Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to provide the results of Arima modeling and outlier detection in the rainfall data in Surabaya. This paper explained about the steps in the formation of rainfall models, especially Box-Jenkins procedure for Arima modeling and outlier detection. Early stages of modeling stasioneritas Arima is the identification of data, both in mean and variance. Stasioneritas evaluation data in the variance can be done with Box-Cox transformation. Meanwhile, in the mean stasioneritas can be done with the plot data and forms of ACF. Identification of ACF and PACF of the stationary data is used to determine the order of allegations Arima model. The next stage is to estimate the parameters and diagnostic checks to see the suitability model. Process diagnostics check conducted to evaluate whether the residual model is eligible berdistribusi white noise and normal. Ljung-Box Test is a test that can be used to validate the white noise condition, while the Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test is an evaluation test for normal distribution. Residual normality test results showed that the residual model of Arima not white noise, and indicates the existence of outlier in the data. Thus, the next step taken is outlier detection to eliminate outlier effects and increase the accuracy of predictions of the model Arima. Arima modeling implementation and outlier detection is done by using MINITAB package and MATLAB. The research shows that the modeling Arima and outlier detection can reduce the prediction error as measured by the criteria Mean Square Error (MSE). Quantitatively, the decline in the value of MSE by incorporating outlier detection is 23.7%, with an average decline 6.5%.

Abstract

Neural network (NN) is one of many method used to predict the electricity consumption per hour in many countries. NN method which is used in many previous studies is Feed-Forward Neural Network (FFNN) or Autoregressive Neural Network(AR-NN). AR-NN model is not able to capture and explain the effect of moving average (MA) order on a time series of data. This research was conducted with the purpose of reviewing the application of other types of NN, that is Elman-Recurrent Neural Network (Elman-RNN) which could explain MA order effect and compare the result of prediction accuracy with multiple seasonal ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) models. As a case study, we used data electricity consumption per hour in Mengare Gresik. Result of analysis showed that the best of double seasonal Arima models suited to short-term forecasting in the case study data is ARIMA([1,2,3,4,6,7,9,10,14,21,33],1,8)(0,1,1)24 (1,1,0)168. This model produces a white noise residuals, but it does not have a normal distribution due to suspected outlier. Outlier detection in iterative produce 14 innovation outliers. There are 4 inputs of Elman-RNN network that were examined and tested for forecasting the data, the input according to lag Arima, input such as lag Arima plus 14 dummy outlier, inputs are the lag-multiples of 24 up to lag 480, and the inputs are lag 1 and lag multiples of 24+1. All of four network uses one hidden layer with tangent sigmoid activation function and one output with a linear function. The result of comparative forecast accuracy through value of MAPE out-sample showed that the fourth networks, namely Elman-RNN (22, 3, 1), is the best model for forecasting electricity consumption per hour in short term in Mengare Gresik.

Abstract

Anxiety is an emotional response that children often experience when facing medical procedures, including circumcision. Unresolved anxiety can have a negative impact, such as increasing pain, disrupting the process of action, and causing trauma. Non-pharmacological efforts such as audiovisual administration and puzzle game therapy can be used to reduce anxiety. This study aims to analyze the difference in anxiety levels in pre-circumcision children between audiovisual giving and puzzle games at Pondok Khitan, Bancang Village, Tahulu Village. Research design using quantitative with post test design only design. The research population is pre-circumcision children at Pondok Khitan, Bancang Hamlet, Tahulu Village with a sample of 40 respondents taken with the purposive sampling technique. Consists of 20 children of the Audiovisual group and 20 children of the Puzzle Game Group. The research instrument is in the form of a child anxiety questionnaire. The research results were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test with a significance level of α = <0,05 with an Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.029 < 0.05. the mean rank value of the Audiovisual group of 24.23 and the Puzzle Game group of 16.77 shows that the Puzzle Game is more effective in minimizing anxiety in pre-circumcision children which means H1 is accepted. The discovery of meaningful differences between Audiovisual and Puzzle Games towards anxiety so that the technique can be used as an interactive educational medium.

Abstract

Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan sistem yang digunakan untuk mendukung para pengambil keputusan dalam membuat keputusan pada situasi-situasi tertentu. Implementasi sistem pendukung keputusan dapat juga digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah terutama berbagai masalah yang sangat kompleks dan tidak terstruktur. Kajian ini membahas tentang aplikasi pendukung keputusan penentuan tempat inap dan paket makan di Kepulauan Karimunjawa dengan menggunakan metode fuzzy clustering means. Metode fuzzy clustering means digunakan dalam mengelompokkan data tempat inap dan paket makan ke dalam cluster (kelompok) berdasarkan kesamaan nilai pada pusat cluster-nya. Aplikasi penentuan tempat inap dan paket makan dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai sistem manajemen basis data. Keluaran dari penelusuran wisatawan berupa tabel cluster yang berisi informasi empat data tempat inap beserta biaya inap dan paket makan dengan total mendekati nilai anggaran wisatawan. Informasi tersebut digunakan wisatawan sebagai data pendukung dalam pengambilan keputusan tempat inap. Aplikasi pendukung keputusan ini sangat membantu untuk pengambilan keputusan mengenai biaya menginap dan paket makan wisatawan di Kepulauan Karimunjawa.

Abstract

Kista ovarium (kista indung telur) adalah kantung berisi cairan yang terletak di ovarium. Masyarakat sering menganggap remeh penyakit kista ovarium karena gejala awal yang timbul tidak terlalu dirasakan, sehingga saat diketahui kondisi kista sudah membesar dan mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari. Kista ovarium tidak terlalu bahaya, namun jika diabaikan dan tidak mendapatkan penanganan yang tepat, maka kista ovarium dapat berkembang menjadi kanker ovarium. Menurut World Health Organization (WHO), kanker ovarium masuk ke dalam kanker berbahaya keempat yang paling sering ditemukan pada wanita di seluruh dunia setelah kanker payudara, kolorektal, dan korpus uteri. Dari fakta tersebut, salah satu penyebab kanker ovarium adalah berawal dari kista ovarium yang tidak disadari dan tidak mendapatkan penanganan awal yang tepat. Salah satu langkah untuk mencegah kasus kanker ovarium adalah dengan mencegahnya dari penyebab paling awal yaitu pendeteksian dini kista ovarium melalui gejala yang muncul. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah sistem prediksi kista ovarium menggunakan Jaringan Saraf Tiruan (JST) metode Learning Vector Quantization. Variabel yang digunakan sebagai data prediksi berupa gejala fisik yang dialami. Terdapat 7 variabel gejala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Seluruh data penelitian diambil berdasarkan data rekam medis dari RSUP Kariadi Semarang sejumlah 90 data. Identifikasi data latih dan data uji menggunakan strategi K-Fold dengan K bernilai 10. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa arsitektur jaringan LVQ terbaik untuk prediksi diperoleh pada nilai learning rate 0.02, epsilon 0.01, dan maksimum epoch 1000. Kombinasi parameter terbaik dalam penelitian menghasilkan tingkat akurasi 72.22%, error 27.78%, sensitivitas 28.65% dan spesifisitas 86.11%.

Abstract

Indonesia menduduki peringkat ketiga di dunia untuk penyakit tuberkulosis. Dengan adanya hal tersebut diperlukan pengetahuan mengenai penyakit tuberkulosis bagi para ahli medis pemula melalui  media  pembelajaran  yang dapat bermanfaat, agar dapat membantu masyarakat dalam mendiagnosis penyakit tuberkulosis pada manusia dewasa. Kebutuhan media pembelajaran mengenai penyakit ini bagi para ahli medis  berkaitan dengan aspek-aspek alat pembelajaran yang murah, praktis dan dapat diakses secara mudah dimana saja, dan kapan saja. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut perlu dibangun sebuah sistem pakar berbasis Web yang dapat digunakan untuk mendiagnosis penyakit tuberkulosis manusia dewasa dengan menggunakan metode probabilitas klasik. Sistem pakar ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan basis data MySQL dan  dapat digunakan untuk membantu para ahli medis pemula maupun yang tidak mengetahui secara langsung bidang penyakit tersebut dalam mengenali diagnosa awal penyakit tuberkulosis pada manusia dewasa. Media pembelajaran mengenai penyakit ini dapat bermanfaat sebagai alat pembelajaran yang murah, praktis dan dapat diakses secara mudah dimana saja.

Abstract

A transmitted code vector may be perturbed by noise, then the vector received may be a corrupted version of the transmitted code vector. A codeword with polynomial representation  U(X) is transmitted and Z(X)  is the corrupted version of V(X), then it must be a multiple of the generator polynomial g(X), that is, U(X) = m(X) g(X) and Z(X) can be written  Z(X)= U(X) + e(X), where e(X) is the error pattern polynomial. This is accomplished by calculating the syndrome of received polynomial. The syndrome S(X) is equal to the remainder resulting from dividing Z(X) by g(X), that is, Z(X) = q(X)g(X) + S(X). And the other hand, S(X)  is exactly the same  polynomial obtained as remainder of e(X) modulo g(X). Thus the syndrome of the received polynomial Z(X) contains the information needed for correction of error pattern. When the syndrome is  an all-zeros vector, the received vector to be a valid code vector. When the syndrome is a nonzero vector, the  received vector is pertubed code vector and errors have been detected. The procedure for error detection is as follows. The received vector is first stored in a buffer. It is subjected to devide by g(X) operation, the division can be carried out very efficiently by a shift register circuit. The remainder in the shift register is then compared with all the possible syndromes. This set of syndromes corresponds to the set of correctable error patterns. If a syndromes match is found, the error is subtracted out from the received vector. The correct version of  the received vector is then pass on the next stage of the received unit for further processing.     Key words: error detection, transmitted, received  code vector, Syndrome, pertubed

Abstract

Kajen Regional Hospital of Pekalongan Regency has applied information technology to improve the quality of service to the patients. Radiology installation is one of the installations in Kajen Regional Hospital which was being developed computer based information system to facilitate its operations. Earlier, the staff at the Radiology Installation of Kajen Regional Hospital used numbers processing application such as Microsoft Office Excel to process the data. The growth of patient and examination of patients data in the future was a consideration for the Radiology Installation of Kajen Regional Hospital of Pekalongan Regency to develop a Administration of Examination Patient Information System in Radiology Installation of Kajen Regional Hospital which was integrated with the database system. Administration of Examination Patient Information System in Radiology Installation of Kajen Regional Hospital was developed with the Unified Process. Unified Process is included in object-oriented software development paradigm. This system was implemented using the Visual Basic.Net programming language and MySQL 5 as its DBMS. This system was tested by using black box method, namely the testing methods that test the functionality of the software without having to know the internal structure of the program. This system can help the radiology staff in managing the administrative data and making the administrative reports.

Abstract

Komunikasi paling efektif bagi mereka yang kurang beruntung (dalam hal ini penderita tuna rungu) adalah komunikasi non verbal. Komunikasi non verbal menggunakan gerakan tangan maupun gerakan tubuh dalam komunikasinya. Pada masyarakat umum masih sedikit yang mengerti bahasa isyarat, maka penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan aplikasi pengenalan bahasa isyarat huruf abjad secara komputasi menggunakan pengenalan pola. Jaringan syaraf tiruan Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) dapat digunakan untuk melakukan klasifikasi sebuah pola berdasarkan permasalahan tertentu seperti halnya dalam pengenalan bahasa isyarat huruf abjad. Tahapan processing yang harus dilalui sebelum dilakukan pelatihan terhadap Jaringan syaraf tiruan Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) adalah grayscalling, thresholding, cropping, dan scalling. Keluaran dari aplikasi ini berupa identifikasi huruf abjad “A”-“Z” berupa text, dimana text yang dihasilkan bersesuaian dengan huruf alfabet pada sistem isyarat bahasa Indonesia (SIBI). Hasil dari pengujian penelitian ini dapat mengenali 26 huruf isyarat, dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 61,54%.

PT Sharp Semarang branch is engage in the marketing of electronic items like air conditioners, refrigerators, televisions, and others. Business competition is increasingly fierce, especially in the electronics field requires the selection of advertising media that can market their goods quickly and easily. E-commerce as a new method that uses the Internet media is the right solution to market their goods easily and quickly. Application E-commerce Sharp Semarang developed using method of object-oriented software engineering (OOSE / Object Oriented Software Engineering). By using the method of object-oriented software engineering Application E-commerce Sharp Semarang is expected to has more quality in terms of functionality and the stage of develope.
