Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to decide the teacher's competencies in the use of media in the thematic learning of class V SD Negeri 31 West Pontianak. The sub-problem in this study is how is the teacher's method in the usage of media in the thematic learning of class V SD Negeri 31 West Pontianak? and What are the problems confronted via instructors in using media in the thematic learning of category V SD Negeri 31 West Pontianak?. While the technique used is descriptive. The supply of the facts in this learn about was once the fifth grade instructor at SD Negeri 31 West Pontianak. Data collection tools in this study were commentary and interviews. Data analysis in this lookup is using an interactive model with the ranges of statistics reduction, statistics display and the system of drawing conclusions. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how motivation and competence affect worker performance. This study employed a quantitative descriptive research design. The 74 participants in this study were all workers at Bappelitbangda Cirebon City. For the variables of competency, motivation, and employee performance, this research data collection technique uses interview and questionnaire methods with statement items. The study's findings demonstrate that employees at Cirebon City Bappelitbangda perform better and more significantly when they are competent. There is no discernible correlation between employee motivation and performance at Cirebon City Bappelitbangda. Employee performance at Cirebon City Bappelitbangda is positively and significantly impacted by both competence and motivation at the same time.

Abstract

Electronic Commerce or e-commerce is all buying and selling activities or transactions carried out using electronic media (the internet). Even though telephones and television are included as electronic means, e-commerce now refers more to digital technology or the internet. The purpose of researchers in conducting this analysis is to determine the threats and opportunities that will be faced by online shop MSMEs in Gegesik village, Cirebon Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. The research results from the closure of the TikTok Shop have an impact on the welfare of the people of Gegesik village who previously depended on the TikTok Shop and are now very confused. There are two camps of opinion, namely the first, there are those who agree that the TikTok Shop is closed. It is a threat to MSMEs in Indonesia because some think that the goods sold at the TikTok Shop are imported goods from China, Hong Kong, and Thailand, which will close down small companies. and medium and accompanied by a storm of mass layoffs and fear of user data being intercepted by other countries. The group that does not agree with TikTok Shop being closed believes that with social media like TikTok Shop, someone can once again struggle to earn a living to meet their family's needs, whereas those who were previously laid off (layoffs) can survive day after day because they rely on their hopes from TikTok Shop.

Abstract

Currently, in the global market era, many daily necessities are circulating in the world goods market domestic and foreign products. Many companies are developing in Indonesia, both domestic companies and foreign investment companies. One of them is Unilever Indonesia which operates in the primary consumer sector. This research aims to describe efforts to create the influence of competitive strategy and product quality on business performance at Unilever Indonesia Tbk. The urgency of research is to fulfill assignments for the Strategic Management course and as a requirement to take the Final Semester Examination. This research is intended for readers as supporting material for further research in the future and is also useful for writers to develop the process of creating scientific work. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach method with Explanatory Research research, using annual financial data for the last 3-year period. This method aims to find variable relationships that exist in a community. Using company financial reports to determine the results and influence of competitive strategy and product quality on company sales over several decades and determine the effectiveness of company strategy in the company's business performance. This research was created based on references from several journals by previous researchers with variables that are closely related to the title of the research created by the author.

Abstract

Peningkatan mutu pendidikan salah satunya dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kompetensi pendidik. Upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pendidik dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai berbagai metode, pendekatan, serta strategi yang dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran di kelas terkait juga dengan mencari solusi dari berbagai masalah pembelajaran di kelas. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) merupakan salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah pendidikan dan pembelajaran. Permasalahan yang ditemui dalam pembelajaran di kelas dapat dikaji dan dituntaskan, melalui proses pembelajaran yang inovatif sehingga hasil belajar yang lebih baik dapat diwujudkan. Upaya PTK diharapkan dapat menciptakan sebuah budaya belajar (learning culture) di kalangan pendidik di sekolah. Untuk memfasilitasi hal tersebut maka dilaksanakan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada para pendidik di Sekolah Dasar Kebon Dalem Semarang untuk dapat menyusun perangkat pembelajaran inovatif berbasis PTK sesuai dengan permasalahan yang dihadapi pendidik pada kelas yang diampunya. Target luaran kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan mengenai PTK dan kemampuan mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran yang inovatif para pendidik peserta pelatihan.

Abstract

Anak muda sering mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola keuangan secara efektif akibat rendahnya literasi keuangan, yang menyebabkan pengambilan keputusan finansial yang tidak bijaksana, seperti penggunaan kartu kredit secara berlebihan tanpa mempertimbangkan kemampuan melunasi hutang; hal ini diperparah oleh kurangnya pendidikan keuangan formal di sekolah, sehingga mereka tidak memahami konsep dasar pengelolaan pendapatan, pengeluaran, pentingnya menabung, dan investasi, yang ditambah tekanan sosial untuk mengikuti tren konsumtif membuat mereka lebih fokus pada kepuasan instan daripada perencanaan jangka panjang, dan dipengaruhi oleh faktor psikologis seperti kecemasan finansial serta kurangnya disiplin dalam mengelola uang yang memicu perasaan tidak cukupnya pendapatan dan berujung pada siklus hutang berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, dosen-dosen Universitas Pamulang berinisiatif untuk melakukan pendidikan keuangan yang komprehensif dan penyuluhan mengenai alat serta teknologi keuangan yang sangat penting untuk membantu anak-anak didik pada MA YABIKA membangun kebiasaan keuangan yang sehat melalui anggaran, tabungan, dan investasi yang lebih efektif serta efisien.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of marketing strategy variables and product quality on brand image and its implications on purchasing decisions for Sheva bath soap. This research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires via goggle form to Sheva bath soap consumers at the Yamughni Bandung Cooperative with a total of 281 respondents. This research data analysis method uses partial least squares – structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS 4.1 data processing application. The results of this research are that there is a positive and significant influence between marketing strategy and product quality on brand image. There is a positive and significant influence between marketing strategy and product quality on purchasing decisions. Brand image has an insignificant positive effect on purchasing decisions. There is an insignificant influence between marketing strategy and product quality on purchasing decisions through brand image.”

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of employee engagement and organizational culture on employee performance. The object of this research is the Cirebon City Regional Secretariat office. Data obtained through surveys by distributing questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is saturated sampling analysis, namely with a population of 122 employees and a sample of 72 employees. And the data was analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 24 for window. The research results show that Employee Engagement has a significant influence on Employee Performance. Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance. And there is an influence on Employee Engagement and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Cohabitation living together as husband and wife without being officially married is a social phenomenon that is increasingly common in Indonesia. This phenomenon raises various pros and cons, especially from a legal and moral perspective. The aim of this research is to analyze the perspective of living law, the Criminal Code and the national Criminal Code. This research uses normative juridical research methods. The data collection technique used in this research is literature study. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative data analysis. The research results show that from a living law perspective in several areas, cohabitation is considered a normal practice and does not need to be punished. On the other hand, cohabitation is also seen as an act that violates norms and customs in several other regions. Meanwhile, from the perspective of the old Criminal Code, living together was not strictly regulated, but there were several articles that could be linked to behavior that was considered to violate moral norms. Meanwhile, the National Criminal Code brings several important changes, one of which is more detailed living arrangements. This reflects a stricter legal approach to cohabitation, potentially providing criminal sanctions for behavior that was not previously explicitly regulated.
