Kropcok is a typical snack of seran district which is a source of income for many entrepreneurs, but during the Covid19 pandemic there are challenges in terms of marketing and other internal and external challenges. This research uses a qualitative description method with the aim of analyzing data descriptively to elaborate other external and internal impacts and determine marketing strategies that can be applied. The sample of this survey is the well-known Mafada Kropcok company in Susukan Village, Tirtayasa District. The data collection method used is a structured interview and analysis using the TOWS matrix with four alternative strategies. This allows businesses to get solutions such as social media advertising with engaging content and find detailed solutions to expand the delivery network, maintaining good relationships with raw material suppliers. Based on the results of the analysis of the internal environment with the IFAS Matrix,it is found that the most influential strength is the quality of the product free of preservatives, and the most influential drawback is the unattractive packaging design. The results of the analysis of the external environment are established using the EFAS matrix, but the most influential opportunity factor is the development of technological progress, and the threat factor is the emergence of new competitors. The results of the analysis using SWOT show that Mafida Kropcok's position is in the first quadrant, namely through the application of an aggressive growth strategy or growth oriented strength

In the current dynamic business environment, the competition is getting stiffer and performance organizational becomes an issue, the characteristics that occurred in the industrial revolution 4.0. This condition requires organizations to increase their performance to be sustained. Competence and knowledge management as internal resources that refer to RBV are strengths that are very important as predictors in improving performance. For this reason, the study has explored the indicators of each of the predictors and also test the relationships between a latent variables that have been hypothesized. This research focuses on the industrial chemical manufactur in Banten Province Indonesia which is become the province with the third-largest number of chemical firms in Indonesia. Regarding the central bureau statistics of Indonesia, the values of productivity, and human resources capability from the downstream chemical manufacturing sector below the target. This research using the SEM-PLS method to measure 97 respondents from the level supervisor and managerial. The final results provide a positive and significant relationship between competence and knowledge management through competitive advantage and organizational performance. Competitive advantage also increases the relationship between competence and knowledge management through organizational performance. This result has implications for managerial levels to increase human resources performance so it can improve the firm competitive advantage.

The high population growth rate in Serang Regency in the last five years which reached an average rate of 0.77% made Serang Regency one of the Regencies that contributed to the high rate of population growth in Banten Province which in the last five years reached an average lift of 2,14%. This figure is inversely proportional to the amount of adequate employment, making Serang Regency the Regency with the highest open un-employment rate in Banten Province which reached 12.78%, this causes Banten Province to become the Province with the highest open un-employment rate in Indonesia with number 8,52% (BPS, 2018). Various efforts were made by the government to tackle un-employment in Serang Regency, one of which was the development of independent community enterprises in the form of entrepreneurship. For this reason, the study seeks to examine indicators that can influence each exogenous and endogenous variable, as well as the influence on the interest in entrepreneurship in Serang regency. Factors that influence the interest in entrepreneurship in this study are divided into two, including internal factors consisting of self-efficacy and motivation for entrepreneurship as well as external factors consisting of entrepreneurship education and social environment. From the outer test results found all indicators of each variable have high validity and reliability in describing each of the latent variables while the results of the inner test obtained four hypotheses which showed a significant effect of each predictor variable on the interest in entrepreneurship, with the magnitude the influence of the four variables is 79.8%.

Abstract. Success Analysis of Motorcycle Washing Business in Serang City in View Of Capital Amount, Service Quality and Price. The purpose of this research is to determine the magnitude of the effect of capital, service quality and price on the success of motor washing business in Serang City. The analysis is conducted to the owner who engage in motor washing business and consumers who use the services of motor wash. By analyzing the variables partially and together it is expected to obtain the relationship and the magnitude of the correlation between the three factors to the success of the motor washing business in Serang City. This research also explains descriptively economic influence with existing steam motor effort in Serang City. This research uses a survey method with the 32 samples of owner motor washing and 110 consumers. The results of this research are expected to be useful for entrepreneurs who perform motor wash business and useful for the development of science in particular can be a scientific journal and learning framework that can be developed into the future of learning reference. Abstrak . Analisis Keberhasilan Usaha Cuci Sepeda Motor di Kota Serang di Lihat Dari Besarnya Modal, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh dari modal, kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap keberhasilan usaha cuci motor di Kota Serang. Analisa dilakukan terhadap pelaku usaha yang menggeluti usaha cuci motor serta konsumen yang menggunakan jasa cuci motor. Dengan menganalisa variabel-variabel tersebut secara parsial dan bersama sama diharapkan dapat diperoleh hubungan dan besarnya korelasi antara ketiga faktor terhadap keberhasilan usaha cuci motor di Kota Serang. Penelitian ini juga menjelaskan secara deskriptif pengaruh ekonomi dengan adanya usaha steam motor yang ada di Kota Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 32 tempat pencucian motor serta 110 konsumen yang menggunakan jasa cuci motor tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berguna bagi pengusaha yang menggeluti usaha cuci motor serta bermanfaat bagi pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan khususnya dapat menjadi jurnal ilmiah serta kerangka belajar yang dapat dikembangkan kedepannya menjadi bahan pembelajaran.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of work motivation, employee placement and competency development on the achievement of production targets. The method used in this study is the associative method using quantitative analysis. From the research that has been done, it is obtained that the value of t count > t table so that work motivation, employee placement and employee competency development have a positive and significant impact on employee performance in achieving the production targets that have been set. The R-square value obtained is 0.558 which states that the variables of work motivation, employee placement and competency development affect the achievement of production targets by 55.80% and the remaining 44.20% is influenced by other variables.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Islamic branding on buying interest and analyze the influence of product ingredients on buying interest. The data collection technique used is to use questionnaires. The sample in this study was a consumer who used Sasha Siwak toothpaste in Ambon City. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that Islamic branding has a positive effect on buying interest and product ingredients also have a positive effect on buying interest.

The spread of digital technology currently faster and influence on all of human dimension, including to the financial sector. The presence of cryptocurrency using blockchain technology has changed the previously system that has been used for a long period and it come a pros and cons. The system built using peer-to-peer cause the system no longer need the 3rd party that control the financial system and since the system decentralized. The nature of cryptocurrency which made as the same with gold characteristic such as the limitation of quantity, process to get it must through the mining process, more resistance from inflation are making people and society interested and significantly increase time by time. The decentralized and anonymous blockchain working system for token holders and safe has presented as a new paradigm in the financial sector. But on other hand, there are many challenges and dynamics that arise due to the emergence of these cryptocurrency, one of which is risk from the legal perspective where there are cases of money laundering involving of crypto, losses to the investor asset due to ICO process that not run smoothly, the emergence losses from crypto exchanges that hacked due to not have a high security backup system that made the customer losses their digital wallet. Crypto value that tend to have high volatility and fluctuating rates with fast count also increase the risk. The readiness of countries and drafting laws related to the crypto was contribution for this research. One of the biggest interested from the public is the use of crypto as long asset investment, where the values increasing from year to year, even Bitcoin as one of the cryptocurrencies that previously worthless but currently has very fantastic values and become a favourite from the investor

The duties and responsibilities of a teacher in the current pandemic condition are increasingly difficult, not only carrying out daily tasks but also in developing their qualities to becomes a role models and also preparing digital teaching materials for their students. For that they needed a positive behaviour that can improve teacher performance and that behaviour is organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB)., where OCB itself influenced by other variables such as organizational commitment. For this reason, the study was developing by using 2nd order approach to analysis 248 sample from 29 private elementary school in Serang city. Organizational commitment measured by using 3 dimension and 6 indicators, while organizational citizenship behaviour measured by using 5 dimension and 15 indicators. This research using 9 hypothesis and from the result shown that all of hypothesis was accepted with the magnitude of the influence of commitment organizational on OCB is 79,1%, while the remaining 20,9% influenced by others variable outside the model tested. The affective commitment become is the dominant dimension that influencing organizational commitment, while the sportsmanship dimension is the most influential dimension for OCB. This research expected become a theoretical reference as development strategies to improve the teacher performance in the private elementary school at Serang City

The Automotive sector industry has grown rapidly since 1970 had a positive impact on the country’s economy which are high GDP contribution and being able to become a job field for 350 thousand of direct workers and 1,2 million of indirect workers. Therefore, this sector needs to be supported do that continues advance and develop. One of this way by management of human resources to increasingly the work motivation of its workers where this variable influenced by many things, one of which is communication style. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach using survey methods and causality design with SEM PLS data analysis techniques. The sample used 160 respondents with the number of 6 hypothesis tested. The result obtained from two variables there are 3 indicators that are not since to the loading factor < 0,70 so those indicators excluded from the model. For the result of second model analysis, inner model analysis and blindfolding analysis of the 2nd model, there was found that all parameters were in accordance with the requirements. The hypothesis result shows that all hypothesis tested were accepted. Communication style has a signification effect on work motivation with the magnitude 51,1% while the remaining of 48,9% influenced by others variable outside the model being tested.

The increasingly fierce business competition in the current era of globalization, also the high risk that can be caused by the operational activities of companies engaged in oil and gas both to internal and external parties, plus the social problems that can arise from the operational activities of oil and gas companies due to public dissatisfaction have encouraged companies to has a valuable competitive advantage and solves such complex problems, including for Sub holding of Pertamina Hulu Energy regional 1 which is located on Sumatera Island which is famous for being rich in oil and gas, but in reality the poverty rate of the population around the company's operational activities is still very high. For this reason, this research was carried out using GCG and CSR variables as predictors of competitive advantage, where researchers conducted instructions on the variables through the dimensions of each latent variable that would be tested into the research model. The research was conducted for 9 months starting from January to September 2022, using a quantitative approach, survey method and the analysis method using structural equation model (SEM) PLS. The number of indicators used in this study were 32 indicators. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling of 160 respondents to people and community around the company's operational activities. The results show that 32 indicators used in the model have good validity and reliability. The goodness of fit results from the model built have a good predictive relevance with coefficient of determination for economic dimension is 63.3%, while the environmental dimension is 72.3%, the social dimension is 62.9%, and competitive advantage is 81.7 %. The results of the Q2 and GoF index show the model has a high level of model fitness. The results of the fifteen hypotheses proposed in this study are accepted, show the importance of managing the GCG and CSR dimensions to increase competitive advantage of the company
