Cancer affects all aspects of a patient's life, not only the physical aspect, but also the psychological, social and spiritual aspects. Without spiritual well-being, the other dimensions of health (biopsychosocial) cannot function properly. So a study is needed that aims to find out whether spiritual care interventions can improve spiritual well-being. This study is a literature review using the PRISMA method. A literature search was conducted through the ProQuest, Science Direct, Scopus, EBSCO, and Clinical Key databases. From the initial search, 2389 articles were obtained from all databases combined. After eliminating multiple articles, screening titles and abstracts, 233 potential articles were obtained. After reading the full text, 220 articles were excluded and finally only 8 articles met the criteria. Seven out of eight articles mentioned that spiritual care interventions can improve the spiritual well-being of cancer patients. It was further concluded that spiritual care can be used as an intervention that can be applied clinically to improve spiritual well-being in cancer patients. Keywords: spiritual care intervention; spiritual well-being; cancer patient ABSTRAK Kanker mempengaruhi semua aspek kehidupan pasien, tah hanya aspek fisik, tetapi juga aspek psikologis, sosial, dan spiritual. Abstract

Background: Patients with lymphoma often experience various signs and symptoms that can significantly affect their quality of life. Pain and poor sleep quality are two main symptoms commonly experienced by lymphoma patients. The combination of pain and sleep disturbance can negatively impact patients' energy, mood, and ability to perform daily activities, thus requiring appropriate attention and management in the care of lymphoma patients. Objective: This study aims to apply Evidence Based Nursing Practice: Lymphoma Exercises in nursing care for patients with lymphoma using the Theory of Planned Behaviour approach. Method: This approach emphasizes the importance of attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control in shaping nursing diagnoses. This framework can enhance understanding and improve patient care. The research method used is a quantitative experiment without a control group. Respondents completed questionnaires to measure pain using the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS), and to measure sleep quality using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Result: The results show that the intervention had a substantial positive impact on pain and sleep patterns of lymphoma patients. Recommendation: The reduction in pain and improvement in sleep quality can be explained through several potential mechanisms

Abstract

Fracture is a part of musculoskeletal disorders, one of the main causes for someone to come to the healthservice. Tibial fractures constitute 17-21% of all lower limb fractures and 3% -13% of tibial fractures areclassified as segmental fractures. Virginia Henderson proposed a theory of basic human needs that is suitablyused as a basis for nursing assessment. The objective if this study is illustrate the application of Henderson'stheory in nursing assessment of musculoskeletal disorders patients. The method used is a simple case study withan assessment instrument based on 14 domains of basic human needs according to Henderson's theory. Theassessment results indicate that there are basic needs that were having problems: Move and maintain desirablepostures, keep the body clean and well groomed and protect the integument, and Avoid dangers in theenvironment and avoid injuring others. Data group analysis with the Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standards(SDKI) found five appropriate nursing diagnoses. The results of the study show Henderson's theoreticalapproach can be used as an assessment model, especially in musculoskeletal casesl. Further studies are neededto get a standard form of nursing assessment model based on Henderson's basic needs theory.

Abstract

Background: Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), and tuberculosis are closely related and remain serious problems despite the implementation of various treatment strategies, but cases continue to increase. This research aimed to explore the perceptions and experiences of drug-resistant tuberculosis people with HIV/AIDS who experience loss of follow-up based on life values and stigma. Methods: This qualitative study employed a phenomenological approach and (COREQ) guidelines. Researchers purposively sampled participants with HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis in Lampung Province, Indonesia. Data were collected through interviews and analyzed using Colaizzi’s seven-step thematic analysis. Results: The results of the study described 7 themes related to the perceptions and experiences of drug-resistant tuberculosis HIV/AIDS sufferers who experience loss to follow-up based on life values and stigma, including 1) understanding of HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis; 2) causes of TB and HIV/AIDS clients experiencing loss to follow-up; 3) what happens after experiencing loss to follow-up: economic problems and drug availability; 4) adaptation after experiencing loss to follow-up: comfort; 5) use of herbal medicine as therapy; 6) barriers and support when it comes to control and treatment; 7) hope to recover and regularly taking medication and environmental dilemmas. Conclusion: HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis sufferers who experienced loss to follow-up provide an understanding of experience, including the process of disease transmission and spread as well as antiretroviral drug treatment, anti-tuberculosis drugs, and the side effects they experience. A further problem is the community’s assessment of the condition of the disease. The support and facilities provided affected the issue of needs, both material and psychological.
