Abstract

Di masa pandemi Covid-19, para Guru mengalami kesulitan dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuipengaruh pelatihan pembelajaran online, resistensi perubahan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan Guru MTs dan SMK di bawah naunganYayasan Perguruan Islam Al-Khairiyah Jakarta. Penelitian kuantitatif ini melibatkan 50 orang Guru sebagai responden sampel jenuh, denganmenggunakan instrumen wawancara dan angket sebagai metode pengumpulan data. uji analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji kualitas data,uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan, resistensi perubahan dan lingkungan kerjasecara simultan berpengaruh 75,2% terhadap kualitas layanan Guru. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, sebaiknya Guru menjalin komunikasi yang intensifdengan siswa melalui aplikasi online agar pemantauan pembelajaran lebih terkontrol. Terkait masalah resistensi perubahan, sebaiknya pihaksekolah memberikan pembekalan teknis untuk memudahkan Guru dalam melaksanakan tugas baru secara online. Pihak sekolah hendaknyamemfasilitasi Guru dengan ruang kelas, laptop/PC dan jaringan internet, agar proses belajar mengajar berjalan dengan baik. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Resistensi Perubahan, Lingkungan Kerja, Kualitas Pelayanan

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze effect of price and promotion on car purchase decisions. The type of research used is a type of quantitative research. In this study, the population used was all consumers who purchased Toyota cars in Medan, but the exact sample size was unknown. So the minimum number of samples taken in this study is 18 times 5 to 90 respondents. In this study using data collection methods with field research and library research. Data analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that price has a positive and significant effect on car purchase decisions. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on car purchase decisions.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this study are to identify and analyze the effect of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and compensation on employee performance and to analyze the effect of compensation and organizational commitment on employee performance in the porcelain industry. Total population of 120 employees. Time of research conducted by researchers for 3 months. The research was conducted from March to May 2022. The data obtained from the results of the questionnaires will then be processed and analyzed with the aim of turning the data into information. Data processing and analysis was carried out using the SPSS version 23 program. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression method. The result of the study is that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational commitment and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality on purchasing decision, to determine and analyze the effect of price on purchase decisions and to determine and analyze the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions for goox shoes. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study is the whole. While the sample that meets the criteria for sampling the observations made amounted to 100 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, Hypothesis Testing (t-test and F-test), and the Coefficient of Determination. The data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software program version 24.00. Partially it is known that product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for goox shoes where it is obtained (t-count.6, 692) > (t-table 1,984) and sig 0.000 < 0.05. Partially it is known that the price has a positive and significant influence on the decision to buy goox shoes where it is obtained (t-count.4.453) > (t-table 1.984) and the sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, it is known that product quality and price have a significant influence on the decision to buy goox shoes where it is obtained (F-count.37.694) > (F-table 3.09) and sig 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The objective of this study is determine and analyse effect of international price, GDP, land area and substitutional price on export volume of Indonesian Palm Oil. The data that the authors use in this study are secondary data types in the form of a 33-year time series, starting in 1986-2018. Secondary data were obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, the Directorate General of Plantations, the World Bank, UN Comtrade, the IMF, the US Department of Agriculture, several literatures, and sites related to research. The data analysis that the authors used in this study was by using the Error Correction Model (ECM) method with the analysis tool used to process the data, namely eviews 8. In this study, the data were obtained by means of documentation, namely, data collection was carried out in the classification category of written data that related to research problems from various sources, including books, journals, and existing publication websites. The conclusion from this study is that the variable land area has a significant positive effect on the volume of Indonesian palm oil exports to India for the 1986–2018 period in the short and long term. This result is in accordance with the hypothesized hypothesis. International price variables have a significant negative effect on the volume of Indonesian palm oil exports to India for the 1986–2018 period in both the short and long terms.

Abstract

The objectives of this study is to examine role of product quality and store atmosphere on purchase decision of clothing product of Vintage Vibes. This research uses quantitative research. This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and store atmosphere on purchasing decisions at Vintage Vibes. In this study, there are two kinds of variables, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The independent variables in this study are product quality and the atmosphere in the store, while the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. The unit of analysis in this study is "vintage vibes," with the criteria being namely those who have purchased fashion products at Vintage Vibes. The result of this study show that product quality has a positive effect on purchase decisions. Store atmosphere has an influence on purchase decision. Product quality and store atmosphere have a joint effect on purchase decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of digital personal selling and product innovation with brand knowledge as a mediating variable in the decision to buy a car from the Honda brand in Serang City. This study uses a quantitative approach. In this study, the group analyzed consisted of customers who had previous knowledge or experience of buying Honda cars in Serang City. 225 people ultimately participated in the study, meaning that their responses were used as a sample. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of the study show that digital personal selling has a significant effect on brand knowledge from the Honda brand in Serang City. Digital personal selling has a significant effect on the decision n to buy a car from the Honda brand in Serang City. Product innovation has a significant effect on brand knowledge from the Honda brand in Serang City. Product innovation has a significant effect on the decision to buy a car from the Honda brand in Serang City. Brand knowledge has a significant effect on the decision to buy a car from the Honda brand in Serang City. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of organizational commitment in mediating core capabilities on employee performance in Multifinance Companies in Serang City. The research method used is a quantitative method. Population in this study are 209 employees of Multifinance Companies in Serang City. Sample used is 105 people. This study uses inductive data analysis technique. The results of this study show that core capabilities has a significant effect on organizational commitment in Multifinance Companies in Serang City. Core capabilities has a significant effect on employee performance in Multifinance Companies in Serang City. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance in Multifinance Companies in Serang City. There is a significant effect between core capabilities on employee performance through organizational commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze effect of service quality, online advertising, and learning innovation on customer satisfaction through brand image at Course Institutions in Tangerang City. This research approach uses quantitative research. The population of training participants in Tangerang City as many as 475 people. Based on the calculation, the number of samples to be taken is 221 people. Data analysis using inductive data analysis method. The results of the study show that service quality has a significant effect on brand image at Course Institutions in Tangerang City. Online advertising has no significant effect on brand image at Course Institutions in Tangerang City. Learning innovation has a significant effect on brand image at Course Institutions in Tangerang City. Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Course Institutions in Tangerang City. Online advertising has no significant effect on customer satisfaction at Course Institutions in Tangerang City. Learning innovation has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Course Institutions in Tangerang City. Brand image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Course Institutions in Tangerang City. Brand image is able to significantly moderate service quality on customer satisfaction at Course Institutions in Tangerang City. Brand image is not able to significantly moderate online advertising on customer satisfaction at Course Institutions in Tangerang City. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of effectiveness of emotional intelligence and digital literacy on creative thinking ability and its implications for teacher performance in Private Vocational High Schools in Pandeglang Regency. This type of research uses quantitative research. The research population here is the teachers of Private Vocational High Schools in Pandeglang Regency, totaling 913 people. Based on the calculation of the minimum number of samples to be taken is 248 people. This study uses structural equation modeling (SEM)-partial least square (PLS) analysis techniques. The results of the study show that emotional intelligence has no significant effect on creative thinking ability in Private Vocational High Schools in Pandeglang Regency. Emotional intelligence has a significant effect on teacher performance in Private Vocational High Schools in Pandeglang Regency. Digital literacy has a significant effect on creative thinking ability in Private Vocational High Schools in Pandeglang Regency. Digital literacy has a significant effect on teacher performance in Private Vocational High Schools in Pandeglang Regency. Creative thinking ability has a significant effect on teacher performance in Private Vocational High Schools in Pandeglang Regency. Creative thinking ability is not able to significantly moderate effect of emotional intelligence on teacher performance in Private Vocational High Schools in Pandeglang Regency. Creative thinking ability is able to significantly moderate effect of digital literacy on teacher performance in Private Vocational High Schools in Pandeglang Regency.
