Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the principal's managerial ability and academic supervision on teacher performance in Aceh Besar. This research uses a quantitative approach with ex post facto research type. Data collection was carried out using closed questionnaires. Data analysis was performed quantitatively using multiple linear regression analysis. The results proved that there was an influence on the principal's managerial ability on teacher performance. There is an influence of the principal's academic supervision on teacher performance, there is an influence between managerial ability, academic supervision of the principal on the performance of elementary school teachers in the Lampeuneurut Cluster

Abstract

The aim of this literature study aims to determine, explain and analyze the leadership style of school principals in improving teacher performance. The method for writing literature studies uses a conceptual research approach relating to ideas and theories. The stages in writing a literature study include selecting a topic, searching for literature, developing an opinion, and a literature survey. Data analysis used used content analysis. The results of the literature study found that the principal's leadership style in improving teacher discipline is a storytelling style. Apart from the storytelling style, the principal also applies a situational style. The principal's leadership style in improving teacher performance is a selling (consultative) style by directing teachers to complete duties, the principal's leadership style in improving teacher abilities, namely the participative style applied during internal teacher council meetings and other meetings and the principal's leadership style in increasing teacher responsibility, is a delegative style, namely dividing authority among members to carry out organizational tasks. It is hoped that supervisors and school principals can provide encouragement and direction in the work of discipline, commitment, ability and responsibility of teachers effectively and efficiently to improve performance in schools.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a TPACK-based Basic Science learning book as an effort to improve the learning outcomes of class III students at State Elementary School 16 Banda Aceh. This research is a type of research and development (R&D), using the ADDIE method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research results prove that the TPACK-based Basic Science learning book is suitable for use with media expert validation results in the very good category (93%), material expert validation in the very good category (94%), language experts showing the very good category (90%). The TPACK-based Basic Science Book can improve the learning outcomes of class III students at State Elementary School 16 Banda Aceh as proven by the evaluation of the results of the student test questions which obtained a result of 86% with very good criteria with details of 33 students completing it.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the use of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) in the learning context at the elementary school level. The research approach applied was qualitative with a focus on case studies at SD Negeri 16 Banda Aceh, class 4. Data collection was carried out through classroom observations, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that the integration of TPACK in learning in elementary schools has a positive impact. Teachers have succeeded in integrating information and communication technology (ICT) well in planning and implementing learning. They use various ICT tools and applications that are appropriate to the learning content as well as effective teaching strategies. In addition, teachers are also able to apply pedagogical and content knowledge effectively to facilitate interesting and meaningful learning for students. There are several challenges faced by teachers in implementing TPACK. Some obstacles include limited access to ICT devices and resources, lack of training capable of developing TPACK competencies, as well as obstacles in integrating TPACK into the existing elementary school curriculum. The findings of this research provide a deeper understanding of the use of TPACK in learning at the elementary school level. The implications of this research can be the basis for developing teaching materials and educational policies that support the integration of TPACK in the learning process in elementary schools.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and explain technology-based learning management at State Elementary School 54 Banda Aceh to support the revitalization of 21st century education. Revitalization of education is a necessity to accommodate the challenges that arise along with technological developments. Learning management plays an important role in creating changes that support the revitalization of education that is able to respond to the dynamics of current developments. This research was carried out at State Elementary School 54 Banda Aceh. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The results of the research show that the Principal of State Elementary School 54 Banda Aceh has carried out good management and supervision regarding the challenges and benefits of implementing technology-based learning. This aims to support the revitalization of 21st century education with a focus on 21st century learning and technology that emphasizes students' 4C skills and the activities carried out need to be controlled according to plan so that learning objectives are achieved. Management of technology-based learning at State Elementary School 54 Banda Aceh includes planning, organizing, coordinating and supervising carried out by the school principal.

Abstract

Teacher performance assessment is the process of giving grades to teacher performance which includes aspects of leadership, honesty, loyalty, dedication and teacher participation in institutional or group organization activities. Teacher performance assessment is the process of giving grades to teacher performance based on elements of the teacher's main activities, which aims to develop the teacher's rank, professionalism and position. The aim of this research is to determine the competencies that can be used to evaluate the performance of elementary school teachers, the indicators needed to carry out the main functions and duties of elementary school teachers, research on teacher performance, and the benefits of teacher evaluation. show. This research uses library research methods, namely research carried out by collecting data from various library sources, such as books, journals, articles, and so on. Teacher Competency Standards consist of four main competencies, namely pedagogical, personality, social and professional competencies. These four competencies are interrelated and integrated in teacher performance. Teachers' teaching skills are seen from several indicators, namely questioning skills, reinforcement skills, variation skills, explanation skills, lesson opening and closing skills, small group discussion guiding skills, class management skills, and individual learning skills. In conclusion, teacher performance has certain criteria that can be seen and measured based on specifications or competency criteria that every teacher must have.

Abstract

Management of Industrial Cooperation and the World of Work (IDUKA)between SMK Negeri 1 Tapaktuan Concentration of Expertise (TKJ) andincreasing practical fieldwork experiences for students. IDUKA is acollaborative program that aims to facilitate opportunities for collaborationbetween schools and the industrial world to better prepare students to enter theworld of work. This article describes how Tapaktuan 1 Public VocationalSchool establishes partnerships with various companies in the technology andcomputer network sectors, providing opportunities for TKJ students to take partin apprenticeship programs or field work practices. The benefits of IDUKA andpractical work experience are significant, as students gain insight into industrialwork processes and opportunities to interact with experienced professionals, aswell as reduce the gap between the world of education and the world of work.Periodic evaluations are also recognized as important to ensure that the IDUKAprogram is always relevant to industry developments that are constantlychanging. This program is a clear example of how collaboration betweenschools and industry can improve the quality of education and student careerpreparation. Overall, this article concludes that the Management of IndustrialCooperation and the World of Work (IDUKA) between SMK Negeri 1Tapaktuan Concentration of Expertise (TKJ) provides great benefits forstudents in preparation for the world of work. This collaboration is a clearexample of how collaboration between schools and industry can improve thequality of education and student career preparation.

Using a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniquesused are observation, interviews and literature studies. This discussion concernsthe influence of the Canva application as a learning medium for learning aboutthe solar system. Learning media is needed by teachers in supporting andsupporting teaching in education. Media is a tool used by teachers in teaching,apart from using books or lecture methods, teachers are also expected to havedifferent learning media and adapt the material and conditions to theirrespective students. Technological developments are increasingly rapid andadvanced, everyone is expected to understand technology as a support for allexisting activities, as well as in the realm of education. Teachers and studentscan take advantage of technology-based learning media, one of which is theCanva application. Canva is an online-based application that provides attractivedesigns in the form oftemplate, features, and the categories given in it. Withvarious and attractive designs, it makes the learning process not boring.
