Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas lembar kerja peserta didik dengan model Discovery Learning pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) dalam kurikulum merdeka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan observasi dan wawancara dengan guru dan siswa di sekolah pada saat prariset dan validasi produk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (RnD) dengan mengadaptasi model pengembangan Thiagarajan 4D (define, design, development dan dissemination). Sumber data penelitian ini adalah hasil validasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan selama proses pengembangan LKPD bdengan model Discovery Learning bermuatan sikap ilmiah dilakukan hanya dalam tiga tahapan yaitu tahap define (pendefinisian), design (perancangan), dan development (pengembangan). Kevalidan LKPD presentase rata-rata dari aspek pembelajaran (materi ) sebesar 4,55 berkriteria sangat valid, dari aspek teknis/tampilan sebesar 4,8 dengan kriteria sangat valid.

Abstract

Mathematical literacy and self-concept have become crucial topics in 21st century learning. So that learning innovation and the use of technology need to be carried out to support students' abilities to face the challenges of globalization. The purpose of this study is to describe students' mathematical literacy in terms of self-concept. This study uses a sequential explanatory design. The population in this study was class VIII of one of the junior high schools in Semarang Regency in the 2022/2023 academic year. Subjects in this study were selected using a purposive sampling method based on high, medium and low self-concept categories. Collecting data through test techniques, questionnaire techniques, interviews, and observation. The results showed that the mathematical literacy of students with high self-concept categories was better than students with moderate and low self-concept categories. Students with high self-concept are able to fulfill all indicators of mathematical literacy well; students with moderate self-concepts are able to master the three indicators of literacy but are still unable to apply mathematical concepts, facts, and procedures and represent answers in real-world contexts; students with low self-concept are only able to identify and represent problems mathematically while other indicators have not been fulfilled properly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengevaluasi kualitas nutrisi daun dan pelepah sawit yang diolah melalui proses amoniasi dan fermentasi menggunakan urea dan suplemen organik cair (SOC). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri atas 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan, sehingga diperoleh 16 unit percobaan. Adapun perlakuan yang dilakukan yaitu P0 (kontrol/tanpa amoniasi dan fermentasi), P1 (daun dan pelepah sawit amoniasi), P2 (daun dan pelepah sawit fermentasi), dan P3 (daun dan pelepah sawit amoniasi dan fermentasi). Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah kadar bahan kering, protein kasar, serat kasar, lemak kasar, abu dan BETN. Data penelitian yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan sidik ragam/analysis of variance (ANOVA), dan dilanjutkan dengan uji jarak berganda Duncan bila terdapat perbedaan nilai tengah antar perlakuan. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perlakuan amoniasi dan amofer memberikan hasil yang terbaik karena dapat meningkatkan kadar protein kasar dan lemak kasar bahan, meskipun terjadi penurunan kadar BETN dan belum optimal dalam menurunkan kadar serat kasar pelepah dan daun sawit.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian dan pengembangan atau research and development (RD) yang bertujuan untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan pengembangan CD interaktif berbantuan roda pintar trigonometri pada materi perbandingan trigonometri sudut-sudut berelasi di kelas X SMA, 2) mengetahui kelayakan CD interaktif berbantuan roda pintar trigonometri pada materi perbandingan trigonometri sudut-sudut berelasi di kelas X SMA berdasarkan kategori valid, praktis, dan efektif. Penelitian ini mengembangkan media pembelajaran yaitu CD interaktif berbantuan roda pintar trigonometri dengan menggunakan model pengembangan prosedural desain pembelajaran dari model Borg and Gall yang meliputi: (1) potensi dan masalah, (2) mengumpulkan informasi, (3) desain produk, (4) validasi desain, (5) perbaikan desain, (6) uji coba produk, (7) revisi produk, (8) uji coba pemakaian. Berdasarkan analisis data, CD interaktif ini memenuhi kriteria kevalidan sangat kuat dengan persentase 87,55% dari ahli media dan 93,33% dari ahli materi. Angket respon siswa menunjukkan tingkat kepraktisan sangat kuat dengan persentase 91,55% dan dari evaluasi hasil belajar peserta didik, tingkat keefektifan sangat kuat dengan persentase 90,90%. Karena hasil penilaian terhadap media pembelajaran ini dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif maka CD interaktif ini layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan CD Interaktif, Roda Pintar Trigonometri, Perbandingan Trigonometri, Sudut-sudut Berelasi

Abstract

ABSTRAK Diversi digunakan untuk melindungi anak dalam sistem peradilan restoratif Indonesia. Pada tahun 2012, Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak (UU SPPA) dibuat, yang membawa paradigma keadilan baru dengan metode neo klasik dan sistem pemidanaan dua jalur. Keadilan restoratif adalah alternatif untuk model retributif dalam menangani anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis yuridis normatif yang menggabungkan studi kasus, analisis literatur, dan yuridis normatif. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa UU SPPA memprioritaskan pendekatan restoratif dan bahwa penyelesaian kasus anak dialihkan dari proses peradilan pidana. Versi yang berhasil melibatkan aktivitas masyarakat dan memprioritaskan keadilan dan keuntungan hukum. Proses ini dapat mencegah stigma negatif, mengurangi pembalasan, dan mendorong persatuan masyarakat. Kesimpulannya, dalam konteks keadilan restoratif, diversi diakui sebagai metode yang efektif untuk melindungi anak.ABSTRACTDiversion is used to protect children in Indonesia's restorative justice system. Act No. 11/2012 on the Juvenile Justice System (UU SPPA) was enacted in 2012, bringing a new paradigm of justice with neoclassical methods and a dual-track sentencing system. Restorative justice is an alternative to the retributive model in dealing with children in conflict with the law. This research uses a normative approach that combines case studies, literature analysis and normative jurisdiction. The findings show that the SPPA Act prioritises restorative approaches and diverts the resolution of juvenile cases away from the criminal justice process. Successful versions involve community activity and prioritise justice and legal gains. This process can prevent negative stigma, reduce retaliation and promote community unity. In conclusion, diversion in the context of restorative justice is recognised as an effective way to protect children.

Abstract

This study focuses on the impact of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and organizational commitment on employee performance of Javanese tea distributors. The research methodology is quantitative, involving 115 individuals from the Java Tea Distributor. Data collection was done through questionnaires, which were used to assess factors such as transformational leader, organizational commitment, and employee performance. The reliability of Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis was assessed in this study using the Cronbach Alpha, Composite Reliability, and Average Variance Extracted (AVE) methods. The results showed that Transformational Leadership has an indirect influence on Employee Performance through its influence on Organizational Commitment. The study reveals that organizational commitment has a significant impact on the performance of the Javan tea distributor personnel using the SmartPLS application.

Abstract

Penerapan Asas Freies Ermessen Dalam Pengambilan Kebijakan Oleh Administrasi Negara Berdasarkan Hukum Administrasi Negara  Merupakan  suatu kebebasan yang diberikan kepada tata usaha negara dalam melakukan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Sehingga Freies Ermessen merupakan kemerdekaan bertindak atas inisiatif dan kebijakan sendiri dari administrasi negara. Keberadaanya  yang lain karena adanya suatu peningkatan akan  tuntutan pelayanan publik yang harus di berikan tata usaha negara terhadap kehidupan sosial ekonomi pada warga memiliki keberagaman, dan untuk menyelesaikan persoalan-persoalan yang mendesak yang belum ada aturannya  dan harus dapat dipertanggungjawabkan secara hukum dan moral.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between transformational leadership and career development on the performance of hospital employees. Hospitals are complex organizations that require effective leadership and appropriate career development to achieve optimal performance. This research focuses on the role of transformational leadership in improving hospital employee performance and how career development mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and hospital employee performance. This study involved 150 respondents who were nurses in hospitals. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection through questionnaire distribution. The respondents of this study are hospital employees at various levels, ranging from medical staff to senior management. The results of this study make practical and theoretical contributions to the development of hospital management and provide recommendations to practitioners and policymakers to optimize the performance of hospital staff through the application of transformational leadership and effective career development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze students' skills in writing descriptive essays. The research method is descriptive qualitative. The object of research is student essays which are assessed from the aspects of spelling usage and writing, word/diction writing, inter-sentence integration, inter-paragraph integration and overall content. Sources of data are students of class IVB SD Kartika XVII-1 Pontianak City, totaling 25 students. This research uses interview, test and documentation techniques. The results showed that the average descriptive essay writing skill was 56 in the (less) category. This can be seen in terms of the percentage of students getting scores in the very good category, none in the good category, 6 students or 0.24%, the enough category 6 students or 0.24%, the less category 13 students or 0.52%. Accuracy in writing descriptive essays has several aspects including the use and writing of spelling (use of capital letters, punctuation, writing less letters, hyphens), integration between paragraphs, and overall content. It can be concluded that the ability to write descriptive essays for class IVB students is included in the sufficient category because there are still some students who are less precise in writing descriptive essays

Abstract

This research was motivated by the results of teacher interviews which stated that students were less enthusiastic about learning, less active in discussing and had difficulty understanding the material being taught so that cognitive learning outcomes were low, so the cooperative learning model assisted by audiovisual media was chosen as the variable for this research. The research method used was an experiment in the form of a quasi-experimental design, a nonequivalent control group design model. The sample for this research was classes VA and VB at State Elementary School 05 Pontianak City. The sample was determined using the random sampling method. The data collection technique used is a measurement technique. The instrument used is a multiple choice test with 20 questions. Based on the research results and hypothesis test calculations using SPSS, tcount was 3.53 2.04 ttable. This shows that there is an influence of the STAD type cooperative learning model assisted by audiovisual media on the cognitive learning outcomes of science and science subjects for class V students at State Elementary School 05 Pontianak City. The results of the effect size (ES) calculation obtained a value of 2.49 indicating high criteria, so it can be concluded that the STAD type cooperative learning model assisted by audiovisual media has a high influence on the cognitive learning outcomes of class V students at State Elementary School 05 Pontianak City.
