration of notary for the Aceh MPWN, which on 27 September 2020 has alredy turned 3 (three) years, turns out that until 19 May 2021 there has been no replacement for a new MPWN. As a result, there has been a vacuum in the Aceh MPWN for 7.2 months. So it would be interesting if a scientific study was carried out on the effect of the MPWN's vacuum on the effectiveness of the guidance and supervision of Notaries in Aceh. This type of research is included in empirical legal research. The primary data was obtained through field research, by conducting interviews with respondents and several informants. The results of the study revealed that when the Aceh MPWN was vacuumed, there were 2 (two) MPDN recommendations with 2 (two) Notaries indicating violations of the UUJN and/or the Notary Code of Ethics, namely the MPDN for Banda Aceh Municipality and Aceh Besar District. However, due to the vacuum of the Aceh MPWN and its members having been retired, the Aceh MPWN is not authorized to handle and follow up on the recommendations of the two MPDN. The legal consequence is that the guidance and supervision of Notaries is not carried out effectively.

Abstract

Background. The Grammar-Translation Method (GT) and Audio-Lingual Method (ALM) are two main approaches to English language learning that have long been used in Indonesian university settings. GT emphasizes understanding grammatical structures and classical texts, while ALM focuses on repeated practice and the use of audio as a source of language input. Purpose. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Grammar-Translation and Audio-Lingual Methods in English language learning in Indonesian universities, taking into account the views and experiences of lecturers and students. Method. Data were collected through an online survey asking respondents' opinions regarding the effectiveness of GT and ALM in English language learning. The survey included structured questions about respondents' perceptions of these learning methods. Results. Data analysis showed polarized opinions among respondents regarding the effectiveness of GT and ALM. Most respondents saw GT as effective in understanding language structures and classical texts, while ALM was considered effective in improving speaking and listening skills through repeated practice and audio. Conclusion. As a result of this study, it can be concluded that GT and ALM have their own advantages and disadvantages in English language learning in Indonesian universities. Therefore, a holistic and integrated approach that combines elements of both methods can be the most effective approach in preparing students for effective English communication in various contexts.

Abstract

Tujuan pelatihan pada program pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk memberikan pemahaman dan melatih guru SDN melalui Pelatihan Penerapan Manajemen Kemitraan Sekolah dengan Masyarakat SDN di Lahan Basah Kecamatan Banjarmasin Utara. Pelatihan bermakna penting karena pendidikan merupakan tanggung jawab bersama antara orang tua, masyarakat dan pemerintah. Berdasarkan hal itu, pendidikan tidak boleh hanya dibebankan kepada salah satu dari ketiga unsur tersebut. Masyarakat diharapkan peransertanya dalam melaksanakan dan menyelenggarakan pendidikan, terutama dalam mendidik moral, norma, dan etika yang sesuai dengan agama dan kesepakatan masyarakat. Peserta didik belajar di sekolah dalam waktu terbatas, sedangkan waktu terbanyak ada di rumah dan masyarakat. Proses kegiatan kemitraan masyarakat dapat ditempuh melalui lima tahap, yaitu: (1) perencanaan; (2) pelaksanaan; (3) pengecekan tanggapan masyarakat; (4) penilaian dan pengontrolan hasil; (5) pemberian saran kepada pimpinan. Perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program, kegiatan kemitraan masyarakat harus dilakukan secara langsung oleh sekolah yang bersangkutan berserta masyarakat. Dalam pelaksanaannya diperlukan pemberdayaan, khususnya pemberdayaan warga sekolah dan warga masyarakat. Warga sekolah dan warga masyarakat yang berdaya adalah mereka yang mau dan mampu untuk terlibat langsung dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan di sekolah. Masyarakat yang berdaya akan dapat diperankan baik sebagai mitra, sebagai pendukung maupun sebagai pelanggan pendidikan yang cerdas. Akhirnya keuntungan yang dapat dipetik oleh sekolah apabila masyarakatnya sudah berdaya yaitu prestasi siswa.Abstract. The aim of the training in the community service program is to provide understanding and train elementary school teachers through training in implementing school partnership management with the elementary school community in the wetlands of North Banjarmasin District. Training is important because education is a shared responsibility between parents, society and the government. Based on this, education should not only be assigned to one of these three elements. The community is expected to participate in implementing and administering education, especially in educating morals, norms and ethics that are in accordance with religion and community agreements. Students study at school for a limited time, while most of the time is at home and in the community. The process of community partnership activities can be taken through five stages, namely: (1) planning; (2) implementation; (3) checking public responses; (4) assessment and control of results; (5) providing advice to leadership. Planning and implementation of programs and community partnership activities must be carried out directly by the school concerned and the community. In its implementation, empowerment is needed, especially empowerment of school residents and community members. Empowered school residents and community members are those who are willing and able to be directly involved in the implementation of education at school. An empowered community will be able to act both as a partner, as a supporter and as an intelligent customer of education.
