Abstract

Abstract: This study analyzes the effect of social media use on student academic achievement, social media has the potential to support learning, such as through access to information, group discussions, and online collaboration. The purpose of this study is to identify patterns of social media use by students, its impact on academic achievement, and factors that encourage its use for academic activities. The results showed that productive use of social media can improve understanding of material, broaden horizons, and facilitate collaboration. However, excessive or undirected use can risk reducing the quality of learning and affecting academic performance. Recommendations from this study include better time management, integration of social media in learning, and policies from educational institutions to optimize the benefits of social media without ignoring its potential negative impacts.Keywords: Social Media, Academic Achievement, Impacts

Abstract

In today's increasingly developing digital and social media era, the role of influencers in social media advertising is becoming increasingly important. Many parties, both individuals, companies and other agencies use the services of influencers in their social media ads. This is inseparable from their ability to influence the opinions and even behavior of their followers, including in the context of purchasing decisions and using services. In West Sumatra itself, there are quite a lot of social media ads that use the services of influencers in social media ads. One of the influencer figures that is used quite often is Verio Hasferi or better known as Uda Rio. Uda Rio is one of the Content Creators who has many followers on his various social media accounts. This study explains how the motive for the use of Influencers in social media advertising in West Sumatra by taking a case study on the use of Uda Rio as an Influencer in social media advertising using the concept approach of the communicator condition theory which includes aspects of credibility, attractiveness and strength. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The determination of informants in this study uses a purposive mechanism by setting informant criteria. The data collection techniques used in this study are in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis in this study uses Miles and Huberman analysis techniques, namely data codification, data presentation, and conclusion / verification. The result of this study is that the motive for using Uda Rio as an influencer in social media advertising in West Sumatra is based on credibility and attractiveness factors. The attraction factor is the main and most dominant consideration used as a reason for choosing influencers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk yang valid, praktis, dan efektif yang memiliki dampak dalam meningkatkan kreativitas peserta didik. Penelitian dilakukan di SMP Negeri 2 Indralaya dengan melibatkan peserta didik kelas VIII. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, waltrought, angket, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) E-modul dinyatakan valid setelah malalui validasi oleh validator ahli materi dengan rata-rata nilai 80% kategori Valid, ahli bahasa dengan rata-rata nilai 93,3% dengan kategori Sangat Valid, dan ahli media dengan rata-rata nilai 95,8% kategori Sangat Valid. (2) E-modul dinyatakan praktis setelah melalui tahap uji coba one-to-one evaluation yang memperoleh rata-rata nilai 91,1% dengan kategori Sangat Praktis dan small group evaluation memperoleh rata-rata nilai 93,3% dengan kategori Sangat Praktis. (3) E-modul dinyatakan efektif untuk digunakan dalam meningkatkan kreativitas belajar peserta didik melalui tahap field test. Adapun peningkatannya yakni pada field test pertama mendapat nilai rata-rata 89,6%, setelah dilanjutkan pertemuan kedua menggunakan e-modul berbasis project based learning meningkat dengan rata-rata nilai 90,4%. Pendapat validator ahli materi, Bahasa, dan media, serta respon peserta didik menyimpulkan bahwa e-modul yang telah dibuat sudah sangat bagus dan bermanfaat untuk menunjang pembelajaran mandiri, fitur interaktif yang terdapat pada book creator dapat memenuhi kebutuhan belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Xiaomi Technology Indonesia. Dengan latar belakang pentingnya kinerja karyawan dalam menentukan kesuksesan perusahaan, serta pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan pelatihan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan pelatihan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan di perusahaan tersebut. Metode penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan dan pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 40 karyawan. Data  yang  diperoleh  dianalisis  menggunakan analisis regresi  linier  berganda,  uji  validitas,  uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji parsial, uji simultan, serta uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial ataupun simultan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Pelatihan terhadap  Kinerja  Karyawan  PT  Xiaomi Technology Indonesia Kota Denpasar. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan nilai thitung 2,754 > ttabel 2,026 dan nilai signifikansi 0,009 < 0,05 secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Pelatihan nilai thitung 5,249 > ttabel 2,026 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 secara parsial pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan dan pelatihan nilai Fhitung 48,306 > Ftabel 3,25 dengan nilai Sig. sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.   This research was conducted at PT Xiaomi Technology Indonesia. With the background of the importance of employee performance in determining the success of the company, as well as the influence of leadership style and training in improving employee performance. This study aims to identify the relationship between leadership style and job training with employee performance in the company. The quantitative research method uses a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis to determine the leadership style and training effect on employee performance. The research sample consisted of 40 employee respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, partial test, simultaneous test, and determination coefficient test. With the aim of continuing to develop an effective leadership style and improving the quality of training programs to optimize employee performance and achieve company goals more efficiently. The results showed a positive and significant influence either partially or simultaneously between Leadership Style and Training on Employee Performance of PT Xiaomi Technology Indonesia Denpasar City. The results of this study state that the leadership style tcount value of 2.754> ttable 2.026 and a significance value of 0.009 <0.05 partially leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, training tcount value of 5.249> ttable 2.026 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 partially training has a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi asesmen pembelajaran PPKn berbasis HOTS di SMAN 3 Bukittinggi dan juga faktor penghambat dalam mengimplementasikan asesmen berbasis HOTS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini ditetntukan secara purposive sampling. Uji keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini ialah triangulasi sumber. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan tahap, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Implementasi asesmen berbasis High Order Thingking Skills di SMAN 3 Bukittinggi terdapat tiga tahapan, yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan terakhir evaluasi. Berdasarkan soal ulangan harian (UH) yang didapatkan bahwa guru masih belum maksimal dalam menerapkan asesmen berbasis HOTS, hal ini dapat dilihat dari masih banyaknya soal-soal yang berbasis Lower Order Thingking Skills. Dari 20 soal yang dibuat oleh guru terdapat soal berbasis LOTS sebanyak 18 soal atau sekitar 90% dan soal berbasis HOTS sebanyak 2 soal atau sekitar 10%. Faktor penghambat dalam mengimplementasikan asesmen berbasis HOTS di SMAN 3 Bukittinggi ialah karena keterbatasan kemampuan dan waktu guru dalam menyusun soal berbasis HOTS, serta siswa belum terbiasa dalam menjawab soal-soal berbasis HOTS.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the distribution of white bread products from Sejahtera Bread Factory in Kebun Jeruk District by applying the transportation method within the framework of linear programming. Utilizing data on factory capacity, distribution demand, and transportation costs, this research implements several optimization techniques, including the North West Corner (NWC), Least Cost, Vogel’s Approximation Method (VAM), and Stepping Stone method. The findings reveal that while the conventional distribution cost stands at IDR 420,500, the application of the Least Cost and VAM methods successfully reduces this to IDR 340,000, generating savings of IDR 80,500. Conversely, the NWC method results in an increased cost of IDR 450,000, and further optimization using the Stepping Stone method confirms the initial solution's optimality, maintaining the cost at IDR 340,000. These results demonstrate that the Least Cost method is the most effective strategy for minimizing distribution expenses. The study provides practical insights for small-scale bakery businesses to enhance operational efficiency and recommends further exploration of distribution strategies should new routes or market expansions occur in the future.

Abstract

Studi ini berawal dari masalah yang terlihat dalam kemampuan bekerjasama anak-anak yang belum maksimal. Ketika bermain, banyak anak lebih suka bermain sendiri, dan beberapa dari mereka masih kesulitan saat harus bekerjasama dengan teman sebayanya, terutama pada aktivitas yang melibatkan kelompok. Mereka cenderung bersikap individualis dan belum memahami pentingnya kolaborasi dalam menyelesaikan tugas bersama, sehingga kemampuan kerjasama mereka masih tergolong rendah. Kondisi ini terjadi karena kurangnya dorongan dari pengajar serta keterbasan penggunaan berbagai media pembelajaran untuk mendukung perkembangan sosial anak, terutama dalam hal kerjasama. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi seberapa besar dampak permainan estafet hula hoop terhadap kemampuan kerjasama di kalangan anak-anak di Taman Kanak-kanak Kartika 1-63 Padang. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen yang tidak sepenuhnya murnni. Seluruh anak-anak di Taman Kanak-kanak Kartika 1-63 Padang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini, sedangkan sampel diambil dari dua kelas, yang terdiri dari B1 dan B2, masing-masing engan 12 peserta. Dalam analisis data, metode yang digunakan meliputi uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan pengujian hipotesis. Temuan dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa permainan estafet hula hoop secara signifikan memengaruhi peningkatan kerjasama anak-anak di Taman Kanak-kanak Kartika 1-63.

Ice Tea Indonesia belongs to the category of well-known beverages consumers. Like business in general, The Indonesia is facing many challenges. The aim of this study is to give recommendations for the correct strategy of BMC and SWOT analysis. In terms of strength, Ice Tea Indonesia has a varied product, affordable prices, extensive outlet network, and a strong brand image. However, weaknesses include dependence on foreign tea raw materials and a lack of product innovation. Opportunities are high market demand and potential expansion abroad. Threats involve tight competition and changing customer tastes. Abstract

ABSTRACT Abstracts - Employees are an important asset of a company to achieve the goals of the company's vision and mission. To retain employees, leaders are needed who are able to motivate their employees. Motivation is a good desire in a person to do something both consciously and unconsciously, done with enthusiasm so that the goal can be achieved. With strong motivation, a company can develop rapidly and vice versa, if there is no motivation for its employees, the company will not develop or advance. The success of a company really depends on how the activity and creativity of the human resources in the company. Therefore, researchers conducted research at the company PT Kimia Farma Tbk Plant Watudakon in Jombang with data collection methodology, namely observation, documentation and questionnaires and discussed what factors affect employee motivation with data qualitative data analysis methods with the data used is quantitative data. This study uses a closed interview technique by circulating several statements that are typed online via google form. From the research results, the results for physiological needs are 78.6% and 65.7%, the need for security is 81.5% and 70%, social needs are 91.4% and 64.3%, self-esteem or ego needs are 70% and 77.1%, and self-actualization needs are 81.5% and 32.8%. From the existing conclusions, it is found that the need for self-actualization is the lowest dimension of motivation. This indicates that many employees can do work outside of their job desk, so the author suggests that companies further explore employee abilities through job enlargemenet, job enrichment, job rotation and job empowerment programs.

Abstract

This community service initiative was carried out by English Education students from the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at State Islamic University of Palangka Raya. The program aimed to enhance junior high school students’ understanding of key English grammar components—specifically the simple present, present continuous, and simple past tenses, as well as the correct use of prepositions. Conducted over two days, the program involved structured lessons using school-provided textbooks, visual aids, and interactive activities such as grammar games and group discussions. Data were collected through direct observation, Q&A sessions, and practice exercises to evaluate students' comprehension and application of the material. The findings indicate that the use of contextualized instruction, real-life examples, and communicative activities—supported by visual media and practice exercises—effectively improved students' grammatical accuracy, confidence, and engagement. The involvement of English education university students as peer facilitators fostered a more interactive and less intimidating learning environment. This program also reinforced the pedagogical value of experiential learning, benefiting both junior high school students and pre-service teachers by providing meaningful and reflective teaching experiences aligned with real classroom needs. Overall, this initiative successfully addressed students’ learning gaps in English grammar and showcased the benefits of integrating community service into teacher education
