Abstract

Since 2017, KKNI as a national curriculum at a university level has been implemented in the overall departments at IAIN Curup, Bengkulu. Principally, the implementation of KKNI depends upon the implementative strategies by the lecturers. The present study sought to investigate the implementative strategies of KKNI curriculum by the lectutrers in Islamic education (PAI) department at IAIN Curup as well as the influencial and impeding factors. This study adopted a qualitative approach using in-depth inteview as the data collection technique. The data were analyzed based upon interactive model comprising data collection, data condensation, data display, and verifying conclusion. This study revealed that the KKNI implementative strategies were adequately good and had covered KKNI elements. RPS preparation had conformed to the guidance of KKNI. The preparation of learning media, the application of interesting learning methods, and learning evaluations had rested upon learning environments. In addition, learning evaluations had been aligned with the goals set. The influential factors of KKNI implementation ranged from the sufficient availability of library books, internet availability, the presence of professional lecturers, the establishment of international cooperative learning, to comfortable environments. However, the factor impeding the attainment of learning with KKNI was PAI students’ motivation that was still low in digging information from literatures either online or offline.

Abstract

Learning in the classroom is an important aspect of transmitting soft skills to students and a behavioristic approach has promising potential to be integrated with the process. The purpose of this research was to: (1) to determine the implementation of soft skills-based learning model development; and (2) to discover the development of a soft skills-based learning model to improve soft skills in students of the Faculty of Islamic Religion, University of Muhammadiyah Magelang. Therefore, this was a classroom action research and the design used was the model developed by Kemmis and Taggart. This consisted of four components, namely, planning, action, monitoring, and reflection. Furthermore, this research used the descriptive-quantitative analysis technique and three data collection methods namely observations, interviews, and questionnaires. These results indicated that: (1) the development of a soft skills-based learning model with a behavioristic approach is performed in several stages, namely: (a) the planning stage which includes soft skills attributes, lesson plans, and learning models determination including making assessment instruments; (b) implementation stages; (2) Development of soft skill-based learning model using a highly effective behavioristic approach to improve students' soft skills. This can be observed in the acquisition of soft skills scores, which were on average 10.6 at the start of the lecture and 20.41 at the conclusion.

Abstract

The era of educational revolution 4.0 and society 5.0 requires students to have research skills. An independent curriculum with a new learning paradigm enables the realization of student research skills and a research culture in schools. The current condition of students' research skills in Rembang is still low. Meanwhile, in Rembang there is the Indonesian Teachers Association (IGI) community which can be empowered to become partners in realizing a research culture in schools. It is necessary to provide teachers with learning models that can facilitate students doing research. through the application of the Differentiate Indirect Learning (DIF-IN-LE) learning model with a Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) approach. The objectives of this service activity are (1) to equip IGI Rembang administrators in holding fun and meaningful training for teachers, (2) to equip teachers with the knowledge and skills to innovate in implementing the DIF-IN-LE learning model with a STEM approach, in fostering a research culture in students and school. The solution to the problems in this service is by applying training and facilitation methods to partner groups, so that they are skilled at designing and implementing the DIF-IN-LE learning model with a STEM approach for teachers in Rembang. Activity design uses the facilitation-based 4M Genre model (Genre 4M-F). The service activity plan consists of preparation, implementation and evaluation stages. The results of the activity show an increase in teachers' abilities in designing learning that can foster research skills for students

Abstract

The selection of new hires is an important process in human resource management to ensure that the organization gets the individuals who best suit the company's needs and goals. The main problem in the selection of new employee admissions is often related to the difficulty of achieving objectivity and fairness in the assessment process. Reliance on subjective assessment, lack of structured selection methods or absence of valid and reliable measurement tools can result in inaccurate decisions. The ranking results in the selection of new employee admissions show the value generated from each candidate, Candidate AE is ranked first with the highest score of 24.48, followed by Candidate DS with a score of 22.95. JE Candidate was ranked third with a score of 21.36, followed by FY Candidate with a score of 21.3. These results reflect the performance of each candidate in meeting the selection criteria that have been determined. This research contributes to improving accuracy and fairness in selection decision-making, by reducing subjectivity bias in weighting and ranking candidates. With transparent and measurable results, this research helps companies in systematically selecting the best candidates, while improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process. The combination of the LOPCOW and MARCOS methods offers the flexibility to be applied in a variety of selection contexts, not only in employee admissions, but also in other multi-criteria decision-making.

Abstract

SDN Kemirirejo 3 Kota Magelang merupakan salah satu sekolah tingkat dasar unggulan di Kota Magelang, kegiatan pembiasaan di SDN Kemirirejo 3 Kota Magelang yang membedakan dengan sekolah lain dan menjadi program unggulan dalan penguatan pendidikan karakter(PPK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penguatan pendidikan karakter religius siswa melalui kegiatan pembiasaan di SDN Kemirirejo 3 Kota Magelang. Dari penguatan pendidikan karakter tersebut digunakan untuk mengetahui karakter religius siswa, penguatan yang dilaksanakan serta untuk mengetahui fakor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan pembiasaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang meneliti pelaksanaan penguatan pendidikan karakter religius siswa melalui kegiatan pembiasaan di SDN Kemirirejo 3 Kota Magelang. Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian di analisis dengan menggunakan analisis diskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengetahui karakter religious siswa di SDN Kemirirejo 3 Kota Magelang yang dinilai sudah baik dibuktikan dengan pengamatan dan penilaian guru selama dalam pembelajaran dan diluar pembelajaran (2) Penguatan pendidikan karakter religius melalui kegiatan pembiasaan yang di lakukan pada hari sabtu pagi untuk kegiatan keagamaan diakhiri dengan siswa melakukan infaq, sholat duhur berjamaah, sholat duha berjamaah, kegiatan peringatan hari besar islam seperti, zakat, kurban dan juga pesantren kilat selama Ramadhan (3) Faktor pendukung dalam kegiatan pembiasaan dibedakan menjadi dua, yaitu faktor dari dalam faktor yang berasal dari dalam sekolah dan juga faktor dari luar yaitu faktor yang berasal dari luar sekolah seperti lingkungan keluarga. Faktor penghambat dibedakan menjadi dua faktor dari dalam dari latar belakang siswa yang berbeda, kondisi minat dan bakat siswa serta dan faktor dari luar yaitu perkembangan media sosial, lingkungan sekolah dan lingkungan masyarakat.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the role of spirituality in teacher performance seen from the organizational commitment of Muhammadiyah Middle School teachers in Magelang Regency. This research is a quantitative study that is correlational, namely research that is asking the relationship between two or more variables. The population in this study were all Muhammadiyah Middle School teachers in Magelang Regency with 370 teachers, while the total sample in this study was 185 teachers. To conduct data analysis in this study, then: (1) analysis techniques with descriptive statistics; (2) technical analysis of multiple regression; and (3) path analysis techniques. Based on the results of research and discussions that have been conducted, the results of this study are (1) Spirituality has a very significant role in influencing teacher performance through organizational commitment, Muhammadiyah Middle School teachers in Magelang Regency; (2) Spirituality directly affect teacher performance, although not as much as if it is through organizational commitment variables; and (3) Teachers who have high spirituality will have good performance because they have high organizational commitment. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran spiritualitas dalam kinerja guru dilihat dari komitmen organisasi pada guru SMP Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Magelang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat korelasional, yaitu penelitian yang bersifat menanyakan hubungan antara dua atau lebih variabel. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMP Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Magelang yang berjumlah 370 guru, sedang jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 185 guru. Untuk melakukan analisis data pada penelitian ini, maka digunakan (1) teknik analisis dengan statistik deskriptif; (2) teknis analisis regresi ganda; dan (3) teknik analisis jalur (path analysis). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, maka hasil penelitian ini, yaitu (1) Spiritualitas mempunyai peran sangat signifikan dalam mempengaruhi kinerja guru melalui komitmen organisasi, guru SMP Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Magelang; (2) Spiritualitas secara langsung mempengaruhi kinerja guru meskipun tidak sebesar jika melalui variabel komitmen organisasi; dan (3) Guru yang memiliki spiritualitas yang tinggi akan memiliki kinerja yang bagus karena memiliki komitmen organisasi yang tinggi.

Abstract

Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, perkembangan dunia konstruksi di Indonesia mengalami kemajuan pesat. Para pelaku industri konstruksi berlomba-lomba memanfaatkan teknologi terbaru untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam pelaksanaan proyek. Salah satu teknologi yang semakin banyak digunakan adalah Building Information Modeling (BIM). BIM merupakan perubahan paradigma yang menawarkan berbagai manfaat tidak hanya bagi para profesional di industri konstruksi, tetapi juga bagi masyarakat umum. Penerapan BIM dalam pengestimasian biaya proyek, khususnya pada pembangunan rumah tinggal satu lantai, menjadi penting untuk memastikan proyek berjalan tepat mutu, tepat waktu, dan tepat biaya. Namun, tantangan dalam konstruksi seperti keterlambatan pekerjaan yang dapat menyebabkan peningkatan biaya produksi dan kerugian, baik material maupun non-material, tetap ada. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan solusi alternatif yang lebih akurat dan efisien dalam pengestimasian biaya konstruksi, salah satunya adalah penggunaan software komputer seperti Revit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan BIM dalam proyek konstruksi untuk memberikan hasil estimasi biaya yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan studi kasus pada Proyek Pembangunan Rumah Tinggal 1 Lantai di daerah Halim, Jakarta Timur. Objek penelitian meliputi data pekerjaan struktur bangunan, yang terdiri dari dokumen detail engineering design dan dokumen rencana anggaran biaya. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan variabel penelitian Building Information Modelling (BIM), estimasi biaya, dan pekerjaan struktur bangunan. Data sekunder dari proyek tersebut diperoleh langsung dari kontraktor pelaksana setelah mengajukan surat permohonan. Populasi penelitian meliputi keseluruhan data dari proyek tersebut, dan sampel yang digunakan berupa data detail engineering design dan estimasi rencana anggaran biaya pekerjaan struktur bangunan menggunakan metode konvensional. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, yang diambil dari lokasi penelitian dan diolah menggunakan software Revit. Teknik analisis data melibatkan pemodelan informasi dalam bentuk 3D, memasukkan spesifikasi dan analisa harga satuan pekerjaan (AHSP) menggunakan software Revit 2022, dan menganalisis Bill of Quantity. Sumber data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang telah ada sebelumnya, seperti diagram, grafik, atau tabel yang relevan dengan proyek pembangunan rumah tinggal tersebut. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa penerapan 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM) menggunakan software Revit 2022 dapat menghasilkan output yang sangat bermanfaat dalam perencanaan proyek konstruksi. Dalam studi kasus pembangunan rumah tinggal 1 lantai di Halim, Jakarta Timur, penggunaan BIM dengan Revit mampu menghasilkan estimasi biaya yang lebih akurat dan efisien dibandingkan metode konvensional. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa estimasi biaya yang dihasilkan oleh Revit sebesar Rp161.701.390, sementara estimasi biaya berdasarkan data proyek adalah Rp171.907.303, menghasilkan selisih sebesar Rp10.205.913. Dengan kata lain, penggunaan Revit memberikan estimasi biaya yang lebih murah sebesar 5,94% dibandingkan perhitungan konvensional. Selain itu, penerapan BIM menggunakan Revit memudahkan proses revisi dan perubahan karena setiap elemen dalam model terhubung satu sama lain, sehingga nilai laporan setiap item pekerjaan dapat berubah secara real-time tanpa perlu mengubah ulang setiap item. Hal ini meningkatkan efisiensi komunikasi dengan pihak terkait dan meminimalkan kesalahan dalam perhitungan kebutuhan material, yang pada akhirnya dapat mengurangi pembelian material berlebih. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti beberapa kelebihan penggunaan Revit, seperti model BIM yang terintegrasi, dokumentasi yang konsisten, pemodelan parametrik, dan penghematan waktu. Namun, terdapat tantangan yang perlu diatasi, termasuk tingkat kesulitan penggunaan software, kompleksitas model, kebutuhan spesifikasi komputer yang tinggi, interoperabilitas dengan perangkat lunak lain, dan manajemen proyek kolaborasi. Dengan demikian, penerapan BIM menggunakan Revit memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi estimasi biaya proyek konstruksi, meskipun memerlukan upaya untuk mengatasi tantangan yang ada.

Abstract

Background: The scarcity of cadres from Muhammadiyah organizational families is noteworthy. Although fathers dominate involvement, their role in shaping the next generation is often overlooked. Fathers significantly influence family communication and upbringing. Objective: This study evaluates the effectiveness of the "Ayah Ayo Mengasuh" training program in increasing communication intensity in Muhammadiyah organizational families. Method: Subjects are 40 Muhammadiyah families in Magelang. Using Solomon Four Group Design, divided into experimental, control 1, control 2, and control 3 groups. Data collected via a valid and reliable family communication intensity scale. Analyzed with Mann Whitney U Test. Results: Comparison of experimental post-test scores with control 1: Z -3.402, p=0.001 (p<0.05), showing training influence. With control 3: Z -3.506, p=0.000 (p<0.05), confirming increase due to intervention, not pre-test. Conclusion: The training maximizes fathers' roles, impacting cadre emergence through the smallest structure: the family. Abstrak Latar Belakang: Kelangkaan kader dari keluarga organisasi Muhammadiyah menarik dibahas. Meski ayah dominan terlibat, perannya dalam membentuk generasi berikutnya sering terabaikan. Ayah berpengaruh besar pada komunikasi dan pengasuhan keluarga. Tujuan: Menilai efektivitas program pelatihan "Ayah Ayo Mengasuh" dalam meningkatkan intensitas komunikasi keluarga organisasi Muhammadiyah. Metode: Subjek 40 keluarga Muhammadiyah di Magelang. Desain Solomon Four Group: kelompok eksperimen, kontrol 1, 2, 3. Data: skala intensitas komunikasi keluarga (valid dan reliabel). Analisis: Mann Whitney U Test. Hasil: Perbandingan skor post-test eksperimen vs. kontrol 1: Z -3.402, p=0.001 (p<0.05), ada pengaruh pelatihan. Vs. kontrol 3: Z -3.506, p=0.000 (p<0.05), peningkatan karena intervensi, bukan pre-test. Simpulan: Pelatihan ini memaksimalkan peran ayah, berdampak pada munculnya kader melalui keluarga.

Abstract

The Sasak people of Lombok Island, West Nusa Tenggara, are rich in oral traditions that have been passed down from generation to generation. One of these traditions is Lelakaq, a form of traditional poetry that embodies cultural values, history, and local wisdom. The aim of this study is to conduct a semiotic analysis of Lelakaq as an ethnolinguistic inquiry and to explore its implementation in learning practices. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. The participants included cultural leaders, community members, teachers, and students. Data collection instruments consisted of checklists, observation sheets, interview guidelines, and tests. Data were gathered by compiling Lelakaq poems from various sources, distributing response questionnaires, and conducting in-depth interviews to confirm and strengthen findings. In addition, tests were administered to evaluate students’ conceptual understanding and cultural literacy. Data analysis applied Barthes’ semiotic approach to the poems, narrative descriptive analysis for interviews and student responses, and simple statistical analysis for test results. The findings reveal that Lelakaq poetry of the Sasak community serves multiple functions: aesthetic, social, cultural, and educational. Semiotic analysis indicates that students found it easier to grasp denotative meanings compared to connotative ones, with an average score of 74.88 (Good category). Abstract

Penelitian ini mengukur dan mengevaluasi faktor fisika di lingkungan kerja perusahaan industri minyak dan gas. Pengukuran dilakukan di area perkantoran dan area lapangan dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan instrumen terstandarisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebisingan di area lapangan melebihi Nilai Ambang Batas (NAB) dengan rata-rata 88,7 dBA, sementara 50% pengukuran kelembapan relatif di area perkantoran melebihi batas ideal (40-60%). Pencahayaan di beberapa area juga tidak memenuhi standar (300 lux), dengan intensitas serendah 100 lux. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, disusun rekomendasi pengendalian berbasis hierarki K3, meliputi eliminasi sumber bahaya, substitusi peralatan, rekayasa teknik, pengaturan administratif, dan penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD). Implementasi rekomendasi ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih aman, sehat, dan produktif sesuai standar keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3).
