Abstract

Madrasah efektif merupakan suatu hal yang penting untuk kita perhatikan, karena di era global ini. Madrasah efektif diperlukan agar diminati pelanggan. Madrasah yang efektif adalah gambaran dari siklus pendidikan yang terjadi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan siswa yang semakin maju dengan menggunakan segala sumber daya yang sesuai untuk menciptakan alumni yang berkualitas dan serius Tujuan Pengabdian Masyarakat ialah bapak/ibu guru di MTsN 1 OKU mendapat strategi dalam membangun manajemen mutu pendidikan yang efektif lalu bapak/ibu guru di MTsN 1 OKU dapat membangun sistem manajemn mutu pendidkan yang efektif agar hasilnya dapat memajukan visi sekolah dan bapak/ibu guru di MTsN 1 OKU memiliki skil bersama untuk memajukan profil di MTsN 1 OKU.

Abstract

Applikasi Wireless Charging merupakan suatu sistem yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan layanan melakukan proses charging terhadap gadget yang ingin dilakukan, mekanisme wireless charging dapat dikatakan seperti fungsi normal yang ada di pasaran dengan menggunakan sebuah alat untuk melakukan proses charge. Pembeda dari adanya aplikasi ini lebih diutamakan untuk kebutuhan komersial dan menyasar pangsa pasar untuk konsumen yang berada di diluar tempat tinggal seperti Mall, restoran hingga tempat wisata. Prosesnya adalah dilakukan dengan melakukan top-up terlebih dahulu menggunakan e-money yang tersedia dan nantinya dapat dipilih berdasarkan jumlah watt yang diinginkan pada aplikasi selanjutnya aplikasi akan terhubung dengan hardware yang tersedia sehingga secara otomatis ketika gadget diletakan pada tempat charging maka otomatis saldo dan proses charging akan berjalan. Hal ini menjawab permasalahan terkait dengan masyarakat yang ketika berpergian tidak membawa alat charging sehingga ketika dalam keadaan mendesak opsi ini dapat digunakan untuk menunjang kebutuhan masyarakat karena seperti dapat diketahui bahwa gadget seperti laptop ataupun smartphone sudah menjadi kebutuhan utama bagi mayoritas masyarakat. Penghambat utama dari pengembangan Apps Wireless Charging ini akan terletak pada ketersediaan infrastruktur seperti jaringan dan listrik khususnya untuk pengembangan di wilayah-wilayah perdesaan tetapi untuk kebutuhan di kota menengah besar terkait hal ini akan dapat diantisipasi karena kelengkapan fasilitas infrastruktur yang sudah tersedia dengan sangat baik.

Abstract

Teachers' competencies are continuously improved to help more students acquire skills. The 2023 Education Report Card results are in line with the 2018 and 2022 PISA results. The government's breakthrough is the Merdeka Belajar program, with the hope of increasing superior and competitive human resources towards Golden Indonesia 2045. The problem that occurs today is that the various trainings that have been carried out have not been seen to have an impact on learning leadership. This study aims at the impact of training implementation, especially teacher competency, on learning leadership. The methodology used mixed methods research. Findings in the study: the average increase in grades was 27.02; students felt happy, interested and not afraid to learn math again when taught by teachers who participated in the training; the principal strongly supports the training activities carried out by the community and hopes that the Government through the Education Office will facilitate it for other teachers or schools; and teachers who participated in the training felt comfortable teaching math and were happy when coaching was carried out; The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of this training model has a significant impact on students, teachers, and schools, especially in learning leadership.

Abstract

Mahseer (Tor spp.) is a freshwater fish commodity with a high market value. However, its slow growth to reach consumable size has resulted in inadequate production. The aim of this study is to analyze the hybrid vigor - that are heterosis, heterobeltiosis, and growth performance - of a crossbred population of Mahseer (Tor spp) resulting from interspecies breeding. Broodstock of Mahseer from three different species were prepared for reciprocal breeding, producing nine offspring populations consisting of six hybrid offspring and three purebred offspring populations. The breeding process was carried out using artificial breeding methods, employing intramuscularly injected breeding stimulant hormones. Results show that the hybrid population of Tor soro and Tor tambroides exhibits better heterosis and heterobeltiosis in final weight, specific growth rate, and survival rate. The crossbreeding of Tor soro and Tor tambroides also exhibited better growth performance compared to other crossbred population in terms of final weight growth, specific growth rate, and survival rates, which were 64.20 g, 1.42%/day,  and 100% respectively.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the principal's leadership in improving teacher competence. This study was conducted at SMK in North Indralaya Regency. The method used in the study was a qualitative method. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using qualitative techniques. The results of this study indicate that efforts to improve teacher competence through various activities that include pedagogical, personality, social, and professional competence. Teachers actively participate in training, utilize ICT, and discuss to improve learning. Educators are encouraged to be role models and establish good relationships with parents of students and the community. Teachers continue to improve their mastery of ICT materials and skills. The principal plays an important role as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator. The principal shows commitment to the curriculum, provides opportunities for teacher development, ensures the implementation of educational standards, supervises, becomes a role model, encourages the use of ICT, and requires participation in MGMP for all teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of adding fermented seaweed powder using molasses and without molasses in the feed. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Fish Production and Reproduction, University of Mataram for 50 days from September to October 2022. This research used an experimental method with a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 3 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments tested were control (P1), E. cottoni seaweed flour fermented without molasses (P2), E. cottoni seaweed flour fermented using molasses (P3). Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) at the 5% level with a 95% confidence interval and continued with Duncan's test. The results of the 50-day rearing period showed that the average absolute weight of tilapia ranged from 4.79-5.49 g, absolute length ranged from 4.36-5.43 cm, and specific growth rate ranged from 1.60-1. .78% per day. Meanwhile, feed utilization efficiency (EPP) values ​​ranged from 63-68%, feed conversion ratio (FCR) ranged from 1.58-1.74 and survival (SR) ranged from 96-98%. While the average temperature is 27-30oC, the average pH value is 7.4-8.5, and the average DO value is between 4.5-8 m/mL. The conclusion of this study was that the addition of fermented E. cottoni seaweed flour had a significant effect on absolute weight, absolute length, specific growth rate, feed conversion ratio, feed utilization efficiency, and the fermentation process using molasses could be an alternative for growing tilapia.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of Islamic Religious Education Teacher Strategies in Improving the Quality of Islamic Religious Education Learning in Muhammadiyah High Schools in Magelang Regency starting from planning, implementing and evaluating Teacher Strategies, supporting and inhibiting factors and efforts made by teachers to improve the quality of PAI learning. The research subjects were PAI teachers and students. The research object is the Strategy of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Muhammadiyah High School, Magelang Regency, the research indicators are Teacher Strategy, supporting and inhibiting factors and efforts made by teachers to improve the quality of PAI learning. The data collection techniques used are: Observation, interviews, documentation studies. Meanwhile, data management analysis techniques consist of: data compression, data reduction, data display/presentation, data analysis, increasing the validity of results and drawing conclusions. Results The results of the research show that PAI teachers' internal strategies improve the quality of Islamic religious education teaching at Muhammadiyah Magelang High School. The efforts implemented to improve the quality of Islamic religious education learning are, namely 1). Improving the quality of student education Islamic religious education topic 2). Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning management with loose parts media on improving the linguistic abilities of children aged 5-6 years in non-formal PAUD institutions throughout Wonosobo District. This research, conducted in a non-formal PAUD institution in Wonosobo District, used a qualitative descriptive method to explore the impact of loose parts media on the logical and linguistic intelligence of children aged 5-6 years. Data was collected through direct observation, structured interviews, and documentation, focusing on children's interactions with loose parts and teachers' responses to this learning method. The analysis involved data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, with the findings expected to enhance future learning methods. This study found that children aged 5-6 years in Non-Formal PAUD, Wonosobo District, can express their desires and dislikes through speaking skills, with language development indicators including understanding commands and repeating complex sentences. The application of loose parts in learning management significantly enhances their linguistic abilities, as demonstrated by positive outcomes in one well-implemented institution. However, challenges such as limited funding and lack of training information hindered broader implementation. To address these, it is suggested that BOSP funds be allocated for materials and educator training

Abstract

The era of digitalization where the majority of people prefer to stay at home and are reluctant to do activities is a problem for manual economic movements but provides benefits from the possibility of maximizing the digital economy. One thing that can still be improved is related to the sale of services, the tendency for online transactions to be more focused on transactions related to physical goods but with the opportunity to see and carry out transactions related to services, this can be done to gain an advantage and related improvements with business opportunities. Obstacles that tend to be found are related to trust because the service process requires someone to come to a location to carry out tasks, this is a challenge for the provision of AHS-Clean applications that provide shoe washing services. This research employs a qualitative approach, with case studies on several leading shoe companies that have implemented digital applications. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with stakeholders, documentation analysis, and direct observation of the business processes involved. The findings indicate that the implementation of digital applications in various operational areas of the shoe business, including digital marketing, e-commerce, and inventory management, has resulted in a positive impact on sales and operational efficiency. However, the primary challenges encountered pertain to the integration of new technologies with existing systems and the necessity to train employees to adapt to these digital changes.

Abstract

Payment is a final process which is a sign of the agreement that a transaction has been successfully carried out and there is an agreement. In this study related to the discussion of payment variation mechanisms will be discussed on functions in e-commerce. Payment features are many features and are highly expected by consumers because the choice of payment features will provide consumers with many options when completing a transaction coupled with the potential for cash banks and installment mechanisms provided by the platform. Payment variations are a mechanism that must be implemented by e-commerce in collaboration with payment service providers. From research conducted using the SWOT and Balance Scorecard methods, it can be found that with variations in payment, especially for bank installment mechanisms, it automatically increases people's spending ability for transactions with a large scope where e-commerce transactions tend to be mostly filled with transactions. retail with a nominal value that is not so large. Purchasing power and public spending potential with this variation also indirectly increases where the resulting research is at point 4 to 5 of the survey conducted. So that from all this it can be concluded that the more a variety of payments provided by the platform, the greater the potential to increase the ability and attractiveness of the public to make purchases because each community has different means of payment, indeed the potential is the same but there is a tendency for people in some small areas do not have access to a variety of banking services so that the presence of variety and the provision of these services will indirectly increase the purchasing potential of the public
