Abstract

This thesis aims to: 1) Find out the concept of Islamic religious education teachers in learning ablution procedures for students at the special school for the deaf, Don Bosco Wonosobo, 2) Find out what the role of Islamic religious education teachers is in learning ablution procedures for students at the special school for the deaf, Don Bosco Wonosobo. , 3) knowing how to carry out learning ablution procedures for students at the Don Bosco Wonosobo special school for the deaf.This thesis uses a qualitative research approach where the type of research is field research presented with descriptive data. The subjects in this research were Islamic religious education teachers at the Don Boso special school, the principal of the Don Bosco special school and also students at the Don Bosco special school. Technique data collection uses observation methods, semi-structured interviews and also documentation. Data sources were obtained from field research and also qualitative research. The analysis technique used is a data analysis technique, namely the analysis of data that has been collected by researchers through methodological tools. Where data is obtained using a data analysis process in the form of data reduction, data presentation and also conclusions or verification. To test the validity of the data, extended observations, persistence of observations, and triangulation were carried out. The research results show that the concept of Islamic religious education teachers at the Don Bosco special school regarding learning ablution procedures is to emphasize the repetition method where students with hearing impairments have quite short memories which requires teachers to take steps by having students perform ablution practices one by one. The role of the Islamic religious education teacher at the Don Bosco special school is the main factor in students' success in carrying out daily worship, for example introducing ablution material from the pre-primary class. Then, with the implementation of learning about ablution procedures carried out by Don Bosco special school students using the repetition method as well as practice carried out in each learning activity with the aim of increasing students' memory regarding the steps for ablution and also the number of washings in each movement. By practicing ablution one by one, the teacher can find out where each student's mistakes are.

Abstract

This article explores Ethnomathematics in the context of the geometric concepts embodied in the Meru buildings of Bali. The Meru structure holds significant symbolic value for the Balinese community, incorporating various elements of local customs and predominant religious beliefs. The primary focus of this research is to identify the geometric shapes and the symbolic meanings embedded within them. Utilizing an ethnographic approach, the study incorporates observations and literature reviews from several articles related to Meru. The analysis reveals that the geometric elements within Meru structures encompass not only flat shapes but also three-dimensional forms. Furthermore, the literature review highlights the symbolic representations of the beliefs and traditions of the Balinese people.

Abstract

Digital transformation in education has become a strategic agenda to improve the quality and accessibility of learning in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the policy of Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel Regulation No. 7607/B.B1/HK.03/2023, which focuses on technology-based performance management for teachers and school principals, and its implications for learning quality. The research employs the Literature Review method with data retrieved from Lens.org. The findings reveal that the policy provides a transparent and accountable framework; however, its implementation faces several challenges, such as gaps in technological infrastructure and digital literacy in remote areas. The policy's impact is more pronounced in urban areas with better access to technology compared to rural regions. This study recommends enhancing infrastructure, digital literacy training, and sustainable technical support to ensure the success of digital transformation in education. With inclusive and sustainable implementation, this policy has significant potential to improve educators' professionalism and learning quality.

Abstract

Introduction to Hands-Only Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for Students and Teachers is an important step in increasing awareness and the ability to provide first aid in cases of sudden cardiac arrest occurring outside of a hospital, particularly in school environments. This socialization demonstrates that education and training on Hands-Only CPR, conducted using effective methods, can improve the skills of students and teachers in delivering basic life support to cardiac arrest patients. This socialization activity was attended by thirty students and teachers at Elementary School 37 Ampenan, Mataram City. The program included material presentations, demonstrations, a question and answer session, and hands-on practice using simple mannequins. The hands-on practice was conducted with the help of a rhythm song. Through this socialization, students were able to understand the main steps, such as correct and consistent chest compressions, and learn important emergency contact numbers. As a result of the Hands-Only CPR education, students were able to explain this first aid procedure to their peers in front of the class and contribute positively in emergency situations, as well as increase their confidence in taking action during a real emergency.

Abstract

The Tahfiz program is designed systematically, including recruiting qualified teachers, flexible schedule arrangements, and regular evaluations. This study aims to analyze the management of the Tahfiz program to improve the character of students at SMP Plus Nurul Hikmah Pamekasan. The results of the study indicate that the management of the Tahfiz program is carried out through four stages: planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. Planning involves program initiation, preparing a structured schedule, and setting realistic memorization targets. Organizing includes teacher selection based on memorization and tajwid qualifications, as well as dividing tasks according to student abilities. The implementation of the program focuses on the formation of student character through memorization of the Qur'an and spiritual values. Evaluation is carried out consistently through daily monitoring and monthly meetings. Supporting factors include adequate facilities, such as a conducive mosque, and intensive guidance from teachers. Inhibiting factors include a lack of discipline and student motivation. Overall, the Tahfiz program plays an important role in improving the character and spirituality of students through organized management and directed implementation

Abstract

Introduction: Postoperative hypothermia that occurs in infants may cause several complications. The aspect of thermoregulation management, such as the active and passive warming in patients during the perioperative period, is essential to prevent postoperative complications. Therefore, this study aims to know the application of active and passive warming to patients with tongue reconstruction and frenuloplasty in the Post Anaesthesia Care Unit at the Central Operation Theatre in Hasanuddin University Hospital. Method: A descriptive case study using a single case design method to determine the effectiveness of hypothermia risk management using active and passive warming methods on a patient undergoing tongue reconstruction and frenuloplasty. Data was collected by conducting observations, implementation, and documentation on patients. Results: An active warming method using air-forced equipment with a temperature setting of 38°C was given, and a passive warming method was provided by giving cotton clothes and blankets to the patient. The initial body temperature measurement was 35.5°C. During the evaluation, 30 minutes after the intervention, there was an increase in body temperature to 36°C. During the review, 60 minutes after the intervention, the body temperature rose to 36.6°C; in the last evaluation, 90 minutes after the intervention, the body temperature was increased to 37°C. The patient left the PACU with a body temperature of 37°C. Conclusion: Prevention of hypothermia in postoperative patients is essential, and methods of preventing hypothermia can be used as active warming and passive warming methods.

Abstract

Background: Surgical area infections (IDOs) are a form of Healthcare Associated Infections (HAIs) that often occur, especially in complex surgical procedures such as total thyroidectomy, which has a high risk of infection due to the long duration of surgery and involvement of vital structures. Prevention of IDO can be done through the implementation of infection prevention bundles, including the administration of prophylactic antibiotics, pre and perioperative antiseptics, as well as blood temperature and glucose control. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the application of infection prevention bundles in reducing the risk of infection in patients undergoing total thyroidectomy with a diagnosis of bilateral thyroid cancer at the Central Surgical Installation of Hasanuddin University Hospital, Makassar. Methods: This study used a descriptive case study design with a single case design method on Mrs. M's patients through three phases: pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative. The implementation of the infection prevention bundle includes the administration of prophylactic antibiotics, sterility techniques, blood sugar control, body temperature monitoring, and systematic wound care. Results: The total risk score of perioperative infection was 14 out of 30, indicating a moderate-high risk. However, the implementation of infection prevention bundles has proven to be effective in preventing infection. Evaluation of wound healing using the Southampton Wound Assessment Scale showed that the patient's wound was in a normal healing condition with no signs of infection until the fifth postoperative day. The patient was discharged on the fifth day with good general condition, normal swallowing function, and closed wounds without complications. Conclusions and suggestions: Consistent application infection prevention bundles can lower the risk of surgical area infection, accelerate wound healing, and shorten the duration of hospitalization. This study recommends the management of pre-operative risk factors such as hypertension control and patient education about postoperative wound care for sustainable healing. of This case study examines the application of infection risk factors in total thyroidectomy patients. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi yang digunakan guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan membaca siswa kelas 2 dalam penerapan Kurikulum Mandiri di SD Negeri 1 Tlogojati Wonosobo. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menerapkan berbagai strategi seperti pendekatan fonetik, pemanfaatan media audio visual, dan pembelajaran berbasis diferensiasi. Meskipun menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan fasilitas dan kemampuan membaca siswa yang beragam, guru terus melakukan inovasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Strategi ini terbukti cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi pengembangan model pembelajaran membaca adaptif dalam Kurikulum Mandiri.

Abstract

Fatayat Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) merupakan organisasi perempua  muda, adapun didirikan di Surabaya yaitu di tanggal 7 Rajab 1369 H/24 April 1950 dan menjadi salah satu  banon atau badan otonom NU yang berperan aktif pada peningkatan  pendidikan dan karakter religius perempuan. dalam  Peningkatan karakter religius perempuan melalui pembiasaan, pendidikan, praktik keagamaan secara konsisten dan berkelanjutan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) untuk mengetahui atau mengidentifikasi peran Fatayat dalam pengembangan karakter religius perempuan di Desa Sidengok; 2) untuk mengetahui atau menggali karakter religius perempuan di Desa Sidengok; 3) untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat aktivitas Fatayat dalam meningkatkan karakter religius perempuan di Desa Sidengok, Pejawaran, Banjarnegara. Skripsi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dimana jenis penelitiannya  bersikap deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui tiga cara yaitu observasi  wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian yang  diteliti adalah Ketua Fatayat, anggota Fatayat remaja putri di Desa Sidengok. Adapun teknik analisis yang digunakan memiliki beberapa tahapan yaitu reduksi data ( merangkum data dan memfokuskan pada hal-hal yang penting ), penyajian data (sekumpulan informasi yang sudah tersusun) dan yang terakhir berupa kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitiannya menunjukan bahwa 1) aktivitas Fatayat dalam peningkatan karakter religius perempuan melalui kegiatan yang rutin dilakukan seperti kegiatan slapanan setiap jumat pon, pengajian dua lapan tingkat anak cabang, pengajian triwulan tingkat cabang, yasinan, mujadahan Manaqib, pembacaan al Barzanji, dan khataman Al-Qura’an. 2) karakter religius perempuan mengalami peningkatan dari kegiatan  yang dilakukan secara rutin seperti peningkatan dalam hal akidah, pengetahuan agama, syariah, tasawuf dan akhlak. 3) Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi, baik yang mendukung maupun yang menghambat, aktivitas Fatayat dalam membina karakter religius perempuan meliputi beberapa hal. Faktor pendukungnya antara lain adanya dukungan dari organisasi induk Muslimat, keterlibatan dan dorongan dari orang tua, peran serta masyarakat melalui penyediaan fasilitas dan sarana pendukung, serta bimbingan dari para ustaz dan ustazah. Faktor penghambatnya: pendanaan, kesibukan perempuan, kurngnya motivasi dari orang tua dan faktor cuaca.
