The number of indicators used in this study were 32 indicators. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling of 160 respondents to people and community around the company's operational activities. The results show that 32 indicators used in the model have good validity and reliability. The goodness of fit results from the model built have a good predictive relevance with coefficient of determination for economic dimension is 63.3%, while the environmental dimension is 72.3%, the social dimension is 62.9%, and competitive advantage is 81.7 %. The results of the Q2 and GoF index show the model has a high level of model fitness. The results of the fifteen hypotheses proposed in this study are accepted, show the importance of managing the GCG and CSR dimensions to increase competitive advantage of the company

Abstract

According to Riskesdas data in 2010 in Indonesia, the rate of cesarean delivery was 15.3%, the lowest was in Southeast Sulawesi 5.5% and the highest was in DKI Jakarta 27.2%. However, the trend in private hospitals in Surabaya reported that the number of CS deliveries continued to increase, in 2000 it was 47.2% and in 2005 it was 51.6%. Research conducted at the Lebak Hospital in 2011 reported that SC had a percentage of 63.4%. The high incidence of CS is not all based on medical indications but is now at the request of the patients themselves such as beautiful selection and related to social, economic, race, and health status. SC deliveries have higher costs compared to normal deliveries, resulting in high profitability for the hospital. Although according to the Healthcare Organization that the main goal of the hospital is profit. According to the Indonesian Medical Obstetrics and Gynecology Association, the asymptomatic patient is not to be blamed for a cesarean delivery, however, according to the Indonesian medical code of ethics, a doctor needs to consider all risks and complications that will occur to both the mother and the baby. This is in accordance with the principles of biomedical ethics which consist of four principles, including the principle of autonomy, the principle of beneficence, the principle of non-maleficence and the principle of justice. All principles and rules relating to the fulfillment of rules on hospital management have been very clearly regulated in Good Hospital Governance as guidelines for good hospital governance as well as a form of implementation in improving and providing health services to achieve national health goals

Abstract

Forecasting is an activity to get an estimate of the value that will appear in the future by paying attention to past events. Forecasting can be used as decision support in determining a policy in various fields. Forecasting can be done using statistical methods such as regression analysis, trend analysis, MA, and ARIMA. In this paper, the fuzzy time series markov chain method will be forecast which will be applied to rice production data in D.I. Yogyakarta Province. The fuzzy time series markov chain method was chosen because it does not need to meet certain assumptions so that the fuzzy time series markov chain can be applied to time series data with stationary and non-stationary patterns. This study aims to analyze fuzzy time series markov chain for rice production forecasting. This study uses time series analysis. The data used in this research is secondary data. The data used in this study is data on rice production in D.I. Yogyakarta Province in 1970-2017 taken from the website www.pertanian.go.id. Historical data consists of 48 data. Solving this research problem using fuzzy time series markov chain method. The results of the study show that forecasting with 11 fuzzy sets is declared the best forecast with a mean absolute percentage error of 4.156%. .
