Abstract

This study, an extensive bibliometric analysis, was conducted to detect trends, collaboration patterns, and topic structures in the scientific literature on primary school icebreaking approaches. Scientific publication data was acquired from Google Scholar using relevant keywords. The investigation covered 2021–2025 article documents. This study used VOSviewer for mapping and visualization. Annual publication patterns, mapping author, institution, and country collaborations, and keyword co-occurrence analysis to identify dominating research subject clusters and emergent issues were examined. The finding indicated that from 2021 to 2025, 83 research articles examined elementary school icebreaking approaches. VOSviewer's visual map also identified three main thematic clusters: Cluster 1 (elementary schools, ice-breaking implementation and benefits, and the effect of ice-breaking implementation, assisted by ice-breaking, on learning interest), Cluster 2 (elementary schools, learning, the role of ice-breaking, and ice-breaking techniques), and Cluster 3 (ice, ice-breaking, and mathematics learning). This cluster discusses public elementary school icebreaking methods, roles, and implementation. The network visualization showed that icebreaking was the most explored topic. The density visualization term with the brightest color and greatest diameter is "ice breaking," indicating that journals commonly study this topic. Overlay visualizations and studies on primary school icebreaking procedures showed changes from 2021 to 2025. This topic saw a rise in research in 2021-2023 but a sharp fall in 2024-2025. Finally, this bibliometric analysis presents a clear and structured summary of elementary school icebreaking research, indicating underexplored subareas and prospective study goals. These findings help academics, practitioners, and policymakers construct evidence-based educational approaches.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) model on the science learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at MIN 4 Bandar Lampung with a focus on analytical skills (C4). The study used a quasi-experimental design with two classes (VA and VB, each with 20 students) selected through purposive sampling. The instrument was a multiple-choice test with 30 items, and 20 of them were declared valid and reliable (α = 0.847). The data were normally distributed and homogeneous, so they were analyzed using an independent samples t-test. The results showed a significant difference between the experimental class (mean = 86.75) and the control class (mean = 79.75) with t(38) = −2.121 and p = 0.040. The increase in the achievement of the C4 indicator indicates the effectiveness of TAI in developing students' analytical skills. These findings recommend the implementation of TAI in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah as a collaborative learning strategy that supports the implementation of the Independent Curriculum.

Abstract

Type 2 DM is a metabolic disorder caused by a lack of insulin hormone. (Intermittent Fasting) is an effective method used to help lower and stabilize blood glucose in patients with Type II Diabetes Mellitus. This type of research is a description with a case study approach model. The sample is 2 respondents with Type II Diabetes Mellitus. The application of intermittent fasting diet to respondents with type 2 diabetes mellitus obtained different results, where the first respondent was unsuccessful in carrying out the intermittent fasting diet marked by the GDS levels before and after the intervention were still the same, namely 225 mg / dl, while the second respondent had results marked by GDS before the intermittent fasting diet was 220 mg / dl and after the intermittent fasting diet became 202 mg / dl. Conclusion of the intermittent fasting diet can be seen whether or not there is compliance in carrying out intermittent fasting to determine stable blood sugar levels. In the first respondent, there was no effectiveness because they did not comply with the existing rules in carrying out the intermittent fasting diet which resulted in no decrease in blood sugar levels, while for the second respondent there was a decrease in blood sugar levels and had effectiveness in the intermittent fasting diet, if both respondents did it optimally it would cause a decrease in blood sugar levels.

Abstract

Hemorrhoids are a condition in which the veins in the rectum and anus become swollen and inflamed, causing discomfort and bleeding. If left untreated, hemorrhoids will protrude permanently (grade IV hemorrhoids) and the only therapy for this condition is hemorrhoidectomy. However, excision after hemorrhoidectomy surgery often causes extreme pain. Based on data from the Ministry of Health in 2018, it is estimated that in 2030 there will be 21.3 million people in Indonesia suffering from hemorrhoids. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) to reduce pain intensity after hemorrhoid surgery. This type of research is descriptive with a case study approach model. The sample was 3 respondents after hemorrhoidectomy surgery who experienced severe pain. Data is collected by means of observation and measurement. Analysis is carried out in the form of diagnosis and nursing care. In respondents I, II, III before ASMR therapy, the pain scale felt after hemorrhoid surgery was a scale of 8, with severe pain intensity. Then after being given ASMR therapy for 10 minutes, in respondents I-II, the pain intensity felt was severe in the range (7-8) decreased to moderate pain in the range (4-6). However, in respondent III, the pain intensity was felt to be stable, namely the severe pain scale, there was no decrease in pain intensity. The results of this study can be concluded that ASMR relaxation has significant benefits in reducing post-hemorrhoid surgery pain if it is carried out on people with an open attitude towards ASMR therapy, enjoying the videos provided, full concentration and carried out in accordance with the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).

Abstract

The global prevalence of anemia is estimated at approximately 51% (Arisman, 2015). In 2018, the incidence of anemia among pregnant women was 48.9%, with a notably higher prevalence of 84.6% observed in those aged 15-24 years (Riskesdas, 2018). Findings from the 2018 Basic Health Research indicate that 73.2% of pregnant women consumed iron tablets, but only 38.1% adhered to the recommended intake of up to 90 tablets. The research aimed to identify factors associated with maternal knowledge about the benefits of iron tablets. Employing a quantitative cross-sectional study design with a population of 120 respondents, a sample of 54 respondents was determined using the Slovin formula. The study was conducted at Rasana’e Timur Community Health Center in 2023, utilizing accidental sampling. Bivariate data analysis, employing correlation tests, revealed that age and knowledge were not significantly correlated (correlation coefficient = 0.133, P>0.05), while education and knowledge exhibited a significant correlation (correlation coefficient = 0.004, P<0.05). In conclusion, age did not demonstrate a correlation with knowledge, whereas education displayed a significant association with maternal knowledge. Recommendations include an increased focus on healthcare professionals providing education regarding the benefits of Fe tablets.
