Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dinamika populasi ikan  bungo   meliputi  kelompok  umur,  pertumbuhan, mortalitas,  laju  eksploitasi  dan  Yield  per  Recruitmen Relatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei sampai Juli  2020  di  Perairan  Danau  Tempe, Kabupaten wajo Sulawesi Selatan. Penentuan kelompok umur  dilakukan  menggunakan  metode  Bhattacharya dengan  bantuan  program  FAO-ICLARM  Fish  Stock Assesment Tools II (FISAT II), pertumbuhan menggunakan persamaan  Von  Bertalanffy,  mortalitas  alami  (M) menggunakan persamaan empiris Pauly, mortalitas total menggunakan persamaan Beverton dan Holt, mortalitas penangkapan (F) dengan persamaan Z= F+M, eksploitasi (E) menggunakan persamaan Baverton dan Holt dan yield per recruitment (Y/R’) menggunakan persamaan Beverton dan Holt.Hasil penelitian ikan bungo yang diamati berjumlah 923 ekor yang terdiri dari ikan tbungol jantan sebanyak713 ekor dan ikan bungo betina sebanyak 210. Kisaran panjang total mulai 100 mm – 266 mm yang terbagi dalam tiga kelompok umur dengan panjang masing-masing 129.54 mm, 177.41 mm dan 248.14 mm. Panjang asimtot (L∞) = 283.00 mm, koefisien pertumbuhan (K) = 0.60 dan umur teoritis (to) sebesar -3.9811 per tahun. Laju mortalitas total (Z) = 1,55 per tahun. Mortalitas alami (M) = 0,71 per tahun, mortalitas penangkapan (F) = 0,84, Eksploitasi (E) = 0,54 dan yield per recruitment (Y/R’) = 0.0620. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ikan bungo yang berada di Perairan Danau Tempe memiliki pertumbuhan yang cepat dan diduga telah mengalami kelebihan tangkapan

Abstract

Inclusion schools have students with various backgrounds from regular students to students with special needs. However, in school there are still students of SD Negeri 003 Loa Kulu who have poor social behavior and negative attitude to other people at home or at school. The aims of this study is assess the results of habituation to shape the social behavior of students with special needs which include improved character, moral improvement, and increased brotherhood between students carried out at SD Negeri 003 Loa Kulu. This research is the best practice to achieve the indicators of the inclusive education vision. The results showed that the habituation program had succeeded in increasing the social behavior of students with special needs. The results of the habituation activities that of the 30 students with special needs show that up to 100% of the 10 indicators must be achieved. Recommendations that class teachers for inclusive classes should take innovative actions in an effort to shape the social behavior of students with special needs.

Abstract

Short story of Java language is one genre in modern Javanese literature. Short story (cerpen) in a modern Javanese literature termed insufficient story (cerkak). The focus of this study of short stories is the Java language short stories contained in the Java-language magazines, such as magazines and periodicals Panyebar Jaya Baya spirit. Both of these magazines is a barometer of Javanese literature in East Java. This paper mengulik about how the position of women in the Java language short stories in 2002 ?; the extent of short stories in 2002 Java language reflects the role and status of women as found in the real world ?; and can speak Javanese short story of 2002 is used as one of the media in an effort to improve the quality of women? This paper argues that there are substantive role and the role of Achievement in the short story is the role of women outside the home, for example, the role of women in associations, organizations, and the role of world prestatif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study 1) Measuring learning outcomes in the control class, 2) Measuring learning outcomes in the experimental class, 3) Measuring the effect of learning outcomes in the control and experimental classes, 4) Measuring the influence of using the History Education laboratory for students. Method used is an experiment with a quasi experimental research design and a Posstest-Only Control Design. The results of this study were 1) The average student learning outcomes in the control class were 66.33 which was classified as sufficient, 2) The average learning outcomes of students who were taught or in the experimental class were 77.42 which were classified as good, 3) The average significant difference was The average learning outcomes of the control class and the experimental class used the t-test parametric statistical test. Because tcount> ttable or 4.43> 1.996, then Ha is accepted at the 5% significance level. So the conclusion is that there is a difference in the average value of the control class and the average value of the experimental class, 4) Based on calculations using the effect size, it is obtained that Es <80, or Es = 0.55, it can be concluded that the use of historical education laboratories is moderate and has an effect on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this research were to find out the amount of income earned by lebak paddy farmers who work on rice and cayenne plants in the Mariana Vilaage Banyuasin I District Banyuasin Regency and to find out the farming activities in the lebak paddy fields in the Mariana Village Banyuasin I District Banyuasin Regency are optimal when viewed from the amount of revenue from April until Juni 2019. The research method used is survey method. Simple sampling method is used for sampling methods. . Data collection methods used were quesioner, observation and interview. Data collected consist of primary data and secondary data and data analysis used is quantitative descriptive and The result showed that the average amount of income in rice farming activities in the Mariana Village was Rp770.623/ha/MT and the results showed that the average amount of income in the activities of cayenne pepper farming in the Mariana Village was Rp4.482.500,9/ha/MT. Furthermore, farming activities in lebak paddy fields in the Mariana Village Banyuasin I District Banyuasin Regency not optimal, based on the recommendations it is recommended that one hectare of land is only for chili farming, so that the optimum income obtained is Rp4.482.500,9/ha/MT.ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pendapatan yang diperoleh petani sawah lebak yang mengusahakan tanaman padi dan tanaman cabai rawit di Kelurahan Mariana Kecamatan Banyuasin I Kabupaten Banyuasin dan untuk mengetahui kegiatan usahatani di lahan sawah lebak di Kelurahan Mariana Kecamatan Banyuasin Kabupaten Banyuasin sudah optimal jika dilihat dari besarnya penerimaan dari bulan April sampai Juni 2019 . Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Untuk metode penarikan contoh digunakan simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner, observasi dan wawancara. Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa besarnya rata-rata pendapatan pada kegiatan usahatani padi di Kelurahan Mariana sebesar Rp770.623/ha/MT, sedangkan besarnya rata-rata pendapatan pada kegiatan usahatani cabai rawit di Kelurahan Mariana sebesar Rp4.482.500,9/ha/MT. Selanjutnya, kegiatan usahatani di lahan sawah lebak di Kelurahan Mariana Kecamatan Banyuasin I Kabupaten Banyuasin belum optimal, berdasarkan rekomendasi disarankan lahan satu hektar hanya untuk kegiatan usahatani cabai saja, sehingga akan mendapatkan pendapatan optimum yang diperoleh sebesar Rp4.482.500,9/ha/MT.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of multicultural understanding of the Suku Anak Dalam in the North Musi Rawas region. The population taken in this study were all ethnic children in the Musi Rawas Utara area. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 72 people from 3 villages. The data collection technique used a non-test technique in the form of filling out a questionnaire. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire using a modified Likert scale with 4 answer choices. The results of the validity and reliability test indicate that the instrument used is valid and reliable. For the results of the analysis, the percentage for each respondent was in the range of 76%-100% who entered the category of strongly agree based on the Likert scale interpretation table. This means that all respondents are categorized as strongly agree with the statements regarding the multicultural indicators proposed in the questionnaire. This shows that the Suku Anak Dalam North Musi Rawas have a high multicultural understanding.

Abstract

Background: The nurse's verbal and non-verbal communication greatly affects the readiness of the patient and the patient's family to undergo surgery. Unclear communication causes misperceptions and the emergence of communication barriers in the nurse-client interaction process. The limited time and information provided are the causes of communication barriers in the client care process. This of course greatly affects patient care, especially in conditions that require intensive care. Methods: This study aims to determine the relationship between verbal and non-verbal communication between nurses and perceptions of communication barriers in families of pre-surgery patients in the intensive care unit, with a correlation design using a Cross Sectional study approach. The number of samples was 95 families of preoperative patients in the intensive care unit using purposive sampling technique. Results: 51.6% of nurses' verbal communication was good, and 50.5% of nurses' nonverbal communication was good, and there were no communication barriers between nurses and patients' families (54.7%). There was a significant relationship between nurses' verbal communication with perceptions of family communication barriers in pre-surgery patients in the intensive room (P=0.001) and there was a correlation between nurses' nonverbal communication with perceptions of family communication barriers in pre- surgery patients in the intensive room (P=0.002). Recommendation: Nurses are expected to continue to communicate effectively verbal and non-verbal with patients and families to prevent barriers in communication

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 yang melanda di berbagai belahan dunia termasuk Indonesia, menuntut perhatian banyak pihak terkhusus dalam upaya penanganan dan pencegahan penyebarannya. Berbagai kebijakan dan program telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah terkait hal tersebut. Namun, perkembangan kasus virus corona yang belum menunjukkan penurunan baik secara nasional maupun di provinsi Bengkulu, menuntut peran aktif seluruh lapisan masyarakat maupun akademisi dalam upaya mencegah penyebarannya. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan di RT 15 RW 03 Kelurahan Rawa Makmur Permai Kecamatan Muara Bangkahulu Kota Bengkulu. Berbagai kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam upaya mencegah penyebaran virus corona adalah melalui kegiatan edukasi COVID-19, pemberian brosur dan pemberian masker. Melalui sosialisasi dan edukasi, warga lebih memahami terkait dari pemahaman konsep, tanda atau gejala inveksi virus, tindakan pencegahan yang dilakukan jika terdapat anggota keluarga yang menunjukkan gejala Virus Corona (COVID-19). Melalui brosur yang diberikan dan dipasang di bagian rumah warga juga dianggap efektif dalam pemahaman dan aplikasi. Selanjutnya pemberian masker kain sangat bermanfaat dalam mengurangi potensi penularan virus corona. Kata Kunci: COVID-19, Edukasi, Pencegahan, Penyebaran

Abstract

Treatment for people with mental disorders (ODGJ) includes not only pharmacological treatment, but also environmental-based treatment. The closest environment is family. One of the obstacles in healing for people with mental disorders (ODGJ) is the low participation of families in caring for people with mental disorders (ODGJ) at home and the lack of family and community knowledge about mental illness. This creates a negative stigma aimed at people with mental disorders (ODGJ) which results in neglect, exclusion, harassment, violent behavior, shackles, discrimination, and other violations of ODGJ's human rights. The family as caregiver must be able to care for and assist people with mental disorders (ODGJ) in living their daily lives. However, the role played by the family is still not optimal so it is necessary to provide psychoeducational intervention. Psychoeducation is important to strengthen caring for caregivers when caring for people with mental disorders (ODGJ). The research objective was to determine the increase in caring behavior of people with mental disorders (ODGJ) families after being given psychoeducational intervention. This research was a quasi-experimental one group pre post test study with a sampling technique using simple random sampling, the sample in this research was 40 families with people with mental disorders (ODGJ). The results showed that p = 0.03 with a (0.05) meaning that there was an increase in the caring behavior of the people with mental disorders(ODGJ) family after being given psychoeducational intervention. Psychoeducation is an intervention that can be given not only to groups but also individually so that information on how to care and motivation for independence of family members with mental disorders can be well received by the family and can be applied in the care of people with mental disorders at home. Abstrak: Pengobatan pada ODGJ tidak hanya meliputi farmakologis saja, tetapi juga pengobatan berbasis lingkungan. Lingkungan terdekat adalah keluarga,. Salah satu kendala dalam penyembuhan pada ODGJ adalah rendahnya partisipasi keluarga dalam hal perawatan ODGJ dirumah serta kurangnya pengetahuan keluarga dan masyarakat tentang penyakit jiwa. Hal ini memunculkan stigma negatif yang ditujukan pada ODGJ yang berakibat pada penelantaran, pengucilan, pelecehan, perilaku kekerasan, pemasungan, diskriminasi, dan pelanggaran hak azasi ODGJ lainnya. Keluarga sebagai caregiver harus mampu merawat dan mendampingi ODGJ menjalani kehidupan sehari-hari. Namun peran yang dijalani keluarga masih belum optimal sehingga perlu diberikan intervensi psikoedukasi. Psikoedukasi menjadi penting untuk memperkuat caring pada caregiver ketika merawat ODGJ. Tujuan penelitian ini  untuk mengetahui peningkatan perilaku caring keluarga ODGJ setelah diberikan intervensi psiokoedukasi.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasy eksperiment  one grup pre post test dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling, sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 40 keluarga dengan ODGJ. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai p=0,03 dengan a(0,05) artinya adanya peningkatan perilaku caring keluarga ODGJ setelah diberikan intervensi psikoedukasi. Psikoedukasi merupakan intervensi yang dapat diberikan tidak hanya pada kelompok saja tetapi juga secara individu supaya informasi  cara perawatan dan motivasi kemandiriananggota keluarga yang mengalami gangguan jiwa dapat  diterima dengan baik oleh keluarga dan dapat diterapkan dalam perawatan orang dengan gangguan jiwa dirumah.

Abstract

Background: The prevalence of coronary heart disease continues to increase globally, and it is important to understand the factors associated with it. Objective: This study aimed to explore the association between fat and fiber intake with cholesterol levels in patients with coronary heart disease at the Outpatient BLUD Bahteramas General Hospital, Southeast Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. Methods: A cross-sectional study design was employed in this study. Data were collected from 55 patients with coronary heart disease using a semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire and laboratory data on total cholesterol and HDL levels. Results: There was no significant association between fat and fiber intake with cholesterol level (p >0.05). Conclusion: No significant association was found between fat and fiber intake with cholesterol levels in patients with coronary heart disease. However, other factors may be contributing to the high cholesterol among these patients. Thus, future research is needed and considers using larger sample sizes to confirm the results. In the meantime, it is crucial to continue providing nutrition consultations that emphasize the importance of a balanced diet for patients with coronary heart disease.
