Abstract

The People's Seed Garden (KBR) is a government program to provide multipurpose forest plant seedlings (MPTS) which are carried out independently by community forest farmer groups in rural areas. The background of the KBR development activity is as an effort to plant on critical land or empty land and unproductive forest land inside and outside forest areas. One of the efforts to restore the condition of the critical River Basin Area (DAS), this effort also provides results in the form of wood, sap, fruit, leaves, flowers, fiber, animal feed, and so on. In order to restore, maintain and improve the function of forests and land and improve community welfare, BPDAS-WU Sei Wampu Ular carries out the Development of the People's Seed Garden with the aim of supporting the greening and nature conservation program to improve welfare through efforts to maintain plants that are productive in a relatively short time.

Abstract

The Synergy Farmers Group in Kliwonan Village RT 16 Masaran Sragen, has potential in the agricultural sector, especially vegetable cultivation. There are 20 farmer members utilizing a 1500 meters garden, currently planted with: chili, spinach, eggplant, tomatoes; still planted in wet land. The garden farmer group aims to; (a) meet the need for organic vegetables by utilizing manure. (b) joint gardening efforts can run, working together, in resilience food. Problems: (1) Production aspects include: (a) the number of plant variants is still small, more plant variants are needed considering the land is quite large; (b) land utilization for increasing production capacity, product diversification and fulfillment of organic vegetables. (2) Management aspects include: (a) management of governance to meet the need for organic vegetables, (b) increasing the spirit of joint business, (c) utilization of products from, by and for members, (d) increasing community management through land utilization with hydroponic technology. Solutions with interactive participatory service methods, as well as transfer of technology, knowledge, skills, diffusion of science and technology and entrepreneurship capacity building are framed in e-technology to increase sustainable integrated farming hydroponic production for resilience food. Activity stages: preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, results report and output report. Community service results: (a) increased production capacity, increased income, and production diversification, (b) strengthening entrepreneurial mentality, business management motivation, governance, and marketing.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to formulate the development of an entrepreneurial model to improve students business independence through workshop to equip entrepreneurial knowledge and internships to hone entrepreneurial skills. There were 40 students involved in this research as an experimental test, through workshop activities: business planning and analysis, business model canvas and MSME internship activities to hone skills through making business prototypes and marketing products for the students. Testing through a pretest and post-test is carried out through control group design field experiment approach. Abstract

Traffic assignment under disaster-induced disruptions poses unique challenges, as traditional models often overlook sudden capacity loss and unpredictable demand. This study introduces a disaster-aware Traffic Assignment Problem (TAP) model that integrates a modified Bureau of Public Roads (BPR) cost function, explicitly accounting for effective capacity changes during disasters. The Frank-Wolfe (FW) algorithm is applied to solve the model, chosen for its scalability and convergence properties. A comparative analysis with Simulated Annealing (SA) is also performed across various network sizes and disruption scenarios. Results show that FW consistently delivers near-optimal flow distributions with lower travel costs and faster convergence. While SA exhibits higher variability under tight capacity constraints, FW demonstrates robust stability, particularly in medium to large networks under moderate to severe disruptions. Flow patterns from FW highlight adaptive traffic redistribution, effectively bypassing congested or blocked links. This study is the first to systematically compare Frank-Wolfe and Simulated Annealing under disaster-induced TAP conditions with capacity degradation. Contributions include (1) formulating a disaster-aware TAP model, (2) applying FW to disrupted networks, and (3) validating through structured simulations. Findings suggest that FW offers a reliable optimization tool for real-time traffic reallocation, supporting resilient urban mobility in emergencies.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore the challenges and strategies in implementing post-Covid-19 learning. This study utilizes a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques involve interviews, documentation, and observation of learning activities. The informants involved in this research include subject teachers, school principals, vice principals in charge of student affairs, vice principals in charge of the curriculum, and students. In this study, the Miles and Huberman analysis technique is applied, covering data collection, reduction, presentation, and verification. The research results indicate that schools employ various strategies to address learning loss due to the Covid-19 pandemic. These strategies include individualized learning tailored to the needs of students, enhancing project-based learning, and organizing various forms of training for teachers to improve their pedagogical skills. The presence of the Kurikulum Merdeka has also proven to be a supportive aspect in overcoming post-pandemic learning challenges.

Abstract

Dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan banyaknya sampah yang berserakan di area Masjid Nurul Yaqin terutama sampah plastik seperti botol bekas, kaleng, dan kardus yang sudah tidak terpakai maka perlu adanya solusi dalam menangani limbah plastik anorganik. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan nilai guna barang bekas dan sampah dengan riasan kain flannel. Peserta kegiatan adalah anak TPA Nurul Yaqin di Desa Sugihan. Metode kegiatan dilakukan melalui tahap observasi lokasi pelaksanaan, konseptualisasi kegiatan pelatihan, koordinasi dengan peserta, penyiapan bahan dan alat, program pelatihan, evaluasi rencana dan tindak lanjut, publikasi kegiatan melalui PKM-AI. Hasil kegiatan ini secara nyata adalah peningkatan nilai guna suatu barang bekas sehingga juga dapat mengurangi sampah yang ada dilingkungan desa Sugihan. Tujuan lain dari menghias barang bekas dengan kain flannel ini adalah meningkatkan ide dan inovasi anak serta melatih kreativitas anak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari variabel bebas yaitu kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kepuasan pengguna pada pemakaian sistem SAKTI pada satker KPPN Gorontalo. Data primer diperoleh dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah responden 60 bendara pengeluaran. Pengolahan data menggunakan bantuan program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science), Hasil uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas menunjukan bahwa kuisioner yang digunakan valid dan reliabel. Hasil uji t menunjukan secara parsial variabel bebas mempunyai hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil uji F menunjukan secara simultan variabel bebas mempunyai hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil regresi linear berganda untuk masing-masing variabel bebas adalah positif yang berarti kenaikan variabel bebas akan menaikan variabel terikatnya. Adapun hasil uji regresi linear berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik menunjukan pola distribusi normal, tidak terjadi korelasi diantara variabel bebas dan tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penguatan keterampilan dan kompetensi guru dalam kesiapan menuju SMK berbasis teaching factory, membangun mindset dan konsep teaching factory pada guru SMK dalam rangka meningkatkan pembelajaran berbasis project-based learning. Metode pengabdian menggunakan Participatory Action Research (PAR) tipe ekplanatif dengan tiga langkah kegiatan yaitu identifikasi masalah, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Peserta dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, kepala program, dan guru SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Semarang yang berjumlah 20 orang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan 2 tahap yaitu penyampaian materi dan pelatihan dan pendampingan praktik. Hasil kegiatan ini tahap penyampaian materi 80% peserta sangat memahami pengelolaan pembelajaran PjBL melalui new teaching factory. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pendampingan didapatkan 97,5% peserta siap merancang dan melaksanakan PjBL berbasis teaching factory dalam menuju kesiapan prodi berbasis teaching factory. Rencana tindak lanjut yang diperlukan berikutnya adalah pendampingan dalam pengelolaan dan pelaksanaan PjBL sesuai dengan desain yang telah dibuat oleh guru dan kepala sekolah di kegiatan pengabdian ini.

Abstract

The study aims to learn the learning of music creativity.This research uses qualitative methods of descriptive. The subject of this study was the chief of the Temple, the head of Buddhist youth, and members of the band Vijjadara at the Buddhist temple of Bhumika, precisely in the village of Thekelan. The techniques and data collection instruments used are using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data collection instruments using interview guidelines, observation guidelines, and camera or recording device. The way to guarantee the validity of data obtained through persistent observation, triangulation, member check, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The data obtained is analyzed using the Miles and Huberman method which includes data collection (data collection), data reduction, data presentation (data display), and withdrawal of conclusions or conclusion or verification. The results of the study included three things, namely (a) the process of learning the creativity of the Buddhist youth Thekelan in the band Vijjadara, (b) The creativity gained through the band Vijjadara, and (c) the impact of Thekelan Buddhist youth in the creativity of the group A. The first is concerned with the learning process of music creativity consisting of three phases, namely before (the music personnel prepare the instrument that will be used before the musical practice begins, when (the music personnel did the discussion together afterwards Music exercises and music personnel who are not able to play musical instruments smoothly ask for help to other advisers or personnel), and after the process of learning music creativity (evaluate it together and Back up the instrument that has been used). The results of the second study explained what creativity the young Buddhist youth had acquired through the band Vijjadara. There are two creativity that arises, which is creative work, and the creativity of organizing an event. The creative learning process of the music group Vijjadara has an impact on the growing cognitive sphere (the enhancement of music personnel to the tone ladder), affective (emerging discipline, cooperation, and so forth), psychomotor (increasing the creativity of youth Buddhist Thekelan in the field of music).

Abstract

Around 4 years ago Dwipaloka Monastery in Parakan subdistrict was located in front of Kyai Parak Bambu Runcing Moslem School and their harmonious relationship was very good. That made me so interested in making a deep research about the perspective of students there about Buddhism. This Moslem school is one of the salaf Muslim schools which means the students just only study Islamic knowledge diligently while living side by side with Buddhist people. Therefore, this research is aimed to know about Muslim students' tolerance to Buddhist people and serves a tolerance learning source. This research used a qualitative method with case studies. Techniques and instruments for the data collection were done by interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this research include five things as the tolerance learning source, i.e: (a) the teachers' activities for emphasizing tolerance to the Muslim students; (b) the meaning of tolerance for teachers and Muslim students; (c) Muslim students' knowledge about Buddhism concerning on religious leaders in Buddhism, the name of the holy book in Buddhism, Vesakh, and the Buddha's teaching; (d) the range of Muslim students’' tolerance; and (e) Muslim students' tolerance base on theory, textual, and practice.
