Abstract

While not particularly prominent in broader interfaith dialogues, the Buddhist-Muslim relationship is a tangible reality in the Kaloran community, Temanggung. This qualitative study aims to explore the Buddhist-Muslim relationship through the local wisdom that has developed in the community. Data was collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and focus group discussions (FGD). The collected data was then subjected to descriptive synthesis analysis. The relationship between Buddhist and Muslim communities can be fostered through local wisdom as part of implementing living religious values. This local wisdom is divided into three thematic groups: 1) local wisdom without text, in the form of expressions or wisdom that serve as principles and guidelines for the life of a multicultural society; 2) local wisdom in the form of ritual symbols that serve as a medium for dialogue in a multicultural society; and 3) local wisdom in the form of performing arts that serve as a medium for dialogue in a multicultural society. Based on the sociology of religion approach and lived religion, local wisdom is part of the flexible media used by the Buddhist community to maintain relations with Muslims. This local wisdom serves as a medium for relations in order to maintain the harmonious life of a multicultural society.

Abstract

Pondasi diletakkan pada tanah keras dengan perhitungan prinsip daya dukung ujung atau tahanan geser apabila tanah keras tersebut tidak mengalami perubahan yang nyata terhadap kedalaman tanah. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan dua metode yang berbeda, yaitu metode analisis numerik dan metode elemen hingga. Metode analisis numerik yang digunakan adalah metode Reese & O'neil, Brom, dan Poulus & Davis. Sedangkan metode analisis elemen hingga dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak PLAXIS 2D V8.6. Tujuan analisis ini adalah untuk menentukan besarnya kapasitas dukung pondasi bored pile dan membandingkannya dengan hasil analisis menggunakan metode numerik. Pada analisis ini terdapat variasi tiang pancang yang mendukung gaya vertical, gaya lateral dan momen yang berbeda. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan kapasitas kelompok tiang pancang yang diijinkan lebih besar dari tegangan penggerak, prediksi matri segera dan konsolidasi sebesar 0,07m tahun, dalam umu layanan bangunan lebih dari 60 tahun, tinggi badan sebesar 0,03m dan nilai kruntuntuhan blok pondasi 4,50>1.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, work discipline, work motivation, workload, and transformational leadership on employee performance at Puskesmas Magelang Regency. The descriptive quantitative method was used in this research. The number of samples is 8% of the employees of all Puskesmas, about 137 employees. Data collection technique used google form online questionnaire from October - November 2022. Data analysis using the Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) technique with SmartPLS 3.0 Software analysis tool. This study found that work environment and work motivation significantly affected employee performance. Then, the workload and transformational leadership also significantly impact employee performance. Only work discipline did not have a significant effect on employee performance. The Four variables together significantly affect employee performance except for work discipline. Puskesmas leadership and other stakeholders need to pay attention to these four variables to increase the performance of Puskesmas employees, which will also affect Puskesmas performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how MSMEs engaged in batik artisan business in Surakarta decide whether to adopt QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) as a digital payment method, based on their perceptions of the advantages, convenience, and risk. The study used a correlational design with a quantitative approach. This study uses primary data that was gathered from 100 batik artisan MSME owners utilizing a four-point Likert scale questionnaire. SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square) was used for data analysis. The findings show that MSME decisions to use QRIS are significantly influenced by perceived benefits and convenience. This shows that MSMEs feel the benefits, convenience, and benefits of using QRIS. Meanwhile, risk perception does not have a significant effect. This shows that the decision to use QRIS is not influenced by risk perception. Thus, the findings of this study offer an understanding of the elements that affect the adoption of QRIS and form the basis for further security and education improvements regarding the adoption of QRIS as a digital payment system among MSMEs.

Abstract

One of the problems in Pundung Hamlet is the lack of street lighting, so the KKN 032 Program in Pundung Hamlet aims to solve the problem of street lighting with solar-powered PJU lights to increase security. In addition, teaching Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA) in elementary schools to add insight to children in elementary schools to add insight to children, socialization of Digital Marketing and UMKM rebranding, and socialization of Trap Barrier to increase agricultural yields. Activities took place January 11 - February 11, 2024, focusing on improving community welfare, knowledge, and skills. The methods used include preparation of work plans, program implementation, and evaluation. The survey results showed problems with street lighting and potential accidents. The solution is the use of solar-powered PJU lights. In addition, there are TOGA teaching activities in elementary schools, socialization of Digital Marketing and UMKM rebranding, and Trap Barrier socialization for farmers. Hopefully, this program will improve the welfare, business knowledge, and image of Pundung Hamlet, involving active participation of students in community development evenly and thoroughly.

Abstract

The Magang dan Studi Independen Bersertifikat (MSIB) program, initiated by Indonesia’s Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology in 2021, provides students with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in the professional world. This study aims to determine the impact of MSIB on the personal development of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS) students in 2023. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation involving 10 UMS participants. Thematic descriptive analysis, validated through data triangulation, revealed significant positive impacts on students’ personal growth. The category of improved personal development is divided into four, namely: 1) improved personal development in working knowledge, 2) improved personal development in work skills, 3) improved personal development in work commitment, and 4) improved personal development in professional relationships. This research highlights MSIB’s role in fostering student development and bridging academic learning with industry demands, positioning it as a transformative higher education model.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of educational transformation in the digital era on students during the learning process and the dynamics of education at the university level. A qualitative approach is used to collect data from FKIP students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Data collected from interviews and observations will be analyzed using the thematic analysis method, which identifies, analyzes, and reports relevant patterns or key themes relating to the challenges and opportunities faced by students in educational transformation. Thematic analysis is conducted interactively, with data grouped into thematic categories to identify key relationships and patterns relating to challenges and opportunities in digital education. This research will provide valuable insights into how the role of digital technology in education affects the dynamics of student learning and the implications for providing education that is more adaptive and responsive to individual needs. Digital education has great potential to not only increase flexibility in learning time and location but also enable the development of age-relevant skills, such as technological literacy, online collaboration, and critical thinking. Educational institutions play a key role in supporting this transformation, particularly through investment in adequate infrastructure and reliable internet access, as well as ongoing training for educators to increase capacity in digital learning management.

Abstract

The background of this research is the fading of Pancasila character values in Indonesian students, causing various problems. The lack of character values related to students in Buddhism, especially in the Gandavyuha Sutra. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship and contribution of the Gandavyuha Sutra to the profile of Pancasila students in the world of education. This study uses the literature study method (synthesise checklist), which consists of preliminary, advanced, and final syntheses, taking into account the elements of text, context, and discourse. The analysis component of this study includes elements of text, context, and discourse. The interrelatedness of these three components forms a single entity that contributes the character values of the Gandavyuha Sutra to the Pancasila Student Profile. The results of this study are that the Pancasila Student Profile is a programme created by the government to shape student character with the spirit of Pancasila. There are character values in the Gandavyuha Sutra that are related to the Pancasila Student Profile, including the values of faith, tolerance, interaction and social care, social solidarity, compassion, help, self-motivation, strong determination, enthusiasm, wisdom, and creativity. These interrelated character values also contribute in terms of traits, attitudes, and actions so that they can be applied to school learning activities such as projects to strengthen the Pancasila Student Profile. These activities include extracurricular activities, teaching and learning activities, school routine activities, and other school environment activities.

Abstract

This study aims to review the performance parameters and user satisfaction of the implementation of Trans Metro Deli buses, especially the Tembung – Merdeka Field route. This research began by observing and collecting data in the field such as the number of passengers, intermediate time, and travel time and distributing a questionnaire to 100 respondents to find out the perception of passengers and passenger satisfaction with the performance of Trans Metro bus services. The methods used in this study are the Importance Performance Analysis and Customer Satisfaction Index methods. Based on the results of the performance parameter review research, an average load factor of 40.57% was obtained, the average travel time was 56.63 minutes, and the intermediate time was 8.99 minutes. So, the load factor parameters and travel time need to be improved because the values are not in accordance with the standards that have been set. Based on the results of the research from passengers' perception of the performance of Trans Mebidang bus services, what needs to be improved are indicators 11, 21 and 22. And based on the results, the level of passenger satisfaction was obtained by 87.036%, including in the category of very satisfied.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan linguistik verbal pada peserta didik kelas 1A pada mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian Tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian yaitu peserta didik kelas 1A di SD Muhammadiyah 2 Kauman sejumlah 18 anak. Prosedur pelaksanaan pada Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yaitu setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi berupa lembar observasi pada setiap akhir siklus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kecerdasan linguistic verbal siswa kelas 1A mengalami peningkatan setelah dilakukan Tindakan pada siklus I dan siklus II dibandingkan dengan pra siklus. Hasil penelitian pada penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dalam kecerdasan linguistik verbal anak, khususnya dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran Flashcard untuk peserta didik kelas 1A di SD Muhammadiyah 2 Kauman. Media Flashcard bermanfaat untuk menarik perhatian peserta didik serta mampu meningkatkan peserta didik dalam hal kecerdasan linguistic verbal, kemampuan membaca serta pemahaman terhadap materi pembelajaran yang disampaikan guru. Adapun saran dari penelitian ini yaitu media pembelajaran guru dapat dikembangkan lagi melalui berbagai kegiatan di dalam maupun di luar kelas. Guru juga sebaiknya menciptakan media pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif agar kemampuan kecerdasan linguistik verbal peserta didik dapat meningkat dan berkembang dengan baik.
